Lingkar Barat Taman Tirto Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta 55182e-mail: titih_psikumy@yahoo.comABSTRAKPenyebab cidera terbesar pada anak usia sekolah di negara sedang berkembang seperti di Indonesia adalah kecelakaan di jalan raya. Hasil survei oleh WHO pada 8 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2003 didapatkan angka cidera pada anak usia sekolah sebesar 28,27%. Hasil ini berimplikasi terhadap tingginya angka kematian pada anak usia sekolah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan tentang resiko cidera terhadap perilaku pencegahan cidera di SD Bibis Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre test post test design. Subyek penelitian adalah pelajar SD Bibis yang pernah mengalami cidera berjumlah 50 sampel, 25 orang kelompok kontrol dan 25 orang kelompok perlakuan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dan cek list observasi. Uji statistik menggunakan SPSS dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji z test, perilaku pencegahan cidera anak usia sekolah pada kelompok perlakuan terlihat adanya peningkatan prosentase dari hasil pre test dan post test, yaitu 36% perilaku pencegahan cidera yang baik pada pelajar SD Bibis, dengan nilai p = 0,003 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan perilaku pencegahan cidera antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan 8% perilaku pencegahan cidera yang baik pada pelajar SD Bibis, dengan nilai p = 0,157 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku pencegahan cidera antara nilai pre test dan post test pada kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan tentang resiko cidera berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan cidera anak usia sekolah (p = 0,000). Sehingga perlu dilakukan kerja sama dengan berbagai intansi terkait (dinas kesehatan, dinas pendidikan dan dinas perhubungan) untuk implementasi kebijakan pencegahan cidera pada anak usia sekolah.Kata kunci: guidance, cidera, perilaku, anak usia sekolahABSTRACTThe largest cause of injuries in school age children in developing countries such as Indonesia is an accident on the highway. This study aims to determine the effect of giving guidance about the risk of injury prevention behavior in elementary Bibis Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta. Research method used is quasy experimental design one group pre test post test design. Research subjects were elementary school students who have experienced Bibis injuries with totaling 50 samples, 25 of the control group and intervention group of 25 peoples. Ways of collecting data using questionnaires and observation check list. Statistical tests using SPSS with value level is p < 0,05. The results of this study data analysis using z test testing, injury prevention behaviors of school age children in the intervention group looks to an increase in the percentage of the pre test and post test, where an increase of 36% injury prevention behavior is good at Bibis Elementary School students, with the value p = 0,003, which means there is a difference between injury prevention behavior before and after a given intervention. In the control group an increase of 8% of injury prevention behaviors in both Bibis Elementary School students, with a value of p = 0,157, which means there is no difference in behavior between the value of injury prevention pre test and post test in the control group. The results showed that the guidance about the risk of injury affects behavior in primary injury prevention school age children’s (p = 0,000). So must cooperation with various related institutions (public health, education services and transportation services) to policy implementation order to realize the existence of injury prevention curricula in school age children.Keywords: guidance, injury, behavior, school age children

Abstract

Malnutrisi pada balita masih merupakan permasalahan di Indonesia termasuk di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan indikator berat badan menurut tinggi badan, 2,6% balita mengalami malnutrisi akut berat. Pada beberapa dekade terakhir, telah terjadi pergeseran paradigma dalam penanganan balita malnutrisi, yang sebelumnya berbasis pendekatan fasilitas kesehatan bergeser menjadi pendekatan berbasis komunitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh program home care terhadap peningkatan status gizi balita malnutrisi pada anak usia 6-60 bulan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest dan posttest control group melalui tiga tahap pendampingan yaitu intensif, mandiri, dan penguatan dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Sampel adalah 56 balita malnutrisi akut di dua wilayah, yaitu 33 balita di Kota Yogyakarta (eksperimen) dan 23 balita di Kabupaten Sleman (kontrol) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Intervensi home care diberikan selama tiga 3 bulan (Januari sampai Maret 2013). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah program home care, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada status gizi balita (p < 0,05). Pada akhir intervensi, terjadi penurunan kejadian malnutrisi akut berat dari 100% menjadi 56,7% (p < 0,05). Children undernutrition is still an issue in Indonesia, including in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on weight for height indicator, 2.6% children experience severe acute malnutrition. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the management of acute malnutrition from a facility- based to community-centered approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of home care intervention on the improvement of nutritional status of severe acute malnutrition children aged 6-60 months. This study was designed with quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest control group design, conducted in three phases; intensive, strengthening and independent with nursing approach (January until March 2013). Samples were 56 children with severe and moderate acute malnutrition for both study sites, 33 children in Yogyakarta city (experiment) and 23 children in Sleman district (control), selected using purposive sampling. Home care intervention is given for three months (January until March 2014). Results findings show there were significant increase in nutritional status (p < 0.05) after home care intervention. At end line evaluation, the proportion of severe acute malnutrition in the experimental groups reduced significantly from 100% to 56,7% (p < 0.05).

This studyaimed to examinethe influence ofself-help group actionagainst thequality of life ofhemodialysispatientsinPKU MuhammadiyahYogyakarta  hospital. Thisresearchdesignusingquasy experiment withpretest-posttest control group design. The sample selection in this study using total sampling technique. Respondentscontrol groupof 16 peopleandthe intervention groupare 15 people. The respondents in the control group received the standard treatment of the hospital, and the intervention group receive self-help group meeting 8 times Analysis ofthe data usedindependentt-test. Results from the analysis data obtained significant value mean difference test between control group and intervention group before being implemented SHG p value is 0.404, it is means that there is no significant difference quality of life HD patients before implementation SHG. The significant value of the mean difference testbetweenintervention group and control group is p value <0.001, it is means that there are significantly differences quality of life between intervention group and control group. Combination ofHDandselfhelp groupinrenal failurepatients with undergoingHDcan improve thequality of life ofpatients. Abstract

The result from International Conference on Population Development in Cairo 1994, as adolescent reproductive health must be getting especial common universally. That is because in adolescent period have many problems appears about reproduction health resulted of adolescent knowledge still minimum. Now, many adolescents get knowledge about reproduction health from public media and electronic media. Wherever that information not sure all right and good. This study was aims to know influence delivery reproduction health education by peer group through adolescents health reproduction knowledge in Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta 2 State Junior Hugh School.This research usedpre experiment design with One Group Pretest Posttest Design to know increasing of adolescent knowledge about reproductive health through peer group education using modules. Population in this research is students in Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta 2 State Junior High School. Total sampling is 40 respondents. The data collection is carried out using the questionnaire, and the statistical test used is Wilcoxon Test.The analysis result of the adolescents knowledge of reproduction health in Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta 2 State Junior High School showed z-value -4,337 with p was 0,000 smaller than 0,05. That meant as there influence delivery reproduction health education through health reproduction knowledge of adolescent in Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta 2 State Junior High School. It can be concluded that reproductive health education by peer group, can increase adolescent reproductive health knowledge. Hasil konferensi internasional tentang kependudukan dan pembangunan atau International Conference on Population (ICPD) di Kairo tahun 1994, dikatakan bahwa kesehatan reproduksi remaja perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus secara global. Hal ini karena pada masa remaja muncul berbagai masalah kesehatan reproduksi akibat pengetahuan yang diperoleh remaja tentang hal tersebut masih minim. Saat ini, kebanyakan remaja memperoleh pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dari media cetak dan elektronik yang belum tentu benar dan bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyampaian pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi oleh kelompok sebaya terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMP Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pre test Post test Design untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja setelah diberi pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi oleh kelompok sebaya. Populasi adalah siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta, total sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelompok sebaya sebagai mediator dalam pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi kepada responden serta menggunakan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan uji statistik uji Wilcoxon.Hasil analisis pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja menunjukkan z-hitung adalah - 4,337 dengan p < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi oleh kelompok sebaya terhadap remaja di SMP Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyampaian pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi oleh kelompok sebaya, dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMP Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendahuluan : Mahasiswa keperawatan yang telah menyelesaikan jenjang pendidikan profesi ners harus melakukan uji kompetensi perawat sesuai dengan standar kompetensi perawat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa untuk dapat mencapai hasil yang kompeten perlu kemandirian belajar. PjBL merupakan metode pembelajaran yang memperkenankan peserta didik untuk bekerja secara mandiri, kreatif dan pembelajaran yang inovatif.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan PjBL terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor mahasiswa.Metode penelitian ini adalah Quasy-eksperiment dengan pendekatan Pretest-Posttest With Control Grup Design. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juni 2017, N adalah mahasiswa STIkes Surya Global Yogyakarta semester V dan n kelompok intervensi 40 dan n kelompok kontrol 40. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Paired sample t-test dan Uji statistik Independent t-test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok intervensi setelah dilakukan metode pembelajaran dengan PjBL (p<0.00) pada kemampuan kognitif, (p<0.001) pada kemampuan afektif dan (p<0.001) pada kemampuan psikomotor. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah PjBL berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Project Based Learning (PjBl), kognitif, afektif, psikomotor

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pembelajaran kelas dan skills lab merupakan bagian yang penting dari proses pendidikan yang komplek dan harus terintegrasi dalam seluruh program pendidikan yang mengacu pada kurikulum, khususnya pencapaian tugas akhir bagi lulusan. Banyak kendala yang ditemukan pada saat persiapan dan pelaksanaan program di kelas dan di skills lab serta mengevaluasi kemampuan mahasiswa, banyaknya kendala ini akan mempengaruhi hasil akhir dari kompetensi peserta didik. Tujuan:  Mengetahui hubungan antara mutu pembelajaran skill lab dengan hasil belajar skill lab mahasiswa tingkat 1 dan 2 pada mata kuliah Kebutuhan Dasar Manusia (KDM) di Akper Widya Husada Semarang. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Keperawatan di Akper Widya Husada Semarang yang berjumlah 118 mahasiswa dengan teknik sampling adalah total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Rank Spearman Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara mutu pembelajaran dengan nilai skill laboratorium pada mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Keperawatan di Akper Widya Husada Semarang dengan nilai r sebesar 0,255 dan nilai p sebesar 0,005. Hasil análisis data antara dimensi mutu pembelajaran yang tidak berhubungan adalah kehandalan dan empati, sementara dimensi yang berhubungan adalah daya tanggap, kepastian dan wujud.Kesimpulan:  Adanya hubungan antara mutu pembelajaran dengan hasil pembelajaran skill laboratorium.  Kata kunci :  Mutu pembelajaran, Hasil Skill Lab,OSCA    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE QUALITY OF LABORATORY LEARNING AND THE RESULT OF STUDENT LABORATORY SKILL IN THE SUBJECT OF HUMAN BASIC NEED IN HEALTH ACADEMY OF WIDYA HUSADA SEMARANG ABSTRACTBackground: Class learning and laboratory skills are important parts of complex education process and have to be integrated in the entire education program that refers to curriculum, especially final paper achievement for the graduates. There are many obstacles found in the program preparation and implementation of the class and in the laboratory skill as well as in the evaluation of the student’s competence. The obstacles will affect the final result of the student’s competence. Objective: Finding out the relationship between the quality of laboratory learning and the result of laboratory skill of 2nd semester students in the subject of Human Basic Need in Health Academy of Widya Husada Semarang. Research Methodology: The research was quantitative in nature, with cross sectional approach. The population of the research was the students of the D3 Study Program of Nursing in Health Academy of Widya Husada Semarang. There were 118 students with the sampling technique of total sampling. The data analysis used was Rank Spearman correlation. Research Result: The research has found that there is a significant relationship between the quality of laboratory learning and the score of laboratory skill among the students of D3 Study Program of Nursing in Health Academy of Widya Husada Semarang with r value is 0.255 and p value is 0.005. The result of data analysis among the quality dimensions of laboratory learning that not related were reliability and empathy, while the dimensions related were responsiveness, certainty and form. Objective: Finding out the relationship between the quality of laboratory learning and the result of laboratory skill of 2nd semester students in the subject of Human Basic Need in Health Academy of Widya Husada Semarang. Research Methodology: The research was quantitative in nature, with cross sectional approach. The population of the research was the students of the D3 Study Program of Nursing in Health Academy of Widya Husada Semarang. There were 118 students with the sampling technique of total sampling. The data analysis used was Rank Spearman correlation. Research Result: The research has found that there is a significant relationship between the quality of laboratory learning and the score of laboratory skill among the students of D3 Study Program of Nursing in Health Academy of Widya Husada Semarang with r value is 0.255 and p value is 0.005. The result of data analysis among the quality dimensions of laboratory learning that not related were reliability and empathy, while the dimensions related were responsiveness, certainty and form. Abstract

Malnutrisi pada balita masih merupakan permasalahan di Indonesia termasuk di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan indikator berat badan menurut tinggi badan, 2,6% balita mengalami malnutrisi akut berat. Pada beberapa dekade terakhir, telah terjadi pergeseran paradigma dalam penanganan balita malnutrisi, yang sebelumnya berbasis pendekatan fasilitas kesehatan bergeser menjadi pendekatan berbasis komunitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh program home care terhadap peningkatan status gizi balita malnutrisi pada anak usia 6-60 bulan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest dan posttest control group melalui tiga tahap pendampingan yaitu intensif, mandiri, dan penguatan dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Sampel adalah 56 balita malnutrisi akut di dua wilayah, yaitu 33 balita di Kota Yogyakarta (eksperimen) dan 23 balita di Kabupaten Sleman (kontrol) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Intervensi home care diberikan selama tiga 3 bulan (Januari sampai Maret 2013). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah program home care, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada status gizi balita (p < 0,05). Pada akhir intervensi, terjadi penurunan kejadian malnutrisi akut berat dari 100% menjadi 56,7% (p < 0,05). Improving Nutritional Status of Children with Severe Acute Malnutrition Through Home Care ProgramChildren undernutrition is still an issue in Indonesia, including in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on weight for height indicator, 2.6% children experience severe acute malnutrition. In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the management of acute malnutrition from a facility- based to community-centered approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of home care intervention on the improvement of nutritional status of severe acute malnutrition children aged 6-60 months. This study was designed with quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest control group design, conducted in three phases; intensive, strengthening and independent with nursing approach (January until March 2013). Samples were 56 children with severe and moderate acute malnutrition for both study sites, 33 children in Yogyakarta city (experiment) and 23 children in Sleman district (control), selected using purposive sampling. Home care intervention is given for three months (January until March 2014). Results findings show there were significant increase in nutritional status (p < 0.05) after home care intervention. At end line evaluation, the proportion of severe acute malnutrition in the experimental groups reduced significantly from 100% to 56,7% (p < 0.05).

Abstract

Basic Health Research in 2010 showed that the prevalence of malnutrition in Yogyakarta was 1.4%. WHO since 2007 has socialized a Community-Based Management of Severe Acute Malnutrition programs to handled the malnutrition problem which one of activities was forming Self Help Group (SHG) in society. KLIPING is one of the SHG programs to give support each other and share experiences to mother who has same problem with malnourished children. This research is aimed to improve nutritient status of children under five with malnutrition by KLIPING program in Mantrijeron Sub District Yogyakarta. Quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design was carried out in this study. 25 children with malnutrition were selected using purposive sampling, 11 children for intervention group and 14 childrens for control group. The analysis conducted used statistic test of Paired t-test and Independent ttest. The results showed there is increases of z score in the intervention group with p value 0.030, while there was no increase in the Z Score differences both of two groups before and after the KLIPING intervention. During 2 months intervention of KLIPING (Nutrition Supporting Group) there was significant increases of z score in intervention group.
