Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of service and cost to the health center patient satisfaction and loyalty Wonogiri Wonogiri 2. The populations in this study were patients Wonogiri 2 Wonogiri Health Center. The total number of samples of the population. Analysis tool consists of test instruments, test the linearity, and the test path analysis consisted of t test, test F and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The analysis revealed that the ministry did not significantly influence patient satisfaction Wonogiri 2 Wonogiri health center. Not significantly affect the cost to the health center patient satisfaction Wonogiri Wonogiri 2. Significant effect on the loyalty of service health center patients Wonogiri Wonogiri 2. Significant effect on the cost of health center patient loyalty Wonogiri Wonogiri 2. Satisfaction significantly influence the health center patient loyalty Wonogiri Wonogiri 2. Total R2 value of 0, 228 or 22.8%. This means that the health center patient loyalty Wonogiri 2 Wonogiri explained by the cost of service and satisfaction as an intervening variable with 22.9% and the remaining 77.1% is explained by variables other than research models, such as organizational culture, work discipline, competence etc. . F test results showed that simultaneous variable service, cost, and satisfaction, have a positive and significant impact on patient loyalty Wonogiri 2 Wonogiri health center. The direct effect of service on loyalty is greater than the indirect effect, so as to increase the loyalty of the direct path selected patients, patient satisfaction can not serve as an intervening variable. Directly influence the cost of loyalty is greater than the indirect effect, so as to increase the loyalty of the direct path selected patients, patient satisfaction can not function as an intervening variable   Key words: service, cost, patient satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spinach on the noodles to Fe, physical and organoleptics properties. As Statistically analysis known significantly on the effect of adding spinach for Fe content, ie the addition of spinach by 10%, 20%, and 30%. However, there was not significantly on the physical properties of yield, rehydration and elasticity. Organoleptic testing showed the flavor and color of not significant. While the flavour is no difference in the effect of the addition of spinach occurred in 20%, 10% and 0% (control). Similarly, no effect of the difference in texture occurs on the addition of spinach, 20%, 30% and 0% (control). To increase the value of iron on wet noodles can be added spinach 20% and blanching the spinach to reduce unpleasant flavour.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan hidup dengan bersyukur pada remaja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa yang tinggal di asrama SMAIT Abu Bakar  Boarding School Yogyakarta berjumlah 80 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, data berupa skor diambil menggunakan skala kepuasan hidup remaja(x) dan skala Bersyukur (y). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment dari Pearson.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r = 0,225 dengan nilai p = 0,163 (p>0,01) sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi  yang signifikan antara kepuasan hidup pada remaja dengan bersyukur,  sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak. artinya  tidak terdapat  hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan hidup remaja dengan Bersyukur. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang  signifikan  antara kepuasan hidup dengan bersyukur Kata Kunci : Kepuasan hidup dan Bersyukur.

Abstract

Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) is a type of fuel cell that converts methanol directly into electrical energy. The commercialization constraints of fuel cells in Indonesia is due to the high cost of manufacturing, including the expensive electrolyte membrane which is one of the important components of fuel cells. Utilization of cheap and abundant local materials such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and chitosan can reduce the fuel cell manufacturing cost burden. The membrane currently used for DMFC is the Nafion® membrane. The superiority of Nafion® membrane has high ionic conductivity and membrane stability, while Nafion® membrane deficiency is a very expensive price and has a high enough methanol permeability that can lead to a decrease in overall cell voltage performance. This study studied the characteristics of ABS-sulfonated Chitosan membrane membrane with ratio (20:80) and (40:60) prepared on 6-hour, 12 hour, 18 hour, 24 hour sulphonation time variation. The experimental results show a sulfonation time of 24 hours, in the ratio of ABS: Chitosan (20:80 wt) provides membrane characteristics such as water uptake 48.50%, swelling degree 25%, ion exchange chamber 2.030 meq / g, and methanol permeability 2,9336x10 -6 cm2 / s.

Abstract

In small and medium industries, cassava starch is dried using conventional method by drying it directly under the sun. However, the main drawback of conventional method is low drying rate. Therefore, in this study, cassava starch with a water content of 40% (wet basis) was dried using a pneumatic dryer to a moisture content below 13% (wet basis). The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of drying air temperature, drying air flow rate and rate of feeding in relation to drying rate and energy analysis. Energy analysis was performed to determine the performance of pneumatic dryer. The energy analysis itself is done in the form of energy utilization and energy efficiency. The energy analysis shows that the increase of dryer temperature from 60 to 100oC will increase the utilization of energy from 0.34 to 0.76 J/s, while the energy efficiencies ranged between 30-40%. Proximate analysis shows that the dried cassava starch has an ash content of 0,24, grain fiber of 0,12, and degree of whiteness of 98%, which fulfills the SNI standard of cassava starch.Keywords: cassava starch; energy analysis; pneumatic dryer

Abstract

Minyak merupakan salah satu sumber energi penting dalam tubuh manusia. Minyak memberikan energi kedalam tubuh manusia 9 kalori tiap gram lemak. Asam lemak bebas atau Free Fatty Acid (FFA) merupakan hasil hidrolisis trigliserida yang mudah teroksidasi sehingga menyebabkan ketengikan (rancidity) pada minyak. Berbagai macam reaksi yang terjadi selama proses penggorengan seperti reaksi oksidasi, hidrolisis, polimerisasi, dan reaksi dengan logam dapat mengakibatkan minyak menjadi rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nyata penambahan ekstrak bawang merah terhadap minyak goreng kelapa sawit yang digunakan penggorengan berulang-ulang dengan materi tergoreng tempe. Minyak goreng kelapa sawit sebelum digunakan untuk penggorengan ditetapkan sebagai kontrol tanpa penyimpanan 24 jam dan penyimpanan 24 jam. Minyak goreng kelapa sawit digunakan untuk menggoreng tempe dengan pengulangan penggorengan pertama, kedua, dan ketiga. Perlakuan yang diberikan dengan penambahan ekstrak bawang merah dan tanpa ekstrak bawang merah dan ditetapkan kadar asam lemak bebasnya. Metode yang digunakan untuk penetapan kadar asam lemak bebas adalah Alkalimetri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik Anova satu jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar asam lemak bebas pada minyak goreng pada kontrol tanpa penyimpanan 24 jam dan penyimpanan 24 jam adalah 0,13%. Kadar asam lemak bebas pada minyak goreng setelah dilakukan penggorengan pertama, kedua, ketiga, tanpa pemberian ekstrak bawang merah adalah 0,44%, 0,60%, 0,74%, sedangkan minyak goreng dengan pemberian ekstrak bawang merah adalah 0,28%, 0,44%, 0,57%. Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan kadar asam lemak bebas dengan pemberian ekstrak bawang merah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pelestarian monumen Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pakis Baru  Kecamatan Nawangan Kabupaten Pacitan selama enam bulan. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sumber skunder. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif model interaktif. Objek penelitian adalah masyarakat Desa Pakis Baru dengan mengambil sampel aparat pemerintah, penjaga monumen, masyarakat sekitar monumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat Desa Pakis Baru dalam melestarikan monumen Jenderal Soedirman masih sangat rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang arti pentingnya peninggalan sejarah, masyarakat yang bersifat materialistik, masyarakat yang cenderung menunggu perintah aparat desa, kurangnya sosialisasi tentang pentingnya peninggalan sejarah.Kata Kunci: Kesadaran sejarah, Partisipasi, Pelestarian

Abstract

Recently the condition of agriculture in Indonesia needs to be addressed. Soil fertility getting damaged due to chemical fertilizer that is not impartial. In addition, the impact of excessive use of synthetic pesticides can cause damage to the ecosystem. Control of plant diseases using biological agents began getting attention because of public concerns due to the use of synthetic chemical pesticides. Biological agents are microorganisms,  both  naturally  occurring  such  as  bacteria,  fungi,  viruses  and protozoa, as well as the results of genetic engineering that are used to control plantpests. Madrasah Diniyah Jumapolo, Karanganyar, has pioneered the manufacture of biological agents to support organic farming although on a small scale. Community service activities undertaken to provide assistance in the improvement of the production process  and  management  improvements.  The  technology  developed  is  the  use  ofbiological pesticides agent isolated from Beauveria bassiana and Trichoderma sp. As a natural insecticide and fungicide. The activities received support from the madrasa and expressed successfully produce biological agents in the proper packaging. In addition to the consumption of madrasa and nearby farmers, pesticide product ofbiological agents is also sold to the public. The selling of products will increase the development of organic farming to produce healthy food also will gain additional income for the madrasa.

Abstract

Coal tar can be used as an alternative raw material for the production of liquid fuels, such as: gasoline and diesel through hydrogenation and cracking process. Hydrogenation and cracking process requires a catalyst which has metal components for hydrogenation reaction and acid components for cracking reaction. In this study, the Co/Zeolite Y and Co-Mo/Zeolite Y catalysts were prepared by impregnation and ion exchange methods. Characterizations of the catalysts were carried out by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and gravimetric acidity. The catalysts were tested for coal tar conversion to liquid fuel under various temperatures, amount of catalyst and hydrogen flow rates in a fixed bed flow reaction system. Liquid fuels products were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). The XRD Spectra indicated that the addition of Co and Mo metals did not affect catalysts structure, however it alters the percentage of crystallinity. The addition of Co metal using impregnation method caused reduction in crystallinity, while the addition of Mo caused improvement of crystallinity. The Co-Mo/Zeolite Y catalyst with highest crystallinity was obtained by loading using ion exchange method. The addition of Co and Mo metals caused increasing acidity. However, the increasing composition of Co and Mo loaded on Zeolite Y catalyst decreased the yield of liquid fuels from coal tar. It can be concluded that the yields of liquid fuels and the composition of gasoline fractions from hydrocracking of coal tar were highly dependent on  acidity of the catalyst.
