Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran Matematika Sekolah Dasar (SD) dengan penguatan tahapan enaktif-ikonik-simbolik berbantuan serang-kaian pertanyaan produktif. Perangkat pembelajaran berupa Panduan Guru sebagai suple-men dalam mengembangkan rancangan pembelajaran tematik kompetensi dasar (KD) Ma-tematika kelas IV semester gasal. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan Panduan Guru dengan perangkatnya, yaitu alat peraga sebagai representasi enaktif; media visual dalam bentuk po-werpoint sebagai representasi ikonik; lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD) dan lembar tu-gas peserta didik (LTPD), serta kartu masalah (contextual problem). Produk yang telah di-hasilkan akan membantu guru dalam mengembangkan rancangan pembelajaran dalam im-plementasi Kurikulum 2013. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa produk penelitian be-rupa Suplemen Panduan Guru membantu guru dalam mengembangkan rancangan dan pe-laksanaan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan ilmiah. Penyempurnaan Suplemen difokuskan pada keterpaduan aspek sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan.Kata kunci: suplemen panduan guru; pembelajaran tematik KD Matematika; contextual                         problem   AbstractThe purpose of this research is to develop elementary mathematics learning devices with reinforcement stages enactive-iconic-symbolic aidednquestion series of productive to strengthen the ability of solving Mathematics problem students since early. A learning device Teacher’s Guide as a supplement in developing basic competencies thematic lesson plan fourth grade Math odd semester. This research has produced a Teacher’s Guide with the device; witch is a representation enactive prop; visual media in the form of PowerPoint as iconic representations; students’ activity sheets (LKPD) and students’ task sheet (LTPD), and card problems (contextual problem). The benefit of this research that has been produced to assist teachers in developing lesson plan curriculum implementation in 2013. Research products in the form of Teachers Guide Supplement to help teachers in developing the design and implementation of learning with a scientific approach. Abstract

The attainment of education in Indonesia is low. It can be seen from the measurement results of PISA 2013, which measures the ability of Mathematics, Reading, and Science for students in Junior High School education age. Meanwhile, in 2014 the implementation of Curriculum 2013 will be implemented 100% in class VII and VIII. How is the readiness of Junior High School teachers in Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, and Science regarding to the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in 2014? This study aimed to describe the understanding of junior high school teachers in Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, and Science to the 2013 curriculum, an innovative learning process, as well as authentic assessment in Semarang city. The study was designed as a descriptive study with a sample of teachers in Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, and Science (public and private) in the Semarang taken proportionally based on the accreditation status of A, B, and C. The statistical analysis that will be used is simple statistic equipped with the descriptive analysis of narrative. Research steps to be carried out are: sampling, research instruments development, data collection, data analysis, and results. The results indicated an understanding of 2013 curriculum by Junior High School teachers. It showed good result (score 3.7), understanding of the innovative learning process in using 2013 curriculum by Junior High School teachers showed good result (score 3.9), Junior High School teachers’ understanding of the authentic assessment showed considerable good result (score of 3.6), and Junior High School teachers in Bahasa Indonesia subjects, science and mathematics attitudes toward the implementation of curriculum 2013 showed good results. It can be seen from the average score of 3.8 with good categories on the questionnaire analysis. Most of teachers’ attitudes toward the implementation of 2013 curriculum indicated positive respond. On the other hand, factor of teacher readiness toward the implementation of 2013 curriculum still needs to be improved.Keywords: implementation of Curriculum 2013

Abstract

Product or service Wira New Business (WUB) generated the students have the advantage of science and technology. Independent entrepreneurs from universities that produce the products / services can be developed through the science and technology-based business consulting to experts, research and laboratories on campus. Readiness is integrated and holistic childbirth entrepreneurs from universities, superior, has a broader and more adaptative insight. Entrepreneurship lecture testruktur, entrepreneurial practices chance divasilitasi Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (PKM-K) through a grant to try to try. Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) which provide more opportunities, where students who tried because of limited funds got very soft loan (without interest). Useful for students to practice managing capital / funding from outside to study the production, trade, repay, and so on.

Abstract

Thisstudy was based on the results of learning innovation research conducted in Mathematics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Science, Semarang State University. The expected goal is to develop or acquire a learning model mathematics course on ICT-based Operations Research. This study was done in order to utilize computer technology (laptop) that was shared by almost all students of the Department of Mathematics in order to reduce the difficulty of students to perform calculations that are many and complex.Research was conducted at the Laboratory of MathematicsUnneswhich also becomes the avenue of this subject. Implementation of learning by using the PBL approach (projectbased learning) based on ICT. The processed data was taken from the field (a real problem) which was further discussed and discussed in groups by utilizing the theory of operations research and facilities laptop and software that support it. The result of the discussion was presented in front of the class andeach step that has been done until the students reached their conclusion and interpretation. The results of the study concluded that (1) the form of the program to resolve the research operations problem was computer assisted program, and (2) the learning outcomes of operations research with project-based learning approach.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan profesional guru kelompok bermain (KB PAUD) sebagai khalayak sasaran dalam penguasaan pembelajaran matematika anak usia dini, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya skor apersepsi dan posttest tentang konsep-konsep matematika dalam kegiatan PAUD. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi tiga tahapan, yaitu: (1) tahap awal persiapan (perijinan, materi kegiatan dan instrumen penilaian); (2) tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan pendidik PAUDdalam pembelajaran matematis untuk pengembangan kognitif anak usia dini di kabupaten Brebes; dan (3) tahap akhir adalah evaluasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerimaan materi pelatihan yang diserap pada peserta.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan penguasaan materi konsep-konsep matematis dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini (76 menjadi 90). Kondisi sebelum implementasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa banyaknya peserta yang setuju bahwa pada usia dini (PAUD) tidak diperkenankan mengenalkan konsep-konsep matematis masih cukup tinggi, yaitu mendekati 50%. Demikin juga banyaknya peserta yang setuju bahwa aktivitas menghitung sama sekali tidak dilakukan dalam PAUD sebesar 36%.

Abstract

The target of the Partnership Program's activities is Parereja and Cigadung village, district of Banjarharjo, Brebes regency. Priority issues that be the focus on this partnership program are: (1) Quite a lot of early childhood have not served yet in PAUD; (2) There are school-aged children in primary education level not going to school; (3) The high number of stunting and maternal mortality rate (4) The lack of awareness about nutrition of pregnant women and toddlers; (5) The lack of health services for children in school. The target that has been achieved are: (1) The availability of community-based education data in 2018 as a reference for organizing Cigadung village program in the next year; (2) Formed a POSPAUD model in Parereja; (3) formed PKBM in Parereja; (4) The availability of the health equipment and skills of the UKS and little doctor in Cigadung 01 and Parereja 01 elementary school. The methods that used in this program are the empowerment of the Community (community-based), training approaches, demonstrations, simulations, and practice with assistance. In addition, followed by strengthening community-based human resources who collaborate-participatively with Baperlitbangda and local college to ensure the quality and sustainability of the program

Abstract

AbstrakHampir setiap tahun di Indonesia terjadi bencana yang mengakibatkan banyak kerugian baik jiwa maupun materi. Mengingat 83% kawasan Indonesia rawan bencana dan dari 250 juta jiwa penduduk, 98% warga negara Indonesia berada dalam tingkat tidak siap menghadapi ancaman bahaya. Korban dari bencana alam ini yang paling rentan adalah anak-anak dan masyarakat di daerah rawan bencana. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang model pendidikan kebencanaan untuk anak usia dini; adapun model pendidikan yang diterapkan adalah model pendidikan bermain sambil belajar di taman EWS (Eling-Waspada-Siaga). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Taman EWS Kabupaten Klaten Jawa Tengah, dengan melibatkan unsur pemerintah dan masyarakat, yakni BPBD Kabupaten Klaten, Damkar, Sarlak Resque, guru-guru PAUD, dan siswa PAUD. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah partisipatif kolaboratif, dimana sejumlah perwakilan elemen masyarakat dilibatkan secara bersama-sama untuk melakukan pembelajaan dan simulasi berkenaan dengan mitigasi bencana. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat: proses kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung dengan suasana yang menyenangkan, peserta dengan antusias menerima setiap materi yang disajikan oleh instruktur. Materi terdiri dari mitigasi bencana banjir, angin ribut, erupsi gunungapi dan gempa bumi. Peserta mencoba mempraktikkan/simulasi dengan menggunakan media yang telah disediakan di Taman EWS. Simulasi dilakukan secara kelompok dan individu dengan sangat antusias.Kata Kunci: pendidikan kebencanaan, PAUD, Taman EWS AbstractAlmost every year, there is disaster occurred in Indonesia which resulted in many material and immaterial loss. About 83% of Indonesias area is prone to disasters and of 250 million people, 98% of Indonesian citizens are in a level that not ready to face the threat. The most vulnerable victims of disaster are children. This paper aims to describe the model of disaster education for early childhood which applied in a model of playing while learning in the EWS park (Eling/Remember-Waspada/Alert-Siaga/Readiness). The community service activity was done in EWS Park of Klaten Regency, Central Java Province. It involved government and community, include Regional Agency of Disaster Management (BPBD), Fire Rescue, Search and Rescue Unit, Teachers and Students of Early Childhood. This activity used collaborative participatory approach, which a number of community representatives were involved together in learning and simulating the disaster mitigation. The result of the community service showed that the process of learning activities takes place with a pleasant atmosphere, participants enthusiastically receive any material presented by the instructor. The material consists of flood mitigation, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. Participants try to practice/simulate using the media provided in EWS Park. Simulations are done in groups and individuals with great enthusiasm.Keywords: disaster education, early childhood, EWS Park.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan tujuan utama dalam pembelajaran matematika. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah, diantaranya adalah self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model pembelajaran MMP terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah ditinjau dari self-efficacy siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mixed method dengan desain concurrent embedded. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran MMP efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, (2) a) siswa dengan self-efficacy tinggi mampu memahami masalah, merencanakan pemecahan masalah, melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah, serta memeriksa kembali dengan benar dan lengkap, b) siswa dengan self-efficacy sedang mampu memahami masalah, merencanakan pemecahan masalah, melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah dengan benar dan lengkap, dalam memeriksa kembali tidak mampu menggunakan cara lain, dan c) siswa dengan self-efficacy rendah mampu memahami masalah dan merencanakan pemecahan masalah dengan benar namun kurang lengkap, kurang mampu dalam melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah, serta dalam memeriksa kembali tidak mampu menggunakan cara lain.
