Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the correlation between learning motivation, learning media, student’s initial capability and learning results of Social Science subject. this was a survey research with correlation/regression approach. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The results showed that (1) there was a correlation between learning motivation and social science learning result, (2) there was a positive correlation between social science learning media and learning result, (3) there was a positive correlation between student’s initial capability and social science learning result, (4) there was a positive correlation between learning motivation, social science learning media,  and student’s initial capability and student’s learning result.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi motivasi belajar media pembelajaran, kemampuan Awal siswa terhadap basil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan korelasi/regresi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat korelasii antara motivasi belajar dengan basil pembelajaran IPS, (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara media pembelajaran bidang studi IPS dengan hasil belajar, (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan awal siswa bidang studi IPS dengan hasil belajar, (4) terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar, media pembelajaran bidang studi IPS, kemampuan awal siswa dengan hasil belajar.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kemampuan awal siswa, media pembelajaran, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyzed: 1) study planning, 2) study execution, 3) evaluation system, 4) the increasing of accomplishment in learning mathematic by using student’s worksheet  in class XII IPA of SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung.The planning of research uses a class activity research which consists in three cycles, there are cycle I use student’s worksheet, cycle II use student’s worksheet in which the students were grouped into small group, and cycle III use student’s worksheet in which the students were grouped into small group by using power point media. Collecting data of research is done by observation sheet and the analyzed data doing by quantitative  descriptive.The result of the research is 1) the learning process by using student’s worksheet are: student directed to fine the concept with fill the blank of example in  student’s worksheet with discus into small group, presentation of result discussion, doing the exercise in group, teacher doing the explanation by using power point and the student do the exercise with individual; 2) assessment systems are done in writing, the number of test is ten, exercise forms is multiple choice that contain five choice with difficulties level 0,63 (is middle), power different value 0,62 (is middle), reliabilities value 0,73 (is high), and validating value 0,56 (is middle); 3) The increasing of  accomplishment of learning student, students who complete at cycle I is 46%,  cycle II is 66%, and cycle III is 88%.   Kata kunci: prestasi belajar, lembar kerja siswa

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) describe school’s potency and condition, (2) produce syntax of learning cycle model and student worksheet (LKS), (3) analyze the effectiveness of learning cycle model usage and students worksheet. Subject of research are student of SMKN 1 Bandar Lampung, SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung, SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung. Result of research are: (1) schools’ potency and condition supported to develop learning model, (2) to produce syntax of learning cycle  model which consists of seven stages, they are (a) elicit, (b) engage, (c) explore, (d) explain, (e) elaborate, (f) evaluate, (g) extend which supported by students worksheet. (3) effective product was used as a learning model because z score 0,46 was lower than z table 0,64.Penelitian  ini  mempunyai  tujuan: (1) mendeskripsikan potensi dan kondisi sekolah, (2) menghasilkan sintak pembelajaran model  Learning Cycle  serta LKS, (3) menganalisis tingkat efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle serta LKS.Tempat penelitian di SMKN1 Bandar Lampung, SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung, SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung. Hasil  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah : (1) kondisi dan potensi sekolah mendukung untuk pengembangan model pembelajaran, (2) menghasilkan sintak pembelajaran model Learning Cycle yang terdiri dari tujuh tahap, yaitu (a) elicit, (b) engage, (c) explore, (d) explain, (e) elaborate, (f) evaluate, (g) extend serta didukung LKS. (3) produk efektif digunakan sebagai model pembelajaran karena nilai z skor adalah 0,46 lebih kecil dari z tabel sebesar 0,64.Kata kunci : learning cycle, materi pertidaksamaan, model pembelajaran

Abstract

This objectives of this research are to analyze (1) the compilation of lesson plan fo English lesson in narrative writing using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, (2) the implementation of English lesson in narrative writing with CTL approach, (3) evaluation of English lesson in narrative writing with CTL approach, and (4) the improving of narrative writing ability of XI grade SMA Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung through CTL approach.The research method used was classrom action research. Abstract

This research aims to obtain the achievement of planning, implementation and evaluation of learning in Junior High School of Alam Lampung. It used goal oriented models (goal oriented evaluation) approach. The data was analized descriptive quantitatively. Data was collected through documentation, observation, and questionnaires.Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat ketercapaian proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis pendidikan karakter kelas VIII yang terjadi di SMP Alam Lampung.Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan evaluatif berorientasi tujuan (goal oriented evaluation). Analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.Kata kunci : evaluasi, pendidikan karakter, pembelajaran IPA

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze: (1) lesson plan design (RPP) of Group Investigation Model, (2) implementing of Group Investigation Model; (3) evaluation system of Group Investigation Model of learning; (4) increasing student achievement using Group Investigation Model. The method of the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) through three cycles. The result of the research could be concluded as (1) lesson plan design (RPP) using Group Investigation Model including making group, delivering, accessing, completing materials, discussion and presentation, reorganizing, classroom discussion and presentation and evaluating, (2) implementation of Group Investigation Model can develop student activities. The student activities of XI Science 1 in the first cycle is 77.16%, in the second cycle is 82.83% and in the third cycle is 90.19%, Class XI Science-2 in the first cycle is 77.16%, in the second is 82.00%, and in the third is 88.34%, (3) the student achievement is increasing. In XI Science-1, the students got minimum mastery criteria (KKM) in the first cycle were 14 (46.67%), in second were 19 (63.33%) and in the third were 23 (76.67%).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) desain RPP, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (3) sistem evaluasi, (4) peningkatan prestasi belajar Biologi menggunakan Model Investigasi Kelompok. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tiga siklus.  Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) desain RPP dengan Model Investigasi Kelompok meliputi pembagian kelompok, materi, mengakses, melengkapi materi, diskusi dan presentasi, pengemasan ulang, evaluasi, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran Model Investigasi Kelompok dapat meningkatkan aktivitas anggota kelompok,  (3) system evaluasi postes dan formatif (4) prestasi belajar siswa meningkat. Pada kelas XI IPA1, jumlah siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM siklus 1 14 (46,67%), siklus II 19 (63,33%) siklus III 23 (76,67).Kata kunci: aktivitas, investigasi kelompok, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence between: 1) teachers creativity toward Biology achievement; 2) the using of advance organizer toward Biology achievement; 3) teachers creativity and the using of advance organizer simultaneously toward Biology achievement in the twelfth grade on mathematical and natural sciences of SMAN 1 Ambarawa.Population in this research are the students on SMAN 1 Ambarawa, whose amount to 60 students, that consists of 30 students of XII IPA 1 and 30 students of XII IPA 2. The results of this research are: 1) there is positive inluence between teachers creativity toward Biology achievement, learner achievement biology rose by 0,029 to 85.225 constants 2) there is positive influence between the using of advance organizer toward Biology achievement, scores increase in the use of advance organizers on learner achievement Biology rose by 0.456 to 45.458 constants.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh: 1) kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar Biologi, 2) penggunaan advance organizer terhadap prestasi belajar Biologi 3) kreativitas guru dan penggunaan advance organizer secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar Biologi pada kelas XII IPA SMA Negeri1 Ambarawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah murid-murid di SMAN 1 Ambarawa, yang berjumlah 60 orang, yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XII IPA 1  yang berjumlah 30 orang   dan  XII  IPA 2  yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi pebelajar Biologi, prestasi pebelajar biologi naik sebesar 0,029 dengan konstanta 85,225. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara penggunaan advance organizer terhadap prestasi pebelajar Biologi, kenaikan skor penggunaan advance organizer terhadap prestasi pebelajar Biologi naik sebesar 0,456  dengan konstanta 45,458Kata kunci: kreativitas guru, penggunaan advance organizer, prestasi belajar biologi

Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) analizing the school’s potential and condition for developing worksheet as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter, (2) developing worksheet as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter, (3) analizing the effectiveness of using worksheet as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter, (4) analizing the efficiency of using worksheet as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter, and (5) analizing the attractiveness of using worksheet as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter.This research used research and development approach. It was conducted in SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung, SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung, and SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung. Data collecting technique used are test and questionnaire. The research data was analized descriptively and by using T-Test.The conclusions of this research are: (1) Senior high schools in Bandar Lampung are potential for developing students worksheet. It was identified that there had not been worksheet as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter before, the learning result which tended to be low in the subject matter, and the presentation of the guidance used before did not support for achieving the goal of physics. (2) The worksheet development processes are (a) analysing the curriculum i.e. analysing Standar of Competence, Basic Competene, and materials which needed the worksheet, (b) formulating the learning indicators and goals, (c) mapping the worksheet needs to identify the number of worksheet needed, (d) determining the worksheet elements,(e) collecting the materials, and (f) composing the worksheet. (3) The worksheet is effective in use as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter as it can be seen from the increase of students’ learning result and the average gain was 0.82. (4) The worksheet is efficient in use as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter as it can be seen from the time spent in the learning process was less than the time needed, with the efficiency presentage was 1.62. (5) The worksheet is attractive in use as a guidance for students in doing experiment for rectilinear motion subject matter as it can be seen from the result of the worksheet attractiveness testing with the average percentage was 78%, and from the increase of students’ learning time because they were interested in using the worksheet during the learning process.Keywords: instructional design, students worksheet, physics

PERBEDAAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW DAN TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENTS

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to describe ;1) the interaction between learning and entry behavior on student’s achievement, 2) the difference of students achievement between Jigsaw and TGT model learning,3) the difference of students achievement through Jigsaw and TGT model learning for high entry behavior students. The population of the research was conducted at two classes with the samples of students class XE and XF  in SMA N I Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung. The research results show that : (1) there is an interaction of student’s achievement between learning and their entry behavior with P-value of  0,036, (2) the average student’s achievement who use Jigsaw  model learning is higher than TGT model learning with average difference of 1,94 and P-value 0,024,(3) the average achievement on high entry behavior students who use Jigsaw model learning is higher than TGT model learning with  the average difference of 5,14 and P-value 0,045.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan;1) interaksi antara pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa, 2) perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa antara yang belajar melalui pembelajaran model jigsaw dengan yang belajar melalui model TGT, 3) perbedaan prestasi belajar melalui pembelajaran model jigsaw dan TGT pada siswa yang berkemampuan awal tinggi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XE dan XF SMA N I Terbanggi Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa pada prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai P-value 0,036, (2) rata – rata prestasi belajar siswa yang belajar melalui pembelajaran jigsaw lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang belajar melalui TGT dengan perbedaan rata -  rata sebesar 1,94 dan nilai P-value 0,024,( 3) rata – rata prestasi belajar siswa yang berkemampuan awal tinggi dengan pembelajaran jigsaw lebih tinggi daripada dengan TGT dengan perbedaan rata- rata 5,14 dan nilai P-value 0,045Kata kunci : jigsaw,matematika,TGT.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze: 1) influence the perceptions of citizens on subjects of learning achievements learning math, 2) influence the utilization of computer media in learning achievement against learning math, 3) the influence of learning motivation of learning achievement against learning math. The population in this research is the entire class of X consisting of 3 classes numbered 107 in high school C Pack equivalent Center Of Learning Society Taruna Jaya. The conclusion of the research was the influence there of: 1) the perception of students in subjects with learning achievements of students, with regression Ŷ = 2,181+ 0,877 X1 which increases 1 score variable perception of citizens will increase learning achievements learning math 3,058; 2) the utilization of computer media with the learning achievements of students, with regression Ŷ = 21,811+ 0,716 X2 which increases 1 score variable will increase the use of computer media score achievement learning math of 22,527.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh persepsi warga belajar pada mata pelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, 2) pengaruh pemanfaatan media komputer dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, 3) pengaruh motivasi belajar warga belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X yang terdiri atas 3 kelas berjumlah 107 di Paket C setara SMA PKBM Taruna Jaya. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh antara: 1) persepsi siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan koefisien regresi Ŷ = 2,181+ 0,877 X1 dimana kenaikan 1 skor variabel persepsi warga belajar akan meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika 3,058; 2) pemanfaatan media komputer dengan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan koefisien regresi Ŷ = 21,811+ 0,716 X2 dimana kenaikan 1 skor variabel penggunaan media komputer akan meningkatkan skor prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 22,527.Kata kunci : motivasi, pemanfaatan media komputer,dan persepsi
