Abstract

Abstract    The analysis of movement on sport is very important to done by coach or biomechanics expert to improve the wrong movement. Need to remember that all human movement is always connected with physics principals, and so do with the movement of back kick on pencak silat. Up till now, practically on the field, many athletes that done this movement still imperfect from the biomechanics side. Therefore the problem formulation that proposed in this research is how is the body segment, the amount of forces, and the amount of energy of kick to achieve a fast and exact kick? This research is purposed to knowing the angle of body segments, the amount of force and the amount of kick energy in order to achieve a fast and exact kick that done at PUSLATDA, so that can give suggestions to improve wrong movement. The type of this research is descriptive analysis with analysis technique that applying biomechanics principals and the measurement using the assists of software dart fish. The result that obtained from five kicks on research subject, found the quickest and fastest kick is done at fifth kick with kick speed as big as 126.11 m/s, with time 0.018s, and the amount of force that created is 14.19 N, energy that needed is 278315.31 J, with body inclination angle 160.50, and the angle of kick inclination is 145.30.  Keywords: back kick, analysis.

Abstract

Abstract : Factors that affect the martial in execute hook kick in order to obtain maximal speed. The speed of kick technique, agility, also concentration degree affect this speed. One of the factor that lack of attention in execute hook kick is the angle of kick, body declivity and front knee. Coordination between basic technique and angle of kick must get attention, since those movement is simultaneous kick. Formulation of the problem posed in this study were: (1) What is the magnitude of the body segment angle and rotation angle sweeping crescent kick that produce energy, style, and speed of crescent kicks to the fighter category greatest heights high? (2) What is the magnitude of the body segment angle and rotation angle sweeping crescent kick that produce energy, style, and speed of crescent kicks greatest fighter category at low heights? Purpose of this study were (1) Determine measurement analysis of the body segment angles, speed, energy, great style kicks, crescent kicks sweep angle of rotation in sports martial arts categories of high stature. (2) Determine the results of measurement analysis of body segment angles, speed, power, great style kicks, crescent kicks sweep angle of rotation in sports martial arts categories of low height. Method that used in these research is descriptive analysis, that is analyse and serve fact sistmatically until easier to understanding and conclude. These research helped by dartfish program, that a software that essentially needed by someone in measure something that can not by eyes. For this research using dartfish with analyzer facility so that can analyze other movement that seen from the body segment angle, movement line, speed, time, also movement. Conclusions from this research is Based on the category of high stature, at an angle of 103.5 0 ≥ crescent kick and corner kick crescent sweep rotation ≤ 150.62 0 to generate the energy, style, and speed of most large crescent kick and quickly and to produce a significant backlash . Under the category of low height, on the corner of crescent kicks 0 ≤ 119.24 and rotation angle sweep of crescent kicks 0 ≤ 163.88 that produce energy, style, and speed of most large crescent kick and quickly and to produce a significant backlash.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pesilat dalam melakukan tendangan T agar bisa menghasilkan kecepatan yang maksimal banyak jenisnya. Kecepatan, teknik tendangan, kelentukan, dan daya kosentrasi mempengaruhi kecepatan ini. Salah satu faktor yang kurang diperhatikan dalam melakukan tendangan yang baik adalah sudut tendangan. Dengan sudut tendangan yang tidak lebih dari 100,50, kecepatan tendangan yang dihasilkan akan semakin cepat. Koordinasi antara teknik dasar dan sudut tendangan sangat diperlikan, karena gerakan tersebut berkesinambungan. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah hasil analisis gerakan tendangan T padda UKM Pencak Silat Unesa Kelas B putra?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan data hasil analisis gerakan tendangan T pada UKM Pencak Silat Unesa yang meliputi kecepatan tendangan, sudut segmen tubuh, dan tahapan gerakan tendangan T. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diskriptif analisis, yaitu menganalisa dan menyajikan fakta secara sistemik sehingga dapat lebih mudah dipahami dan disimpulkan. Penelitian ini dibantu program Dartfish, yaitu sebuah software yang pada intinya diperlukan seseorang dalam mengukur sesuatu yang tidak dapat dilihat oleh kejadian mata. Untuk penelitian ini menggunakan Dartfish dengan fasilitas Analyzer sehingga dapat menganalisis gerakan lain yang ditinjau dari sudut segmen tubuh, lintasan gerak, kecepatan, waktu, serta gerakanya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin rendah sudut tendangan dan kemiringan tubuh, maka semakin cepat tendangan yang dihasilkan. Dari sepuluh subjek penelitian yang masing-masing subjek mendapatkan tendangan yang paling cepat ketika sudut tendangan dan kemiringan tubuh kecil. Tendangan yang paling cepat dan tepat sasaran dilakukan oleh pesilat J dengan kecepatan 3 m/s, sudut tendangan 100,50, sudut kemiringan tubuh 970 dan tinggi badan 166 cm. dalam pencak silat, berat badan tidak berpengaruh dalam mendapatkan kecepatan suatu tendangan. Itu terbukti oleh salah satu subjek penelitian yang berat badanya lebih berat daripada subjek penelitian yang lain menghasilkan kecepatan akurasi tendangan yang paling baik
