Abstract

3D reconstruction are used in many fields starts from the object reconstruction such as site, and cultural artifacts in both ground and under the sea levels. The scientist are beneficial for these task in order to learn and keep the environment into 3D data due to the extinction. In this paper explained vision setup that is commonly used such as single camera, stereo camera, Kinect / Structured Light/ Time of Flight camera and fusion approach. The prior works also explained how the 3D reconstruction perform in many fields and using various algorithms.

Abstract

The use of straw and waste paperboard pulp as a fibrous materials in hand-sade celling board making bad been investigated with adough composition consisting of 60% cernent, 32 % lise and 85 pulp. The straw was cooked with cold soda process in laboratory scale and the concentration of NaOH was varied from 0 to 10%. Straw pulp cooked with 8 and 10 % NaOH produced and celling board with a good bending streigh;however, this property was still lower than those celling board made from 100 % wasta paper board pulp or 100 % waste staples.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain optical properties (absorption spectrum) and electrical properties (photoconductivity) of organic dyes in DSSC performance. optical and electrical properties were tested by using UV-Visible Spectrophotometer and Elkahfi 1601 PC 100 / IV meter, respectively, while Keithley Type 2600A is used for the characterization of DSSC. This study is a great base to explore and investigate the development of DSSC solar cells using natural dyes (organic). Spectra optimal absorption and photoconductivity produced by natural dyes (organic). The results of this study indicate that the absorption spectrum of natural dyes (organic) in the range of 300-500 nm. electrical characteristics (I-V) of the increase in linear dye under illumination. I-V characteristics of DSSC from organically produced natural dyes to color the biggest-mangosteen obtained Voc of 565 mV; JSC = 1.52 A / m2; FF = 0.12; and η_ef is approximately 0.09%, respectively,. The conclusion of this study, natural dyes (organic) can be an attractive alternative as a dye.

Abstract

Daerah Irigasi Batang Lampasi berada di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota dan Kota Payakumbuh, sedangkan weirnya terdapat di Limapuluh Kota. Sebagian areal irigasi Batang Lampasi ini tidak menghasilkan padi maupun palawija, karena pengaturan air untuk musim tanam tidak berpedoman pada volume andalan sungai. Dari hasil pengukuran, efisiensi saluran primer, sekunder dan tersier Daerah Irigasi Batang Lampasi diperkirakan sebesar 64 %. Berdasarkan keadaan eksisting yang telah dilakukan petani, maka perlu dilakukan pengaturan pola tanam dengan menentukan awal musim tanam yang tepat agar penggunaan lahan dapat dioptimalkan. Berdasarkan volume andalan diperoleh volume air terbesar di Januari II dan Januari I, sehingga awal musim tanam dipilih pada Januari I dan Januari II. Dalam studi ini ditetapkan tiga alternatif pola tanam yang dipilih yaitu: padi-padi (kondisi eksisting); padi-padi-padi; dan padi-padi-palawija. Optimasi ketiga pola tanam tadi menggunakan metode goal programming, dengan fungsi sasarannya adalah memaksimalkan luas lahan dan meminimalkan kebutuhan air, dan fungsi kendalanya adalah luas areal irigasi dan volume andalan sungai. Hasil optimasi dengan metode Goal Programming diperoleh pola tanam yang menghasilkan luas lahan optimal yaitu pola tanam padi (1319 ha) – padi (848 ha) – palawija (1500 ha) dari luas areal 1500 Ha.Kata kunci: volume andalan, musim tanam, kebutuhan air, pola tanam, goal programming.

Abstract

Online publication of scientific papers by the colleges aims to improve the dissemination and access by the public and the industry to the research result. OAI-PMH standard 2.0 is a protocol that allows the publication metadata exposed by a data provider can be harvested online by a service provider without any human intervention . A publication portal that is equipped with metadata exposure will increase the access and wider spread through the services provider. This study aims to developing a publications repository application completed with meta data exposure facility based on OAI-PMH 2.0 that running on Google App Engine. Google App Engine is a PaaS service provided by Google. Application development is done using SDLC approach, and using OOAD at the analysis and design phases. The purpose of the application is to publish scientific papers by lecturers at STMIK IBBI named Portal Garuda STMIK IBBI. Based on the results of testing using OAI-PMH Validator, BASE OAI-PMH Validator, and successful registration of portal Garuda STMIK IBBI in OpenArchive.org, OpenDOAR, and the ROAR, as well as the result rating reaching 95% by WebArchivability, it is believed that the application is complies with OAI-PMH standard 2.0 and the W3C standard. By implementation of the application will help higher education institutions meet the obligations of the scientific paper publication that can be accessed online as well as letter of Dikti number 2050/ET/2011.

Abstract

Kematian adalah sebuah akhir dari siklus hidup manusia yang mesti dilalui, karena tak adasatupun manusia yang tidak akan melewatinya. Kematian, dengan begitu akan menjadi prosespenting bagi seseorang terutama bagi mereka yang menjadi tokoh publik ataupun pernahmenjadi orang yang terkenal terutama di zaman digital saat ini tak terkecuali kematianMichael Jackson. Kematian menjadi konsumsi berita terutama media elektronik. Tulisan inimengangkat tema tentang berita kematian, bagaiman peranan media mengupas tuntaskematian Michael Jackson dari beragam aspek sehingga kemudian terbentuk konsentrasi opinimassa. Abstract

Perkembangan kelimuwan modern dengan prinsip bahwa buktitentang adanya diri kita tidaklah bisa disangkal lagi, tidak tergoyahkan.Kita bisa saja mengkritik atau menyangsikan pendirian yang semata-mataintrospektif, tetapi kita tidak perlu membungkamnya ataumencampakannya. Tanpa introspeksi, tanpa penyadaran-langsung atasperasaan, keharuan-keharuan, persepsi-persepsi, pikiran-pikiran, kitamalah tidak dapat menentukan lapangan psikologi. Intropeksi takkan penahmampu menyoroti seluruh sektor fenomena manusiawi. Bahkan andaikatakita berhasil mengumpulkan dan menyatukan seluruh data, kita barulahmemiliki gambaran fragmentaristis dan amat tidak lengkap-torso belakadarikodrat manusia. Aristoteles, seorang tokoh Filsafat mengungkapkanbahwa Semua orang secara kodrati ingin tahu. Abstract

Machining process is part of the production process where cutting process of work piece is done by using machine tools. Machine tools are used in the machining process includes lathe machines, milling machines, shaping machines, drilling machines and other machine tools. For a cylindrical work piece the cutting process can be done by using a lathe. Lathe process can make cylindrical objects, holes, taper and other forms. In the cutting process of work piece with a lathe machine are required high accuracy and precision especially for work piece such as shafts , pistons and objects that serve as a connecting other components. Work piece with high accuracy and precision can be obtained by use the reliable of machine tools, cutting condition, the selection of machining elements and material of cutting tools; operators have a skill for operation of machine tools. Cutting conditions such as mounting work pieces that are not center (run out) or overhang of work piece with strong pressure between head stock and tail stock can be resulting deflection. Run out and deflection happened can be cause the cutting force is not uniform. Therefore cause damage to the work piece and machine. Damage on the work piece can be seen from the quality of the cutting (surface roughness) and for machine on the case of chatter or vibration arising from the cutting force. In this paper we will focus to determine the effect of cutting tools material and run out of material on the surface roughness where as machining element used is the depth of cut and feeding. Work piece used is made of medium carbon steel.

Abstract

System of temperature control are used in many facility such as room temperature control, quality control of food and drink, electronic equipment control and etc. control of temperature can be done by using microcontroller as a media processing and process the changes of temperature that occured to the voltage. One of supporting component on the microcontroller to detect the change of temperature is temperature sensor LM 35 which in this study we will focus on the temperature sensor LM 35 for detect of change of temperature on the sea water in a small scale. the purpose of this study is to determine the ability and performance of temperatur sensor LM 35 for detect the changes of temperature sea water and check the condition of temperatur sensor LM 35 in use on the sea water. The results show that the temperature sensor of LM 35 can be used to measure the changes of temperatur sea water without have higher difference on the actual value and experiment results. the range of difference is smaller and the temperature sensor of LM 35 can be used to measured the change of temperature of sea water.Keywords: LM 35 Sensor, Microcontroller ATmega 8535, Sea Water Temperature
