Abstract

All workers in the factory can change the timer on machine, it can make a disadvantage for the factory Based on this consideration, it is necessary to make a tool that can be used to control the timer wireless by infrared. In the end, by using this tool, only people who responsible about the production of machine can change the timer.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHati memainkan peran penting dalam metabolisme dan ekskresi. Parasetamol dosis tinggi dapat membuat gagal hati akut (ALF) dan nekrosis di hepar dari penanda enzim serta meningkatkan parameter oksidatif stres untuk peroksidasi lipid. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas etyl asetat fraksi kenikir pada tikus yang diinduksi oleh parasetamol. Desain penelitian aktivitas hepatoprotektif menggunakan hewan uji yang terbagi enam kelompok. Kelompok I (normal) diberi asupan aquades, kelompok II (kontrol negatif) diberi CMC 1 %, kelompok III (kontrol positif) diberi kurkuminoid 100mg/kg BB dalam CMC 1 %, kelompok IV-VI (kelompok perlakuan) diberi fraksi etil asetat kenikir dengan dosis 281,25 mg/kg BB, 562,5 mg/kg BB, dan 1.125 mg/kg BB. Perlakuan sediaan uji selama 7 hari, pada hari ke-7, 30 menit setelah pemberian sampel uji dilanjutkan dengan induksi parasetamol dosis 2,5 g/kg BB secara peroral. Setelah 48 jam induksi, selanjutnya dilakukan pembedahan hewan uji untuk pengambilan sampel liver. Sampel jaringan liver digunakan untuk analisis parameter stres oksidatif yaitu lipid peroxidation (LPO). Fraksi etil asetat kenikir dosis 1125 mg/kg BB mampu menghambat terjadinya lipid peroksidasi secara signifikan yaitu memberikan efek optimal hepatoprotektif dan indikasi penurunan peroksidasi lipid (p <0,05). Mekanisme hepatoprotektor fraksi etil asetat kenikir didasarkan atas kemampuan sebagai antioksidan (in vitro dan in vivo) sehingga terjadinya kerusakan liver (nekrosis) dapat diminimalisir.Kata kunci: etylaccetate kenikir fraksi, hepatoprotektif, peroksidasi lipid, parasetamol ABSTRACT The liver plays an important role in the metabolism and excretion. High doses of paracetamol could create acute liver failure (ALF) to show necrosis at high liverby of marker enzymes and increases oxidative stress parameters for example lipid peroxidation. The aim of research to determine the effectiveness etyl acetate fraction of marigolds in rats induced by paractamol. The study design hepatoprotective activity using test animals were divided into six groups. Group I (normal) fed a diet of distilled water, group II (negative control) were given CMC 1%, group III (positive control) were given kurkuminoid 100mg / kg in CMC 1%, group IV-VI (the treatment group) were given a fraction of ethyl acetate kenikir with a dose of 281.25 mg / kg, 562.5 mg / kg, and 1,125 mg / kg. Test preparation treatment for 7 days, on the 7th day, 30 minutes after administration of the test sample followed by induction of paracetamol dose of 2.5 g / kg is orally. After 48 hours of induction, then performed surgery for sampling test animal liver. Liver tissue samples used for the analysis of oxidative stress parameters, namely lipid peroxidation (LPO). Ethyl acetate fraction kenikir dose 1125 mg / kg is capable of preventing the occurrence of lipid peroxidation significantly optimal effect hepatoprotective indicated by a decrease lipid peroxidation (p<0.05). Hepatoprotective mechanism kenikir ethyl acetate fraction is based on the ability of antioxidants (in vitro and in vivo) so that the occurrence of liver damage (necrosis) can be minimized.Keywords: etylaccetate fractions of kenikir, hepatoprotective, lipid peroxidation, paracetamol

Abstract

Masalah dalam PTK ini hasil belajar fisika masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui apakah melalui model discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Karangrayung bagi siswa kelas X6  Semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi pengamatan dengan desain 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian 1) Hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan sebelum tindakan 56%, siklus 1 68% dan siklus 2 88%    2) Hasil belajar aspek keterampilan sebelum tindakan 73%,  siklus 1 80%  dan  siklus 2  100%  3) Hasil belajar aspek sikap jumlah  kategori Amat Baik dan Baik sebelum tindakan 68%, siklus 1 94%  dan siklus 2 100%.

Abstract

The research was aimed at studying Percentage of Canopy mapping derived from various vegetation indices of remotely-sensed data int Merawu Catchment. Methodology applied was by analyzing remote sensing data of Landsat 7 ETM+ image to obtain various vegetation indices for correlation analysis with Percentage of Canopy measured directly on the field (PTactual) at 48 locations. These research used 11 (eleven) vegetation indices of remotely-sensed data, namely ARVI, MSAVI, TVI, VIF, NDVI, TSAVI, SAVI, EVI, RVI, DVI and PVI. The analysis resulted models (PTmodel) for Percentage of Canopy mapping. The vegetation indices selected are those having high coefficient of correlation (>=0.80) to PTactual. Percentage of Canopy maps were validated using 39 locations on the field to know their accuracies. Percentage of Canopy map (PTmodel) is said to be accurate when its coefficient of correlation value to PTactual is high (>=0.80). The research result in Merawu Catchment showed that from 11 vegetation indices under studied, there were 6 vegetation indices resulted high accuracy of Percentage of Canopy maps (as shown in the value of coefficient of correlation as >=0.80), i.e. TVI, VIF, NDVI, TSAVI, RVI dan SAVI, while the rest, namely ARVI, PVI, DVI, EVI and MSAVI, have r values of < 0.80.

Abstract

Employees is the most important need and the first priority corporation. Employees determines the successfully to achieve corporation aims. That’s why to planning employees need we have to doing accurately and precisely. This intended to adapt employees need at this present and future with work load, avoiding allowances, and all works can be optimally covered. This research was doing on crossing company PT. Dharma lautan Utama to analyze of employees need on porter department, vehicle arranger department, and entertainment department. Work load analyze is used to porter department and vehicle arranger department. For entertainment department is used urgently analyze with questionnaire method. From the analyze is got that amount of porter employees and vehicle arranger employees who company hire are over than work load. This circumstances make many allowances and many employees work not optimally. Beside that, there is company policy that’s not appropriate on equipping live singer facility. This facility is wasting because passengers are dislike. If company decrease the amount of employees, (hire employees as need) and changing live singer facility with substitution facility that passengers like (TV and Music), company will be able to minimized operational fare as Rp54.969.000. per month.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan butir soal dan rubrik penilaian tes kinerja berdasarkan keterampilan proses sains dasar. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (development research). Model yang digunakan mengikuti model pengembangan tes yang terdiri dari tahap Defining the test universe, audience, and purpose; Developing a test; Revising the test; dan Validation the test. Produk yang dihasilkan diuji coba kepada guru dan 31 siswa kelas XI MIA di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Hasil yang diperloleh menyatakan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat praktis dengan persen kepraktisan rata-rata mencapai 76%, dan memenuhi kriteria reliabel dengan nilai alpa cronbach sebesar 0,727. Validator menyatakan produk yang dikembangkan valid dan layak digunakan. Validitas empiris yang diperoleh dari nilai hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa produk termasuk dalam kategori valid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) pada pelajaran kimia siswa kelas XI IPA I SMA Yayasan IBA Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas XI IPA I SMA Yayasan IBA Palembang yang berjumlah 20 siswa terdiri dari 13 orang perempuan dan 7 orang laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) dapat memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk berperan secara aktif serta memotivasi siswa, mendorong siswa dalam keterlibatan belajar dan memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam berkomunikasi maupun dalam keterampilan proses kelompok. Dari data hasil observasi pertemuan pertama 75,91%, pertemuan kedua dan ketiga 63,18%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti menyarankan agar model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) ini dapat diterapkan oleh guruguru kimia lainya dengan baik sehingga aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penerapan Model Quantum Teaching Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kimia Kelas Xi Sma Negeri 14 Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran kimia sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kimia kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 14 Palembang melalui penerapan model Quantum Teaching. Penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan model Quantum Teaching terdiri dari enam tahapan yang disingkat dengan TANDUR yaitu Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi dan Rayakan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 14 Palembang dengan jumlah siswa 40 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum tindakan (T0) sebesar 51,82 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 10%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I (T1) adalah 68,4 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 47,37%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II (T2) adalah 78,9 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 78,9%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus III (T3) adalah 84,4 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 86,84%. Berdasarkan data observasi keaktifan siswa, terjadi peningkatan aktifitas siswa yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 50,64%, siklus II sebesar 63,03% dan siklus III sebesar 73,76%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Geographic Infiormation System modeling can be used to  predict inundated area expansion that caused by mud flow. The alternative location of Lapindo mud flow can be identified from inundated area prediction. The aims of this research are 1) to appraise the accuracy of elevation data interpolation methods and IKONOS imagery accuracy in determinant variable retrieval, 2) to determine the alternative pond of Lapindo mud flow, 3) to evaluate volume capacity and to analyze the construction cost.The method of this research consist of determinant variable retrieval, these are: inundated zone,  land use, public facilities and impacted area. Inundated zone map was retrieved from DEM interpolation result, the watershed modeling was done to get flow accumulation, flow direction and watershed, in order to get inundated zone. Land use map and public facilities were obtained from IKONOS imagery visual interpretation. Impacted area was determined according to President Regulation No. 14, 2007. Scoring, weighting and overlay of these four maps have been made to get mud flow alternative location. Weighting factors have been retrieved according to questioner result.The result of this research has shown that Kriging interpolation method was the best method for elevation data interpolation (RMSE = 1.3565). Land use interpretation accuracy achieves 93.5%. Public facilities interpretation accuracy achieves 100%. Nine candidates of mud exile alternative pond have been got as a research result. Alternative pond No.1 is the best pond, with 4.027 Ha area. Volume pond capacity achieves to 564.599.751 m3, with 3.704 days or 10 years endurance. Total co[1]st of pond construction achieves Rp. 7.276.313.970.000.  Keywords: site selection, watershed, mud, Lapindo.
