Abstract

Research on"Organogenesis of Tangerine orange (Citrus nobilisLour) onMSmediumsupplemented withvariousconcentrations ofIAAandBAP," has been performedatthe Tissue CultureLaboratory ofthe Faculty ofForestry, Tadulako University, Palu during the period of January andMay 2012. The goal of this study was to determine the optimum growth factor combination of IAA and BAP in MS based medium, for organogenesis of the plant. This research was arranged on Completely RandomizedDesign(CRD) withsix treatments and three replications. Growth factor combinations tested in this study were:  0.1ppm IAA + 0.4ppmBAP(C1), 0.1ppm IAA + 0.6ppm BAP(C2), 0.1ppmIAA+0.8ppmBAP(C3), 0.1ppm IAA + 1.0ppmBAP(C4), 1.0ppm IAA + 0.6ppmBAP(C5), and1.0ppmIAA+1.0ppmBAP(C6). The result indicating that the best organogenesis of Orange explant was in MS medium supplemented with 0.1 ppm IAA and 1.0 ppm BAP (C4). This medium was suitable in inducing shoot and leaf, faster than its in other medium. Explant on this medium was also produced higher number of leaves than it on other treatments.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan pada suatu perusahaan furniture rattan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Seorang pimpinan perusahaan furniture rattan seharusnya mengambil sebuah keputusan berdasarkan perhitungan dan pemikiran yang matang agar keputusan pemilihan pengesub (pekerja) yang telah atau akan diambil tidak menimbulkan kesan negatif atau bahkan kerugian terhadap perusahaan yang dipimpinnya. Saat ini perusahaan furniture rattan menggunakan 2 tipe pengesub, yaitu pengesub internal dan pengesub eksternal. Saat ini proses penentuan pemilihan pengesub, khususnya pengesub eksternal masih dilakukan secara manual melalui proses survey langsung. Selain itu faktor kedekatan pengesub dengan para pimpinan perusahaan furniture rattan juga masih menjadi permasalahan klasik. Kendala lain yang sering ditemui yaitu adanya ketidak konsistensian perusahaan furniture rattan dalam menentukan kriteria standar sebagai dasar pertimbangan pemilihan pengesub terbaik. Setelah melakukan pengujian pada 10 alternativ dengan 9 kriteria didapatkan pengesub Andi menempati urutan pertama dengan nilai preferensi relatif untuk setiap alternative adalah 0,5874. Pengesub Eko menempati urutan kedua dengan nilai preferensi relative 0,5801. Ketiga pengesub Gugun (0,4714), Keempat pengesub Bambang (0,4417), Kelima pengesub Kodir (0,4324), Keenam pengesub Tono (0,4166), Ketujuh pengesub Yana (0,3651). Kedelapan pengesub Dedi (0,3466). Kesembilan pengesub Budi (0,2791). Dan terakhir pengesub Opik dengan nilai preferensi relatif 0,1576.Decision-making on a rattan furniture company is a very important thing. A rattan furniture company leadership should take a decision based on the calculation and careful thought that pengesub selection decisions (workers) that have been or will be taken not to cause a negative impression or even loss of the company he leads. The company currently uses two types of rattan furniture pengesub, namely pengesub internal and external pengesub. Currently the process of determining the election pengesub, especially external pengesub still done manually through direct survey process. In addition to the proximity factor pengesub leaders rattan furniture company also remains a classic problem. Another problem often encountered is the presence of inconsistencies rattan furniture company in determining the criteria for the selection of a standard as a basis for consideration of best pengesub. After testing at 10 alternativ with 9 criteria obtained pengesub Andi ranks first with a relative preference value for each alternative is 0,5874. Eko Pengesub ranks second with a value of 0,5801 relative preference. Abstract

The system of registration and enrollment process that is still using the manual method, the manual registration form hereinafter be recapitulated in the ledger by the committee PSB into the computer. Because the number of applicants who pretty much and continues to grow, so that the input process, data processing and delivery of information resulting from the admission requires substantial time. To overcome this, they invented a new student enrollment applications to facilitate web-based committee in the data processing new admissions and delivery of information with analytical comparison of two methods of software development is the method of RUP and Prototype. Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan pada suatu lembaga/sekolah merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Kepala sekolah seharusnya mengambil sebuah keputusan berdasarkan perhitungan dan pemikiran jangka panjang agar keputusan menentukan prestasi akademik siswa yang akan diambil tidak salah. Di MA Darul Masholeh masih terdapat masalah dalam membuat laporan pembelajaran siswa, untuk menentukan siswa yang berprestasi hanya ditentukan menggunakan nilai rapot, belum adanya pemanfaatan secara optimal data laporan penilaian hasil belajar siswa, masih adanya kesulitan untuk mengetahui pencapaian dari kegiatan pembelajaran siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS dapat mempermudah guru untuk menentukan prestasi akademik siswasecara tepat dan cepat, dimana metode topsis adalah salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan dimana alternative yang terpilih merupakan alternatif terbaik yang mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Dari pengujian 20 alternative dengan 6 kriteria yaitu hafalan al-qur’an, nilai rata-rata rapot, absensi, nilai minimal, total nilai dan piagam prestasi. Dari 20 alternative di dapatkan siswa yang berprestasi yaitu diurutan pertama Wildan dengan nilai preferensi relative 0,66, Kedua Ratna (0,64), ketiga Sinta (0,55), keempat Rini (0,50), Kelima Faisal (0,38) dan terakhir Sadriyah dengan nilai preferensi relative (0,00).Decision-making in an institution/school is very important. School principals should take a decision based on the calculation and long-term thinking in order to decide on the academic achievement of students who will be taken not wrong. In MA Darul Masholeh there is still a problem in reporting student learning, to determine student achievement is only determined using rapot value, the lack of optimal utilization data reporting student learning outcomes assessment, there is still difficult to determine the achievement of student learning activities. By using TOPSIS method can simplify the teacher to determine academic achievement siswasecara precise and fast, which TOPSIS method is one method of decision-making in which the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution. Of the 20 alternative testing with 6 criteria that memorizing the Quran, the average value rapot, absenteeism, minimum value, the total value and charter achievement. Of the 20 alternative in getting students who excel are listed first Wildfire with relative preference value of 0.66, the Second Ratna (0.64), third Sprott (0.55), fourth Rini (0.50), the Fifth Faisal (0.38) and the last Sadriyah with relative preference value (0.00).

Abstract

AbstrakKetahanan pangan merupakan salah satu prasyarat dasar yang harus dimiliki dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, pada kenyataannya meskipun kabupaten Cirebon termasuk salah satu pensuplai beras wilayah Jawa Barat masih ada beberapa desa yang justru mengalami rawan pangan. Minimnya indikator yang digunakan oleh BKP5K Kabupaten Cirebon dalam menentukan status rawan pangan dan tahan pangan masih menjadi kendala dalam penganalisaan penyebab rawan pangan. Penelitian ini mencoba mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu BKP5K Kabupaten Cirebon untuk penentuan cluster rawan pangan dan tahan pangan serta macam rekomendasi bantuannya melalui parameter indikator ketahanan dan kerawanan pangan yang telah ditentukan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means untuk mengelompokkan daerah rawan pangan dan tahan pangan serta metode Takagi Sugeno Kang sebagai rulebase dalam pemberian rekomendasi bantuannya. Setelah melakukan pengujian pada 6 kasus uji, aspek yang paling berpengaruh pada penentuan desa rawan pangan yaitu aspek ketersediaan pangan, aspek akses pangan dan penghidupan, serta aspek kesehatan dan gizi. Sedangkan jumlah penduduk dibawah garis kemiskinan, desa yang tidak memiliki akses penghubung yang memadai, jumlah RT tanpa akses listrik, jumlah areal tanam yang terkena puso, serta jumlah buruh baik buruh tani dan swasta merupakan 5 indikator yang memiliki pengaruh penting dalam penentuan daerah rawan pangan. Kata kunci— Fuzzy C-Means, Fuzzy Takagi Sugeno Kang, rawan pangan, cluster  AbstractFood security is one of the basic prerequisites that must be reserved in order to realize the welfare of society. Although the district Cirebon is one supplier of rice areas of West Java, there are still some villages experiencing food insecurity. The lack of indicators used by BKP5K Cirebon in determining the food insecurity is still a constraint in analyzing the causes of food insecurity. This study seeks to develop a system that can help BKP5K Cirebon to determine cluster food insecurity and advice assistance through a variety of parameters have been determined.The system is built using the Fuzzy C-Means method to classify the food insecurity and food stand andalso Takagi Sugeno Kang method asrulebase in the provision of assistance and advice. After testing 6thtest cases, the most influential aspectare: aspect food availability,aspect accessfood and livelihood, and also aspects of health and nutrition. While the number of people below the poverty line, the village with no access to adequate, the number of RT without access to electricity, the number of areas puso, and the number of workers are5thindicators that have an important influence in the determination of food-insecure areas. Keywords— Fuzzy C-Means, Fuzzy Takagi Sugeno Kang, Food insecurity, Cluster
