Abstract

Alat penghitung biaya energi listrik terpakai merupakan sebuah alat ukur energi listrik kWh (kilo Watt hour) yang dikonversikan dalam harga rupiah. Instrumen ini menggunakan metode pengukuran volt-ampere untuk menentukan daya kWh, perubahan tampilan harga dalam setiap jam dapat memonitoring harga pemakaian listrik. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena banyaknya keluhan pihak konsumen PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) yang harus membayar listrik lebih besar dari yang diperkirakan. Konsumen tidak menyadari bahwa penyebabnya adalah memang mereka sendiri tanpa sadar pemakian listriknya boros, karena pencatatan kWh meter PLN yang terpasang dirumah pelanggan dalam satuan energi listrik terpakai Watt. Metode pengukuran volt-ampere, pada prinsipnya adalah mengasumsikan perubahan tegangan Vac pada resistor pendeteksi arus sebagai perubahan arus Iac terpakai. Vac dalam bentuk analog dikonversikan ke data digital dengan ADC(Analog to Digital Converter), kemudian data ini sebagai input VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) yang dibangun dengan mikrokontroller menghasilkan gelombang kotak dengan frekuensi yang bervarisi mengikuti perubahan Vac. Frekuensi inilah yang menjadi data input untuk dikomputasi pada mikrokontroller menjadi harga rupiah sebagai konversi dari pemakaian energi listrik kWh dengan mengacu pada perhitungan biaya PLN. Alat yangtelah dibuat mampu mengukur dengan daya maksimal 491,95240 watt dengan tingkat kesalahan rata-rata sebesar 1,33017 % dan 0,01178 % untuk pengukuran biaya terpakai.

Abstract

The system which implements Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) on AT89C52 for controlling the speed of DC motor is not only able to stabilize the motor speed according to desired setpoint but also stabilize it on variable loads. The speed control is performed by regulating field voltage Vf with regulator buck which using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) switching. There are two inputs for controlling the speed; setpoint and feedback. Each input is digitalized using ADC0809 and is processed through FLC to have output as duty cycle which then becomes input for the regulator buck. Observation is performed to speed response to different setpoints and to variable loads and also to anchor voltage Va. The result shows that FLC can be used for regulating DC motor speed according to setpoint. The speed reaches steady state within 2.52 s – 4.65 s, with error rate 0.83 %. Abstract

Usually the speed control used the electronic instruments, for example it is based on a microcontroler. For easy controlling, microcontroller is connected to computer as a bridge between user and the motor that is to be controlled. The speed of induction motor for wound rotor type is adjustable by using the chopper that is connectedto its rotor circuit. With the use of the power transistor as a chopper, so switching can be manipulated and easy to control. The control instrument is made by using microcontroller that based on computer. The speed control used a chopper circuit results in the wider speed control depending on the duty cycle of the chopper. While by using the conventional external resistor just results in the speed control area that its condition depends on the variable resistors used.

Abstract

This research designed the speed control sistem of direct current motors with separately excited type by using computer.There are two way systems for controling the motor, those are at the armatur voltage and the field voltage. The controlling used the direct current swithing converter connected to MOSFET and control instruments that the switching used microcontroller based on computer. From the results of this design it is found a control system that is easy for operation and wider controlling.

Abstract

Intisari — Sebagai alat transportasi yang dapat menampung penumpang lebih banyak, Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) harus memilki sistem kerja yang baik guna menunjang kebutuhan akan sarana transportasi massal di Indonesia. Namun, akibat penggunaan beban non linier pada sistem kerja Kereta Rel Listrik dapat menimbulkan masalah dalam sistem yaitu menyebabkan harmonisa yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas daya pada sistem. Salah satu contohnya adalah converter yang terdapat pada sistem Kereta Rel Listrik Jogyakarta- Solo.yang dapat menghasilkan distorsi harmonisa sehingga peralatan dapat menjadi lebih panas bahkan dapat mengalami kerusakan. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai harmonisa pada sistem tersebut diperlukan analisa serta merancang suatu alat guna mengatasi permasalahan harmonisa tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah harmonisa yang terjadi pada sistem dipasang peralatan berupa filter pasif jenis singel tuned filter.Pemasangan filter pasif ini dipasang pada bus converter, transformator serta bus beban motor untuk mereduksi harmonik orde 5. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan pemasangan singel tuned filter dapat menurunkan nilai arus maupun tegangan harmonisa Setelah dipasang filter, arus bus converter naik 0,03%, dan tegangan turun sebesar 8%, bus transformator arus turun 0,3%, serta tegangan turun 44,71% dan arus bus beban motor turun 19,85% sedangkan tegangan turun 43,91%. Kata kunci— Distorsi Harmonisa, Converter, singel tuned filter Abstract — As a means of transportation that can accommodate more passengers, Electrical Railway (KRL) needs to have a good working system to support the need for mass transportation in Indonesia. However, due to the use of non-linear load on Electrical Railway systems work can cause problems in the system that is causing the harmonics that can lead to decreased quality of power on the system. One example is contained in the converter Electrical Railway system Jogyakarta-Solo. can produce harmonic distortion that equipment can be more heat can even be damaged. Therefore, to determine the value of harmonics in the system is required analysis and design a tool to overcome the problems of the harmonics. To overcome the problem of harmonics that occur on the system is installed the equipment in the form of a passive filter tuned filter. Single type of passive filter is installed in the bus load converters, transformers and motors to reduce the harmonic order of 5. The simulation results show the installation of the single tuned filter can reduce the value of current and voltage Once installed filter harmonics, the current on bus of converter up 0.03%, and a voltage down 8%, a bus of the transformer,the current down 0.3%, and 44.71% of voltage down and the current on bus load of the motor down 19.85% while voltage down 43.91%.
