Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to get abiliti’s learning model is cooperativelearning jigsaw, (2) to get abilitis lecture to fixed strategy and variaty learning model,(3) to get abilitis student to reserve and to understanding subject Principle of Accounting.The result of the research shows that: (1) the using method of cooperative jigsaw inprocess to learn and teaching in accounting, spesifically in subject accounting of tradingfirm can reach activity fisically and mental of student via more activities in processlearning; (2) the using method of cooperative jigsaw in process to learn and teaching inaccounting, to reach succes in study and students can learn to finally, this is can be see inaverage of class fromQuiz I was 65,00 and Quiz II was 77,24.

Abstract

Basically co-operative member of empowerment is the responsibility of the Board ofDirectors, as in the degree of UU. No.25 Th 1992, pasal 23, ayat 2a, that education for themembers in every co-op instution is responsibility of the board upon the mandate given by the highest authority General Assembly (Rapat Anggota /RAT).Empowerment of co-operatives emerged as a result of human weakness on the onehand, while on the other hand, demands appreciation of the values and principles of cooperative experience laden ideal , invites potential problems objectively. The goal ofempowerment of co-operatives to co-operative is able to realize what was to become his goal.Realize the ideals of the co-operative is loaded with the ideal values . Way is a cultivated man, building businesses, and community development organization forming a co-operative institutional identity in implentasinya. Changes in the quality of co-operative organizations (people, organizations ,businesses,)as a result of empowerment is to realize the ideals of the co-operative as a pillar of the economy. Co-operative empowerment is a process to enable co-operative mengaktualisakan his identity, so it can perform the role of co-operatives in accordance with his mission to lead to the achievement of its objectives. About the scope of activities related to the empowerment of co-operatives. Include aspects of organizational and business aspects, can be developed into five aspects: aspects of ideology, organization, capital, management and business. While the participation of members of the co-operative is one form of participation in the co-operative members. Understanding of co-operative identity can be stated that the member has a central position, which is a source of strength to function as an initiator, controller, leader and also as a user of the continuity of life co-operatives. This means thatthe key to empowerment and the first major co-operative lies in the hands of members. From the viewpoint of strategic management into the 21st century vision ofthe co-operative is actualization of identity in the development through the empowerment of individual to achieve the figure of a healthy cooperative, tough and independent"

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the learning achievement of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer of XI Marketing Class 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo 2015/2016 academic year through the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model.This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research has done by a collaboration between the researcher and the teacher of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer. The subject of this research is the students of XI Marketing 3 Class in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which consisted of 36 students. The technique of collecting the data has done by using observation, test, documentation, and interview. The research procedures are planning, acting, observing, and reflecting.Based on the research which has done, it can be concluded that the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model can improve the students’ learning achievement of XI Marketing 3 class. It can be seen in the 1st cycle until the 2nd cycle, the students’ learning achievement showed an improvement. Before the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model, the average score of the students’ learning achievement in the pre-observation was 80 with the passing grade was 61%. Meanwhile in the 1st cycle, the average score of the students’ learning achievement was 82 with the passing grade was 94% and the average score of the students’ learning achievement in the 2nd cycle was 90 with the passing grade was 100%.The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model can improve the learning achievement of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer of XI Marketing Class 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo 2015/2016 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII Mts.Aisyiyah Sungguminasa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes akhir siklus I dan siklus II serta lembar observasi. Menganalisis data dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis deskriptif kuantitatif adalah sebagai berikut: Skor rata-rata hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII Mts. Aisyiyah Sungguminasa pada siklus I sebesar 65,17 dan standar deviasi 13,26 Pada siklus II skor rata-rata sebesar 73,41 dengan standar deviasi 10,4 keduanya berada pada kategori tinggi. Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan jumlah frekuensi peserta didik yang berada pada kategori tinggi semakin meningkat yakni pada siklus I (14 peserta didik ) atau 41,18% dan siklus II (24 peserta didik) atau 70,59%. Hasil yang diperoleh secara analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah semangat dan antusias peserta didik  dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar sangat tinggi, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya peserta didik yang melakukan kegiatan lain yang mengganggu kegiatan pembelajaran, meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik yang  menyelesaikan latihan yang diberikan, baik latihan di sekolah maupun tugas di rumah. Selain itu semakin besar frekuensi peserta didik yang ingin menyelesaikan soal-soal yang diberikan oleh guru.Dari hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran model pembelajaran inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII MTs.Aisyiyah Sungguminasa tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar Fisika, Model Pembelajaran Inquiri.This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of physics students of class VII MTs. Aisyiyah Sungguminasa.Data collection techniques used are the final test cycle I and cycle II and observation sheet. Analyzing the data with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from the quantitative descriptive analysis is as follows: The average score of physics learning outcomes of students of class VII MTs. Aisyiyah Sungguminasa the first cycle of a standard deviation of 65.17 and 13.26 in the second cycle an average score of 73.41 with a standard deviation of 10.4 are both at a high category. An increase in the study of students by the number of frequencies learners who are at high category which increased in the first cycle (14 students) or 41.18% and cycle II (24 students) or 70.59%. the results obtained qualitative descriptive analysis is the spirit and enthusiasm of learners in the following learning activities is very high, this is indicated by the lack of learners who perform other activities that disrupt learning activities, increasing the number of learners who completed the training provided, good practice in schools and tasks at home. besides the greater frequency of learners who want to solve the problems given by the teacher. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model through learning can improve learning outcomes physics students of class VII MTs. Abstract

Character-based education needs to be developed in the world of education in Indonesia as an effort to achieve the goal of national education and building citizens who have competence not only in cognitive areaand but also affective and psychomotoric. Senior High School is one of the educational institution that implements the art and culture learningformally as a medium of character development of learners through the learning of dance. The study aimed to describe the implementation of character education in the learning activities of dance art by creating dance creations. The study used a qualitative approach. Sources of data are in the form of informants, documents, places and events. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation and recording. Data validity techniques usedare triangulation source and triangulationmethod. Technique of data analysis using interactive analysis model by reducing data, data presentation and verification. The result of research shows that dance art learning in implementation to form character with dance work process they are knowledge and skill. 1) Knowledge is shown through function, technique, form, type and aesthetic value according to accompaniment form religious values 2) Skill is shown through dance movement creations according to accompaniment presented in groups that can form the value of cooperation.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengantar ekonomi dan bisnis pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS).Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik untuk kebasahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengatar ekonomi dan bisnis. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I sebesar 72,58% pada motivasi belajar dan 65% pada hasil belajar, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi yaitu 85,60% pada motivasi belajar dan 87% pada hasil belajar.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pengatar ekonomi dan bisnis kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMk Negeri 1 Surakarta.Kata Kunci: ARCS, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether or not there is (1) an effect of students’ activeness in extracurricular activity on learning achievement;and (2) a difference of learning achievement between the students attending extracurricular activity and those not attending.  The population of research was all of the 10th and the 11th graders in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari Klaten. The sample of research was selected using proportionate random sampling technique. This research employed a descriptive research method with questionnaire technique for the data of students’ activeness in extracurricular and documentation technique for the data of students’ learning achievement. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression and independent sample t-test at significance level of 0.10. The results of research were as follows. Firstly, there is a significant effect of the students’ activeness in extracurricular on the students’ learning achievement (t statistic = 2.777 > t table = 1.990 and significance value = 0,004 < 0,10). The students with high score in the activeness in extracurricular activity obtained good learning achievement. Secondly, there was a difference of learning achievement between the students attending extracurricular activity and those not attending (t statistic = 2,458 > t table = 1,6549 and significance value = 0.017 < 0.10). The students attending extracurricular activity better had learning achievement than those not attending.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve activities and student learning outcomes of the introduction to business economics at class XI Marketing 2 of Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar in the academic year of 2015/2016 through implementation of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model with Handout media. The type of this research was classroom action reseach. The subject of this research in student at XI Marketing 2 of Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar in the academic year of 2005/2016 with 36 Student. The procedures of this research are (a) planning, (b) action, (c) observation, and (d) reflection. Based on the research result, the learning process with the implementation of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with Handout media can increase activities and learning outcomes of the student. It could be seen from the cycles I to II have improvement of student activities and student learning outcomes. Pre student activity cycles on the aspects of mental activities 41,67%, oral activities 45,37%, listening activities 55,56% dan writing activities 83,33%. Cycle I, on aspects of mental activities 69,44%, oral activities 75,00%, listening activities 88,89% and writing activities 77,78%. Cycle II on aspect of mental activities 83,33%, oral activities 82,41%, listening activities 91,67% dan writing activities 80,56%. Student learning outcomes are also increased at pre cycle have average value 73,08 (percentage of completeness 47,22%), cycle I becomes 77,31 (percentage of completeness 80,56%), cycle II becomes 80,95 (percentage of completeness 88,89%).

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the simultaneous effect of the teacher’s competency and the students’ achievement motivation on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter; (2) the effect of the teacher’s on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter; and (3) the effect of the students’ achievement motivation on the learning achievement in Marketing Business Management subject matter of the students in Grade X PM of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2015/2016.This research used the quantitative method with the associative causal approach. Its population was all of the students in Grade X PM of State Vocational High School 1 of Karanganyar. The samples of research were determined by using the total sampling technique. Its data were collected through questionnaire, documentation, observation and interview techniques. The data were analyzed by using the multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test at the significance level of 0.05.The results of research are as follows. Firstly, the teacher’s competency and the students’ achievement motivation have a simultaneously positive effect as much as 39.7% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as indicated by the value of Fab= 24.37 which was greater than that of F0.05;2;69= 3.130. Secondly, the students’ achievement motivation has a positive effect as much as 7.34% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as pointed out by the value of ta= 2.343 which was greater than that of t0.05;1;71= 1.667. Finally, the students’ achievement motivation has a positive effect as much as 32.26% on the learning achievement in the Marketing Business Management as indicated by the value of tb= 5.732 which was greater than that of t0.05; 1;71= 1.667.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the quality of items about the assessment of subjects Economics class XI in SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta in the academic year  2016/2017 in relation to cognitive aspects Taxonomy Bloom. The subjects chosen are Economics subject teachers and students of XI IPS class in SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta academic year 2016/2017, the subject taking technique in this study using the posposive sampling. Meanwhile, the technique used in sampling the data source is by using snowball sampling technique. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained by observation method for test development activity data, interview method for test development data and quality of item and documentation for data item quality. The results showed that: (1) a valid question a total of 11 items (36.7%) while invalid 19 items (63.3%). (2) Based on the reliability, including the matter of which the reliability is very low, -0.057. (3) Based on the level of difficulty, including difficult level items totaled 25 questions (83%), moderate level 2 questions (7%), and an easy level 3 questions (10%). (4) Based on the distinguishing features, items that includes not very good 5 questions (16.7%), there is a good 5 questions (16.7%), 10 items are good enough (33.3%), 8 points are good (26, 7%), and splendidly questions are 2 points (6.67%). (5) Based on the effectiveness of the use of distractors, items which serve very good 3 point (10%), serves as good 8 points (26.7%), and 10 items as enough (33.3%), less 5 questions (16.7%), and serves no good / bad 4 items (13.3%). (5) Based on the analysis validity, level of difficulty, distinguishing, and the effectiveness of the use of distractors there are good-quality questions amount to 2 questions (6.7%), unfavorable 6 matter (20%), and not good or bad 22 questions (73.3%). Based on the cognitive aspects of Taxonomy Bloom, the majority of items are dominated by items with category C1 consisting of 13 items (43.3%), category C2 amounted to 11 items (36.7%), category C3 amounted to 3 items (10%) and the items with category C4 amounted to 3 items (10%). Overall matter of assessment of subjectsEconomics class XI SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta Academic year 2016/2017 in relation to the cognitive aspects of Taxonomy Bloom including the problem that is not good.
