Abstract

The use of gray cast iron brake drum as the material is the most appropriate choice, because it has properties which have good heat conductivity, hardness, toughness, good friction properties and the ability to absorb vibration. The purpose of this study to determine the ratio of the microstructure on both original material drum that is new and original drum ex-wear. With the aim of analysis is expected to be used as basis in planning the development of better vehicle brakes. Of all the test results it can be mentioned chemical composition of test results with the main alloying elements, to drum new original: C 4:13%, 2:51% Si, 0.15% S, 0.65% Mn, 0.0054% P, and the original drum ex-wear: C 4:13%, 2:17% Si, 0.15% S, 0.53% Mn, 0.0054% P. So the comparison of properties of the resulting structure after the testing process on each drum is the hardness and resistance to wear and tear on a new original drum better when compared with the original drum ex-wear.

Abstract

Islam in society nowadays has evolved over a very long lime, especially as the span of time betweenthe messenger, the Prophet Muhammad, becomes more distant. This religion which reaches the disciples'heart faces many, various considerations. One o f these considerations which is mostly accepted by thesociety is secularity towards the religion. Religion is considered to be the other side o f a person's life, whichis not supposed to be involved in societal matters. Hoioever, at the same time, a phenomenon of "back tosyariah (Islamic law)" becomes apparent in Moslem society. Abstract

ANALISIS KANDUNGAN RADIONUKLIDA PADA INVENTORI BAHAN BAKAR BEKAS REAKTOR PWR 1000 MWe DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ORIGEN-ARP. Sejumlah nuklida hasil belah (fisi) akan terbentuk selama beroperasinya reaktor nuklir. Nuklida-nuklida tersebut akan terakumulasi pada perangkat bahan bakar nuklir yang didesain mampu mengungkung atau menampung nuklida hasil fisi tersebut. Nuklida hasil belah bersifat radioaktif sehingga memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk mewujudkan keselamatan nuklir bagi pekerja radiasi, masyarakat dan juga lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu parameter yang mempengaruhi jumlah nuklida hasil belah yang terbentuk adalah waktu operasi reaktor. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pengamatan dan penentuan terhadap nuklida hasil belah sebagai fungsi waktu beroperasinya suatu reaktor daya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menentukan tingkat radioaktivitas nuklida yang ada pada bahan bakar bekas reaktor PWR berdaya 1000 MWe setelah beroperasi selama 3× siklus operasi dan selama pendinginan atau penyimpanan sementara hingga 100 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini juga berperan sebagai data estimasi awal yang berguna untuk penanganan atau pengelolaan limbah radioaktif. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program komputer ORIGEN-ARP yang terdapat pada paket (modul) SCALE5.1. ORIGEN-ARP memerlukan data masukan (input) seperti : komposisi massa bahan bakar, jenis perangkat bahan bakar, grup energi gamma, data siklus operasi PWR 1000 MWe dan waktu pengamatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nuklida hasil belah yang dihasilkan selama pendinginan hingga 100 tahun yang masih teridentifikasi memiliki aktivitas tinggi, umur paro panjang dan radiotoksisitas tinggi diantaranya adalah : Sr-90, Cs-137, Pu-238, Pu-239, Pu-240, Pu-241, Am-241, dan Am-243. Disamping itu, beberapa radioisotop hasil fisi ada yang bersifat volatile, sehingga memerlukan perhatian khusus saat penanganan limbahnya. Aktivitas jenis setiap radionuklida hasil fisi selama pendinginan bernilai tetap dengan aktivitas yang dimiliki kelompok nuklida produk fisi lebih besar dari kelompok aktinida ataupun nuklida ringan. Kata kunci: radionuklida, hasil belah, bahan bakar bekas PWR, ORIGEN-ARP A number of fission fragment nuclides will be formed during the operation of nuclear reactor. One of the parameters that influence the amount of fission fragments nuclides that are formed is reactor operation time. Hence, it is needed to observe and analyze against fission fragment nuclides as a function of power reactor operation time. This study has the objective to determine the existing level of radioactivity nuclides in spent fuel of pressurized water reactor (PWR) 1000 MWe power reactor after operating for 3× operating cycle and during cooling or interim storage up to 100 years. The results are also serve as initial data estimation that useful for radioactive waste treatment. The analyses were performed using ORIGEN-ARP computer programs which is avalaible in SCALE5.1 module. ORIGEN-ARP requires several input data such as: fuel mass composition, fuel assemblies type, gamma energy group, operating cycle data of PWR 1000 MWe and observation time. The analysis indicated that the fission fragment nuclides with high radioactivity, long half-life and high radiotoxicity are still identified during cooling up to 100 years, for example : Sr-90, Cs-137, Pu-238, Pu-239, Pu-240, Pu-241, Am-241, and Am-243. ABSTRACT             In learning English there is a grammar that is used as the standard language used to know it is correct or not . Standards are used commonly called grammar . These days a lot of the applications that have sprung translator said , both online and offline . However , there is still a structural deficiency in these applications so confusing society in terms of learning English . In this application used a bottom-up method that works to detect one by one word in the sentence to be detected . Therefore, the method used is very useful in the detection process . Applications are made to make the process of detecting errors in the English language structurally sentence . In addition to detection , there is a feature grammar tutorials and Indonesia to English dictionary to support English language learning , ordinary people can also use this application because the application view is very simple and easy to use . Therefore , with this application, it is expected that people can learn or know the structural errors in English sentences and also can improve the process of learning English effectively and efficiently. Keywords: detection, english language, grammar.

Abstract

INTISARI Korea Selatan adalah salah satu negara yang paling diminati di Asia sejak merebaknya Gelombang Korea (Hallyu Wave) yang di sponsori oleh artis-artis Korea lewat Drama TV dan K-Pop yang menampilkan tentang budaya Korea. Hal tersebut ternyata menarik minat sebagian besar masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya remaja hingga dewasa untuk mempelajari bahasa Korea agar meningkatkan pengetahuan bahasa asing.Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang bisa menunjang proses pembelajaran tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis membuat sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran dasar tentang bahasa Korea khususnya untuk pemula dengan menggunakan sistem operasi Android. Proses pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Eclipse sebagai editor program, dan aplikasi editing gambar. Data yang digunakan berupa teks, gambar dan juga suara untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa mempermudah pengguna dalam belajar bahasa Korea, karena telah dilengkapi dengan tata cara pengenalan huruf hangeul, cara penulisan dan aturan pengucapan, serta beberapa contoh kosakata dan kalimat dalam bahasa Korea. Aplikasi ini dapat dipasang pada telepon genggam dengan sistem operasi Android 4.0 (ICS) keatas, dan aplikasi ini juga bersifat offline, jadi sangat memudahkan pengguna tanpa harus terkoneksi internet. Kata kunci : korea, hangeul, aplikasi, android, system

Abstract

 ABSTRACT Information systems is that information technology is growing so rapidly. Technologies that can help more easily, quickly, safely and effectively clear it is helpful to anyone who use it. Including to assist students in the boarding house search. While conducting a study / lecture will need a boarding house is important, since the students who undertake studies in a long time and needed a place to stay in the area. And it makes the issue of how students can find suitable boarding house, given some constraints such as do not know the area, or do not have friends who can demonstrate appropriate boarding house for students. This information systems which will facilitate for students who feel confused in finding suitable boarding houses and rooming will assist owners in his boarding house online marketing. The system is focused in finding the appropriate criteria to boarding reservations for a dorm room can be done with this system. Success in implementing this system is that it can work well to help students in the search for an appropriate location rooming house. Of search, directions, up to ordering online and the response of the system facilities using SMS (Short Message Service) to the owner of the boarding house that facilitate the ordering process. Keywords: Information System, Boarding House, GIS, SMS Gateway
