Abstract

Radioisotope 64Cu is a promising radiometallic-isotope for molecular-targeted-radiopharmaceuticals. Having a half-life of 12.70 hours and emitting β+-radiation (Eβ+ = 0.6531 MeV) as well as β-ray (Eβ- = 0.5787 MeV), it is widely used in the form of biomedical-substrate-radiopharmaceutical for positron emission tomography (PET) diagnosis and simultaneously for targeted radiotherapy of cancer. The potential needs on the availability of 64Cu-labeled pharmaceuticals for domestic nuclear medicine hospitals lead to a necessity for the local production of carrier-free 64Cu using BATAN’s G.A. Siwabessy reactor because of the technical and economical constraints in the production using BATAN’s cyclotron. The presented work is accordingly to study whether the radioisotope 64Cu can be produced and separated from the matrix of post-neutron-irradiated-natural zinc. This study is expected can be further improved and implemented in production technology of carrier-free 64Cu based on 64Zn (n,p) 64Cu nuclear reaction exploiting the fast neutron fraction among the major thermal fraction due to unavailability of fast-neutron-irradiation facility in the BATAN’s G.A. Siwabessy reactor. The solution of post-neutron-irradiated-natural zinc in 1M acetic acid was loaded into Chelex-100 cation exchanger resin column to pass out the Zn/Zn* fraction whereas the Cu* fraction which remained in the column was then eluted out from the column by using 1.5 M HCl and loaded into the second column containing Dowex-1X8 anion exchanger resin. The second column was then eluted with 0.5 M HCl. The collected eluate was expected to be zinc-free Cu* fraction. It was observed from the half-life and the γ-spectrometric analysis that radioactive copper-64Cu containing 67Cu was produced by neutron activation on the natural Zn-foil target and can be separated from the target matrix by the presented two-steps-column-chromatographic separation technique. The radioactivity measurement showed that wrapping the Zn target with cadmium foil increased the activity of radioactive copper and, thus, the Cu*/Zn*-ratio.Received: 28 June 2011; Revised: 21 February 2012; Accepted: 24 February 2012

Abstract

UJI PRODUKSI Mo-99 HASIL FISI DENGAN BAHAN SASARAN FOIL LEU BUATAN P2TBDU-BATAN. Selama ini telah dilaksanakan beberapa kali produksi Mo-99 dengan menggunakan bahan sasaran foil LEU buatan Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Dalam produksi Mo-99 dengan proses Cintichem yang dimodifikasibahan sasaran foil LEU sangat menentukan. Telah dilakukan uji produksi Mo-99 hasil fisi dengan bahan sasaran foil LEU (LEU, < 20% U-235) buatan P2TBDU-BATAN dengan proses Cintichem yang dimodifikasi, meliputi pelarutan foil LEU menggunakan HNO3 9,5N, penarikan gas iodium, proses pemisahan dengan pengendapan α-Benzoin Oxime dan pemurnian Mo-99 melalui kolom kromatografi. Foil LEU larut dengan sempurna selama 30 menit dan penarikan gas iodium dilakukan dengan pendinginan nitrogen cair. Setelah melalui tahap pemisahan (pengendapan) dan pemurnian kolom I dan kolom II radionuklida pengotor masih besar dan aktivitas pengotor pemancar α melebihi persyaratan standard internasional yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 7.716E-7 µCi/mCi Mo-99. Kata kunci: produksi Mo-99 HF, Sasaran Foil LEU P2TBDU PRODUCTION TEST OF Mo-99 FISSION PRODUCT USING LEU TARGET FOIL MADE IN P2TBDU – BATAN. Production of Mo-99 fission product using LEU target foil of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) has been performed several times recently in BATAN. In the production of Mo-99 using modified Cinthichem method, the LEU target foil was very critical. This paper reported production test on Mo-99 fission product using LEU target foil ( LEU < 20% U-235) made by P2TBDU – BATAN using modified Cintichem method. The process included dissolving of LEU foil with 9.5 N HNO3, suctioning of iodine gas, separation process using precipitation with α–benzoin oxime, and purification by column chromatography. The LEU foil was completely dissolved after 30 minutes and gas suction was performed by cooling with liquid nitrogen. After separation and two purification steps, the radionuclide impurities were remained high and activity of αimpurities exceeded international standard requirements, i.e. 7.716E-7 µCi/mCi Mo-99. Abstract

Abstract: This research conducted because of a lot of social variances coming through students especially SMA students. For these cases, it was necessary to commit an intensive treatment for educating the students. One of the solutions recommended was implementing nation character building in order to apply the moral values, to be able to facing the challenges in future, and live independently in globalization era. Therefore, the writer conducted a research entitling “A Study on the Implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru.” The research question in this study was ‘how good is the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru?’ The purpose of the research is to find out how good the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru is. The population was all the civics education teachers and the eleventh grade students of SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru by the total number were 8 teachers and 1024 students.  The sample was the 8 teachers and 105 students. The instrument used to collect the data was Questionnaire that consisted of 74 items of questions/statements and Interview sheet that consisted of 15 questions. The data was analyzed by using the percentage of Descriptive Qualitative. From the calculation of percentage concluded that the total answers of the respondent was Fairly Well as much of 62, 88% at the rank between 56% - 75%. According to the research finding, it could be concluded that the implementation of Nation Character Building through Civics Education in SMA/MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru was Fairly Well.  Key Words: Implementation, Nation Character Building, Civics Education.

Abstract

Filsafat merupakan induk semua ilmu, pada awalnya objek filsafat lebih luas dibandingkan ilmu. Namun pada perkem-bangannya Filsafat berkembang menjadi bagian dari ilmu itu sendiri, sehingga Filsafat tidak bisa berada dibawah awang-awang tetapi ia harus membimbing ilmu. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan peran Filsafat Islam dalam membuka wawasan berpikir umat Islam untuk menyadari fenomena perkembangan wacana keagamaan yang kontemporer yang menyuarakan nilai-nilai keterbukaan, baik nilai-nilai yang terdahulu maupun yang baru untuk terus dikaji menemukan kebenarannya. Setelah mendiskripsikan ditemukan beberapa hal yang perlu ada tindak lanjut dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu: lima hal yang kekal, moral yang mengandalkan akal semata dan tidak mempercayai wahyu, kenabian dan mukjizat. Al-Razi merupakan filosof muslim yang meng-hapuskan sendi-sendi keimanan namun ia tetap mengakui adanya Allah Sang Pencipta. Ia tergolong filosof rasionalis murni dan ia juga lebih dikenal dalam ilmu kedokteran dan dia juga memahami dalam disiplin ilmu falak, matematika dan kimia.

Abstract

The mystical knowledge such as about jinn, Satan, Doomsday, dying, punishment after life, amenity in the hereafter and others cannot be rationally and empirically pursued. Etymologically, Encyclopedia of Philosophy defines knowledge as a true belief. This article is aimed to discover the mystical knowledge in Islam as well as in philosophy. The mystical knowledge is attained by feeling and heart. The mystical truth in Islam can be pursued through tasawuf. The mystical knowledge from philosophical is ontologically, epistemologically, and axiological can be perceived. The knowledge is very subjective. A black mystic or usually called a black magic is practiced for evilness while the white one is practiced for goodness.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMODIFIKASI SINTESIS NUKLEOTIDA BERTANDA [Y-32P]ATP.Dalam perkembangan biologimolekul, radionuklida dalam bentuk senyawa bertanda telah digunakan sebagai perunut deoxyribonucleicacid (DNA)/ribonucleic acid (RNA) untuk mendalami berbagai macam proses fisiologi dan patologi. Salahsatu senyawa tersebut adalah nukleotida bertanda fosfor-32 (32P) [γ-32P]-adenosine triphosphate {[γ-32P]-ATP} yang banyak digunakan dalam penelitian biologi molekul. Untuk dapat menunjang penelitian biologimolekul di Indonesia, pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pembuatan senyawa nukleotida bertanda [γ-32P]-ATP melalui reaksi enzimatis dengan melakukan modifikasi pada metoda sintesisnya menggunakanprekursor DL-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate, nukleotida adenosine di-phosphate (ADP) dan H332PO4, sertaenzim gliseraldehid 3-phosphat dehidrogense, 3-phosphogliserat-kinase dan laktat dehidrogenase. Pemurnian[γ-32P]-ATP hasil sintesis dengan menggunakan kolom kromatografi DEAE-Sephadex. Dari proses sintesisdan pemurnian yang telah dilakukan berhasil diperoleh [γ-32P]-ATP dengan aktifitas 1,175 mCi dankemurnian radiokimia 99,49%. Dengan berhasilnya dilakukan sintesis dan pemurnian [γ-32P]-ATP, makaPusat Radiosiotop dan Radiofarmaka akan dapat menyediakan nukleotida bertanda dimaksud di atas untukmenunjang penelitian biologi molekul di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: nukleotida bertanda [γ-32P]ATP, sintesis, reaksi enzimatis, pemurnianABSTRACTMODIFICATION OF SYNTHESIS NUCLEOTIDES [Y-32P] ATP.In molecular biology, radionuclidesin the form of radiolabeled compounds have been widely used as deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) / ribonucleicacid (RNA) tracer in order to explore a wide range of physiological and pathological processes. One of suchcompounds is [γ-32P]-adenosine triphosphate {[γ-32P]-ATP} [γ-32P]-ATP which has been widely used in thebiotechnology research. In order to support the biotechnology research in Indonesia in this project, [γ-32P]-ATP had been synthesized by enzymatic reactions with modifying the method of synthesis using theprecursor DL-glyceraldehydde 3-phosphate, nucleotides Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) and H332PO4 andenzymes glyceraldehid 3-phosphate dehydrogenase, 3-phosphoglyceryc phosphokinase and lactatedehydrogenase. The purification of the synthesized [γ-32P]-ATP, by using DEAE Sephadex columnchromatography.  The synthesis and purification process that had been performed were able in producing of[γ-32P]-ATP with radioactivity of 1,175 mCi and  radiochemical purity of 99,49%.. Abstract

SINTESA ATP BERTANDA P-32 SEBAGAI PERUNUT BIOLOGI MOLEKUL. Kebutuhan perunut DNAIRNA dalam perkembangan biolologi molekul di Indonesia saat ini sangat dirasakan. Salah satunya adalah nukleotida bertanda [?32p]_ATP yang banyak digunakan dalam penelitian bioteknologi. Penguasaan teknik sintesa nukleotida bertanda ini akan sangat mendukung penelitian dalam bidang biologi molekul. Sintesa ini dilakukan dengan reaksi enzimatis yang merupakan bagian dan proses glikolisis, dimulai dari fruktosa 1,6-diphosphat, nukleotida ADP dan radioisotop P-32 dengan menggunakan enzim aldolase, gliseraldehid 3-fosfat, 3-fosfogliseratkinase dan laktat dehidrogenase. Pemumiannya dengan menggunakan kolom kromatografi DEAE Sephadex. ATP bertanda yang dihasilkan berada pada Rf 0, dan P32 pada Rf 0,6. Diharapkan bahwa kebutuhan nukleotida bertanda di Indonesia dapat terpenuhi dengan dihasilkannya nukleotida bertanda [?32p]_ATP ini, yang juga merupakan dasar untuk sintesa nukleotida bertanda lainnya. DNA /RNA tracer demmand in the development of molecular biology in Indonesia is currently strongly felt. One of them is labeled nucleotide [?32p]_ATP which is widely used in biotechnology research. Capability of nucleotide synthesis techniques will support research in the field of molecular biology. This synthesis was done by enzymatic reactions which is a part of the glycolysis process, starting from fructose 1,6-diphosphat, ADP nucleotide and P-32 radioisotope by using aldolase enzyme, glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate, 3phosphoglycerate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase. Purification was perf0D11ed by using DEAE Sephadex column chromatography. The labeled ATP and P-32 were observed at Rf 0 and Rf 0.6. It is expected that the demand of labeled nucleotide in Indonesia can be fulfilled by the synthesized labeled nucleotide [?32p]_ATP that is the base for synthesis of other labeled nucleotide. Abstract

Keloids are skin disorders or benign tumours that are due to abnormal wound healing in the binding tissue after a trauma, inflammation, surgical wounds, or burns. Low activity radioisotopes have shown to be effective in curing or eliminating keloids on the skin. One of these radioisotopes is phosphorus-32 (32P), a beta (β-) emitter with a half-life of 14.3 days. This radioisotope can also be developed for the treatment of keloid and skin tumours. Currently, keloid is treated by a conventional method e.g.by applying the bulk of 32P radioisotope directly on keloid area. However, this method is considered inefficient and less secure. The purpose of this research is to obtain a technology for preparing of 32P-labeled skin patch. The first step of this research is to produce 32P-labeled chromic phosphate (Cr32PO4) colloids, through condensation involving oxidation-reduction reaction. In this step, Cr (VI) is reduced to Cr (III) to form Cr32PO4 with particle size of <1 μm.  These particles (Cr32PO4) are to expect to distribute evenly when mixed with silicon to form skin patch which will not decompose easily. Characterization of the prepared Cr32PO4colloids gave a yield of 97,8% with particle size of greater than > 1μm.  Further study needs to be performed in due time in order to have Cr32PO4 colloids with a suitable particle size.Key words: keloid, chromic phosphate colloid, skin patch, condensation, oxidation-reduction reaction

With that situation needs intensive handle it deep teach fosterling one of it which is with mengimplementasikan assesses religious character that its aim is that that child coming can answer future daring and can function properly if is reinstated to society. So writer takes research title “ Studi About Religious Character Point Implementation at reformatory Ace shohwah City Looker district Pekanbaru ”. Problem formula on observational it is how implementation assess religious character at Reformatory Ace shohwah City Looker district Pekanbaru?. To the effect this research is subject to be know how implementation assess religious character at Reformatory Ace shohwah City Looker district Pekanbaru. Population in observational it is exhaustive sitter and Ace Reformatory fosterling sohwah City Looker district Pekanbaru who gets its all told be 39 person and total sample 38 person. Data collecting instrument which is questionnaire consisting of 58 item questions / statements. Interview consisting of 17 questions. Data analysed by Descriptive kualitatif passes through percentage. Of respondent answer percentage count as a whole acquired adverse answer as much 49,63% one lays in rank 40% 55%. Hypothesis thus that declare for religious character point implementation which is performed with every consideration at sohwah's Ace Reformatory City Looker district Pekanbaru is refused. Base observational Result, therefore gets to be concluded that studi about religious character point implementation at Reformatory Ace sohwah City Looker district Pekanbaru which is adverse.  Key words: Implementation, Assess Religious Character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan professional guru SMK pasca sertifikasi terhadap komitmen guru; dan (2) mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi professional guru SMK pasca sertifikasi terhadap komitmen guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kompetensi pedagogik dan professional guru SMK pasca sertifikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran; (2) prosentasi komitmen, kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi professional guru bersertifikasi, secara rata-rata masih rendah
