Abstract

Abstract. This paper is related to innovation learning Islamic education in the State High School Model 3 Palu. The problem studied is how the shape of the learning technique innovation? How its effectiveness? And how students respond to learning techniques such innovation? The results showed: the form of technical innovation of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 3 Palu models include: development of methods and inquiri diskoveri. Effectiveness of technical innovation makes the subject matter became more understood by learners, because the material was found alone and practiced by the students, while the response of students to technical innovation of Islamic Education is very good and positive, as it can deliver educators to find their own subject matter.Kata kunci: inovasi, teknik, efektivitas, respon, ingkuiri, diskoveri

Abstract

Semiotics developed in two main traditions, semiotics with the European tradition initiated by Ferdinand de Saussure and semiotics to the American tradition that was developed by Charles Sanders Pierce. Although the two traditions of semiotics is different in many respects, but they both looked at the meaning  as the main thing in their studies. Studies in semiotics that was originally only known in the linguistic sciences, has now been used in a variety of approaches and methods in social sciences. As one branch of social sciences, communication science puts the concepts and theories of semiotics as being very important in the study and practice, such as symbols, signs, language and meaning that  introduced semiotic  study of communication  as a new field in communications studies.

Abstract

The ceramic floors are the products which are used for house floors and have an art touching. The ceramic mosaics are prepared by the company, for public to fulfill the housing needs. So one consumer with the other consumer has different perception of the product, price, distribution and promotion. For that reason we need to know the influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception for the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd, so we will know how the influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd. The understandingof this problem is important for the marketer, as a basic making of effective marketing strategic. The that reason this research is for knowing the marketing mix influence to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd, and the most dominant variable.According to the consumer  behaviour theory which consist of buyer characteritic which must be paid attention by the marketer, so there is a possibility of marketing mix influence to the consumer perception. Baside that, there is marketing mix variable which has the most dominant influence to the consumer perception.This research is done to the mosaic ceramic consumers with the brand Platimun which has needs and wants with the research object target in Surabaya. The amount of respondens which are used for samples are 100 people, the sampling method which is used is the convenience method, the samples are the ones which are easily met and in coincidence surveying at the mosaic ceramic. The data collections are done by iterviewing and spreading the questionairs. The results of the research are : (1) There is an influence of partial marketing mix variable to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya. (2) There is an influence of marketing mix variable together to the consumer perception about the good and bad Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya. (3) The price variable is the most dominant influence. The conclusion which is got is the marketing mix has positive influence to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya.The marketing mix analization like above can give the implication to the marketing strategy, especially for making aand deciding the marketing mix strategy of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya.Key word :  The influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception for the good and bad.

Abstract

The volume of waste and limited land to disposal accompanied and highpopulation growth, where this statement also by the technical wastemanagement still conventional. Waste management urban especially inresidential areas until now generally is done through the stage of activity asfollows, namely: packing the garbage, collecting garbage from the houses toLPS (disposal depot), transferring garbage directly to LPA (Final DisposalSite) or from LPS ( Temporary Disposal Site) to LPA, until the waste isdisposed in LPA. Shortly, garbage from urban area contains 10 % (weight)material that can be recycled ( paper, iron, cans, etc ), 50 % of them is organicmatter and 40 % of residue. Then, 60 % ( weight) dump can be recycled: 10 %can be reused, and 50 % can be composited ( anonymous, 1992 ). The datafrom Surabaya’s Sanitary Agency mentions that the total of daily volume ofgarbage in Surabaya is 79,19 % that all of them form the household. Integratedwaste management systems need to combine reduction the waste, recycling &reusing, compositing, the incinerating and final disposal. Reduction source ofgarbage for industry need zero-waste technology and simple/minimal packingproducts that has environmentally friendly. While, the habitual of wastefulshould be left for the households .Then, the approach recycling and reusingapplied particularly to the non-organic like paper, plastic, aluminum, glass,metal and others. A lack of awareness of waste and the level of publicconsumption and other activities make the waste kept piled up in the finaldisposal site ( LPA) . Waste commonly found in the landfill among other bottlesbeverages , detergents , and plastic bags .The waste the less attractive makes usreluctant to see an even a glance at. In fact if we want to try, the waste canbecome business opportunities. Even if we want to manage it properly, thisbusiness could be the power source. Most cans is made of aluminum through aprocess that require a lot of energy. Garbage cans recyclable with melt andmade aluminum as a starter new products .Thus, can additional energy sources,pollution can be reduced , and resources bauxite , lime and sodium carbonateas a starter aluminum can be efficient.Keywords: waste, recycling , flat, and incomes.

Abstract

Countries which joined in the OKI founded the financial institutions thatprovide financial services based on fees and profit sharing to the OKI membercountries. The sharia banking in Indonesia is started in 1991 by a MuamalatIndonesia bank. The development of the market share until 2012 has reachedabout 4,62 %, it means that sharia banking must try hard to develop its marketshare. But the market share of sharia banking always loses with theconventional banks, it can only grow 1 percent per year, but the conventionalbanks can grow till 7 percent per year. According to Tjiptono (2007: 111) themarketing mix is the product, the price, distribution and promotion of thelocation and known as 4p, in addition the company can do differentiatecompetitive in the delivery of services through three aspects known 3p in themarketing services. The population on this study is the customers that they havethe bank account in the Sharia bank public and live in Gerbang Kertasusila area.From that population, this study uses sample of 200 respondents. A method ofsampling purposive is a technique of the determination of the sample based onchance, it means that anyone who by chance or incidental meet, when theymake a deal in the any Sharia bank or other place (home, office and etc.), withthe researcher can be used as the sample, if that person is considered suitable asa source of data. The results of research that marketing mix, the quality ofservices, and the religiousness value significantly influences to the trust ofcustomers. So, hypothesis is received. Services of marketing mix significantlyinfluences to the commitment of customers. Then, hypothesis is received. Thequality of services and the value of religiousness influence positively but notsignificantly to the commitment of customers and hypotheses is rejected. Inshort, the trust is significantly influenced by the religiousness value to thecommitment of customers. Although, the trust cannot be significantlyinfluenced the marketing mix to the commitment of customers. But, the qualityof services is significantly influenced to the commitment of customers. Fromthe results of the research, the researcher suggests to the head of the Sharia bankpublic to determine the best composition of marketing mix and it should betaken from UMKM agent because the population of Indonesia is moslem. Abstract

Berbagai studi internasional menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa di Indonesia bergategori rendah. Kemampuan membaca pemahaman di sekolah dasar terutama di kelas lanjut sering diabaikan sehingga hasilnya rendah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah penerapan metode SQ3R untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 46 Parepare. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitianyaitu siswa dan guru kelas IV SD Negeri 46 Parepare. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus. Data diperoleh dengan tehnik observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualifikasi proses pembelajaran membaca pemahaman dengan metode SQ3R di siklus I, II dan III semakin baik. Seiring dengan itu, kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa juga semakin meningkat di siklus I, II dan III. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 46 Parepare.Kata Kunci: metode SQ3R, membaca pemahaman

Abstract

The objective classical approach dominates the theory and research of political communication. However, the increasingly dynamic practice of political communication encourages the emergence of other views which are more interpretive and subjective. In practice, political communication activities take place in cultural diverse contexts and therefore a variation of symbols in conveying political messages is required. The symbols of non-verbal communication are now used by political actors not only as a complement to verbal communication, but also as the message-code choices as important as the process of political communication.The media is exploited gently and ideologcally by political and economic power as a hegemonic power. Media put itself in the influence and dominance of a hegemonic power circle, so that the public space becomes narrower and less power.

Abstract

In Indonesian language learning In Primary School there are four skills that need to be mastered by the students that is listening skill, writing skill, reading skill, and speaking skill. In reading learning, students often feel bored and unmotivated in learning. Related to the importance of learning read comprehension, necessary methods that can foster motivation and interest of students in reading comprehension activities in school. Learning comprehension reading should be done with appropriate learning methods to achieve optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Cooperative Script method, in improving reading comprehension in grade V students of SD Negeri 17 Parepare. The type of this research is experimental research using one group pretest posttest design. Variables in this research is Cooperative Script Method as independent variable and skill reading comprehension level as dependent variable. The sample in this study is all students of class V SD Negeri 17 Parepare which amounted to 37 people. Technique of collecting data using comprehension reading comprehension test in the form of objective test 30 item. The validity of the instrument used is the content validity. Reliability test was analyzed by using alpha cronbach coefficient formula. Data analysis technique is done by using t-test technique with respect to normality and homogeneity. The results showed that the mean score of students' reading ability before and after treatment increased from 16.86 to 24.06. The result of t-test analysis shows t-test equal to -24,829 with db = 36, and p value 0.000. The p value is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. In other words, the Cooperative Script method is effectively used in reading comprehension learning.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan satu hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Siapa pun berhak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan, baik di kota maupun di desaa. Di daerah perkotaan pemerintah ataupun pihak swasta telah membangun beberapa rumah sakit. Untuk wilayah yang jauh dari perkotaan, pemerintah tidak tinggal diam dalam hal ini, buktinya melalui dana APBD, pemerintah telah membangunbeberapa puskesmas pembantu (Pustu), dan salah satunya puskesmas pembantu (pustu) puskesmas pembantu (pustu) Rante Malolinnyang ada di Kelurahan Peta Kecamatan Sendana Kota Palopo. Tak heran bila sebagian masyarakat mengadakan pegobatan di puskesmas lain, atau pun kerumah sakit yang membutuhkan waktu dan biaya tambahan. Berdasarkan penelitian, masyarakat sekitar menyatakan bahwa kepuasan dalam pelayanan kesehatan belum mereka rasakan. Semoga dengan hasil penelitian !! petugas puskesmas pembantu (Pustu) Rante Malolin dapat meningkatkan kinerja nya sebagai pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, agar tujuan visi pemerintah indonesia yakni sehat 2010 dapat tercapai, dan melalui pembagunan kesehatan. Dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Hakekat perubahan ketatalaksanaan diarahkan untuk melakukan penataan tata laksana instansi pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu upaya pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, dan/atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Pelaksana pelayanan publik yang selanjutnya disebut Pelaksana adalah pejabat, pegawai, petugas, dan setiap orang yang bekerja di dalam organisasi penyelenggara yang bertugas melaksanakan tindakan atau serangkaian tindakan pelayanan publik. Standar pelayanan adalah tolok ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan pelayanan dan acuan penilaian kualitas pelayanan sebagai kewajiban dan janji penyelenggara kepada masyarakat dalam rangka pelayanan yang berkualitas, cepat, mudah, terjangkau, dan terukur. Pelayanan Berjenjang adalah penyelenggaraan pelayanan yang dilaksanakan secara bertingkat dengan menyediakan kelas-kelas pelayanan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat untuk memberikan pilihan kepada masyarakat pengguna pelayanan dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip keadilan dan proporsionalitas. Satuan Kerja Penyelenggara adalah unit kerja yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengguna layanan. Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan lebih banyak diserahkan kepada pemerintah daerah seluas-luasnya dengan maksud adalah untuk menggali berbagai potensi yang dimiliki oleh daerah tersebut, dan untuk meningkatkan pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara baik, benar dan cepat. Pemerintah daerah dituntut untuk dapat menyelenggarakan pelayanan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Pola pelayanan publik yang dikehendaki oleh otonomi daerah adalah pelayanan publik yang mendekatkan diri dengan pihak yang dilayani. Tata cara pelayanan yang dikehendaki, diinginkan dan diharapakan oleh masyarakat yaitu pelayanan yang lebih cepat (faster), lebih murah (cheaper) dan lebih baik (better). Untuk memenuhi yang diinginkan dan harapan masyarakat yang dilayani, penyedia layanan harus lebih dekat (closer),   lebih cepat (faster) dan lebih baik (better). Standar adalah spesifikasi teknis atau sesuatu yang dibakukan termasuk tata cara dan metode yang disusun berdasarkan konsesus semua pihak yang terkait dengan memperhatikan syarat-syarat keselamatan, keamanan, kesehatan, lingkungan hidup, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, pengalaman, perkembangan masa kini dan masa yang akan datang untuk memperoleh manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya.Key word: Standar pelayanan publik
