HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA DEPOK

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antarakepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan kompetensi dan secara bersama-samaterehadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok. Populasi yangdiambil untuk penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depokyang berjumlah 95 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metodestratified random sampling karena di dalam populasi terdapat berbagaimacam tingkatan jabatan/eselon, juga terdapat berbagai tingkatan golonganruang gaji. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Data yang terkumpulselanjutnya diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear dengan bantuanperangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan kompensasi sangat signifikanmempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kontribusi kepemimpinan terhadap variasikinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 10.2%. Kompensasi memberikan konrtibusiterhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 10.4% dan kontribusi kompetensi terhadapvariasi yang terjadi pada kinerja pegawai sebesar 13%. Selanjutnya dapatdinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan kompetensi memberikankontribusi sebesar 48,8% terhadap variasi yang terjadi pada kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi, kinerja

Abstract

This   research   is   intended   to  evaluate  and measure the   relationship  of   leadership,   compensation,  and competency with performance.  The research object   is health agency  in Depok,  West  Java.  There are 95 persons as staffs on health agency. Respondents were recruited from this population using tratified random sampling. As variables are latent in nature, questionnaire was used as research instrument. Further, data  collected  was   analyzed   using   regression   equation   by   deployed   SPSS   (Statistical  Package   for   Social Science)   software.   Result   indicates   that   leadership,   competency,   and   compensation   are   significantly influence staff performance. The correlation of leadership with staff performance is 0.102. The correlation between compensation and staff performance is 0.104. And the last, the correlation between competency and staff performance is 0.13. It is also shown that leadership, compensation, and competency can explain staff performance variation as much as 48.8%Key words: leadership, compensation, competency, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT – The  purpose of this research is to ascertain the influence of Problem Based Instruction with audio visualmediatoward biology learning achievement of 10th grade  students at SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak in academic year 2011/2012. The research was quasi experiment research using quantitative approach. The  research was designed using posttest only control design. Experimental group applied  Problem Based Instruction with audio visualmedia. Control group applied discussion,  classical course and question-answer method. The populations of this research were all of  10th degree students at SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak in academic year 2011/2012.  The samples  of this research were the students of 10th 3as experiment group and 10th 6as control group.  The sample of this research was established by cluster random sampling. The data was  collected using questionnaire, multiple choice test,essay test, observation form, and  document. The hypotheses analyzed by t-test. The research concluded that application of Problem Based Instruction with audio  visualmediahad significant effect toward biology learning achievement in cognitive,  affective, and psychomotor of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak in academic  year 2011/2012. Abstract

Pendekatan, strategi, metode, dan teknik pembelajaran pada hakikatnya dapat dibedakan tetapi tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keempat istilah tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan, strategi, metode, dan teknik pembelajaran yang akan dan/atau sedang digunakan dapat diketahui dari langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang telah tersusun dan/atau sedang terjadi. Pendekatan pembelajaran adalah cara umum dalam memandang pembelajaran. Sedangkan strategi pembelajaran adalah ilmu dan kiat di dalam memanfaatkan segala sumber belajar yang dimiliki dan/atau yang dapat dikerahkan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Metode mengajar adalah berbagai cara kerja yang bersifat relatif umum yang sesuai untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu dan teknik pembelajaran adalah ragam khas penerapan suatu metode sesuai dengan latar penerapan tertentu. Teknik pembelajaran mengambarkan langkah-langkah penggunaan metode mengajar yang sifatnya lebih operasional. Faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penentuan teknik pembelajaran di antaranya adalah kemampuan dan kebiasaan guru, ketersedian sarana dan waktu, serta kesiapan siswa. Faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran ialah tujuan pembelajaran, jenis dan tingkat kesulitan materi pelajaran, sarana, waktu yang tersedia, siswa, dan guru.

REPEATABILITY ESTIMATION OF SEMEN PRODUCTION AND QUALITY OF LOCALS MADURA CATTLE BREED (Bos indicus)

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of genetic and environmental factor on locals Madura cattle semen production and quality. A total of 2275 semen collections records from 11 bulls from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed to evaluate the genetic potency of semen productions. Genetic evaluation consists of repeatability estimation of semen volume, sperm concentration and sperm individual motility. Data were analyzed by HGLM (REML) with environmental factors of age, seasons, interval of semen collections, and frequency of ejaculations as fixed effect and bulls as random effect using GENSTAT 16th edition. Result showed that age and ejaculation frequency affect to all variables; interval of semen collections affected to both semen volume and sperm concentrations; while seasons only affected to sperm concentrations. Repeatability estimation of semen volume, sperm concentration and sperm individual motility were 0.376, 0.445 and 0.567 respectively. It was concluded that the quality of Madura bulls ejaculate less affected by environmental factors.

Abstract

Accounting learning process in SMA Negeri 1 Taman had been equipped with a LCD in each class, but the use of learning media of powerpoint was not maximied by teachers in presenting of accounting topic. This research aims to determine what was accounting learning media used by the teacher in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Taman, to know what was the teacher reasons use that learning media, and to determine the feasibility of accounting learning media that used in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Taman during learning process in the classroom. This research was a descriptive research. Data analysis techniques that used in this research were descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The research results showed that learning media of powerpoint was feasible to use in accounting learning process at XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Taman with percentage of 72.05%.   Keywords: learning media, accounting, SMA

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the use of evaluation tools and evaluation tools for the selection of accounting material of economic subject of XI grades of SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik, feasibility evaluation tools are made ​​and students´ response to the use of the evaluation tool. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. Data was collected using the method of documentation, interviews, review of expert and student questionnaire responses. The results showed that accounting teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik more often use a subjective test techniques and is said to be worth about theoretical (qualitative) but the empirical (quantitative) is said to be worth about. From the analysis of student responses is known that a given problem is in conformity with the accounting teacher materials and learning objectives, the use of language that is easy, no instructions work on the problems and the adequacy of working time.    Keywords: Tool, Evaluation, Accounting and SMA

Abstract

Teaching material is important role in the learning process, for it carried out research that aims to know what teaching material used by accounting teachers in class X Accounting SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya for the accounting cycle of service company and to know the reason of teachers use that teaching material in accounting learning activities in the classroom. This research is descriptive research. Research done by the SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya with the research subject is accounting teacher of class X. Technique of data collection is using interviews and documentation. Feasibility of teaching material, the result that teachers use cast teaching material which the title “ Akuntansi 1, Siklus Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa dan Dagang” publisher by Yudhistira, year 2011, it show that the teaching material is very fit for used in the accounting learning activities of  class X Accounting with  percentage is 86,2%. Abstract

ABSTRACT      Learning process, a material will be useful to understanding and give a treatment according to the characteristic of the students individually, solve the issue of low sel-actualization of the students, so that an elusive material can be explored with printed materials. The purpose of this research is to know a material which is use in a learning process at SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya in subject of vendor accounting services and reason of the teacher of using the material. And know the worthiness of the material. The types of this research is descriptive research kuantitative approach. Technique of collecting data in this research is using interview and distributing questionnairs feasbility study in material accounting services firm. The research result is showed that the material in accounting services firm XI grade students at SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya are using book and handout. The result of worthiness analysis of material get percentase score for book is get percantase score abtained 90,93%, and handout is get percentase score abstained 86,85%.   Key word : using, materials, economic, accounting, SMA
