Abstract

Herbal adalah tumbuhan yang mempunyai nilai lebih dalam pengobatan. Indonesia mempunyai kekayaan hayati yang sangat luarbiasa terhadap tanaman herbal. Tetapi potensi tanaman herbal masih belum digali terutama pada tanaman herbal asli Indonesia. Karena hal itu maka akan direncanakan Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Tanaman Herbal yang berlokasi di Lembang Bandung. Lembang dipilih menjadi lokasi karena merupakan salah satu kota yang suhunya rendah, kondisi tanah yang subur dan berada di daratan tinggi yang cocok untuk tanaman herbal. Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Tanaman Herbal ini akan menerapkan konsep arsitektur hijau agar tidak merusak lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

The effects of heat moisture treatment (110°C) and pretreatment on the physicochemical properties of sweet potato dried-noodles starch based were investigated. Completely randomized design was performed which arranged by two-factor. The first factor is noodles consist of native starch and treated starch (heat moisture treatment). The second factor is a type of sweet potato local varieties which consists of three levels: orange, purple and cream flesh color, respectively. Native starch and treated starch treatment showed significant effect on water content, protein and carbohydrate/fiber. Water absorption and cooking loss of dried noodle is highly different between native (non-HMT) and treated starch (HMT).

Abstract

Abstract : Problem in this research is 1). How intrinsic motivation fifth grade student on the  subject sof social sciences at elementary school 52 Pontianak city?. 2) Howbig is the learning outcomes of students 3). Is the a correlation between intrinsic motivation to learn the results. The method used in this research is descriptive method of research form association studies (interrelationship studies).This study is a population with a number of 42 students. Results showerd intrinsic motivation of student in 52 public elementary scholls is in excellent simply because it goes to the range of values 60- 69. There is a moderate is then comparaed with the r table on db level of 5% for N =42 is 0,34. Thus the accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected because the calculated value of r between intrinsic motivation of learnes with learning outcomes of student in the subject of social sciences school class V 52 elemntary of school Pontianak City. Keywords : Intrinsic, Motivation, Social Sciences, and Learning Outcomes. Abstrak : Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana motivasi intrinsik peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SDN 52 Pontianak Kota, 2). Seberapa besar hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SDN 52 Pontianak Kota? 3). Apakah terdapat korelasi antara motivasi intrinsik dengan hasil belajar  peserta didik kelas V pada  mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SDN 52 Pontianak Kota?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan (Interrelationship studies). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan jumlah 42 orang peserta didik, hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi intrinsik peserta didik di sekolah dasar negeri 53 Pontianak Kota tergolong sangat baik yaitu sebesar 95,46 %. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, diperoleh nilai rata – rata 69 tergolong cukup karena masuk pada rentang nilai 60- 69. Terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara motivasi intrinsik dengan hasil belajar peserta didik. Nilai tersebut selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan r tabel pada taraf 5 % untuk db N=42 adalah 0,304. Dengan demikian r hitung > dari r tabel atau 0,64 > 0,304. Pada penelitian ini Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan Hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak karena nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel, yang berarti terdapat korelasi/hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik peserta didik dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 52 Pontianak Kota. Kata kunci:  Motivasi Intrinsik, Ilmu Pengethuan Sosial, dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process in order to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). Which was the factor of work motivation could dominant affected the lecturer performance in STIE  Totalwin Semarang The sample in this study was 31 lecturer in STIE Totalwin Semarang. Abstract

The purpose of this study are (I) to analyze the efficiency differences between large and small firms. and (2) to analyze the impact of monetary crisis to efficiency, both large and small firms_ All the manufacturing firms listed on the JSX are ranked by total assets. The 30 highest firms are categorized as the large firms and the 30 lowest firms are categorized as the small firms. Data taken from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory 1999. Six financial ratio are used to represent the company efficiency. Those ratios are consist of three categories: profitability, liquidity and operation. and leverage. In general, the result of the study suggest that large and small firms have their own efficiency niches. There are no differences between large and small firms with regard to efficiency. In addition, consistent with Machfoedzs (1999) study. company efficiency are impacted by economic crisis. and the large firms are more impacted by economic crisis than the small one.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahasa tema sentral tentang arus kas. Identifikasi masalahnya meliputi bagaimana kondisi aktivitas pendanaan, kondisi arus kas pada perusahaan tersebut serta pengaruh di antara keduanya. Hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan adalah : 1) Diduga Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif terhadap arus kas perusahaan. 2) Diduga Debt Ratio (DR) berpengaruh positif terhadap arus kas perusahaan. 3) Diduga Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap arus kas perusahaan. Hasil yang menunjukkan tidak signifikannya antara aktivitas pendanaan terhadap arus kas perusahaan pada PT. Indosat, Tbk dan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk yang digambarkan melalui PER, DR, dan DER sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor diluar dari aktivitas pendanaan.

Abstract

Dividend amount is distribution of profit yielded by a company to the shareholders. The amount of dividend influences the amount of profit at the company. The objective of this research is to find out the amount of dividend distributed, how much profit is generated, and the influence of dividend and profit amount. The indicators are the dividend amount utilizes dividend in equity change statement and dividend per share (DPS), and the profit amount makes use of net profit in profit and loss statement and net profit margin (NPM). The data used are two companies running on the same consumers during six years – 2005 up to and including 2010. The method used is ratio dividend, to find out how much the dividend distributed and the profit ratio are, to know how much the profit earned by the company will be, and to detect the correlation between the two variables above. They have been processed utilizing SPSS 17.0. Based on the research yield, it can be concluded that the two companies have different correlation fact. There is positive correlation between dividend amount and profit amount at PT Mayora Indah Tbk., the dividend increase is followed by the profit increase due to the external factor, that is the debt has been empowered efficiently. The other way, there is negative correlation between dividend amount and profit amount at PT Delta Djakarta, that is the dividend increase does not followed by the profit increase due to the debt has not been empowered efficiently.

Abstract

Sistem Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Manajemen sangatlah penting di dalam melipatgandakan kinerja perusahaan atau unit organisasi. Konsep ini berorientasi ke masa depan, bukan masa lalu didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga sistem pengendalian manajemen ini sangat komprehensif, koheren dan berkerangka. Untuk membentuk masa depan organisasi, diperlukan efektivitas yang sangat tinggi berupa pembentukan mindset dalam diri sumber daya manusia yang menjalankan sistem tersebut.

Abstract

This paper illustrates the brawl that made the male students of SMK Padang, then look for a solution in the form of policy by competent parties overcome. This paper will explain the social and religious conditions of the students involved brawl, as well as the causes, forms, chronological brawl. The results of this study indicate that the fighting is done by the mens by way of a group of students. The reason to defend against another school,or attacking out of revenge.
