Abstract

Al-Qur’an senantiasa menjadi objek kajian yang tak ada batas. Semakin lengkap piranti yang kita gunakan untuk mengkaji, maka semakin banyak pula yang kita peroleh. Berbagai model kajian bahasa seperti ilmu Fonologi (ilm al-ashwat), Morfologi (ilm al-sharf), Sintaksis (ilm al-nahw), Semantik (ilm al-dalalah), Balaghah (ilm al-balaghah) dan lain-lain, lahir melalui al-Qur’an. Semua itu tidak terlepas dari keberadaan al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci yang mu’jiz sepanjang zaman yang selalu dipelajari oleh manusia, terutama umat Islam. Karena itu, tulisan ini memfokuskan pada peran badihiyah (kemampuan alami) yang telah ada pada diri manusia sebagai bekal untuk mengenal ayat Allah.

Abstract

The paradigm of the capitalist and socialist economic system suggests that the production and consumption and distribution of wealth in principle have been established in accordance with applicable economic laws in the economic practice of society. Economic System is a system that regulates and establish economic relationships between people with a set of institutions in the order of life in the community or state. Almost every country has its own economic system. The paradigm of thought as the choice of economic system applied in a country depends on the mutual agreement of the country, in accordance with the constitution owned, the philosophy and ideology of the state in its economic system. The economic system is a system that regulates the economic conditions of a country in accordance with state conditions of the country itself. The capitalist economic system rests on private and private ownership of the means of production, distribution, and exchange. so that the three main things are full in private hands, the system is oriented to Jewish ideology. The socialist economic system is its economic activities ranging from planning, implementation, and supervision carried out by the government centrally, this system adopts the Christian ideology of religion. Communist economic system is an economic system in which the role of government as a regulator of all sources of economic activity, this system pivots on the ideology of Atheist. Pancasila economic system is a system of economic democracy, this system comes from the ideology of Pancasila. The Islamic economic system is an economic system based on the ideology of Tawheed (aqidah) Islam, Nubuwwah (prophet) Muhammad saw (the obligatory nature of Prophet and Messenger) and Khilafah (leadership) and Maad (result)

Abstract

Abstract. Social control is one mechanism to prevent social deviation and also is a work of the community so each one obey the rule and values that applied in the community. The obedience is needed to ensure the continuity of community life. The community of Tengger has developed a social control called “Pethekan”. Their working-together habit has tought them how local knowledge developed to ensure the continuity of their life social in a solid and harmonious state.

Abstract

Abstract: After the cupdeta of communist party in 1965, there was massive effort of non-Tengger ethnic community to penetrate the nation’s religions (Hindu, Budha, Christian, and Islam) into the Tengger ethnic community who were considered as ‘no-religion’ ethnic. Consequently, the Tengger people who had already believed in “Budo” as the only accepted Tenggerese’s religion had to be able to converse their religion. The phenomenon caused the emergence of ‘sincretism’ between their original religion and the nation’s religion with all consequences. The condition, in certain cases, needs to get much attention related to the change of traditional ritual of mountain society with its own local wisdom.

Abstract

Abstract. There are two phenomena as focus of this research: (1) economic role of household wives as women labor at abroad, (2) the risks of its economic role for the left nuclear families. This research analyze relation of those phenomena for its psychological and social effects of the left nuclear families.This research uses qualitative approach and the kind of research is a case study. The research site is Besuki, one sub district of South Tulungagung region.This site is known as poor region and more one decade as a region that has many women labor at abroad. Results of this research are (1) the push factors in taking economic role as women labor are the limited income of previous occupation; influences of the economic success stories of women labor, wage of women labor higher than civil servant, and the result as women labor can be used for capital of many economic business; (2) The basic reason used to select women labor as their profession is based on calculation that more opportunity that can be reached than its risks, women labor prepare their preventive steps by following right and legal departure; (3) The economic effect is economic increasing at family and village level, the psychological effects are positive and negative impacts, and social effects are family conflicts, increasing number of divorce, and reducing amount of active women at village.

Abstract

This article wants to reveal cross-ideological religious education in conceptualizing a happy family. The most important thing is that religious education is very urgent in forming a family of happiness that is indoctrinated in a family. This research method uses qualitative descriptive concept, with research type of library of Risert (bibliography), data collection method is using primary and secondary data and technical data analysis is using contents analysis method (deductive and inductive). Religious education is the best way to achieve the happiness of the hereafter. Religious education is the perfect solution for achieving individual happiness, the smallest group (family) and community groups. Religious education is an easy way to achieve physical and spiritual happiness in its entirety. Religious education is a necessity for every religious community as a theory to reach the happiness of soul, family and society. Happy family will be obtained if the understanding of religion that is applied by every family member in the household and society. The happiness of society is the happiest family happiness in a country or group of people, in Islamic teachings called baldatun thayyibatun wa raobbun ghafur.

Abstract

Abstract: Religi komunitas pegunungan adalah bagian penting dan sangat mendasar dalam hubungan edukatif dan ekologis antara manusia dengan lingkungan alam dan lingkungan sosial. Berbagai atribut dan fenomena yang tersaji dalam hubungan tersebut menunjukkan bagaimana eksistensi kehidupan mereka dalam menjawab tantangan yang terjadi pada masa lalu dan masa yang akan datang. Kemampuan mereka dalam melahirkan berbagai bentuk budaya menarik untuk dikaji dan dijadikan sebagai bahan galian untuk menyusun dan mengembangkan bahan bacaan berbasis pendidikan multikultural dan kecakapan hidup, serta pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai kebangsaan dan kearifan lokal. Penggambaran fenomena interaksi sosial antara masyarakat dengan lingkungannya dengan bingkai tradisi nilai budaya (religi) lokal, dapat dijadikan salah satu rujukan untuk dapat memperkuat basic pengembangan “Living Values Education”. Abstract: Religion in mountainous area community is an important factor on relation between humans, natural environment and social environment. Various phenomena and attributes presented in this relationship shows the community existence respond to challenges that occurred in the past and the future. Their ability to create various shape of cultural form is interesting to be studied and also can develop to be reading material for multicultural education, life skills, and character building based on national values and local wisdom. Depiction of social interaction pgenomena between people and their environment with the frame of cultural local traditions (religion) value, can be used as a reference in order to strengthen the basic development of "Living Values Education"

Abstract

This paper aims to describe how to actualize integrative thematic learning that takes place in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) where during this time the educator sometimes still confused how to do the step, what strategy should be used, what model should be chosen in doing the learning process. A thing that must be done by educators for integrative thematic learning can be implemented properly one of them is by using ARIAS learning model. The ARIAS learning model is able to make integrative thematic learning work well. Because the learning model ARIAS is a learning system characterized by a systematic learning environment, meaningful and simple, able to provide comfort learners follow the learning activities, able to develop students reasoning ability, able to acquire and mastery of new material, able to foster self-confidence learners, able to grow interest and attention of learners, able to cultivate a sense of pride and satisfaction of learners in following the learning.

Abstract

Sasaran utama dalam kerangka sistem dan aktivitas persekolahan di antaranya mempersatukan pendidikan dan kreativitas peserta didik. Tujuannya untuk menumbuhkembangkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki anak didik termasuk potensi memberikan respon kreatif terhadap hal-hal sekitar kehidupannya. Ada yang beranggapan bahwa bila daya kreativitas peserta didik rendah, maka secara pedagogis ada yang kurang pas dalam kerangka sistem dan aktivitas persekolahan. Pendidikan bukan hanya bagaimana cara untuk memperoleh pengetahuan. Namun, pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, kreativitas dan keterampilan serta perkembangan diri anak. Kemampuan atau kompetensi ini diharapkan dapat dicapai melalui berbagai proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu proses pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk mencapai kompetensi diatas adalah melalui pembelajaran di luar kelas (outdoor study). Artikel ini merupakan kajian library research yang menampilkan wacana dan sumber-sumber pustaka dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang terfokus dalam tema yang penulis ambil, yakni menampilkan bagaimana konsep penerapan pembelajaran di luar kelas, bagaimana lingkungan dan alam berperan sebagai sumber belajar pembelajaran di luar kelas, apa kelebihan dan kelemahan dari pembelajaran di luar kelas, serta bagaimana cara meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui pembelajaran di luar kelas.

Singkronisasi Penafsiran Hukum Perkawinan Tiga Sistem Hukum Perspektif KUHPerdata, Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk menjelaskan singkronisasi penafsiran hukum dalam perspektif KUHPerdata, UUP dan KHI. Metode penelitian menggunakan konsep kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif secara in-concreto dan singkronisasi hukum. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan singkronisasi penafsiran hukum perkawinan tiga sistem hukum perspektif KUHPerdata, UUP dan KHI secara umum sudah terdapat kesinkronan. Namun, di dalam norma tertentu ada yang tidak diatur, seperti beristeri lebih dari satu orang hanya ada dalam UUP dan KHI, karena KUHPerdata berasas monogami. Simpulan, singkronisasi penafsiran hukum perkawinan tiga sistem hukum perspektif KUHPerdata, UUP dan KHI tentang definisi perkawinan tidak menyebutkan definisi kecuali hanya ikatan perdata saja. Syarat perkawinan  dalam KUHPerdata dan UUP hanya syarat saja, lalu ditafsirkan dengan KHI dengan rukunnya. Akan tetapi, kedua hukum KUHPerdata dan UUP tetap berfungsi dalam KHI. Larangan perkawinan, perjanjian perkawinan, pencegahan perkawinan, batalnya perkawinan, hak dan kewajiban suami isteri, harta bersama, perwalian, putusnya perkawinan dan akibatnya dan masa berkabung/iddah menurut KUHPerdata, UUP dan KHI mempunyai singkronisasi. Namun, pemeliharaan anak dan kedudukan serta status anak (KUHPerdata, UUP dan KHI) ketiganya sedikit ada perbedaan, berkaitan kedudukan, pemeliharaan dan status anak ketiganya memilki kesingkronan. Terhadap hak kewajiban orang tua terhadap anak (KUHPerdata, UUP dan KHI) ketiganya sedikit ada perbedaannya. Hanya saja dalam KHI diuraikan dalam pemeliharaan anak dan perwalian.  Beristeri lebih dari satu orang hanya ada dalam UUP dan KHI, karena KUHPerdata berasas monogami. Selanjutnya, peminangan perkawinan, rukun, mahar, kawin hamil dan rujuk hanya ada dalam KHI. Hal inilah kelemahan KUHPerdata dan UUP belum bisa mencakup keseluruhan.
