Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti tentang bagaimana penerapan keselamatan  dan kesehatan kerja di PT.SARI HUSADA Kediri dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel dari Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sample yang digunakan yaitu seluruh populasi karyawan yang ada. Teknik sampling yaitu non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling kuota. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas (X) terdiri dari faktor yang mempengaruhi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja 1) K3 sebagai dasar segala aktifitas (X1),2) Memenuhi persyaratan hukum K3 (X2), 3) K3 menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh pihak (X3), dan 4)menetapkan, meninjau sasarna dan tujuan K3 secara berkesinambungan (X4). Untuk variabel terikat (Y) yaitu produktifitas kerja karyawan. Teknik Analisis data dengan teknik analisis Regresi Berganda. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa penerapan K3 di PT. SARI HUSADA Cabang kediri sudah berjalan baik. Secara simultan penerapan K3 berdasarkan variabel-variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel X1, X2, X3 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan dan hanya X4 yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan PT. SARI HUSADA Cabang Kediri. Dari hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa menetapkan meninjau sasaran dan tujuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, hasil tersebut  mendukung dengan Undang-undang yang ditetapkan Pemerintah No.50 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja.

REFUSAL STRATEGIES USED BY MALE AND FEMALE STUDENTS OF ENGLISH LITERATURE IN CAMPUS SETTING OF UNIVERSITAS BRAWIJAYA

Abstract

Keywords: refusal, refusal strategy, gender, campus setting. This study aims to find out refusal strategies used by male and female students of English Literature, Universitas Brawijaya. There are two problems of the study: (1) what the types of refusal strategies used by male and female students of English Literature in campus setting of Universitas Brawijaya are, and (2) what possible factors that influence the differences of the use of refusal strategies by male and female students of English Literature in campus setting of Universitas Brawijaya are.This study used qualitative approach since the data were collected in the form of words. The design of this study was content analysis since it analyzed utterances produced by male and female students. Ten 7th semester students that consist of five males and five females were chosen based on certain criteria in which they are students majoring in linguistic that have done Pragmatics course in the fifth semester and come from different classes. The data were collected through a written Discourse Completing Task (DCT). The data were analyzed by classifying the types of refusal utterances produced by both male and female students based on FelixBrasdefer’s(2008) and using Wardhaugh’s (2006) theory to analyze the possible factors thatinfluence the differences in the use of refusal strategies by males and females.This study found that male and female students used different refusal strategies. All males tend to use reason/explanation strategy as many as 38 times whereas all females mostly used regret/apology strategy for 36 times toward their friends. The possible factors that influence the differences of the use of refusal strategies that male students use categorical statements to refuse some requests, offers, invitations and suggestion toward their friends. Meanwhile female students tend to involve their feeling and tended to maintain solidarity toward their friends by expressing their regret in refusing requests, offers, invitations and suggestion.The writer suggests that next researchers investigate refusal strategies from some different aspects such as age and power relation in using Bahasa Indonesia. They can also use different object, theory and method for their researches.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the effectiveness of LC 3E model in improving the concept mastery in the subject of non electrolyte and electrolyte solution. The subject in this study were all students of the class X3 and X4SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning. Method is a quasi-experimental study with non Equivalent (pretest and posttest) the Control Group Design.  The results showed that the percentage of mastery learning and mastery of the concept of n-Gain achieve KKM is 85.71% and n-Gain of 0.54 (medium category).  The average n-Gain of the concept mastery 0.54. Conclusion This study shows that the model 3E LC on material non electrolyte solutions and electrolyte effective in improving students mastery of the concept.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas model LC 3E dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep pada materi larutan non elektrolit dan elektrolit.  Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X3 dan X4 SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Kemuning.  Metode penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan Non Equivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan belajar dan n-Gain penguasaan konsep mencapai KKM yaitu 85,71% dan n-Gain sebesar 0,54 (kategori sedang).  Nilai rerata n-Gain penguasaan konsep 0,54.  N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol.  Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model LC 3E pada materi larutan non elektrolit dan elektrolit efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep.Kata kunci:  model LC 3E, larutan non elektrolit dan elektrolit, penguasaan konsep.

Abstract

This is a Research and Development. The aims of this research is to create a product in the form of self-guidance through scout extracurricular for students and consultant teacher which valid based in expert and suitable based on practitioner and also to test the effectiveness of implementation  of self-guidance model through scout extracurricular to improve self-actualization students’ of VII grade junior high school. Testing of effectiveness product used experiment design One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collecting techniques used questionnaire and interview. The subject of this research is VIII grade of SMP Negeri 2 Matesih amount 20 students.            This research create a product in the form of self-guidance through scout extracurricular for students (Product I) and consultant teacher (Product II) which is tested validity by expert and expediency test by practitioner and also tested to the students. The result of the validity test expert states product I has validity percentage amount 88.6% so that product I can be stated valid or can be used without revision, while product II has present 79.5% so that product II can be stated valid enough or can be used but need little revision. Then, practitioner test states that product I has expediency present amount 86.7% with category very proper or can be used without revision and product II has percentage 88.05% with category very proper or can be used without revision so that product I and product II have level of acceptance very good and can be applied in the field.            In the product effectiveness test which is conducted in limited field to 20 subjects research. The treatments which are given to the subject research covered pre-test, product implementation and end with post-test. The result ofeffectiveness test shows there is improvement average score (89.65) and after given treatment (110.85). This is supported by result of statistics analysis used SPSS.16 with Wilcoxon test that shows significant number <0.05 (0.000<0.05), it can be concluded H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which is mean there is differences between pre-test score and post-test score in the experiment group. This thing shows that there is improvement of self-actualization in the students after treated by implementation self-guidance model use scout extracurricular. According to the result of effectiveness test product can be concluded that self-guidance through scout extracurricular is effective to improve self-actualization for students of SMP Negeri 2 Matesih.

Abstract

IPA berkaitan dengan permasalahan kehidupan baik mengenai proses kehidupan, interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian yaitu belum tersedianya bahan ajar IPA Terpadu, kurangnya pemanfaatan laboratorium IPA serta kondisi siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS IPA Terpadu berbasis pemanfaatan laboratorium dan untuk mengetahui apakah LKS tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Pada tahap validasi oleh validator yang meliputi komponen isi, bahasa dan penyajian diperoleh skor rata-rata 97,56% menunjukkan LKS ini sangat layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Hal itu didukung tanggapan guru yang mencapai 98,33% dan tanggapan siswa sebesar 91% menyatakan bahwa LKS ini sangat menarik. LKS ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mencapai 0,71 yang merupakan kriteria peningkatan tinggi. Dari analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa LKS IPA Terpadu berbasis pemanfaatan laboratorium sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Science deals with problems of the life of both the processes of life, interaction with the surrounding environment. The background to the researchers is the unavailability of integrated science teaching materials, lack of utilization of laboratory science, and conditions that are less active students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the feasibility of integrated science worksheets based laboratory utilization and to determine whether these worksheets can increase student learning outcomes. The research method used is a Research and Development. In the validation phase by the validator, which includes content, language and presentation earned an average score of 97.56% shows this very worthy worksheets applied in learning. This is supported by the response of teachers who achieved 98.33% and a response of 91% of students stated that the worksheets is very interesting. Worksheets may increase students cognitive learning outcomes reached 0.71 which is a high improvement criteria. From the analysis concluded that the integrated science worksheets based laboratory utilization is very suitable to be used in the learning process and can increase student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the learning center model at TK IT Qurrota Ayun Bandar Lampung. The focus is about the preparation, implementation, evaluation and support and detention of the learning center model at TK IT Qurrota Ayun. The kind of this research is used descriptive qualitative. Data collection tool is the observation, interview and documentation. The research used Miles and Huberman models. Data validity used triangulation from resources and methods. Data resources is the principal and teacher at TK IT Qurrota Ayun Bandar Lampung. The research results show that from the preparation, implementation, evaluation in learning center model had suitable with Depdiknas. It ws saw in the prepare learning of teacher planned RPPH and play thing, implementation of learning reffered to 4 footing in the center.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran sentra yang ada di TK IT Qurrota Ayun Bandar Lampung. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dengan berbagai sumber dan metode. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di TK IT Qurrota Ayun Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi model pembelajaran sentra sudah sesuai dengan Depdiknas. Terlihat dalam persiapan pembelajaran guru merencanakan RPPH yang didalamnya terdapat tema maupun pijakan sentra dan alat permainan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengacu pada 4 pijakan dalam sentra. Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan rating scale.Kata Kunci : anak usia dini, model sentra

Abstract

AbstrakKondisi ideal berdasarkan tujuan pembelajaran RPP, (1) peserta didik dapat menjelaskan persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan baik (2) peserta didik dapat merumuskan dan menganalisis pengaruh transkasi ke persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan benar. Sedangkan kondisi riil yang terjadi adalah peserta didik memiliki pemahaman yang kurang, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya waktu belajar di kelas dan bahan ajar yang digunakan yaitu buku pinjaman sekolah yang sifatnya terbatas, sehingga diperlukan media untuk pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui kelayakan media e-modul dalam pembelajaran (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media e-modul dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan instrumen berupa (1) wawancara untuk ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media (2) angket peserta didik yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan media e-modul dan (3) pre-test post-test dengan uji t untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan media e-modul. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media serta serangkaian uji coba kepada peserta didik, media e-modul dalam kategori sangat baik sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penghitungan pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel yaitu 17,453 > 2,015, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan menggunakan media e-modul yang efektif untuk digunakana dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Pengembangan, E-Modul, Persamaan Dasar AkuntansiAbstractIn ideal conditions based on implementation of the learning plan, (1) students can explain the basic equations of accounting well (2) students can formulate and analyze the application of transactions into the accounting database correctly. While the real condition that occurs is students have lack understanding of learning objectives, its due to lack of study time in class, and limited school books. So media is needed to help more flexible learning. The purpose of studies are (1) To know the feasibility of e-module in learning. (2) To know the effectiveness of e-module in learning. This study uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) with instruments consisting of (1) interviews for material expert, learning design expert, and media experts (2) student questionnaire which aims to measure the feasibility of e-modul (3) pre-test and post-test with t test to measure the effectiveness of e-module. Based on the validation of material expert, learning design expert, and media experts as well as the trials of students, get very good category so that it is suitable to be used in learning. The result of calculation on the t test is greater than t table which is 17.453> 2.015. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students in basic accounting material using effective e-module media to be used in learning.Keywords : Development, E-Module, Basic Accounting Equations
