Abstract

UU No. 15/1997 as it were has been changed by UU No.29 about “ Ketransmigrasian”declares for that resettlement is done through development approach and IndependentIntegrated City (KTM) development.This research intent to map SDM’s indication local transmigrants candidate asallocation, spread home and economic social characteristic and cultural appropriatequalification who is presupposed and formulas society aspiration about acceptance toresettlement program and cultural economic social characteristic prospective oftransmigrants population of origin (TPA).Result observationing show that economic development, social and culture needs to bedone by development in education, health, service and small industry, artistry andsport.Then, population based its spread as objective and SDM’s potency transmigrantscandidate is at Cingam village,Makeruh village, Hutan Panjang village, Titi Akar andPangkalan Nyirih village as center of KTM development.Society acceptance to this resettlement program is pro and contra happening becausereducing accepted information. Finally, requested transmigrant composition society is60 % from local people and 40 % transmigrants population of origin (TPA), morepreferred transmigrants that indigenous tribal Javaness.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effectiveness of land and building tax receipts in the cityof Pekanbaru in the period 2008-2010. Where the period is less than 10% of the totalsub-districts can achieve the target on the set.The results showed an average level of effectiveness of land and building tax receipts inthe city of Pekanbaru in 2008 amounted to 80.44% and a decline in average revenueeffectiveness of the UN in 2009 with an average of only 68.54% and increased again infiscal year 2010 with an average of 80.18% effective acceptance.The decrease in percentage of realized revenue in the year 2009 the United Nations thisyear due to an increase in acceptance of the UN target of 25.25%, but this was notfollowed by a maximum effort to explore the potential of the United Nations that stillexist. Attempts to explore the potential of the United Nations was already seen in the2010 tax year in which the presence of increasing revenue targets are also coupled withthe increasing realization of the land and building tax receipts in the city of Pekanbaru.Several attempts have been made by the City of Pekanbaru to realization of tax revenuemay continue to rise, among others, by way of taxpayer data collection, carry out anactive billing billing is done in stages based on the Tax Collection, improve the qualityof service to the community, making an appeal letter Taxpayers to quickly meet itsobligations to pay tax on land and buildings, held a lottery for the United Nationspayments in a timely manner.

Abstract

Persaingan perbankan yang sangat kompetitif dewasa ini menuntut setiap bank memacu kinerja guna meningkatkan portofolio bisnisnya. Memasuki era pasar bebas bank syariah tidak bisa lagi hanya berdiam diri menghadapi persaingan.Munculnya pemain-pemain baru diranah  perbankan syariah akan makin mempererat kompetisi. Pemain baru tersebut tidak hanya berasal dari bank lokal, tapi juga bank asing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bagian workshop PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera dengantujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerjakaryawan. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan berhargabagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinankerjaparakaryawannya dengan melakukan evaluasi pada aspek gaji dan pengawasandari pimpinan.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana teknikpengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode interview dan kuesioner sertadokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 42orang karyawan bagian workshop di PT Vinsa Indo Sejahtera. Variabelpenelitian terdiri dari gaji dan pengawasan sebagai variabel independen dandisiplin kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakanadalah regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaji dan pengawasanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja baik secara simultanmaupun parsial. Kedisiplinan kerja karyawan secara dominan dipengaruhi olehvariabel pengawasan.Rekomendasi yang dapat disarankan adalah agar manajemen melakukanperbaikan pada komponen gaji dan pengawasan karyawan secara lebih efektifagar disiplin kerja karyawan dapat lebih ditingkatkan di kemudian hari.Kata Kunci : Gaji, Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja

Abstract

Berlakunya UU No. 28 tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerahmeng”harus”kan daerah untuk siap menerima pengalihan pengelolaan PBBsektor pedesaan dan perkotaa yang selama ini menjadi bagian dari pajak pusat.Adanya pengalihan ini menjadikan kegiatan proses pendataan, penilaian,penetapan,pengadministrasian,pemungutandanpelayananakandiselenggarakan oleh daerah.Pengalihan ini sebenarnya dilakukan pemerintah pusat secara bertahap,diantaranya dengan melihat kesiapan masing-masing daerah dan kota Pekanbarumenerima pengalihan pengelolaan PBB pada tahun kedua yaitu tahun 2012.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implikasi pengalihanpengelolaan PBB-P2 terhadap realisasi penerimaan PBB pada KecamatanCintaraja Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru.Kecamatan Cintaraja merupakan salah satu kecamatan dikota Pekanbaru yangselama ini selalu berhasil mencapai target penerimaan PBB.Kata Kunci : PBB , Kelurahan Cintaraja

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru. With the aim to identify and analyze the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the organization citizenship behavior and employee turnover intention in PT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. BNI Life Insurance Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were a total of 109 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS.Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been conducted at previous chapter, hence at this shares can be taken by some conclusion, that is: zenship behavioratPT. Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. The aim of this study is to analyzing the influence of the working environment variables and employees placement to working motivation on production department at PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. Sampling was done by taking the overall population as respondents as many as 39 people. The analytical method used was descriptive of quantitative methods, data analysis done partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (the F test), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee motivation variable. Partial regression test (the T test) shows that the employees placement variables reveal more significant effect on employee motivation at PT Bank Riaukepri Dumai Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable was 66.1%, it means that the variable motivation and work environment jointly influence employee performance variable with the percentage of 66.1% while 33.9%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. From the research can be concluded that the work environment and employee placement and simultaneous partial reveal positive and significant impact on employee motivation at production department PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. In addition, the variable of employees placement is more significantly effect on the motivation of employees, when compared with the working environment variable.Keywords : working environment, employees placement and working motivation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Main tekologi Jakarta Pekanbaru. The subjects were all employees in the PT. Jakarta Pekanbaru Main Technology in 2014, amounting to 47 people. Using census sampling method and the data obtained is processed by multiple linear regression models (multiple regression) using SPSS 16 for Windows. Partial test results indicate that the work environment have a significant effect on performance; motivation significant effect on performance; and competence have a significant effect on performance. Results of environmental testing work, motivation, and competence simultaneously show the effect on the performance of 85.80% and the remaining 14.20% is influenced by other factors. The author suggests for the leadership of the company to further improve the working environment and pay attention, motivation and competence as significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Performance, Work Environment, Motivation, Competence

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam KabupatenSiak. The samples in this study were as many as 33 employees Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak and entirely sampled so this is a research study census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous competence and leadership to employee performance in Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Based on the results of the study showed that the competence variable (X1) partially affect the performance, leadership variable (X2) partially no effect on performance and competence variables (X1) and the leadership variable (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. The suggestion is to employees in order to increase its competence in a way more confidence and always implement systematic steps to solve a problem that occurs on the job. And are expected to maintain an attitude of leadership that leadership in a way more attention to his subordinates and show friendly attitude that strengthen social relationships between leaders and subordinates. Also expected leaders to constantly improve performance employees at Kantor Camat Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak by supporting subordinates in improving the quality of work.Keywords : Competence, Leadership, Performance.

Abstract

Human resources as one of the internal factors that play an important role in the success or failure of anorganizations goals. PT. Systran Electronics Company Zone Card Batam is a company engaged in the manufacture of electrical passport in the hope this effort can be developed in the future and is able to utilize the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. To that end, the Company PT.Systran Electronics Card Zone should pay attention to the performance of its employees, especially in terms of interpersonal communication and a good working environment and coordinate all elements of the activities carried out by their employees to be motivated to improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires obtained from company employees PT.Systran Electronics Card Zone as a respondent. The population in this study were all employees of as many as 42 people. Sampling technique used is the census sample, in which all members of the population sampled. To analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance used multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Results showed that interpersonal communication and work environment either simultaneously or partial effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable in affecting the performance of employees is interpersonal communication, followed by a variable work environment. From the conclusions obtained from this study, the researchers gave some suggestions from the results of this study are expected to pay more attention to the company PT. SEZCard side of interpersonal communication and the working environment of employees in order to obtain the maximum performance of employees, focusing attention in terms of equality of employees, and establish individual good of subordinates to superiors and superiors to subordinates in order to realize the vision and mission of the company in the future.Keywords : Employee Performance, Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment.
