Abstract

Inovasi produk Es Krim Susu Kambing Etawa – Ubi Ungu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat produk olahan susu kambing etawa yang lezat, bergizi, nikmat, dan marketable. Kegiatan penelitian bekerjasama dengan istri-istri peternak kambing etawa yang tergabung dalam KUBE Adi Jaya di Kecamatan Sayegan, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta, serta  dengan  mitra  Jomint  Company,  dilaksanakan  tahun  2011.Pengukuran  kualitas dilakukan  mengukur  satisfaction  terhadap  produk  terdiri  dari  4  indikator  ,  yaitu  taste, appearance, packaging, dan contents (kandungan nutrisi).  Rumus yang digunakan S = P/E, yang  merupakan perbandingan antara  produk  harapan (E) dan  fact  of  product/product performance (P),  dalam hal  ini  bagaimana kinerja  produk  secara  nyata  dalam bersaing dengan produk harapan..  Rumus tersebut merupakan hasil modifikasi konsep Kotler yang menyatakan S = f (E, P).  Kriteria yang digunakan adalah jika S atau Sav ≥ 1 maka produk memiliki tingkat satisfaction tinggi; moderat jika 0.7 < x < 1; dan rendah jika ≤ 0.7.  Produk yang dijadikan kompetitor (E) adalah produk yang sudah mapan dari sisi pemasaran, dalam hal ini penelitian menggunakan produk es krim dari Walls yang merupakan produk Unilever, sedangkan P  adalah produk olahan tim  pascamelalui proses I  dan  II.    Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang lengkap.  Kandungan vitamin C, protein dan serat berfungsi untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan.   Produk juga mengandung karoten, antioksidan dan antosianin yang berfungsi untuk mengikat radikal bebas sehingga dapat mencegah kanker dan degenerasi sel.  Dari sisi contents, produk dapat dikatakan “berani” diadu dengan produk es krim yang sudah mapan.   Nilai Sav tertinggi diperoleh  pada  elemen  contents  (1,24),  diikuti  appearance  (0,997),  taste  (0,983),  dan packaging (0,974). Tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap contents produk es krim susu kambing  etawa  tergolong  tinggi  karena  >  1,  sedangkan  untuk  ketiga  elemen  lainnya tergolong moderat-tinggi karena mendekati nilai 1.   Secara total, nilai Sav yang dicapai adalah 1,038, artinya produk es krim susu kambing etawa ubi ungu dapat memuasakan konsumen dengan level tinggi karena > 1.   Produk susu kambing etawa ubi ungu dapat bersaing  dengan  bahkan  lebih  memuaskan dari  produk  es  krim  Walls  dari  sisi  produk (element of marketing mix). Produk Es Krim Susu Kambing Etawa Ubi Ungu mendapat respon yang baik dari ibu-ibu anggota KUBE Adi Jaya maupun yang belum menjadi anggota untuk menjadi usaha bersama, serta dari mitra-mitra Jomint Company selaku partner.

Abstract

This productive research about “The Producing of Ettawa Goat Milk-Sweet Purple Potato Ice Cream” aimed to create a product made from ettawa goat milk which is delicious, nutritious, enjoyable, and marketable. The research in corporation with ettawa goat livestock owner’s wives which is united as KUBE (Corporative Business Association) Adi Jaya at Sayegan Sub-District, Sleman District, Yogyakarta, also partner with Jomint Company, was done in 2011. Research included program socialization to KUBE Adi Jaya officials; producing to get advance product; laboratory test at Lab. of Food Technology and Agricultural Product, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Gadjah Mada University; product packaging; disseminating to women as members of KUBE Adi Jaya and neighborhood; measuring of satisfaction to the product; and marketing. Quality measurement was done to measure satisfaction to product consisted of 4 indicators, those were taste, appearance, packaging, and contents (nutrition ingredient). The formula that was used was S = P/E which was a comparison among the expecting product (E) and the fact of product/product performance (P), in this case about how product showed the performance as real to compete with E. This formula was a modified concept by Kotler that states S = f(E,P). The criteria which was used was if S or Sav ≥ 1, it mean the product had high level of satisfaction; moderate if 0.7 < x < 1; and low if ≤ 0.7. Competitor product as E was an establish product, it was Walls ice cream as a product which was produced by Unilever Company, and our advance product as P. The research results show that the product contents complete nutrition. Contents of Cvitamin, protein and fiber function to protect and increase consumer’s healthy. Product also contents carotene, antioxidant and antocyanin that function to prevent cancer and cell degenerative process. Based on perspective about contents, the product is “ready” to be competed with ice cream which has established. The highest value of Sav is gained on contents (1,24), followed appearance (0,997), taste (0,983), and packaging (0,974). Level of respondent satisfaction to contents of etawa goat milk – sweet purple potato ice cream included high caused > 1, while to three others elements included moderate-high caused close to 1. Totally, Sav value that is achieved is 1.038, it means the product can satisfy the consumers in high level caused > 1. The product has capacity to compete even more satisfy than Walls ice cream based on product perspective (element of marketing mix). The product gets positive responses from members of KUBE Adi Jaya and others dissemination participants, also shops as partners of Jomint.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze factors that influence to employees’performance at Kerjo Factory on PTTPN IX in Batujamus Karanganyar regency.Likert scaling method is used to measure qualitative variables, then multiple linearregression used to analyse independent variables that consist of work motivation,work discipline, and job satisfaction as well as the dependent variable that consistingof employees’ performance.The results showed that R Square is 0,663, it means that66,3% of the variation dependent variable (employees’ performance) can be explainedby the independent variable which consist of work motivation, work discipline , andjob satisfaction. The remaining 33,7 % variable variation is explained by other factorsoutsides of the model such as work environment, work status ,workload, and other.The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction havejointly significant effect on employees’ performance, while individually only workmotivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employees’ performance atthe research location. Work discipline individually have no significant effect onemployees’ performance. The most dominant factor influence to employees’performance onresearch location is work motivation factor. An increase in theelements of motivation and job satisfaction are going to improve the performance ofemployees. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja, serta mengetahui variabel manakah yang pengaruhnya palingdominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan NusantaraIX Batujamus Karanganyar. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodepenelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Teknik analisis data menggunakanregresi linier berganda. Variabel bebas terdiri dari motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dankepuasan kerja. Variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa R Square sebesar 0,663 artinya 66,3% variasi variabel terikat (kinerjakaryawan) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari motivasi kerja,disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Sisanya sebesar 33,7% variasi variabel dijelaskanoleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model seperti lingkungan kerja, status pekerjaan, bebankerja, dan lain-lain. Faktor motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secarabersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secaraindividu hanya faktor motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh nyataterhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IXBatujamus Karanganyar. Faktor disiplin kerja secara individu tidak berpengaruh nyataterhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IXBatujamus Karanganyar. Faktor motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominanberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian saran yang dapatdiajukan adalah peningkatan unsur-unsur motivasi dan kepuasan kerja gunameningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta pelaksanaan penelitian lebih lanjut untukmelengkapi/menyempurnakan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know factors that considered by consumer  and  reviewing  dominant  variables  affecting  consumers  consideration toward  repeat  purchase  decision  on  Kalimilk  product  in  Yogyakarta.  The  basic method of this research is analytical description. Location methods performed by purposive sampling method. The location was used as a place of research is the main store of Kalimilk in Kaliurang Km 4.5 Yogyakarta. Method of sampling done by purposive sampling. The total sample set was as much as 96 respondents. The data source is primary and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is factor analysis. The results showed that from  the 14 variables that were analyzed, it can be simplified into 13 variables and is included in the three core factors. Based on the priority factor, there are, the factor of suitability of products that have percentage of variance 49.023%, place factors that have a variance percentage value of 12.450%, and promotional factors that have a variance percentage value of 8.585%. While most dominant  variable  considered  by  consumers  in  the  purchase  decision  of    dairy products Kalimilk from each of the core factors that form the variable affordability of product form suitability factors, variable comfort of a place factor, and a variable bonus of promotion factor. The dominant variable for all variables are researched based on the loading factor value of all the variables is a variable bonus to the value of  factor  loading  0.876,  affordability  with  a  value  of  factor  loading  0.860,  and variable social media with a value of factor loading  of 0.858.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to know the cost and the income of rice field farming and to analyze the influence factors in the income of rice field farming in Cawas, Klaten. The basic method that used in this study was descriptive analytics method. The study area was determined by purposive. It was done by considering the study area that had the largest rice field in Klaten. The data were collected using primary and secondary data. The result showed that: the cost commercializes of the rice field farming were used by the farmer was Rp 14.543.253/Ha, the revenue were accepted by the farmer was Rp 22.814.234/Ha, and the income that accepted by the farmer was Rp 8.270.981/Ha every season. The factors that influence to the income of rice field farming in Cawas, Klaten were labor productivity, pesticide cost, selling price, land productivity, and tractor cost. Other factors tested were age, education, experience, the number of family burden, fertilizer cost, the number of family members active in farming, and type of irrigation did not significant affected to the rice field farming income in Cawas, Klaten.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to identify the internal and external factors in themarketing of Adilla Goat Farm’s milk, formulate alternative marketing strategies, andpriority strategies that can be applied in the marketing of Adilla Goat Farm’s milk.The basic method used in this research is descriptive analytic. Data analysis methodsusing matrix Internal External (IE), matrix Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, andThreat (SWOT), and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSP). The resultsshowed that the alternative strategies can be used by Adilla Goat Farm in themarketing of goat milk is a strategy to make agrotourism farm dairy goats for childrento be more familiar with the benefits of goats milk early, utilizing the waste from thegoats to be processed/sold, worked together with other goat breeders in the group toexpand the market, make financial governance training and marketing management,making another product innovation from the goat milk, provide training for workers tobe able to market the products of goats milk, and the expansion of product marketingthrough promotions and advertising intensively to make it more widely known.Priorities strategy that can be used by Adilla Goat Farm is the expansion of productmarketing through promotions and advertising intensively to make it more widelyknown. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternaldalam pemasaran susu kambing di Adilla Goat Farm, merumuskan alternatif strategipemasaran, dan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pemasaran susukambing di Adilla Goat Farm. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah deskriptif analitik. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis matriks InternalExternal (IE), matriks Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT), danmatriks Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaalternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh Adilla Goat Farm dalam memasarkansusu kambing adalah strategi membuat agrowisata peternakan kambing perah untukanak-anak agar lebih mengenal manfaat susu kambing sejak dini, memanfaatkanlimbah dari hasil ternak kambing untuk diolah/dijual, menjalin kerja sama dengansesama peternak kambing dalam bentuk kelompok untuk memperluas pasar, pelatihantata kelola keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran, membuat inovasi produk lain denganbahan baku susu kambing, mengadakan pelatihan untuk tenaga kerja agar bisa ikutmemasarkan produk susu kambing, perluasan pemasaran produk melalui promosi danperiklanan secara intensif agar lebih dikenal masyarakat luas. Prioritas strategi yangdapat dilakukan Adilla Goat Farm dalam memasarkan susu kambing adalah strategiperluasan pemasaran produk melalui promosi dan periklanan secara intensif agar lebihdikenal masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of farm income coconut sugar in District Puring Kebumen, knowing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats), to formulate a possible strategic alternatives and identifies priorities for the strategy to be applied in the development of farming of palm sugar in District Puring Kebumen. The research method used is descriptive method. Data analysis method used is the Revenue Analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT Analysis and QSPM. These results indicate that the amount of income of Rp 37,323,400.00 for the period June 2015 - June 2016. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) showed that coconut sugar farm has five strengths and four weaknesses. External Factor Evaluation (EFE) show gardens coconut sugar farm has four opportunities and five threats. SWOT Analysis generate alternative strategies that can be implemented that improve product with open innovation and their consumer confidence, create attractive packaging so that the consumer response is high, increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing, and to expand the market by leveraging information technology such as the Internet. QSPM produce good strategic priorities to be implemented is to increase competitiveness through cooperatives or associations for joint marketing.

Abstract

Center for Integrated Farming in Agribusiness Regency Sukoharjo is one of centers in the Sukoharjo Regency potential number of units SME’s agribusiness, which has considerable potential to further developed forward. The research method is implemented with the survey and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results showed stakeholders performance within Integrated Agricultural Cluster development seen from the achievement of the results of the institutional activities that had been undertaken by related agencies involved in the Integrated Agriculture cluster development in Sukoharjo, Sukoharjo Regency FEDEP, among others, the Bappeda Sukoharjo Regency, local Government of Sukoharjo through service related, and Agricultural Cluster Integrated Rembug Forum as targets of mentoring activities during this FEDEP is enough well, though still not optimal. The role of BDS (Business Development Service) as escort agency nor an escort FEDEP Integrated Agricultural Cluster during this already plays well. The role of the College during this already good. While the role of financing institution has also been good, especially Banking as long as it's been good in support of cluster development in integrated agricultural. The role of the association profession and non government (NGO) in Sukoharjo Regency have already good much seen in Integrated Agriculture cluster development Sukoharjo Regency . Determinants of the success of the integrated Agriculture Cluster, among others, specialization, research and development capacity, knowledge and skills, human resource development, networking and social capital, proximity to suppliers, capital availability, the soul of entrepreneurship, as well as leadership and shared vision. Determinants of the success of the integrated Agriculture Cluster, among others, specialization, research and development capacity, knowledge and skills, human resource development, networking and social capital, proximity to suppliers, capital availability, the soul of entrepreneurship, as well as leadership and shared vision. Some of the determinants of the success of the cluster has been running quite well for example in terms of networking and social capital, proximity to suppliers, and the spirit of entrepreneurship, while other factors are still not running optimally. Suggestions in this study include 1). Capacity building of institutional FEDEP and Agricultural Integrated Cluster Forum Sukoharjo Regency, 2) upgrade human resource in Cluster of integrated Farming, with a wide range of training courses is gradually and continuously, intensively involved with the College and the state-owned enterprises as well as private owned companies, and 3). Network Development efforts on Integrated Agricultural Cluster through the integrated system between the sub cluster, through cooperation between the sub cluster associated with the provision of raw materials, production technology, product innovation, product quality standards (certification), institutional, and product marketing, with facilitation and mentoring of stakeholders associated within FEDEP Sukoharjo Regency. The expected synergies also intercity in SOLO RAYA.
