Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai “Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap Pemanfaatan Koleksi di Perpustakaan SMA N 1 Sukorejo”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan oleh siswa SMA N 1 Sukorejo.Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Sukorejo sebanyak 224 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 56 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan skala likert.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data dengan cara editing, coding dan tabulasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan program SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima karena nilai thitung (3,002) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,67356). Koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,154. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi pemanfaatan koleksi sebesar 14,3%, sedangkan 85,7% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yaitu motivasi terhadap layanan internet (free hotspot), adanya dorongan dari guru yang mengharuskan setiap siswa untuk memanfaatkan perpustakaan sesuai dengan materi pelajaran yang diberikan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara motivasi belajar dengan pemanfaatan koleksi di perpustakaan SMA N 1 Sukrejo.

Abstract

This research was aimed to explain the knowledges, feelings, and responses of SMA Kosgoro Bandar Sribhawono students related to phenomena youth crime cases. This research used descriptive research method with 31 respondents as the sample. The principal techniques of data collecting used questionnaires. To analyze the collected data used Percentage technique. The results of this research showed that the level of knowledge of respondents toward the youth crime cases are well, based on the percentage of 29 respondents (93.5%). Meanwhile respondents feelings toward youth crime cases are not like/unfavorable based on the percentage of 24respondents (77.4%), and the students response to youth crime cases are neutral, this is shown by the percentage of 16 respondents (51.6%). Meanwhile general attitude of students towards juvenile crime cases are not support, based on the percentage of 80.6% or 25 of the 31 students who were respondents. Based on the consideration that the deeds / actions / violation was an act that are prohibited by public law or penal law.Key Word : Student Attitudes, Crime Cases.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of institutional image on students loyalty trough word of mouth at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. After distributing the relevant questionnaires among 99 students, all usable questionnaires are returned. Then the data collections are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research findings show that institutional image has a positive significant effect on word of mouth and students loyalty. Then, word of mouth has a positive significant effect on loyalty. The research has given description well that Institutional Image and word of mouth variables still give positive contribution toward students loyalty in Sultan Agung Islamic University.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pustakawan merupakan tonggak utama dari sebuah perpustakaan. Tidak adanya pustakawan yang berkualitas maka akan mempengaruhi pelayanan perpustakaan. Pustakawan saat ini hanya dituntut untuk menguasai aplikasi web SLIMS dan lebih parahnya terkadang lowongan pustakawan hanya mewajibkan mempunyai ijazah sarjana ilmu perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualifikasi pustakawan yang ada di Indonesia dan Luar Negeri.Metode Penelitian: penelitian ini menggunakan studi eksploratoris dengan mengumpulkan iklan-iklan yang beredar baik di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri.Hasil: setelah didapatkan data dari iklan maka penulis memberikan gambaran bahwasanya kualifikasi pustakawan yang diterapkan di Indonesia tertinggal oleh kualifikasi pustakawan yang ada di Luar Negeri. Salah satu kualfikasi yang ada di Luar Negeri adalah mewajibkan menguasai Dublin core dan bahasa pemrograman baik itu aplikasi ataupun website.Kata kunci: cyber librarian, pustakawan, teknologi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause unemployment of women in Ponorogo, how the development of entrepreneurship and empowerment of women areand the obstacles faced. This research was located in Ponorogo Regency, East Java, which has the potential of entrepreneurship in the field of processing bothe yam into a snack of bothe chips. The number of unemployed women is a potential that is biased optimized for the development of bothe chips business. This research uses quantitative method supported by qualitative method. The research instrument used is questionnaire as direct interview guide. The results show that many women in rural areas are unemployed because of their low educational background and inadequate skills. The potential of a very large crop of bothe yam is still not maximized and has not been utilized to be a profitable economic source. As a result, there is a lot of poverty and unemployment in this area. The absence of parties who provide soft skills to cultivate bothe yam makes the women skills development in this area becomes so slow

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment to improve employee performance at Muhamadiyah Ponorogo Hospital. There are several factors to improve employee performance, one of them is the organizational culture and organizational commitment which is well implemented according to hospital policy. Muhammadiyah general hospital as a research location with a number of respondents 105 employees with the technique used namely purposive sampling. Multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique used to determine the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment to improve employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a role in improving employee performance and organizational commitment also has a role on employee performance individually, while together organizational culture and organizational commitment have a role on employee performance, while the two variables are the most dominant its role is organizational commitment.

Abstract

The consequence of activity in hospital is to produce toxic material waste (B3). So, description of B3 in the hospital was needed. The objective of this research was to identify the hazards in each stage in waste management of Liquid Hazardous and Toxic (B3) at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan. Based on the place , this research was categorized as field research, because it used primary data by interviewing directly to the workforce and conducting risk assessment to the hazard source in the research location. This research was cross-sectional study. The results showed that there were 8 potential hazards, which consist of 3 hazards at the storage stage, 3 hazards at the collection stage, and each 1 hazard at the processing and disposal stage. The hazards proable experienced by laboratory personnel who also serve in the management of liquid waste and also those who operate the IPAL. While the management of B3 liquid waste radiology laboratory conducted by laboratory workers and IPS has 15 potential hazards, including 3 hazards at the storage stage, 6 hazards at the collection stage, 3 hazards at the transport stage and 3 hazards on the temporary storage. Based on the hazard identification at the stage of B3 waste management of Radiology Laboratory at Bangil General Hospital of Pasuruan, there were 15 potential hazards. While at the stage of waste management B3 Liquid Environmental Laboratory in RSUD Bangil Pasuruan, found 8 potential hazards.Keywords : hazardous materials, hospital, radiological laboratory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala desa Lamatti Riawang dalam penyelengaraan pemerintahan di kecamatan Bulupoddo kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di kecamatan Bulupoddo kabupaten Sinjai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparat desa yang ada di kantor desa Lamatti Riawang, maka penarikan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan jumlah dan karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh populasi, maka dalam penelitian ini penarikan sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik persentase dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Kepala Desa Lamatti Riawang dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di kecamatan Bulupoddo kabupaten Sinjai dikategotikan baik dilihat dari indikator pertama sampai indikator enam dengan menggunakan rumus analisis data, maka diperoleh skor sebesar 96,08%. Dengan demikian, skor tersebut dikonsultasikan pada pengkategorian sebagaimana yang dikemukakan oleh Arikunto, berada pada rentang 76%-100% atau berada dalam kategori baik. Maka gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala desa Lamatti Riawang dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di kecamatan Bulupoddo kabupaten Sinjai kategori  baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari peneitian adalah mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kemampuan toilet traininganak usia todler. Penelitian merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Hipotesa yang dibuktikan adalah “Adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan Kemampuan toilet trainingpada anak usia todler. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien usia todller di desa Hadiwarno, Mejobo Kudus. sejumlah 54 anak. Penelitian menggunakan instrument tentang pengetahuan dan kemampuan toilet training. Hasil menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kemampuan toilet traininganak dengan p = 0,0000 (α = 0,05). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu untuk meningkakan kemampuan toilet trainingpada anak khusunya anak usia todler.

Abstract

The study " Analysis of Family Investment Priorities TKI In District Babadan Ponorogo " This will be done in the District Babadan Ponorogo using rensponden TKI / TKW or family.This study uses a quantitative approach with a Case Study Diskriptif format because the population is so large that researchers used a sample to obtain research data . Total sample of 30 comprised of TKI / TKW and families who live in the District of Babadan especially those who have worked more than five years from various countries of destination. The survey results revealed that out of a total investment of family labor migrants in District Babadan choosing the form of investment in property (farmland , houses , stores) as much as 58 % , investments in the form of ownership of motor vehicles and cars (22 %) , deposits ( 11 % ) , Gold and other jewelry ( 5 % ) , and foreign currency ( 0.5 % ) , others 3.5% . The reasons for the selection of such investments , the investment risk is considered low , on the skills , local market potential and experience of migrant workers over the years. Keywords:  Priority , Investment, Indonessian worker (TKI)
