Abstract

Pekanbaru has developed very rapidly in all fields, particularly in economic field. One ofits character is the development of street vendors in almost all of traditional markets. This studyaims to describe women working profile in informal sector as a merchant sidewalk, anddescribes how its contribution to economic family. The method used in this research isdescriptive analysis in two location, they are Sukaramai market in Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kotaand Cik Puan Market in Kecamatan Sukajadi. The results of the research showed that verypotential women working in supporting economic family, because their contribution to familyeconomic is large enough. But there is various obstacles faced by women working, like capitalsource and business location. But more alarming is the carrying of children under five in thetrade.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzethe targeting of taxes and levies in the field of revenue Revenue Service, Finance and AssetManagement area Siak. This research is a case study using a descriptive analysis comparingtheory with practice. In accordance with the facts on the ground are obtained from target-settingprocess reribusi local taxes and services in the field of revenue income, management, finance andasset Siak area, apparently targeting because: 1) the lack of data, lack of data was the factor thatled to the decision taken in the determination taxes and levies targets seem less rational, since thedetermination based on the realization last year and projected using an average of the targets setin the years to come, 2) lack of human resources, lack of sumberdya human factor in this regardabout jobs and tax collection object retribution on the field, so that the required data in the targetsetting is not available, it is due to the lack of a dedicated budget to pay the counterparty tocollect data in the field, and 3) lack of infrastructure, this factor with regard to data collectionfacilities required so that taxpayers are less than optimal data collection acquisition.

Abstract

The purpose of thisstudy was to analyze the context of optimizing the Land Tax and Building Rural and Urban Sector inSiak. The study was conducted at the Department of Revenue, Financial Management, and AssetDistrict (DPPKAD) Siak. This research is a descriptive study. The data used in this study are primaryand secondary data which primary data obtained from informants/respondents implementersincreased UN optimization and secondary data obtained from the archives DPPKAD. Data collectiontechniques by doing observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the study,found that the government seeks to optimize the Siak district property tax revenue by implementingan aggressive strategy by using the government’s way of thinking, that is to utilize all the power toseize and exploit opportunities as much as possible and by applying the tax to harness the power ofsanctions market potential, and enhance oversight to harness and utilize the dissemination ofgovernment policies to take advantage of the campaign carried out area.

Abstract

This study aims to determinethe administrative management including accounting, inventory, reporting, maintenance, andoperational security official vehicles Siak. This study used a qualitative approach to data analysis(1) data reduction, (2) the presentation of the data, (3) draw conclusions and verification. Based onthe findings indicate a misuse of official vehicles of operational vehicles for private purposes inother words are used not for the benefit of the department. The administration is not optimal eitherof bookkeeping, inventory which includes recording and reporting as there are vehicles that havenot been recorded in the administration in real terms when the vehicle there. The occurrence of thisis due to the procurement of vehicle registration by the General Section, Personnel, and Equipmentis not applied to the fullest. Supposedly, any form of procurement by any section including servicevehicles are reported and handed over to the Board of goods which are then recorded as incominggoods. After it was published as a Proof of Exit Goods distribution documents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisfaktor-faktor yang menghambat optimalisasi pemungutan pajak restoran yang akan dilakukanoleh Dispenda Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengantujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam tentang optimalisasi pemungutan pajakrestoran. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan cara wawancara dengan informan yang pahamdengan permasalahan pajak restoran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajakrestoran oleh Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Kampar meskipun memiliki kecenderungan yang semakinmeningkat, namun bila dibandingkan dengan besarnya jumlah restoran yang ada di KabupatenKampar, pungutan tersebut masih kurang optimal.Kata Kunci: pajak restoran, optimalisasi pemungutan, Dispenda

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untukmengetahui Tingkat kinerja pejabat eselon IV di lingkungan Universitas Riau. Untuk mengetahui faktorkepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetetensi mempengarui kinerja secara parsial pejabat eselon IV diLingkungan Universitas Riau. Untuk mengetahui faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetetensimempengarui kinerja secara simultan pejabat eselon IV di Lingkungan Universitas Riau. Subyekpenelitiannya adalah Pejabat Eselon IV, metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik analisisregresi berganda. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai Rektorat Universitas Riau. yang berjumlah 50orang dipilih dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkandata adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Validitas butir diuji dengan menggunakan rumus ProductMoment dan koefisien reabilitas instrument dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja pejabat eselon IV di lingkungan Universitas Riau tergolongcukup baik dengan rata-rata jawaban responden berada pada kriteria sering. Artinya bahwa padadasarnya pegawai Eselon IV di lingkungan Universitas Riau cukup memiliki kesetiaan, tanggung jawab,inisiatif dan ketepatan waktu dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Motivasi dan kompetensi secara parsialmempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Eselon IV di Lingkungan Universitas Riau yaitu. Artinya bahwa jikamotivasi dan kompetensi ditingkatkan, maka kinerja pegawai Eselon IV di Lingkungan Universitas Riauakan meningkat pula. Kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompetensi secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerjapegawai Eselon IV di Lingkungan Universitas Riau.Kata Kunci: kinerja, kepemimpinan, motivasi, kompetensi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam NegeriNomor 61 tahun 2007 tentang Pedoman Teknis Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan UmumDaerah (BLUD). Meode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitiankualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan fakta-fakta dengan jelas dan teliti dan menjelaskanfenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dalam dalam rangka mengetahui implemenentasi BLUD padaRSUD Rokan Hulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum RSUD Rokan Hulu belumdapat mengimplementasikan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 61 tahun 2007 tentang PedomanTeknis Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) secara baik, khususnyamengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan pengadaan barang dan jasa BLUD. Kondisi tersebut dipe-ngaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu sikap integritas, kuantitas dan kualifikasi Sumber Daya Manusiayang dibutuhkan serta sistem dan prosedur (SOP) untuk bisa menerapkan pola pengelolaan ke-uangan dan pengadaan barang dan jasa BLUD.Kata Kunci: BLUD, efektivitas, fleksibilitas

Employee satisfaction is an emotional state of pleasant and unpleasant that may affectwork behavior such as motivation and morale, the productivity or performance, and othernforms of work behavior.This research was conducted at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru, at Jenderal Sudirman street72-74 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors of job satisfaction onFuraya Hotel PekanbaruIn this study an extensible methodology used is descriptive, where samples are used thatHR employees Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, todetermine the sample using census methods, data collection through interviews,observation and questionnaire.From the analysis of the human resources department employee job satisfactionconducted by Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru on factors that include salary, promotion,supervision, relationships with co-workers and working conditions, stating that the jobsatisfaction factors are at kateori well.Keywords: Job Satisfaction,HRD, Hotel

Abstract

This research was conducted at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze how perceptions of consumers in the implementation of the marketing mix at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru (case in occupancy room service).The data used are primary data and secondary data with descriptive analysis method. In this study, the population is around the occupants of the room service was staying at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was accidental sampling where is number of samples taken are as many as 99 people.From the research, it is found that the consumer has a pretty good perception is 43.43% on the implementation of the marketing mix that has been done by the Resty Menara Hotel.Keywords: Consumer Perceptions, Mareting Mix, Resty Menara Hotel

Abstract

At this point in Pekanbaru futsal business increasingly in the interest can be seen with the development of futsal existing business. To expand its business at a higher level the company must carry out all activities in the areas of operations, marketing, finance, production, and other fields that exist in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the sports service business competitive strategy rental futsal field in Pekanbaru. The methods used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are qualitative analysis. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The questionnaire is the technique of data collection is done by providing a set of written questions to the respondent’s in charge. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population is owned by as many as 40 business owners futsal. The results of this research is the analysis of both cost leadership strategy to obtain a score of 1118 and the analysis of differentiation strategies to obtain a score of 1223 so it can be deduced that more strategies applied by a health services business (business competition case futsal rental service s in Pekanbaru) is a strategy differentiation. keywords : Analysis, competitive strategy, leasing service futsal court
