Abstract

Proses identifikasi buah-buahan secara tradisional mengalami banyak kendala akibat sifat manusia yang mempunyai kelemahan yang menyebabkan hasil yang diinginkan tidak efektif. Kemajuan teknologi komputer telah menyentuh dunia pertanian dari segi sebelum panen maupun pasca panen. Di sini timbul permasalahan bagaimana mengenali buah sehingga sesuai dengan kondisi nyata. Kondisi buah pepaya ditentukan oleh tingkat kematangan yang dilihat dari sisi warna pepaya. Klasifikasi yang lakukan oleh petani biasanya mengelompokkan pepaya dalam katagori muda, mengkal, dan masak penuh. Metode pengolahan citra mempunyai kemampuan untuk menganalisa kondisi kematangan pepaya dengan menggunakan nilai Red, Green, Blue (RGB) sebagai acuan. Penentuan klasifikasi dengan metode K-means clustering yang  menggunakan selisih jarak eucludian sebagai acuannya. Untuk hasil pada kelompok pepaya muda 60% berhasil dikenali sebagai pepaya muda, kelompok pepaya mengkal 90% berhasil dikenali sebagai masak mengkal sedangkan pada kelompok  pepaya penuh 100 % dikenali sebagai masak penuh. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan metode K-means Clustering hampir sama dengan proses klasifikasi oleh  petani yang sudah berpengalaman bertahun tahun.

Abstract

Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia stated in 2012 the number Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia reached 56,534,592. The biggest problem for SMEs in indonesia is lack of system that can be used to monitor business easily without having to come to the outlet. This research is intended to develop a Web Apps application for SMEs management based on the concept of Single Page Application named SIKASIR. This application can accessed by three actors namely owner as admin, manager, and chasier. Token is needed to run the application, the token will expired every two hours. Some menus in this application are management of stock, staff, and partners and reports. The Waterfall method was used to develop the application using JSON programming language and Agullar JS as a framework. Application was tested using Black Box method. The result of the testing showed that the url of the application could be accessed successfully, and all menus run well. The system of Web Apps can be used as data providers and data monitoring wherever and whenever with high accuracy and updated.

Abstract

Gunung api Leumo Matee dan Seumeuregoh, Jaboi Sabang memiliki potensi energi panas bumi sangat besar. Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya manifestasi yang muncul di permukaan seperti uap panas, fumarol dan sumber air panas. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji lebih dalam dan menyeluruh untuk mendapatkan informasi yang detail, terutama parameter suhu dan karakteristik batuan/mineral. Sebuah penelitian telah dilakukan untuk kajian geokimia terutama analisis kimia fluida panas bumi. Pendekatan untuk menentukan karakteristik fluida kimia panas bumi dilakukan dengan metode geotermometer untuk mengukur kandungan air (SiO2) dan gas (Na-K) serta konsentrasi anion dan kation. Berdasarkan data pengamatan lapangan dan hasil uji laboratorium yang sudah terstandarisasi menunjukkan bahwa suhu bawah permukaan untuk fluida cair adalah 228oC dan untuk gas sebesar 220oC. Hasil pengujian sampel fluida panas bumi menunjukkan bahwa manifestasi panas bumi Kawah I dan Kawah IV daerah Jaboi, Sabang sangat prospek untuk dikembangkan. Informasi fluida ini menjadi salah satu parameter dalam pengembangan potensi panas bumi. Oleh karena itu sangat penting ditindaklanjuti karena dapat menjawab kebutuhan energi yang ramah lingkungan dan energi terbarukan.  The Volcano Leumo Matee and Seumeuregoh, Jaboi Sabang have enormous geothermal energy potential. This is characterized by the presence of surface manifestations such as hot steam, fumaroles and hot springs. Therefore, it needs to be studied more deeply and thoroughly to obtain detailed information, especially the temperature and rock/mineral characteristics. A study has been carried out for geochemical studies, especially chemical analysis of geothermal fluids. The approach to determine the characteristics of the geothermal chemical fluid is carried out by geothermometry to measure the water content (SiO2) and gas (Na-K) as well as the concentration of anions and cations. Based on field observations and standardized laboratory tests, the subsurface temperature for liquid fluids is 228oC and for gases of 220oC. The results of testing geothermal fluid samples show that the geothermal manifestations of Kawah I and Kawah IV Jaboi, Sabang are very prospects to be developed. This fluid information is one of the parameters in developing geothermal potential. Abstract

The Response of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) to The Types and Application Time of Agroprobiotic Fertilizer. Agroprobiotic fertilizer as an alternative of organic fertilizer is expected to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers.  The aim of the study was to determine:  (1) the best type of agroprobiotic fertilizer; (2) the best application time; (3) interaction between the two factors on the growth and yield of lettuce. The study was conducted from May until July 2018 at  Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University.  The research was 5x2 factorial experiment arranged in Completely Randomized Design with six time replications.  The first factor was the types of agroprobiotic fertilizer, namely: Maknyus; Cimelati; Mayas Putih; Keriting; and Hitam rice. The second factor was the application time of fertilizer, consisted of: in the morning (at 07.00-08.00) and in the afternoon (at 17.00-18.00).  The variables observed consisted of: the increment of plant height and number of leaves increment at 14; 28; 42 days after treatment (DAT); and at harvest time, fresh weight, and leaves area. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at 5% level. The results showed that the types of agroprobiotic fertilizer and the interaction between the two factors had no significantly different on the growth and yield of lettuce.  Agroprobiotic fertilizer from Mayas Putih rice showed the better growth and yield than others. The best time for application of fertilizer was in the morning, it showed significantly different on the increment of plant height at harvest time.

Abstract

Suri cucumber (Cucumis melo L. var reticulatus Naudin) is an annual plant. Probiotics is not a fertilizer in general, but materials containing effective microorganism that can help decompose the material present in the soil and can be used to inhibit the growth of plant pests and diseases in the soil, this study aims to determine: (1) the interaction between time and concentration on growth and yield on suri cucumber plants; (2) Time of giving probiotics that are appropriate for growth and yield on suri cucumber plants; and (3) Probiotic concentrations that are appropriate for growth and yield on suri cucumber plants. This research was conducted from April to July 2018 at the Kelurahan Loa Tebu, Kecamatan Tenggarong, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Factorial designs are arranged in Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 replications. The first factor is the time administration of (W) probiotics at 7 am 12(w1) "> and 4 pm 12(w2)"> . The second factor is the concentration of (K) probiotics: : 0 ( 12k0"> ), 5 ( 12k1"> ),10 ( 12k2"> ) and( 12k3)"> 15 mL. 12L-1">  water. Variables observed in this study were plant height increase, number of leaves, fruit diameter, number and weight of fruit crops. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance (Anova), If the result of Anova showed significantly different, continued by Least Significant Difference(LSD) test at the 5% level to compare between two average treatments.. The results showed that (1) no interaction between the time administration and theconcentrationof probiotics on the growth and yield of cucumber plants on all of the observed variables, namely plant height increase, number of leaves, fruit diameter, number of fruit crops, weight of planting fruit; (2) the time of probiotic administration that has a significant effect on the variable plant height increase at 4 pm; and (3) the treatment of probiotic concentration has no significant effect on all observed variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh pemberian mikoriza padatanah lahan reklamasi tambang batubara terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai; 2) dosis mikoriza yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik terhadap tanaman kedelai.Penelitian dilaksanakan sejakbulan Februari sampai dengan Mei 2018, di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mulawarman.Penelitian percobaan disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), merupakan percobaan faktor tunggal, dosis mikoriza, yang terdiri atas empat perlakuan, yaitu 0; 20; 40; dan 60 g tanaman-1.Setiap perlakuan diulang 10 kali.Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis mikoriza pada tanah lahan reklamasi tambang batubara memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 28 hari setelah tanam (HST), berat biji kering per tanaman dan berat 100 butir. Dosis 40 g mikoriza  tanaman-1 memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 28 HST (41,11 cm), berat biji kering per tanaman (42,76 g) dan berat 100 butir (16,95 g).Mikoriza memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai.Mikoriza 40 g tanaman-1 memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai terbaik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan konstruktivisme terhadap pembelajaran memahami teks eksposisi siswa kelas X SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ada dua kelas yaitu kelas X IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 35 siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme dan X IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 33 siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes, teknik analisis data dengan analisis uji-t menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan perbedaan hasil tes antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Nilai rata-rata tes awal kelas eksperimen sebesar 54,34 dan nilai rata-rata tes akhir kelas eksperimen sebesar 77,43 terdapat peningkatan nilai (gain score) sebesar 23,09. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata tes awal kelas kontrol sebesar 52,64 dan nilai rata-rata tes akhir kelas kontrol sebesar 67,73 terdapat peningkatan nilai (gain score) sebesar 13,09. Nilai rata-rata antara tes awal dan tes akhir menunjukkan peningkatan pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengujian uji-t menunjukkan bahwa thitung> ttabel atau 0,05 > ,000 pada tingkat signifikansi 95% (?=0,05). Dengan demikian, penelitian dapat disimpulkan pendekatan konstruktivisme berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan memahami teks eksposisi siswa kelas X SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Kata kunci: pendekatan konstruktivisme, konvensional, teks eksposisi
