Abstract

Abstrak Pemeluk agama islam menyakini akan kewajiban shalat 5 waktu, yang mana telah ditentukan waktu pelaksanaanya. Untuk itu mengetahui waktu-waktu shalat 5 waktu, yaitu subuh, dhuhur, asar, magrib, dan isya sangatlah penting bagi setiap pemeluk agama islam didalam menjalakan shalat 5 waktu tersebut dengan tepat dan sebaik-baiknya. Untuk itu penunjuk jadwal shalat itu sangat penting akan adanya.Masa Sekarang ini banyak di masjid maupun di rumah-rumah yang biasanya sudah terdapat kalender maupun penampil waktu sholat abadi, akan tetapi tampilannya sangat kecil sekali sehingga tidak dapat dilihat dari jarak yang sangat jauh.Penunjuk waktu shalat ini mengunakan display 7 segmen, menampilkan tanggal, jam digital serta ke-5 waktu shalat tersebut. Sehingga penunjuk  waktu sholat yang dapat secara real time berubah mengikuti perubahan waktu dan hari, serta dapat dilihat dari jarak yang cukup jauh dan dapat digunakan untuk lebih memaksimalkan waktu yang ada. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat rancang bangun jam digital waktu shalat berbasis mikrokontroller AT89S52 yang akan dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang dapat memberikan informasi yang lengkap dan praktis dalam penunjukan akan waktu shalat yang bersesuaian dengan tanggal, bulan, tahun yang bersngkutan. Dalam sistem yang dibuat menggunakan display tampilan 7segmen berupa jam, menit, tanggal, bulan, tahun serta 6 waktu shalat yang bersesuaian dengan tanggal yang ada Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem jam digital waktu shalat yang mengunakan7segmen sebagai display, RTC sebagai real time clock, buzzer sebagai alarm, dan Eeprom AT24c32 sebagai memori eksternal. Sehingga terbentuk sistem jam digital waktu shalat ini. Berdasarkan perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian, maka alat rancang bangun jam digital waktu shalat berbasis mikrokontroller AT89S52 ini dapat digunakan untuk jam digital dan  penunjuk serta pengingat  waktu shalat. Kata kunci :jadwal shalat, jam digital, mikrokontroler  Abstract The Muslim person pray 5 times, ware decided for the time. For that knowing times pray 5times, there are is shubuh, dhuhur, asar, magrib and isya’ very must importance for every Muslim people. In now almost mosque and other home usually has scheduler pray times. Otherwise small display so can’t see for long distance. Pray times display used 7-segment, performance date, digital watch, and 6 times pray time. In this study, the authors make a simple digital watch pray times based on microcontroller AT89S52, Which used to device give information completely and practice about scheduler time of pray in the date, month, and years. In system was made use display 7-segment date, month, years, and 6 time of pray times with consider that date. This research resulted in system digital watch pray times that used 7-segment for display, RTC DS1307 for RTC (Real Time Clock), buzzer for alarm and Eeprom AT24c32 for external memory. So creating  system digital watch pray times based on microcontroller AT89S52, can used for digital watch, signal and remembering pray times. Keywords:  pray schedul, digital watch, mikrokontroler

Abstract

The paper is aimed to find out: (1) the similarities and the differences of segmental features of Sikka language and English, and (2) the appropriate way to solve the problem of phonological teaching in Maumere. The data was collected from EFL participants who were their mother tongue are Sikka language, one of local languages in Maumere East Nusatenggara Island, Indonesia. To collect the data, theAural Phoneme Discrimination test, the Phoneme Recognition tes, andReading test were used. The findings revealed that errors were largely limited to final stops and sibilants, initial and final affricates, and interdentals. The error data did not completely accord with previous findings. A language transfer viewpoint offers an explanation as to why these particular sounds were found difficult for the participants. Patterns in the error data showed that stops were mostly devoiced, and these processes were developmental. The affricates and interdentals were frequently generalized to a stop or sibilant found in the first language. Overgeneralization of these articulatory difficult sounds is a common developmental process. Both transfer and developmental factors and their interaction explain much of the error data, though other factors such as hypercorrection and spelling interference also seem to play a role. An implication of the study is that these systematic, specific errors, dependent on first language, should be taken into account when teaching pronunciation to English learners from these local language groups.   Keywords: Contrastive analysis, phonetic features,  Sikka language

Abstract

According to Article 19 Paragraph (1) of the Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking, one of the activities of Sharia Banking is to provide financial funding based on musyarakah (profit sharing). The implementation of musyarakah by PT Bank Aceh Syariah in Banda Aceh has been covered up to 85 customers from the period of 2015 to 2017. In musyarakah contract the customers have to fulfil their obligations to pay the payments to the bank. However, the fact shows that the customers could not fulfil their obligations to pay their payments to the bank because they have income problems in running their businesses. From 2015 to 2017 there were seven customers were not well performed musyarakah. This condition has resulted in breach of contract by the customers which is known as non-performing musyarakah funding. This study aims to scrutinize legal consequences arising from non-performing musyarakah funding and identify the efforts taken in the settlement of this problem. This study is an empirical juridical research. Data required for this study were collected through field research by interviewing respondents or informants. The result shows that the legal consequences arising from this non-performing musyarakah funding were pledges or defaults by the customers because they violate the Article 12 of Musyarakah contract. The efforts taken in settling this problem among others are collecting the arrear obligations and handling non-performing musyarakah to the bank’s officer to be analysed based on legal analysis. Therefore, it is advised that the customers should fully fulfil their obligation to pay their payments to the bank based on musyarakah contract. Then, the bank officers are suggested to fully analyse the arrear obligations of the customers based on legal analysis. By doing so it could reduce non-performing musyarakah funding in the future

Abstract

APPLICATION OF ELECTROOSMOSIS FOR DEWATERING OF SLUDGE FROM WASTE WATER TREATMENT. Wastewater treatment produces semi-solid residue (sludge) that must be handled carefully during dumping and discharge to avoid polluting the environment. A low cost and easy treatment of dewatering is needed. This research aimed to apply electroosmosis technique for dewatering sludge in order to seek for parameters that can efficiently reduce water content of sludge, including range of voltage, type of electrodes, and distance between electrodes; and to determine the effect of electroosmosis processes on changes of chemical characteristics of sludge. The results showed that: (1) electroosmosis dewatering occurred on the sludge taken from waste water treatment of landfill but not on sludge from water purification plant (PDAM), (2) direct current voltage of 30 volts was the optimum voltage, (3) copper rod cathode provided electroosmosis process as good as stainless steel cathode and both were better than the woven stainless steel cathode, (4) the dewatering time to reduce 1200% (w/w) water content to about 400% was about 40 hours for sludge of 2500 cm3 in volume (laboratory bench scale), (5) the anode need to reinserted gradually approaching the cathode due to current lost when the water content at the anode point reached 400% and sludge at the point shrink, and (6) some chemical elements in the sludge decreased significantly after treatment. Pengolahan limbah cair menghasilkan residu berupa bahan semi padat yang dikenal sebagai sludge. Sludge tersebut juga perlu dikelola penyimpanan dan pembuangannya agar tidak mencemari lingkungan. Salah satu pengelolaan sludge yang perlu dilakukan adalah pengeringan (dewatering). Salahsatu teknik dewatering yang mungkin diterapkan ialah teknik elektroosmosis, yaitu teknik yang memanfaatkan adanya pergerakan air pada media poros di dalam medan istrik searah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari parameter sistem dewatering secara elektroosmosis yang dapat menurunkan kadar air sludge paling efisien dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh elektroosmosis terhadap karakteristik kimia sludge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengeringan sludge terjadi pada jenis sludge IPAL TPA namun tidak pada jenis lumpur PDAM; (2) tegangan listrik searah sekitar 30 volt merupakan tegangan optimum; (3) katoda batang tembaga menghasilkan proses elektroosmosis yang sebanding katoda batang stainless steel dan lebih baik dibanding katoda stainless steel anyam; (4) waktu pengeringan dari kadar air awal 1200% (b/b) hingga kadar air akhir sekitar 400% untuk volume sludge 2500 cm3 (skala laboratorium) sekitar 40 jam; (5) anoda perlu dipindahkan secara bertahap mendekati katoda karena arus terputus pada saat sludge di titik anoda mencapai kadar air sekitar 400% dan mengalami pengerutan; dan (6) kadar beberapa unsur kimia dalam sludge menurun secara signifikan setelah perlakuan.

Abstract

In PKn Learning in the concept of being proud as an Indonesian child there are many third grade students of SDIT Harapan Ummat Jakarta who get a less than optimal score. From the results of observations, the teacher uses a less varied learning method so that it does not support student activity and is less focused on the subject matter. Therefore, to improve the learning process, using the Cooperative Script model is expected to help students improve and improve their learning outcomes. The specific purpose of this study is to identify the steps and improve student learning outcomes through the Cooperative Script model in PKn learning. The type of this research used was Classroom Action Research using the Kemis and Teggart models conducted at SDIT Harapan Ummat with 35 students. The results of this study experienced a lot of improvement in activities and learning outcomes. from the results of observing the activities of students in the first cycle that is 57%, with enough categories and experiencing an increase in the second cycle to 84%, with the category Very good. While the average value of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle 36, cycle I 75.2, and cycle II increased to 92. From the results obtained concluded that learning using Cooperative Script learning models in Civics learning on the concept of pride has succeeded with increasing learning outcomes students. Recommendations to teachers as a reference for preparing lesson plans in improving professional skills in teaching Civics material for students in their classrooms, as well as broadening teacher insights and knowledge in applying Cooperative Script learning models.

Abstract

The objectives of the study was to analyse the relationship between dam and their offspring on the basis of body measurement and body weight at some partus types. In this study, 85 ewes and 127 lamb were used as materials. Purposive sampling was used to determine the samples of partum type of ewes having single (A1), twin (A2) and more than two lambs (AL2). Parameters measured were the body length, shoulder height, hip width, chest circumference and chest width. The results showed that all body measurement of dam related to the lambs. The highest correlation were in ≥ P2 for shoulder height, chest circumference, hip width and body length. Those were 0.310: 0.702: - 0.655 and 0.373 respectively. In conclusion, there was relationship on all birth type and parameters between dam and lambs. The AL2 showed closer relationship as compared to that of A1 and A2. Those were body length, shoulder height, chest circumference and hip width.   Keywords: body measurements, regression, birth type, sheep

Abstract

Being strategically located between the Indian and the Pacific Ocean, Indonesia is richly endowed by natural resources. Those resources especially fish attracts neighboring states as well as distant-fishing vessels to come and exploit it. With the sovereign rights provided by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982 (UNCLOS 1982). Indonesia has the obligation to sustainably manage fisheries resources within its Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). On the other hand, the very same convention stipulated that in managing the resources sustainably, the coastal state and competent international organizations, whether sub regional, regional or global shall cooperate to this end. This paper describes the state of readiness of the Government of Indonesia, notably the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries to face the challenge of global cooperation. Certain aspects have been observed which include status of data and information, existing maritime boundary lines, complicity of national law and regulation, preparedness of law enforcement and diplomation savvy. Indonesian stance on several international conventions was also discussed. Furthermore, the paper depicts current practice of the Government of Indonesia in dealing with parties interested in its resources.

Abstract

Unit fishing and operation in Pacitan very varied, these variations complicated the management of fisheries. Understanding on fishing unit dynamic and characteritic is very important in fisheries management. The purpose of this research is to analyze characteristic of fishing unit, fishermen, fishing ground, and also to classify the fishing operational patterns. This research was conducted in February, April and May 2013 in Pacitan District, East Java Province. The data collection were conducted by personal interview and observation. The data were analysed by descriptive table and cluster analysis. The results showed that fishing activities scattered along the Pacitan coastal area. Fishing gear were operated inboard, outboard, and without engine.  Outboard engine reach 84 percent from population.  On the other hand, fishing gear which operated in Pacitan are traps, hooks, gillnet, seine net, purse seine, and liftnet. Using four parameters (length of ship, engine power, crews, and  fishing gear) the cluster analysis resumed 6 patterns of fishing operation type. Variation of fishing patterns caused by capital ability and fishermen’s skills. This research concluded that the fishing unit in Pacitan is varied and dominated by outboard engine that has 6 fishing operation patterns. Keywords: Dynamic, charactheristic, fishing unit, Pacitan

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dan mendasar dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui media gambar kemampuan membaca siswa dapat ditingkatkan? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemapuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 di MIN Buol melalui media gambar. Untuk menjawab permasalahan diatas peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model siklus yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian tindakan kelas. Data yang dikumpulkan yakni melalui Observasi dan tes setiap akhir siklus. Metode yang digunakan pada peneliti kali ini yakni metode deskripsi, komunikatif dan kualitatif. Rumusan hipotesis tindakan pada penelitian ini adalah ; apabila penyampaian atau pengelolaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan media gambar, maka kemampuan membaca permulaan pada murid kelas 1 MIN Buol dapat ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan penelitian tindakan kelas menunjukkan bahwa melalui media gambar kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 di MIN Buol dapat ditingkatkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui ketuntasan siklus pertama diketahui bahwa siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas 19 orang dengan presentase 73,07 %  dengan nilai rata-rata 71,8 dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 7 orang dengan presentase 26,9 % dengan nilai rata-rata 12,3 presentase ketuntasan dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus pertama belum mencapai indikator ketuntasan yang dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian ini sehingga perlu dilanjutkan pada siklus kedua. Setelah dilkakukan siklus kedua diketahui bahwa siswa yang tuntas 26 orang siswa dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100 % dengan nilai rata-rata 92,3. Dari hasil yang didapatkan peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar kelas 1 MIN Buol dapat ditingkatkan dan dinyatakan tuntas. Abstract

Slow Release Fertilizer (SRF) is a modification fertilizer which aims to improving subtances efficiency on fertilizers by organizing the release slowly or gradually. The methods which used to made a SRF has any variety such as enlarging size, smoothing fertilizer surface, mixing with another difficult soluble materials, and covering fertilizer with certain ingredients so releasing fertilizer under soil more slowly. Some materials can be used as SRF materials are zeolite and humic acid. Zeolite is a silicate mineral which have a high cation exchange capacity (CEC) (varying between 80-180 meq/100g), fit hollow space to ammonium ion size so it have high adsorption capacity to ammonium ion. Meanwhile, humic acid which extracted from inorganic materials has a high CEC too. In this study, urea fertilizer has easily lost characteristics because of leaching and evaporation was conducted by covering zeolite and humic acid. The study aimed to find a proper dosage from combinations of urea, zeolite, and humic acid (UZA) for the paddy and to find proper applications of UZA for paddy. The experiment was conducted in green house with paddy variety Ciherang as an indicator plant. Paddy was fertilized with a standard dosage of N fertilizer from UZA with humic acid value of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5%. UZA fertilizer can improving paddy growth and productivity. UZA fertilizer with 1% humic acid dose is a the best dosage for paddy. The spread distribution of UZA was better than buried on the mud.
