Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SDN Pacarkeling 1/182 Suarabaya, ditemukan permasalahan membaca khusunya membaca pemahaman. Sebanyak 12 dari 25 siswa yang mendapatkan nilai dibawah KKM 70, jika depersentasekan yaitu sebensar 48%. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut maka Penelitian ini mengguanakan strategi DRTA dengan model PTK. Subyek yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah teknik observasi, tes, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mencapai 100% pada siklus I dan siklus II. Skor ketercapaian pada siklus I yaitu 84,3 dan siklus II yaitu 96,8 . Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 65,2% dan siklus II sebesar 90,9% dengan peningkatan sebesar 25,7%. Sedangkan rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 74,3 dan siklus II sebesar 89,7 dengan peningkatan sebanyak 15,4. Berdasarkan aindikator keberhasilan penelitian yang ditetapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi DRTA dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Pacarkeling 1/182 Surabaya. Kata Kunci: keterampilan membaca, membaca pemahaman, strategi DRTA   Abbstract: Based on observations made at the fifth grade students of state primary school Pacarkeling 1/182 Suarabaya, found problems reading especially reading comprehension. A total of 12 of the 25 students that scored below 70 KKM, if depersentasekan the sebensar 48%. The problems associated with the study was mengguanakan DRTA strategy with PTK models. Subjects were observed in this study were the teacher and student class V. Diguanakan data collection techniques are observation, testing, and field notes. Techniques of data analysis done with descriptive qualitative. The results showed feasibility study reached 100% in the first cycle and second cycle. Achievement scores in the first cycle is 84,3 and the second cycle is 96.8. Student learning outcomes showed classical completeness in the first cycle of 65.2% and 90.9% for the second cycle with an increase of 25.7%. While the average grade on the first cycle of 74.3 and 89.7 for the second cycle increase of 15.4. Based on research that determined the success aindikator can be concluded that the implementation of the strategy DRTA can improve reading comprehension skills of fifth grade students of state primary school Pacarkeling 1/182 Surabaya. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) setelah selesai mengurus keperluan rumah tangganya, ibu-ibu tersebut tidak melakukan kegiatan lainnya. Dengan demikian pemasukan ekonomi hanya berasal dari suami. Upaya pemberdayaan perekonomian kecil yaitu usaha rumah tangga oleh Ibu-Ibu di Kelurahan Bunulrejo melalui kegiatan usaha jajanan kering sangat memberikan kesempatan untuk menambah pemasukan keluarga. Hasil dari program kemitraan ini sudah memberikan peningkatan keterampilan untuk memproduksi jajanan yaitu kacang bawang, sale pisang molen, dan stik keju. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pemberdayaan ini yaitu upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan jiwa wirausaha, upaya memperluas jaringan pasar dan modal, upaya menjaga kualitas produk dan daya saing di pasar. Upaya yang ditempuh yaitu dengan menyusun modul pembukuan sederhana, modul pemasaran, pendampingan standar kualitas produk dan pendampingan pemasaran secara online dan offline. Kata-kata kunci : daya saing, ekonomi kecil, Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT), pemasaran. ABSTRACT Housewarming activities (IRT) after completing the care of household needs, the mothers are not doing other activities. Thus the income of the economy comes only from the husband. Efforts to empower the small economy of households by mothers in Bunulrejo Subdistrict through dry snack business activities provide opportunities to increase family income. The results of this partnership program have given skill enhancements to produce snacks such as peanuts, banana molen sale, and cheese sticks. The challenges faced in this empowerment are efforts to increase self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit, efforts to expand market and capital network, efforts to maintain product quality and market competitiveness. Efforts are taken by preparing a simple accounting module, marketing module, product quality standard and marketing assistance online and offline. Abstract

 A common purpose in this research is to develop text book of Indonesian language based culture East Java with PAKEM model to improve study results students class 4 primary school. As for a special purpose of this research is: (1) described the process develop text book Indonesian language based culture East Java with PAKEM model to improve study results students class 4 elementary school (2) described the quality of the text book of Indonesian language based culture East Java with PAKEM model. This research including the kind of research of development by design 4D model. Development standard covering specific stage, design, and development. The result of developing shows that the development of covering standard definition stage with the results in the form of a map learning needs; the stage design with the results of the draft a text book; and phase of development by teaching design the final text book. The quality of the text book that have been developed are considered to be of the components in the teaching material, the appearance of, language, and graphic. Each of the components won a high percentage 97,9%, 100%, 96,4%, and 93,8% .The acquisition observations in the class IV on the activities of teachers  is 92.5 % and results of learning outcome increased by 18 point. Abstract

Text book is material used by the students for helping the achievement of the competency standard , the purpose of education of primary and competence have (Depdiknas.2006). Of research, development text book based character education with a assure model on primary school student aimed at for (1) know the process of development text book Indonesian language based character education by using assure kind of classroom in primary school student, (2) know the quality of teks book Indonesian language based character education by using assure kind of classroom in primary school student. This research using kind of research development (research and development). A design study on four-D oriented model consisting of 4 steps in the define, design , develop, and disseminate. Data collection techniques used in the process of define used technique documentation main competence (KI) and basic competence (KD) in 2013 curriculum. Data collection techniques used in the process of design validation the technique, observation, the survey, and tests used to measure product quality based on terms of use.The result of developing teks book based character education with a assure model on primary school student that have been validated to the quality of the books according to components teaching material, the appearance of, language and graphic reached the percentage of the respective components 98,9 % , 100 % , 96,4 % , 94,8 % . The result of the observation for the use of the activity of teachers text book components, the activity of students and response students show the percentage of the respective components 93.5 %, 93,75 %, statements of some 91.7 %; and for the results of character of students to being honest, responsibility, tolerance and work together in a row the scores were 4 , 4 , 4 and 3.
