Abstract

Pada saat ini pengurusan alat tulis kantor ditangani dibawah kepengurusan sub bagian  umum  kantor  Camat  Seulimuen.  Bagian  umum  biasanya  mempunyai sistem manajemen pengadaan alat tulis kantor dalam mengelola barang-barang tersebut dari sistem pemasukan barang dan distribusi alat tulis kantor ke ruangan- ruangan kerja. Akan tetapi sistem pengelolaan yang berjalan pada saat ini adalah sistem pencatatan dan perekapan data secara manual. Disamping itu juga untuk mengetahui stok barang oleh pimpinan bagian umum harus memeriksa stok secara langsung di gudang penyimpanan barang habis pakai. Melihat kesibukan pada bagian umum perlu adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat memberitahukan barang apa saja yang telah habis secara langsung dengan menggunakan alat komunikasi terkini seperti smartphone. Oleh karena itu, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi distribusi barang habis pakai  dan informasi persediaan barang habis pakai menggunakan SMS Gateway pada kantor Camat Seulimuem menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem informasi persediaan barang habis pakai berbasis SMS Gateway dan telah diimplementasikan berbasiskan web dan SMS menggunakan aplikasi Gammu, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL.

Abstract

One type of algae that potentially reduces palm oil mill effluent is Spirogyra sp. Spirogyra sp. Has a wide distribution on the coast of Indonesia and is still underutilized by pond farmers. This study aims to test the efficiency of Spirogyra as a bioremediation agent of palm oil liquid waste and to examine the effect of palm oil liquid waste on the growth of Spirogyra. This research was conducted from March to July 2017. The research design consisted of five treatments, treatment A control (0 mL.L-1), B treatment (25 mL.L-1), C treatment (50 mL.L-1) ), Treatment D (75 mL.L-1) and E treatment (100 mL.L-1). Abstract

AbstractApplication of ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) is widely used to extract active compounds of certain product due to its lower energy consumption and shorter operating times than conventional method. However, proper configuration of UAE in improving extraction efficiency in spices, particularly nutmeg, remains unknown. Therefore, the aim of this research is to study the effect of particle size and amplitudes of UAE on the oleoresin extraction effectiveness in nutmeg. Experiments were carried out under the following conditions: the mass ratio of dry meat nutmeg to solvent of 1:5, therespective particle size of the material 20, 40, and 60 mesh and the ultrasonic amplitudo were 20 and 40% with extraction time 30 minutes. Maceration method at 350C for 7 hour was used as control. The result shows that particle size had a significant effect on yield of oleoresin, while the amplitude had no effect. The best UAE configuration based on the highest yield (31.33%) was held on 60 mesh by amplitude of 40%. The application of UAE can improve oleoresin extraction efficiency in nutmeg by increasing yield and shorten extraction time.AbstrakAplikasi ekstraksi berbantukan ultrasonik (UAE) banyak digunakan untuk mengekstrak senyawa aktifproduk tertentu karena konsumsi energinya lebih rendah dan waktu operasi yang lebih singkat dari pada metode konvensional. Namun, konfigurasi yang tepat dari UAE dalam meningkatkan efektivitas ekstraksidalam rempah-rempah, terutama pala, belum diketahui. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh ukuran partikel dan amplitudo UAE terhadap efektivitas ekstraksi oleoresin pada pala. Penelitian dilakukan dengan kondisi sebagai berikut: rasio bahan dan pelarut yaitu 1:5, ukuranbahan 20, 40, dan 60 mesh dan amplitudo ultrasonik adalah 20% dan 40% dengan waktu ekstraksi 30 menit. Metoda Maserasi pada suhu 350C selama 7 jam digunakan sebagai kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran partikel berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil oleoresin, sedangkan amplitudo tidak berpengaruh. Konfigurasi UAE terbaik berdasarkan hasil tertinggi (31.33%) dilakukan pada 60 mesh dengan amplitudo 40%. Penerapan UAE dapat meningkatkan efisiensi ekstraksi oleoresin pada pala dengan meningkatkan rendemen dan mempersingkat waktu ekstraksi.

Abstract

In order to meet the educational goals, teachers have to prepare the tools of learning. Those tools have the roles as the instrument of teaching and learning activities Teaching and learning activities have to be supported by interesting stages activities, so students have more focus and have the active roles in learning. The objectives of learning can be achieved if teachers can adapt the learning activities into the changing policies, one of them are, the 2013 curricula. This research aims to see the implementation of 2013 curicula in the learning activities of biology teachers in government highschool of Aceh Tamiang. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative. The samples are 10 biology teachers. The location of research are in government highschool in Aceh Tamiang, including SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Payed, SMA Negeri 2 Percontohan, SMA Negeri 1 Kejuruan Muda, SMA Negeri 2 patra Nusa dan SMA Negeri 2 Kejuruan Muda. The instruments of the research are 1) Observation 2) Interview. Result of  this research shows that schools are implementing the 2013 curricula.However, the research shows that the implementation of 2013 curricula is not fully completed. This shows that socialization and the training are not fully implemented, the ineffective of the training of 2013 Curricula. Teachers are not in maximum effort in implementing the 2013 curricula because the limited of the organizing system, the resources are not sufficient, and the assessment that seems so difficult. The result of analysis above shows the teachers preparedness in implementing of 2013 curricula is categorized as not sufficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of various fermentation facilitators and the drying temperature in producing quality cocoa beans. It also aimed to understand the effects of the addition of fermentation facilitators and drying temperature on the quality of cocoa beans as well as the interactions between the two studied factors. The research was performed at the Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Saree Horticulture Seed Center, Lembah Seulawah District, Aceh Besar Regency, and the Plant Pathology and Crop Analysis Laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture of Syiah Kuala University. The study was carried out from August to October 2015. This research was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) of a 3 x 3 factorial design with three repetitions. The tested factors were: Fermentation Factor (F), with levels consisted of = F0: Natural Fermentation, F1: Fermentation using Saccharomyces cerivisiae at day 0, F2: Fermentation using Saccharomyces cerivisiae at day 1, and Drying Temperature Factor (T), with levels consisted of = T0: Sun Drying, T1: Oven Drying at 50­­­oC, T2: Oven Drying at 60oC. The observed variables were: acidity level (pH), water content and fat content. The fermentation facilitators affected the speed of fermentation and quality of cocoa beans. The drying temperature affected the quality of cocoa beans. The interaction between fermentation facilitators and drying temperature can decrease the beans’ water content, acid total, and increase their fat content.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accounting knowledge sharing behavior at accounting lecturer in Bengkulu city, using the model theory of planned behavior influenced by three factor is attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control. Attitude toward behavior is influenced by factor self efficacy, social network, and extrinsic reward. While subjective norm is influenced by organization support. The population in this study were all accounting lecturer who worked in public and private universities in the city of Bengkulu using purposive sampling technique, so that the total sample of 62 people and data that can be used in this study were 43 respondents. Analysis technique using the assistance program smartPLS version 3 2.3. The results showed that self efficacy has positive affect on attitude toward behavior, social network has positive affect on attitude toward behavior, extrinsic reward has positive affect on attitude toward behavior, organizational support has positive affect on subjective norm, attitude toward behavior has positive affect on the accounting knowledege sharing behavior, subjective norm has positive affect on the accounting knowledege sharing behavior, and perceived behavior control has positive affect on the accounting knowledege sharing behavior.

Abstract

Laut Banda merupakan salah satu wilayah yang menjadi alur migrasi  dari beberapa jenis ikan tuna, di antaranya ikan madidihang (Thunnus albacares). Hal ini menyebabkan Laut Banda menjadi salah satu daerah penangkapan ikan madidihang yang potensial. Namun, seiring terus meningkatnya tekanan penangkapan, sering kali ikan madidihang muda tertangkap. Hal ini tentunya akan mengancam kelestarian sumber daya ikan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan struktur ukuran dan parameter populasi ikan madidihang di perairan Laut Banda. Penelitian dilakukan pada 5.609 ekor ikan contoh sejak bulan Februari sampai dengan Desember 2011. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan aplikasi model analitik menggunakan program ELEFAN I. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan panjang cagak ikan madidihang berada pada kisaran 55-215 cm, dengan panjang pertama kali tertangkap (Lc) sebesar 131,85 cmFL. Parameter pertumbuhan von Bertalanffy untuk laju pertumbuhan (K), lebar karapas asimptotik (L∞) dan umur ikan madidihang pada saat panjang ke-0 (t0), masing-masing sebesar 0,51/tahun, 223 cmFL dan -0,1841 tahun. Persamaan kurva pertumbuhan sebagai Lt = 223[1-e-0.51(t+0.1841)]. Parameter mortalitas menunjukkan laju kematian total (Z) 2,4/tahun, laju kematian alamiah (M) 0,68/tahun dan laju kematian karena penangkapan (F) 1,79/tahun. Banda Sea is the one of migration area of some tuna species, including yellowfin tuna (T. albacares). This led the Banda Sea to be the yellowfin tuna fishing ground potential. However, with the increasing fishing pressure, often times young yellowfin tuna caught. This case will threaten the sustainability of the resources. The purpose of the study was to identify the size distribution and population parameters of yellowfin tuna in Banda Sea. This study was conducted of 5.609 samples during February until December 2011. The data were analyzed using the analytical model application with ELEFAN I program. The results showed that fork length of yellowfin tuna in 55-215 cm range with the length of first capture (Lc) was 131,85 cm FL. The von Bertalanffys growth parameters, K, L∞, and t0 were 0,51 yr-1, 223 cm FL and -0,1841 yr. The growth curve were Lt = 223[1-e-0.51(t+0.1841)], respectively. Instantenous mortality parameters, total mortality rate (Z) and natural mortality rate (M) and fishing mortality rate (F) were 2,4 yr-1, 0,68 yr-1 and 1,79 yr-1, respectively.

Abstract

Ikan terubuk (Tenualosa macrura Bleeker, 1852) merupakan komoditas perikanan yang penting di Bengkalis, Provinsi Riau. Populasi terubuk di Bengkalis sangat menurun akibat dieksploitasi meskipun pembatasan penangkapan juga telah diterapkan melalui metode konservasi. Upaya selain konservasi juga melalui budidaya ikan namun upaya ini terkendala oleh ketersedian ikan terubuk hidup baik sebagai induk maupun ikan dewasa. Tulisan ini membahas hasil uji coba pengoperasian alat penangkap ikan jaring dua lapis untuk menangkap ikan terubuk hidup. Uji coba penangkapan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2015 – 2016 di perairan Selat Bengkalis dan sekitarnya. Hasil uji coba penangkapan menunjukkan bahwa jenis ikan yang dominan tertangkap adalah ikan biang-biang (Setipinna breviceps) dan nomei (Harpodon sp). Laju tangkap jaring dua lapis terhadap ikan terubuk berkisar 0,7 - 2,6 ekor/setting. Jumlah ikan terubuk yang tertangkap dalam kondisi hidup mencapai 27,1% dari total tangkapan ikan terubuk. Nilai ukuran panjang pertama kali tertangkap ikan terubuk dengan jaring dua lapis (Lc) yaitu 17,43 cmFL. Terubok (Tenualosa macrura Bleeker, 1852) is an important fish commodity in Bengkalis, Riau Province. The terubok resosurce in Bengkalis is heavily degraded due to the high exploitation even fishing limitation was applied in term of species conservation. Conservation efforts through fishculture are constrained by the availability of live terobuk fish as both parent and adult fish. This paper present the results of fishing trial of double-net fishing gear for catching alive terubok fish. Fishing trial was conducted in 2015-2016 periods in Bengkalis strait waters and its adjascent. The results shown that the dominant fish catches of doublé net were Shorthead hairfin anchovy (Setipinna breviceps) and bombay duck (Harpodon sp). Double gill net catch rate for terubok were between 0,7 -2,6 fish/setting. Number of alive terubok fish was 27,1% of total terubok catches, length of first capture (Lc) value of terubok by using doublé net was 17.4 cm FL.

Abstract

Penelitian selektivitas alat tangkap cantrang dilakukan dengan memasang BRD/square mesh window di bagian kantong jaring. Upaya rancang bagun jaring cantrang yang lebih selektif dilakukan melalui ujicoba pengoperasian secara langsung di lapangan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kelolosan ikan muda (juvenil)/ukuran kecil melalui square mesh window menggunakan metode cover cod end. Penelitian dilakukan di Brondong, Lamongan Jawa Timur di 39 stasiun penangkapan. Selama penelitian, Rata-rata laju tangkap cantrang yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat square mesh window  2 inci, 3 inci dan 4 inci masing-masing  berkisar 54,03 - 101,34 kg/tarikan, 36,84 - 72,34 kg/tarikan dan 46,51 - 99,98 kg/tarikan dari subtotal tangkapan. Tingkat pelolosan cantrang yang dilengkapi square mesh window 2 inci, 3 inci dan 4 inci masing-masing berkisar antara 4,13 - 9,06% ,7,66 - 10,47% dan 14,94 - 39,80%. Perangkat square mesh window berukuran 3 inci (7, 62 cm) dan 4 inci (10,16 cm) efektif dalam meloloskan ikan-ikan berukuran kecil.The study of Danish seine selectivity was conducted by installing the square mesh window on the cod end. Experimental fishing operation on the sea was conducted to design of danish seine for increasing its selectivity. The rate escapement of fish juvenile through the square mesh window was determined by using cover cod end method. The study was done in 39 stations of Fishing trials at Brondong, Lamongan, East Java. During this study, catch rate of the square mesh window 2 inch, 3 inch and 4 inch ranged between 54.03 - 101.34kg/hauling, 36.84 - 72.34 kg/hauling and 46.51 - 99.98 kg/hauling, respectively. Escapement rate of danish seine with square mesh window 2 inch,3 inch and 4 inch, were between 4.13 -9.06%, 7.66-10.47% and 14,94-39.80%, respectively. The square mesh window devices with mesh size of 3 inch (7.62cm) and 4 inch (10.16 cm) were more effective for escaping of fish juvenile.

Abstract

Abstract: Takengon - Blangkejeren road is one of the cross national roads connecting Central Aceh Regency with Gayo Lues Regency. This road is in the mountainous terrain and often passed by heavy loaded vehicles so that often damaged. To overcome the frequent damage to this road segment, it is necessary to conduct a research on road pavement damage. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of road damage based on the combination of International Roughness Index (IRI) and Surface Distress Index (SDI). This study uses direct observation method in the field by conducting a visual survey of road pavement conditions. The result of the research shows that the total damage level of road surface is 30,54% while the road surface is not damaged by 69,46% from total of road that become research object, that is 12,63 Km divided into 6 road segment. For the overall condition of roads reviewed 45.02% good, 45.81% medium, 6.87% lightly damaged, 2.29% heavily damaged.Abstrak: Ruas jalan Takengon – Blangkejeren merupakan salah satu ruas jalan nasional lintas tengah yang menghubungkan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dengan Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Jalan ini berada pada medan pegunungan dan sering dilalui kendaraan dengan beban yang berat sehingga sering mengalami kerusakan. Untuk mengatasi kerusakan yang sering terjadi pada ruas jalan ini perlu diadakan suatu penelitian mengenai jenis kerusakan perkerasan jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kerusakan jalan berdasarkan kombinasi nilai International Roughness Index (IRI) dan Surface Distress Index (SDI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung dilapangan dengan melakukan survey secara visual terhadap kondisi perkerasan jalan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat kerusakan keseluruhan permukaan jalan adalah sebesar 30,54% sedangkan permukaan jalan yang tidak mengalami kerusakan sebesar 69,46 % dari total panjang jalan yang menjadi objek penelitian, yaitu 12,63 Km yang dibagi menjadi 6 buah segmen jalan. Untuk kondisi keseluruhan jalan yang ditinjau 45,02 % baik, 45,81 % sedang, 6,87 % rusak ringan, 2,29 % rusak berat.
