Abstract

ABSTRACT. Economic globalization and free trade are signified by hard competition that pushing the industries to increase their productivity and product quality result, that is why we need to analyze business management especially marketing strategic. The research was done at Bergendaal Koffie, in Simpang Teritit, Bener Meriah District. The object of research is marketing strategic data that competitive at Bergandaal Koffie. The purpose of this research was to know marketing strategy at Bergendaal Koffie by using SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis tool are consist of SAP (Strategy Advantage Profile) analisys and ETOP (Environmental Threat Opportunity Profile). SAP analysis to Bergendaal Koffie industry is placed in secure competition position (Favourable) and ETOP analysis show that Bergendaal Koffie industry including Speculative Business. Combination of those two matrixs in SWOT shows in the infestation position. It means that optional of good strategy that could be implemented by Bergendaal Koffie industry is doing invest to harvest, the meaning is to invest for the short term and then reaping the reward of this investment in the future.

Abstract

This research investigated the potential utilization of solid waste from palm oil industry for liquid smoke production in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The liquid smoke can be applied as bio fungicides in agricultural field. Preliminary experiment on the use of liquid smoke as fungicide at Colletotrichum capsisi fungus which causes anthracnose disease on red pepper was also conducted. The survey on the existing potential/availability of palm oil mill in Aceh shows that there are 30 palm oil mills in eight districts with a total of production capacity 1020 ton/hour. Assuming that 10% of palm oil kernel shells are pyrolized into liquid smoke, Aceh province could produce about 23,868 ton of liquid smoke per year. The preliminary test result towards Colletotrichum capsisi fungus shows that the liquid smoke can be used as fungicides.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Chocolate is a food product that is produced from cacao beans (Theobroma cacao L.) that are processed from relatively long several stages. Various chocolate products are very easy to find in the city of Banda Aceh and it’s brand on the market are very diverse, ranging from international branded products to local brand products, therefore, there was competition between producers in sustaining the market share that has been mastered. Aware of high level of competition among the chocolate products, the manufacturer seeks to introduce its products to the public by showing the various advantages of products attributes that they have. Essentially, marketing stimuli is one of products attributes, which it could affect consumer perception. The purposed of this study is to determine the attributes that influence consumer perception and how consumer perceptions of the chocolate products consumption in Banda Aceh. The method of data analysis using Chi Square Test and descriptive analysis. Based on the result of chi square analysis, the attributes that affect consumer perception is taste, price, quality and advertising. While based on the results of the descriptive qualitative analysis, it turn out that consumers in Banda Aceh have the perception those cocoa products more consumed by the upper classes consumers compared to low income consumers.

Abstract

This research aim to analyze farming system and integrity of market between market center consumer market and producer, and also to study price om parmer  and marketing margin  Method which is used in this research is survey method. Result of research show onion farmer obtain get 37 percent profit. Onion marketing system have walked relative goodness. This matter of indication with advantage of which can obtained by merchant and farmer and also the existence of real integration among  market, while have commodity price  it fluctuation to consumer storey level non because of do not the nun of system marketing of onion by condition of offer in producer storey level. This situation is strenghtened with result of research, related of market where there is negative correlation between wide of price and crop in producer storey level.

Abstract

Kurikulum adalah seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan mengenai isi dan bahan pelajaran serta cara yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang disusun untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional dengan memperhatikan tahap perkembangan peserta didik dan kesesuaiannya dengan lingkungan, kebutuhan pembangunan nasional, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, dan teknologi serta kesenian, sesuai dengan jenis dan jenjang masing-masing satuan pendidikan itu. Isi kurikulum pendidikan dasar, harus memuat lima kelompok bahan kajian (Pasal 6 PP Nomor.19 tahun 2005), diantaranya adalah pendidikan agama. Menurut Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, pendidikan agama harus ada pada semua jenis, alur, dan jenjang pendidikan. Hal ini merupakan usaha untuk memperkuat keimanan dan ketaqwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa sesuai dengan agama yang dianut oleh peserta didik, memperhatikan tuntunan untuk menghormati (pemeluk) agama lain dan menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama dalam masyarakat untuk mewujudkan persatuan nasional

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Arabica coffee grown in the Gayo Highlands, which includes Central Aceh, Bener Meriah and Gayo Lues district. The impact of climate change, affect the aspects related to the cultivation of coffee. The research objective is to determine the productivity, quality of results and arabica coffee farmers income from various types kentianggian arabica coffee cultivation. The study was conducted in an area with a height difference of 1000-1200, 1200-1400, and 1400-1600 m above sea level. Coverage of further research is the analysis of the aspects that affect production, quality of results, and the income of farmers. Data collected by purposive sampling technique. Primary data were gathered through observation, interviews and focus group discussions.The results were obtained, Productivity arabica coffee ranged between 250-750 kg / ha / year. The regression analysis shows, production, altitude, farmers income, the number of stems, soil conservation, crop care, harvesting patterns, treatment outcome, drying, storage, fruit production, pest and disease control and land a positive effect. Coffee quality of areas, production of the shade management, negative effect.

Abstract

Abstract. Aceh is one among 15 provinces which are centers of rubber plantations in Indonesia. Rubber plantations in Aceh divided by smallholder plantations and large estates. Until 2011, BPS recorded that communities rubber plantation area was 122.660 ha with a production of 69.972 tons per year, and a large farming area was 21.631 ha with a production of 17.435 tons per year . This study aimed to determine the location of the development of the rubber industry and calculate the cost of investment required to establish rubber industry. The data collected was obtained from field surveys and literatures in the district that has rubber production in the Eastern Region of the Aceh Province. The results of location analysis showed that East Aceh, Aceh Tamiang and South East Aceh are the three priority ranking area which feasible to set up a rubber processing industry in Aceh. Financial calculation was done for the rubber processing industry (crumb rubber) with capacity of 10,000 tons per year and assuming 20-year economic life. Results showed that: Investment Cost; IDR 36.189.274.000, Operating Costs; IDR 116.22 billion, Production and Revenue; 71.040 Tons; IDR 1.842.720.768.000, Gross Benefit; IDR 163.432.239.000 Net Benefit; Rp. 114.402.567.000, NPV; IDR 32.375.726.000, NBCR; 1,38, 21,58 percent of IRR, and Payback Period is 7 year and 6 months.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study to analyze and evaluate the impact of the Village Independent Food Programme (Demapan) through empowerment of poor rural communities in managing and utilizing available resources optimally. The research was conducted in Aceh Timur District in two villages receiver Demapan Program Desa Seunuebok Simpang Banda Alam Subdistrict and Gaseh Sayang Subdistrict of Darul Aman. This study uses quantitative methods, with a purposive sampling sampling of the affinity group (participants) and the non-affinity. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and statistical tests inferesial. Data used in the descriptive analysis of data scoring is shown in tabular form.The results showed domination of asset for poor households still rely on agricultural land as the main assets. Proportion of household poverty level affinity groups in the village at the beginning of the program at Gaseh Sayang classified in the category of the poor, in 2012 reached 60 percent are in the category of prosperous, less prosperous 13.33 percent and 26.67 percent only enter the category of the poor. Seunebok Simpang village at the beginning of the program is actually 60 per cent included in the category of less prosperous, and 40 percent of categories prosperous. The 2012 program in this village have not been able to improve the welfare of the community, where poor families increased 13.33 percent and 53.33 percent down to family or drops to less prosperous or poor family of 6,67 percent.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kopi Arabika adalah salah satu komoditas yang diprioritaskan pengembangannya oleh pemerintah Indonesia saat ini. Minuman kopi arabika dikota banda aceh telah menjadi terkenal yang di tandai dengan tumbuhnya usaha-usaha kedai kopi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi Arabika di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian digunakan metode survei dengan sampel konsumen minuman kopi Arabika di Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan cita rasa memiliki hubungan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi Arabika di Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Chi-square menunjukkan bahwa pada harga dan cita rasa, mempunyai hubungan positif dengan tingkat signifikan 0,017. Maka Ha diterima karena nilai peluang (Sig.) < tingkat signifikan α = 5% (0,05). Artinya variabel harga dan cita rasa mempunyai hubungan yang positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Consumer Loyalty To The Arabica Coffee Drink In The City Of Banda AcehAbstract. Arabica coffee is one of the preferred crop development by the government of Indonesia today. Arabica coffee drinks in the city of Banda Aceh has become famous in the mark with the growing efforts of the coffee shop. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of consumer loyalty to Arabica coffee drink in the city of Banda Aceh. The study was conducted by a questionnaire survey on 100 consumers drink coffee Arabica in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is purposive sampling method. The analysis model used is the Chi-square test. The results showed that the relationship of customer loyalty to the Arabica coffee drinks in Banda Aceh is the price and taste. The results of data analysis using Chi-square correlation analysis shows that the price and taste, have a positive relationship with a significant level of 0.017. So Ha received for value opportunities (Sig.) < a significant level α = 5% (0,05). This means that the variable price and taste positively related to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak. Cabai dan bawang merah merupakan salah satu jenis komoditas andalan untuk bahan pangan jenis holtikultura, peningkatan produksi kedua komoditas ini terus meningkat. Aktivitas pemasaran sangat penting agar komoditi hasil petani dapat sampai ke tangan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan efisiensi pemasaran dan kendala-kendala dalam pemasaran sayur-sayuran (cabai dan bawang merah) di daerah dataran tinggi (Kabupaten Bener Meriah) dan dataran rendah (Kabupaten Aceh Besar). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah dan Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan metode pengambilan sampel petani yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling dan Snowball sampling untuk pedagang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis margin pemasaran, efisiensi pemasaran, mengitung farmer’s share dan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran dan kendala-kendala dalam pemasaran. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat dua saluran pemasaran cabai dan bawang merah dan hasil analisis efisiensi pemasaran yang paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran pada cabai dan bawang merah di Kabupaten Aceh Besar dibukitkan dengan nilai efisiensi yaitu 2,35%, serta kurangnnya pasokan produk dari petani lokal dan berfluktuasinya harga menjadi kendala didalam pemasaran cabai dan bawang merah. Dapat diambil kesimpulan diketahui bahwa kedua jenis saluran pemasaran yang terbentuk sudah efisien. Abstract. Chili and onion are one of the mainstay commodity types for horticultural food, The increasing of both of these commodities is constantly ceaseless. Marketing activity is absolutely crucial in order to deliver those harvested commodities to the consumers. This study aims to compare the marketing efficiency with its obstacles in vegetables (chilli and onion) marketing process in the highlands (Bener Meriah) and lowland (Aceh Besar). The research was carried out in Bukit, Bener Meriah and Darussalam, Aceh Besar. The researcher applied stratified random sampling to pick the samples from farmers and snowball sampling for the traders. The method analysis that has been used in this research is marketing margin analysis, efficiency marketing, farmer’s share counting and descriptive analysis to investigate the marketing channels and the obstacles in the marketing. The results of the study revealed that there are two marketing channels chili and onions. and through efficiency analysis it can be understood that the most efficient marketing is a chilli marketing channel in Aceh Besar which was proven with a value 2.35%, a lack of supply from local farmers, and the price fluctuation has been becoming the obstacles in marketing both chili and onions. It can be concluded that both of the formed marketing channel types are efficient.
