Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pakar sebagai pendeteksi prediksi kemungkinan seseorang terkena penyakit stroke. Mesin inferensidari sistem pakar inimenggunakan metode Penalaran maju (Forward Chaining) serta metode ketidakpastian datanya menggunakan faktorkepastian (certainty factor). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sesi konsultasi yang berupa dialog yang interaktif antara pemakai dengan sistem pakar mengenai penyakit stroke. Pemakai memberikan informasi seperti data pasien dan menjawab pertanyaan tentang faktor resiko yang dimilikinya seperti usia pemakai, jenis kelamin, jenis penyakit seperti hipertensi, jantung, diabetes yang memiliki faktor resiko untuk menderita penyakit stroke, dan sistempakar ini akan menampilkan informasi mengenai kemungkinan stroke dan saran terapi bagi pemakai. User interface dari sistem pakar ini mudah digunakan dan diperlukan waktu yang singkat serta menggunakanbahasaIndonesia yang sederhana

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of traffic congestion in some urban and solve it by using an expert system. Sistem serves to record and duplicate the capabilities of experts. Expert systems in this study was built within the framework of network optimization designed to solve the problem of traffic congestion in urban areas. Control of traffic jams and optimal well not be possible without the use of intelligent data management system and realtime. In this study, we were able to improve the quality of congestion control in both the strategic aspects as well as operasional. This Research using survey methods, and development models. The results of the study are: a) traffic management policy input and control traffic congestion of Dishubkominfo Palembang and municipal police; and b) the optimization model and control traffic congestion at the intersection; c) the data processing for controlling the traffic congestion that can be implemented to overcome congestion in some urban areas. Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the management system of monitoring infrastructure program of university facilities and infrastructure, through software engineering technology approach as an effort to improve productivity and quality of monitoring process become more efficient and effective. The software in this research is built in a systematic and organized approach to monitoring infrastructure of facilities and infrastructure using appropriate tools and techniques. Through this research, universities are expected to be able to develop the necessary quality measures to support the process of planning and controlling infrastructure infrastructure monitoring. The research was conducted using survey method, development of monitoring management and software. Up to the design stage of this program prototype, research has produced a special picture of the software requirements to be built in the next year. Software development process starting from the analysis phase of system and software requirements, designing data structures up to the architecture stage of the program has produced a list of needs/requirements, the design of program prototype contained in the design of input/output for the monitoring process facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau menawarkan beasiswa Penelusuran Minat dan Kemampuan (PMDK) kepada calon mahasiswa baru, dalam hal ini untuk melakukan proses seleksi penentuan penerima beasiswa PMDK pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual dengan melakukan tes wawancara dan melakukan perhitungan hasil dari wawancara. Proses seleksi yang dilakukan secara manual memiliki beberapa kelemahan sehingga besar kemungkinan akan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Untuk Itu diperlukannya suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat mempermudah dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa PMDK. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa perhitungan komparasi metode WP, SAW dan WASPAS dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa penelusuran minat dan kemampuan (PMDK). Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode SAW karena memberikan nilai Alternatif tertinggi dan memberikan hasil perangkingan yang terbaik.
