Abstract

The background research is the lack of english vocabulary in deaf student majoring in Special Need Education (PLB) FIP UNP Padang. Thus, the author helps to improve English vocabulary that is specific to the noun vocabulary through Flash Cards. This study used a single subject research approach (SSR) with the A-B design and data analysis techniques using visual graphical analysis. The subjects were students with hearing impairment, given the intervention by using the flash cards. From the results of this research results show English vocabulary (noun) an increase controlled subjects. In the analysis between conditions showed a tendency towards a positive (+) change of variable to variable rendt stability, trend and level changes increased from 15% to 90%, and 0% Percentage Overlap of data meaningful research results accepted. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that the Treasury Vocabulary English (Noun) The Deaf Students Can Enhanced Media Flash Card. The authors suggest to students that English vocabulary is lacking, could use a media card in increasing vocabulary words and no exception to teachers who want to apply the word cards to students in improving the vocabulary of the students. Abstract

Berdasarkan data amatan mengenai pembelajaran mahasiswa program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual pada Fakultas Seni dan Desain, disebutkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengintegrasikan sofwere berbasis tiga dimensi dan komunikasi mahasiswa terkait dengan dunia pasar kurang memedai (Aswar: Dosen DKV-FSD), hal ini terlihat pada hasil studi mata kuliah desain komunikasi 2, dan  3 semester ganjil yang dieksekusi  dalam suatu kegiatan pameran akhir semester di program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual (Kampus FSD-Parang tambung, Januari 2017), bahkan salah satu dosen FSD (Sofyan Salam: Guru besar UNM bidang Pendidikan Seni Rupa) yang ikut mengapresiasi pameran tersebut mengatakan bahwa, mahasiswa perlu meningkatkan daya saing produk (kemasan) agar bisa berkompetisi dengan para desainer di luar kampus. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari pelatihan ini adalah beberapa mahasiswa yang kurang menguasai softwere Autodest dalam pembuatan modeling iklan outdoor, dan kemungkinan besar terindikator pada minimnya waktu yang digunakan dalam pelatihan, tidak selesainya konsep iklan yang ditugasi oleh dosen penanggung jawab, dan kurangnya kelengkapan perangkat komputer yang terintegrasi dengan softwere autodest yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan modeling iklan outdoor. Mahasiswa yang diberi pelatihan cukup signfikan, karena ada kaitan dengan perencanaan pembuatan tugas akhir khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang ingin membuat proyek animasi dan periklanan tiga  (3) dimensi.

Abstract

Abstract The issue of human resources (communication skills) are less reliable in the manage and provide service to customers will result in customer dissatisfaction. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of form and content of the training material with the ability to see the relationship of communication and communication skills of employees with customer satisfaction at the Circle K Makassar Branch. The research was conducted in Makassar Branch Circle K employees. Research field (Field Research), using the mix method research methods with qualitative and quantitative techniques. The number of samples in this study were 52 employees. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Then analyzed the data using triangulation techniques and product moment correlation technique. Observations and interviews showed that between matter and form relationships with training in communication skills in shaping attitudes and behaviors as well as increase knowledge in serving customers. Furthermore, the results also demonstrate the ability of employee communication with customer satisfaction with cohesion correlation P-value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. It was concluded that training with attention to the form and content of the training is very meaningful to the communication skills that have relationships with customer satisfaction. It is expected that training, particularly in view to improve communication skills, so employees can deliver the best possible service in the boost customer satisfaction.Abstrak Persoalan sumber daya manusia (kemampuan komunikasi) yang kurang handal dalam mengelolah dan memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan akan mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan pada pelanggan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa antara materi dan bentuk pelatihan memiliki hubungan dengan kemampuan komunikasi di dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku serta menambah pengetahuan di dalam melayani pelanggan. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi karyawan dengan kepuasan pelanggan dengan kofesien korelasi P-value 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dengan memperhatikan bentuk dan isi pelatihan sangat berarti terhadap kemampuan komunikasi yang memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Diharapkan adanya pelatihan yang terkhusus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, sehingga karyawan dapat memberikan pelayanan sebaik mungkin di dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to obtain (1) Descriptive-interpretative information  related to the intervention targets of behavior modification, (2) Descriptive-interpretative information  related with the analysis and diagnosis, and (3) Descriptive-interpretative understanding on each form of treatment that can be used as a technique of behavior modification for freesex and homosexual. Data were collected through a text document of Ibnu Qoyyim al-Jauziyyah thought, observation and interview with research subjects in the field. The study used a qualitative approach with multilevel hermeneutic analysis. Results of the study were: (1) Intervention target of modification behavior focusing on thought/belief modification; (2) analysis and diagnosis around the unhealthy thoughts/beliefs and habit/action; (3) it was founded treatment form to alleviate freesex victim and homosexual in the form of mind intervention techniques, lust disorder alleviation techniques, homosexual alleviation techniques, and worship as an alleviation techniques.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh (1) keterangan deskriptif-interpretif terkait sasaran intervensi pengubahan tingkah laku, (2) keterangan deskriptif-interpretif terkait analisis dan diagnosis, dan (3) pemahaman deskriptif-interpretif pada tiap bentuk perlakuan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai teknik pengubahan tingkah laku seks bebas dan homoseks. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumen teks pemikiran Ibnu Qoyyim al-Jauziyyah, observasi dan interviu subjek terteliti lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis hermeneutika bersusun. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) sasaran intervensi pengubahan tingkah laku berfokus di pengubahan pikiran/keyakinan; (2) analisis dan diagnosis berkisar pada pikiran/keyakinan dan kebiasaan/perbuatan yang tidak sehat; (3) ditemukan bentuk perlakuan dalam pengentasan korban seks bebas dan homoseks berupa teknik intervensi pikiran, teknik pengentasan gangguan syahwat, teknik pengentasan homoseks, dan ibadah sebagai teknik pengentasan.

Abstract

Persoalan sumber daya manusia (kemampuan komunikasi) yang kurang handal dalam mengelolah dan memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan akan mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan pada pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan bentuk dan isi materi pelatihan dengan kemampuan komunikasi serta melihat hubungan kemampuan komunikasi karyawan dengan kepuasan pelanggan di Circle K Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada karyawan Circle K Cabang Makassar. Penelitian lapangan (Field Research), dengan menggunakan pendekatakan metode penelitan mixed method dengan tehnik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 102 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi data dan teknik korelasi produk momen. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa antara materi dan bentuk pelatihan memiliki hubungan dengan kemampuan komunikasi di dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku serta menambah pengetahuan di dalam melayani pelanggan. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi karyawan dengan kepuasan pelanggan dengan kofesien korelasi P-value 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan tingkat hubungan sebesar 78,8% yang dikategorikan kuat.. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dengan memperhatikan bentuk dan isi pelatihan sangat berarti terhadap kemampuan komunikasi yang memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Diharapkan adanya pelatihan yang terkhusus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, sehingga karyawan dapat memberikan pelayanan sebaik mungkin di dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

This study aims to find out the Implementation of Management Village Fund Allocation Policy in Siboang Village, Sojol Sub-district, Donggala RegancyBy using theory of Edward III. In this study we use 7 informants by using purposive method. Data are collected by Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results show that Implementation of Management Village Fund Allocation Policy In Siboang Village less run well. Because the four dimensions which have been examined, explained that the four dimensions are all running less good. They are the dimensions of communication (socialization Less implemented), Resources (human resources, infrastructure and other supporting facilities are inadequate), Dimensions Desposition (less commitment) Bureaucratic structures (Coordination between related parties is less established).

Abstract

The purpose of the research are 1) to find out and analyze simultaneous effect of working capital consisting of quantitative working capital, qualitative working capital, and functional working capital on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 2) to find out and analyze the partial influence of quantitative working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) to determine and analyze the partial effect of qualitative working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 4) to determine and analyze partial effect of functional working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. Type of research is causal descriptive. Data analysis technique is path analysis. The results show that: 1) working capital of CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya during 2012-2016 seen from the quantitative working capital and functional working capital has been decreased every year, while the qualitative working capital showed annual increase. 2) working capital consisting of quantitative working capital, qualitative working capital, and functional working capital simultaneously have significant effect on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) quantitative working capital partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 4) qualitative working capital partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 5) functional working capital partially has positive but non- significant effect on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya.

Abstract

Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu media informasi mengenai kuliner khas kota makassar.  Kumpulan  data  dalam perancangan berupa  metode  pengumpulan data  primer  dan sekunder yang berupa observasi dan wawancara ke toko-toko kuliner   khas yang ada di kota makassar  serta dokumentasi. Konsep desain dalam perancangan adalah higenis dan modern, dari konsep tersebut dihasilkan gambaran ilustrasi bahan makanan dan ilustrasi wisatawan. hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi serta semangat kepada mereka yang sedang mencari tempat kuliner yang ada di kota makassar.
