Abstract

Documentation of Traditional Dance. Tari merupakan seni sesaat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan dokumentasiyang baik yang dapat merekam seluruh gerak dan aktivitas yang menyeluruh, sehingga suatu saat dapatdirekonstruksikan kembali. Sistem pendokumentasian secara tertulis atau pencatatan tari telah dilakukan sejakjaman dahulu. Sistem pencatatan tari sebagai salah satu cara mendokumentasikan tari masih dilakukan hinggasekarang. Namun demikian sistem pencatatan tari yang dilakukan oleh seniman satu dengan seniman lainnya ataudaerah satu dengan daerah lainnya, berbeda-beda. Terlepas dari kekurangan dan kelebihannya, perlu dipikirkansistem pencatatan tari yang bisa dipahami oleh semua kalangan sehingga bisa dipakai sebagai bahasa komunikasiyang sifatnya universal. Notasi laban bisa dijadikan alternatif sistem pencatatan tari karena mampu merekam detaildetailposisi dan gerak yang paling lembut dan rumit dari setiap bagian tubuh. Kemajuan teknologi memungkinkansistem pendokumentasian tari melalui perekaman gerak secara visual sangat bermanfaat untuk mendukung danmelengkapi dokumentasi tertulis.

Abstract

Penemuan jejak masa lalu atas keberadaan suatu bentuk budaya, merupakan suatu fenomena yang sangat bernilai. Hal ini dapat melengkapi upaya menelusuri jejak masa lalu dengan ditemukannya susunan materi gerak untuk visualisasi teks tarinya. Namun demikian tafsir kebudayaan atas penemuan jejak masa lalu tersebut tidak bisa meninggalkan faktor kesejarahannya. Dalam kajian teks bedhaya Sumreg ini diketahui susunan materi gerak Bedhaya Sumreg dan keterkaitan makna sumreg dengan pola lantai dan pola gendhing pengiringnya. Pola-pola gendhing yang ditampilkan secara struktural tetap menggunakan tata aturan baku yang sampai sekarang lazim disebut dengan lampah bedhayan. Bedaya yang dianggap pusaka ini diungkapkan tidak hanya materi tekstualnya saja tetapi juga mencakup materi kontekstualnya.Kata kunci: bedhaya Sumreg, tari Yogyakarta, tari pusaka.ABSTRACTBedhaya Sumreg of Yogyakarta Palace. The discovery of the past existence traces of a culture is trully a valuable phenomenon. This may complete the efforts to trace the past with the discovery of the structure of motion for the textvisualization of a dance. However, the interpretation of culture on the discovery of traces of the past cannot abandon the historical factor. The textual study of Bedhaya (traditional dance) Sumreg has identifi ed the motional structure of Bedhaya Sumreg and the linkage of Sumreg meaning with the fl oor pattern and gendhing (the accompanied music). Thepatterns of gendhing structurally shown remain applying predefi ned set of rules, commonly known as lampah bedhayan (rules in dancing). Bedhaya (traditional dance) is considered a heritage and is revealed not only its textual material but also the contextual one.Keywords: bedhaya Sumreg, Yogyakarta dance, dance heritage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika; (2) pengaruh model PBL terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika; dan (3) pengaruh model PBL terhadap kemampuan komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah matematika secara bersama-sama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN se-Gugus V Kecamatan Kasihan Bantul. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa tes uraian objektif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial, untuk analisis inferensial menggunakan independent sample t-test, uji MANOVA dengan rumus T2 Hotelling, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji kriteria Bonferroni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,025; (2) model PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,025; (3) model PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah matematika secara bersama-sama dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05.Kata Kunci: model PBL, kemampuan komunikasi matematika, dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika THE EFFECTS OF THE PBL MODEL ON THE MATHEMATICAL COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS OF FIVE-GRADERS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTSAbstractThis research aims to describe: (1) the effects of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the mathematical communication skills; (2) the effects of the PBL model on the mathematical problem-solving skills; and (3) the effects of the PBL model on both the mathematical communication skills and the mathematical problem-solving skills simultaneously. The research of this study was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The research population consisted of five-graders of all elementary schools located in Group V of Kasihan District, Bantul. The sample was collected using the cluster random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential technique which is using independent sample t-test, MANOVA with Hotelling’s trace formula, and the last was by Bonferroni criteria. The findings suggest that: (1) the PBL model positively and significantly affects the mathematical communication skills with a significance value of less than 0.025; (2) the PBL model positively and significantly affects the mathematical problem-solving skills with a significance value of less than 0.025; (3) the PBL model positively and significantly affects both the mathematical communication skills and the mathematical problem-solving skills simultaneously with a significance value of less than 0.05.Keywords: the PBL model, mathematical communication skills, and mathematical problem-solving skills.

Growth of nanocrystalline α-SiC films on Si(100) and SiO2/Si Substrate using Monomethilsilane Single Source by Hot Mesh-CVD

Abstract

Growth of nanocrystalline α-SiC film on  Si(100) substrates was carried out using a home-made hot-mesh chemical vapor deposition (hot-mesh CVD) apparatus. Monomethylsilane (MMS) was used as single source gas while hydrogen (H2) as carrier gas. The growth parameter in this experiment are as follow: H2 flow rate 112 sccm, gas feed ratio (H2/MMS) 172 – 345, total gas pressure during growth 120 – 750 Pa, substrate temperature 500 °C, W-mesh wire temperature 1800 °C and distance between substrate and W-mesh wire 30 mm. The structural properties of the films were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD). For the composition element of the film was investigated using energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The surface morphology of the silicon and SiO2/Si wafer was shown similar form i.e. smooth surface without any form of the particle and any defect. Based on the XRD result shows the peak of α-SiC(100) was observed around 2θ = 33°. Furthermore, according to the EDX characterize, the mass percentage of the carbon and silicon element of the films grown on Si(100) and SiO2/Si(100) are 1,65 and 78.54 for films on carbon and 1.85 and 89.56 for silicon, respectively. We can assume the composition value of the Si is not only from the films is formed but also from the Si substrate.

Abstract

In the era of high competition, companies are required to develop effective communication programs. This research article reveals that there is a significant correlation between consumer responses based on hierarchical effects through the advertisement power on television. Five of seven variables of advertisement power, as independent variables, have been the most closely connection with the consumer responses based on the model of hierarchical effects. Of these five variables, the variable of frequency of the on air advertisement has been the most closely connection with the consumer responses. Abstract

This study is a replication of research by Shook and Bratianu (2010). Variables that affect student intentions for entrepeneurship in this study are specific desirabilities, subjective norms, self-efficacy, perceived desirability and the perceived feasibility. Sampling was purposive sampling method. The number of samples of this study as much as 306 students. This study uses path analysis model with three channels equation. The result of path analysis in this study are as follows: 1) specifis desirabilities, subjective norms, and self-efficacy has positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions, 2) perceived desirability of modifying the effect of specific desirabilities on intent entrepreneurship, 3) perceived feasibility to modify the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intentions. Desirabilities specific influence on entrepreneurial intentions became stronger after the mediation by the perceived desirability. Similarly, the influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions became stronger after the mediation by the perceived feasibility. While the variables that have the most dominant influence in affecting entrepreneurial intentions are perceived desirability. The conclusion of this study is that the entrepreneurial intentions of students in assesment criteria very well. Therefore, entrepreneurship courses should be made as a compulsory subject for all courses.Keywords:     specific desirabilities, subjective norms, self-efficacy, perceived desirability and the perceived feasibility and entrepreneurship intentions.

Abstract

Persaingan yang ketat di industri smartphone membuat perusahaan mulai menanamkan konsep experiential marketing dan experiential value dalam memposisikan produk untuk mengalahkan pesaing. Saat ini para produsen smartphone berlomba-lomba untuk menawarkan produk dan jasa bagi konsumen berdasarkan pada perkembangan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Produsen dituntut untuk tidak sekedar menjual produk atau jasa saja, tetapi juga berpikir bagaimana menciptakan produk maupun jasa yang dapat memberikan pengalaman berkesan bagi konsumennya. Penelitian dengan judul “Analisis Experiential Marketing terhadap Experiential Value di Industri Smartphone” ini merupakan replikasi penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Maghnati et al (2012), dengan judul “Exploring the Relationship between Experiential Marketing and Experiential Value in the Smartphone Industry“. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh indikator experiential marketing yaitu sense experience, feel experience, act experience, relate experience, think experience terhadap experiential value. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 500 mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui metode Judgement Sampling dan Quota Sampling yang diambil dari 5 perguruan tinggi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil dari Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 16: sense experience, feel experience, act experience, relate experience, think experience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap experiential value. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi experiential value adalah variable think experience. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini mendukung penelitian Maghnati. et al (2012) yang menemukan bahwa experiental marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap experiental value. Kata kunci: Sense Experience, Feel Experience, Act Experience, Relate Experience, Think Experience, Experiential Value

Abstract

Load demand of electric power supply varies from hour to hour in a day . It is inefficient to operate all power plants along day under various load variation. A power plant scheduling system is needed to minimize total operation cost of the power plants and in order to meet the amount of power needed by the load. This research proposes a method on power plant scheduling based on genetic algorithm. Total operation cost is used as objective function and the amount of power needed by the load is applied as a constraint. Population of chromosome in genetic algorithm represent candidates of alternative schedule of power plant operation. The best chromosome is the schedule with minimum cost and which meets the constraint. This method was applied to schedule the power plant system of Sumatera Bagian Tengah. Optimization was done in every 30 minutes. Based on test and analysis, this method results in more efficient cost, compared to manual operation of power plant systems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increasing the students’ motivation and study result IPS in material kenampkan alam dan kenampakan alam negara-negara tetangga fourth grade of elementary school. This research used classroom action research method. The action was doing 2 times on two cycles. Every cycle consist at 3 meeting in class. This cycle consist at 4 steps such as planning, action, monitoring and reflection. The data were collecting in four months, starting from September until December 2016. The subject of this research is seventeen students at fourth grade of SDN 2 Tutup Blora.  This class consist at 4 male and 13 female students. The conclusion of this research reported that Group Investigation teaching model could increased the students’ motivation and study result in fourth grade of SDN 2 Tutup Blora. 

Effect of Growth Pressure on Structural Properties of SiC Film Grown on Insulator by Utilizing Graphene as a Buffer Layer

Abstract

Heteroepitaxial growth of silicon carbide (SiC) on graphene/SiO2/Si substrates was carried out using a home-made hot-mesh chemical vapor deposition (HM-CVD) apparatus. Monomethylsilane (MMS) was used as single source gas while hydrogen (H2) as carrier gas. The substrate temperature, tungsten mesh temperature, H2 flow rate and distance between mesh and substrate were fixed at 750 °C, 1700 °C, 100 sccm and 30 mm, respectively. The growth pressures were set to 1.2, 1.8 and 2.4 Torr. The growth of 3C-SiC (111) on graphene/SiO2/Si were confirmed by the observation of θ-2θ diffraction peak at 35.68°. The diffraction peak of thin film on graphene/SiO2/Si substrate at pressure growth is 1.8 Torr is relatively more intense and sharper than thin film grown at pressure growth 1.2 and 2.4 Torr, thus indicates that the quality of grown film at 1.8 Torr is better. The sharp and strong peak at 33° was observed on the all film grown, that peak was attributed Si(200) nanocrystal. The reason why Si (200) nanocrystal layer is formed is not understood. In principle, it can’t be denied that the low quality of the grown thin film is influenced by the capability of our home-made apparatus. However, we believe that the quality can be further increased by the improvement of apparatus design. As a conclusion, the growth pressures around 1.8 Torr seems to be the best pressures for the growth of heteroepitaxial 3C-SiC thin film.
