Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pengaruh reward yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi terhadap niat dan perilaku karyawan dalam melakukan Knowledge Sharing (KS). Duadimensi reward akan ditinjau hubungannya terhadap niat dan perilaku karyawan dalam KS, yaitu finansial dan non-finansial reward. Theory Reason of Action (TRA) dan Theory Planed of Behavior (TPB) menjadi basis untuk mengembangkan konseptual model pada penelitian ini, model yang dikembangkan memiliki tiga hipotesis yang menggambarkan hubungan antar konstruk finansial reward dan non-finansial reward terhadap niat dan perilaku karyawan dalam KS. Model dan hipotesis yang dikembangkan di validasi melalui sebuah survei yang melibatkan 216 orang responden dari tiga institusi perbankan di Indonesia. Data hasil survei dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui software Smart-PLS versi 2. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa niat dan perilaku para pekerja di sektor perbankan Indonesia secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh finansial reward yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi mereka, namun penelitian ini tidak menemukan pengaruh antara nonfinansial reward dengan niat dan perilaku karyawan dalam KS.Kata kunci: Finansial Reward, Non-Finansial Reward, Knowledge Sharing, Niat, Perilaku.Abstract. The goal of this research is to investigate how reward that offer by organization influencing the employee KS intention and behavior. The relationship between two dimension of reward such financial and non-financial reward and employee intention and behavior in KS will be explored in this study. Theory reason of Action (TRA) and Theory Planed of Behavior is applied as a basis to develop a conceptual model for this research. The conceptual model consists of three hypotheses that explain the relationship between financial and non-financial reward constructs with employee intention and behavior in KS. Model and hypotheses were validated by a survey; the survey participated by 216 respondents from three Bank Institution in Indonesia. Data from the survey was analyzing by Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smarts PLS V2. This study reveals that employee intention and behavior in KS is influenced by financial reward; however this study did not find any relationship between non-financial reward and employee intention and behavior in KS.Keywords: Financial Reward, Non-Financial Reward, Knowledge Sharing, Intention, Behavior

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh tiga elemen alturisme, reputasi, dan balas jasa terhadap aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan yang dilakukan oleh para akademisi melalui social media. Sebuah model penelitian dan tiga buah hipoteses dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini. Model dan hipoteses kemudian diuji dan divalidasi menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari sebuah survey yang dilaksanakan secara online. Survey secara online dilakukan pada sebuah grup dosen di Indonesia. Dari 115 kuesioner yang diisi oleh anggota komunitas online tersebut 75 kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan digunakan untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Smart PLS V2. Hasil dari pengolahan data mengindikasikan bahwa alturisme mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap aktivitas akademisi dalam berbagi pengetahuan di komunitas virtual, sedangkan balas jasa dan reputasi tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan mereka.Kata kunci: Berbagi Pengetahuan, Sosial Media, Akademisi, Alturisme, Balas Jasa, Reputasi Abstract: The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between alturisme, reputations, and reciprocity elements with academician knowledge sharing activity in social media. A research model was developed with three hypotheses for this study. Research model and hyphotheses next was examined and validated using data collected from online survey. Online survey was conducted in one of Indonesia academic virtual group. One hundred and fifteen quetionnaires collected from the survey and seventy five questionnaires were valid and use for next analyisis. Data collected from the survey was analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS V2. The result from data analyisis indicated that alturism element has positive affect to academician knowledge sharing activity in virtual community; however this study reveals that there is no significant relation between reciprocity and reputation with academician knowledge sharing activity in virtual community.Keyword: Knowledge Sharing, Social Media, Academician, Alturism, Reciprocity, Reputation

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between trust and onlineshopping experience with people behavior in online shopping. The impact of these twodimensions (trust dan online shopping experience) would be explored in this study. Thisstudy applied Theory Planned of Behavior (TPB) and incorporates with two other dimensions.A research model was developed for this study. The research model consists of sixhypotheses that describe the relation between variables. Research and hypotheses was validatedby online survey that conducted in online shopping group in Indonesia and participatedby 215 respondents. Data collected from the survey was analyzed using StructuralEquation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS software. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the success of social media as a means of sharing knowledge among scholars in Indonesia. By using Information System Success Model (DeLone and McLean), this study develops a research model that will be used to investigate what factors are contributing to the success of social media as tool for sharing knowledge among academics. This article would focus on the discussion of instrument development and validation process. The method for development and validation the research instrument was refers to the framework proposed by McKanzie et al. This study resulted in a validated instrument, the instrument could use by researchers who are interested in study social media success for knowledge sharing.

Abstract

The aim of ours research is to explore the relation between the elements of trust and risk and their impact on consumer behavior in the intention of use of mobile commerce services based on sales. The final goal of this research is to understand consumer behavior in the use of mobile commerce application services in Indonesia by considering the elements of trust and risk in consumer behavior. Finding from previous research have revealed that trust and risk is one of the critical aspects in the use of e-commerce services. This article focus is to discuss the development stages of research instruments development to be used in next survey agenda. By applying Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical basis of a conceptual model and the research instrument was developed. Models and instruments then validated through a pilot study involving 75 students as respondents. Survey data were analyzed via Smart-PLS software version 2 to ensure reliability level and validity of the instrument. This study resulted in a validated instrument that will be used to collect data from actual surveys

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is important activity for create a new knowledge. Information technology today brings big oppurtubity for people in conduct knowledge sharing. This media provides effective and competitive technology tool for knowledge sharing. The aimed of this study is to report the on process research that investigates the success of social media for sharing knowledge among scholars in Indonesia. This study focus to discuss the instrument development stages from the research especially discuss how content validity conduct for in instrument validation progress. Method for content validation progress was adopting from Beck and Gale approach in nursing area. This study resulted in a validated instrument from content validation approach.

Abstract

The acceptance of information technology in the field of education becomes an interesting thing to discuss. Successful implementation of information technologies New Romany to support learning depends on continuance uses. It is believed that this is influenced by the satisfaction and task-fit of the technology used. Facebook is the most popular social media among students. This study aims to propose a model of satisfaction and task-fit perceptions of the use of social media in education. Research begins with a discussion of the theoretical framework, the identification of factors, develop models and research instrument. This study proposed models developed by adopting the Task-Technology Fit and Expectation-Confirmation Theory.  To build the model, five constructs have been chosen such as perceived task-fit, utilization, service quality, satisfaction and confirmation on intention to continuous use of technology. Besides that, base the theory that used in this research some hypothesis has formulated.

Abstract

Population density in Indonesia is ranked fourth in the world. The impact of a large population will affect the level of welfare of the community to decrease, and the number of unemployment is increasing so that the state makes Family Planning Program (PLKB) to control the rate of population growth. PLKB is a field officer program to socialize contraception, counseling and planning. Problems in the PLKB program are on knowledge management and mapping from data contraception, counseling and planning so that this research using Ontology method will aim to do mapping with knowledge management and Ontology design shows represented data to relate and mutually related and describes the resources contained in family planning data.
