Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the results of the economic study mid second semester exams of class X students of SMAN 7 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 is still low under minimum completeness criteria . This study aims to determine whether the results of the economic study of students who apply cooperative learning model TPS is higher than the results of the economic study of students who apply conventional teaching class X SMAN 7 Padang . This type of research is experimental . The study population was a tenth grade students of SMAN 7 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . Based on economic achievement test scores of students , the average values obtained experimental class and control class 68.13 76.15 . Z - test analysis results , obtained Zhitung ( 47.18 ) > Ztabel ( 1.645 ) which means that the hypothesis is accepted . From this study it can be concluded that the results of the economic study of students who use cooperative learning model TPS higher than the students who apply conventional teaching class X student of SMAN 7 Padang . To the researchers suggested that teachers especially teachers of SMAN 7 Padang economic and high school teachers in general to implement cooperative learning model TPS as an alternative learning model that can be used to improve student learning outcomes . And to researchers who are interested are advised to conduct advanced research in different materials .Key Words: Think Pair Share Cooperative Methode, Economic Study Results

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research is aimed at analyzing the difference of learning points by using the cooperative learning models between Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) types of the XI-grade students of IPS SMAN 11 Padang.            It is an experimental research. The population of this research is all XI-grade students of IPS SMAN 11 Padang, who were registered in the year 2013-2014. Two samples were selected by using the technique of Puposive Sampling method. The data of this research is primary data, and the data analyses are descriptive and inductive, conducted through t-test by first making tests of normality and homogeneity of both sample variants.            Based on the data analyses, it is obtained that the learning points for the experimental class 1 is 76.80 and the experimental class 2 is 65.64 on the average, meaning that Sig 0.018 is smaller than α = 0.05. From the hypothesis tests, tcalc.is 2.444 and ttable is 1.67, so that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is the difference between Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD).From the results of research it is hoped that this could provide a solution for the problem of lowering learning points especially in economics subject. Finally, for improving the learning points of economical students, it is suggested for teachers to consider the learning models from Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Keywords: Think Pair Share (TPS), Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Economical Learning Points

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this study is (1) Determine the influence of students perceptions about the variety of teaching styles to students learning motivation of economic subjects majoring in social studies class XI SMA 6 Sijunjung. (2) Determine the influence of instructional media on the students motivation of economic subjects majoring in social studies class XI SMA 6 Sijunjung. (3) Determine the influence of discipline on students motivation to learn social studies department of economic subjects in class XI SMA 6 Sijunjung.  (4) Determine the influence of students perceptions about the variety of teaching styles, instructional media and learn the discipline of the students motivation majoring in social studies class XI economics subjects SMAN 6 Sijunjung.This research is descriptive and associative, population in this study were all students majoring in social studies classes XI SMA 6 Sijunjung as many as 79 people. The samples are 66 people with the proportional random sampling method. Primary data and secondary data that has been collected is then statistically analyzed with descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0.Results of the analysis of data obtained that (4) There is a significant influence on students perceptions of variety of teaching styles, instructional media and learn discipline together on motivation to learn the sig of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05. (1) There is a significant influence on students perceptions of variety of teaching styles on motivation to learn with sig for 0.030 < 0.05 0.366 level influences. (2) There is no significant impact on students perceptions of instructional media on motivation to learn the sig of 0.406 > 0.05 with a 0.127 degree of influence. (3) there is a significant influence on motivation to learn the discipline of learning to sig 0.00 <0.05 with a 0.571 degree of influence.Based on the above results it can be concluded that a variety of teaching styles and learning discipline are two factors that can impact the motivation to learn . While learning media does not affect students motivation . It is thus suggested to students majoring in social studies class XI economics subjects SMA N 6 Sijunjung to increase again to learn discipline and to teachers in order to increase the variety of teaching styles to the learning process. Keywords : Variations in style of teaching , learning media , learning discipline        and motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of the interaction of learning and student interest and learning and interaction influences student interest together the results of an integrated social studies students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This research is descriptive Associative . The population in this study were all students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman , with a sample of 84 respondents . The sampling technique is simple random sampling . The type of data used , namely primary and secondary data . To determine the effect of the interaction of learning and student interest toward learning outcomes students integrated IPS SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman used the t test and F test.That Describe First Results : Variable Interaction Learning significant and positive impact on learning outcomes Integrated Social eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.692 and the value of t ( 8.958 ) > t table ( 1.663 ) . That is when the learning interaction is increased by 1 % and keep student interest , then the results of an integrated social studies students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman will increase by 0.692 % . Second : Variable student interest and a positive significant effect on the results of an integrated social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.674 and the value of t ( 9.301 ) > t table ( 1.663 ) . This means that if student interest is increased by 1 % and still learning interaction , the results of an integrated social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman will increase by 0.674 % . Third : Variable interaction of learning and student interest has a significant and positive influence on the results of the integrated IPS Learning Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman the value of F ( 329.126 ) > Ftable ( 3,960 ) and Sig ( 0.000 ) < Alpha ( 0.05 ) . Percentage of interaction variables influence learning and student interest to the integrated IPS Learning Outcomes Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman that is equal to 89 % , while the remaining 11 % is explained by other causes that are outside the study .

Abstract

                                                                        ABSTRACT This study aims to determine : 1 ) the extent to which affect asset inventory asset management . 2 ) the extent to which the legal audit affect asset management . 3 ) the extent to which the valuation of assets affect asset management . 4 ) the extent to which asset optimization affects asset management . 5 ) the extent to which the supervision and control of assets affect asset management 6 ) the extent to which asset inventory , legal audit , valuation of assets , optimization , monitoring and control of assets affect asset management . The method used descriptive quantitative methods . Its population DPPKAD office employees especially the regional assets and purposive sampling techniques amounted to 32 people . Data were collected through questionnaires . Data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression . Results of the study : 1 ) a significant difference between the asset inventory asset management . This means that if the asset inventory increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.111 % . 2 ) a significant difference between Legal audit of asset management . That is legal if the audit increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0,621 % . 3 ) a significant difference between the valuation of assets to asset management . This means that if the valuation of assets increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.329 % . 4 ) a significant difference between the optimization of asset management . This means that if the asset optimization increases 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.167 % . 5 ) a significant difference between supervision and control of asset management . This means that if the supervision and control increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.300 . Upshot asset inventory , legal audits , asset valuation , asset optimization , monitoring and control significantly influence the management of fixed assets in the City District Government of West Sumatra.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan where the population is all teachers who are already certified and sampling techniques using total sampling . Data were collected through questionnaires or questionnaire . Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression method .The results showed that : 1 ) there is a significant correlation between the changes in pedagogical teacher performance , meaning that if the pedagogical increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.093 . 2 ) there is a significant relationship between personal competence to changes in teacher performance , meaning when personal competence increases 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.239 . 3 ) there is a significant relationship between social competence to changes in teacher performance , meaning that if the social competence increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.423 . 4 ) there is a significant relationship between the professional competence of the teacher s performance changes , meaning that if the professional competence increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.380 . 5 ) there is a significant relationship between pedagogical simultaneously , personality , social , professional to changes in teacher performance , meaning that if the overall competence increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.837 . This can be proved by the results of research that states that the calculated F value ( 34.772 ) > Ftable ( 2.947 ) and significant ( 0.000 ) < Alpha ( 0.05 ) means it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between pedagogic competence , personality , social and professional performance simultaneously with changes in teacher certification in SMA N 2 Koto XI Tarusan South Coastal District in the amount of 83.7 % while the remaining 16.3 % .

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: (1) Lifestyles influence on purchasing decision pond’s cosmetics product, (2) Consumer attitudes influence on purchasing decision pond’s cosmetics product, (3) The inflence of lifestyle and consumer attitudes together on purchasing decision pond’s cosmetics product.Types of research used in this study is descriptive assosiative. When the study was conducted in November 2013. The populatio of this study is student education departement of economics STKIP PGRI western sumatera. The sample amounted to 92 people with a purposive sampling technique sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regresion.The results of this study indicate that, (1) Lifestyle significantly influence purchasing decision cosmetic product pond’s on student education departement of economic STKIP PGRI western sumatera. (2) Consumer attitude significantly influence purchasing decision cosmetic product pond’s on student education departement of economic STKIP PGRI western sumatera. (3) Lifestyle and Consumer attitude together significantly influence purchasing decision cosmetic product pond’s on student education departement of economic STKIP PGRI western sumatera.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT Based on the true class XI SMA N 5 South Solok , researchers found that the problem of low economic study results , it can be seen from the value of the final semester of the 2012-2013 school year 2 students . The purpose of this study is to see how the influence of the school environment and income of parents of class XI student learning outcomes in SMA N 5 South Solok .This type of research is a quantitative study . The study population was a class XI student of SMA Negeri 5 South Solok , amounting to 182 people , while a sample of as many as 125 people by using a sampling technique is by using Slovin formula . Shaped instrument used was a questionnaire .Data analysis techniques to test the research hypothesis is the t test and F test results showed the results of hypothesis testing that the school environment is a significant and positive impact on student learning outcomes . This can be proved by the results of research which states that indigo Sig of 0.000 < α = 0.05 , this means that the better the school environment will impact the higher the student learning outcomes , and vice versa if the school environment is bad or not good then the results student learning will also be low .As well as the parents income is significantly and positively impact on student learning outcomes . This can be proved by the results of research that states that the Sig of 0.000 < α = 0.05 , this means that the higher the income of the parents will impact the higher the student learning outcomes , and vice versa if low income parents the learning outcomes students will also be low . Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test has been carried out in this study were obtained Sig 0.000 < α = 0.05 . This suggests that the school environment and parents income significantly and positively impact on student learning outcomes . The better the school environment and parents income the higher the student learning outcomes .

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test 1 ) The effect of sanctions on tax compliance in paying property taxes , 2 ) Effect of administration on tax compliance in paying taxes on land and building 3 ) Effect of quality of service tax on tax compliance in paying taxes on land and buildings 4 ) the effect of sanctions , administration , quality of service on tax compliance in paying taxes earth and building .This type of research is causative . The population in this study are all taxpayers in the sub-district Rao regency Pasaman . This study uses a sampling technique is accidental sampling, by using the formula Slovin . The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help SPSS. The results showed that : 1 ) Sanctions significant positive effect on tax compliance with tcount > ttable ie 6.641 > 1.660 ( significance 0.000 < α 0.05 ) which means that β1 is accepted . 2 ) Administration of a significant positive effect on tax compliance with tcount > ttable ie 3.443 > 1.660 ( significance 0.003 < α 0.05 ) which means that β2 is accepted . 3 ) Quality of service tax a significant positive effect on tax compliance with tcount > ttable ie 4.872 > 1.660 ( significance 0.000 < α 0.05 ) which means β3 is accepted . 4 ) Sanctions , Administration , Quality Tax Services together have a significant effect on tax compliance . Suggestions in this study were : 1 ) To be able to increase the tax authority to enforce penalties or taxes to taxpayers who are less adherent . 2 ) In order to further improve the tax agency administrative section , so that the taxpayers get the ease of tax administration process . 3 ) In order for the tax authorities to further improve the quality of service that taxpayers feel more comfortable and more obedient in the process of tax payment .
