Abstract

Pengukuran paparan radiasi gelombang elektromagnetik dari BTS perlu dilakukan, untuk memberikan informasi seberapa aman radiasi tersebut bagi masyarakat khususnya warga di wilayah Tangerang Selatan yang berada di sekitar menara BTS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya radiasi elektromagnetik yang diterima pada radius 10m dari titik pusat yang dipancarkan oleh sebuah BTS dan kesesuaiannya dengan standar IEEE C95.1-2005. Pengukuran besarnya radiasi tersebut dilakukan setiap 10 derajat mengitari menara dengan pembacaan koordinat lokasi dan sudut pengukuran untuk menentukan besarnya tingkat radiasi yang ditimbulkan oleh BTS. Nilai tersebut kemudian dikonversikan dalam besaran Power Density yang terhitung, dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan batas ambang standar. Hasil pengukuran menyatakan bahwa radiasi masih berada dibawah nilai batas yang dipersyaratkan, dengan nilai terbesar sebesar -4.419dBm/m2 untuk posisi antena vertikal, sedangkan untuk posisi antena horizontal, sebesar -7.031 dBm/m2 pada frekuensi yang sama 947 MHz.

Abstract

Electrocardiograph endurance test system has two work processes like defibrillator. Charging process produces energy stored in capacitor (ES) and discharges process produce defibrillation energy. Defibrillation energy without connect to electrocardiograph (E2) at test system is influenced by the resistance values of inductor (RL). In previous research, test system only produces E2 = 19,83 joule, this is caused by the inductor used with value RL = 72 Ω. The purpose of this research is to select inductor resistance value to get good and efficient value E2. Range value RLused in test system was 1–10 Ω, based on standar International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60601-2-27 clause 201.8.5.5.2. Voltage measured in point 100 Ω every time interval (∆t) 0,02 ms obtained from multisim software simulation. The result of simulation indicated if peak voltage increased, then value RL was used approach zero. In other side, measured Voltage data was used as parameter to calculate total E2in every range of RLvalue, then result E2total was compared to ES value to get energy ratio value. Value RL= 1 Ω was the most efficient because has ratio energy value 98,45% with E2 = 393,80 joule, while energy ratio when RL= 10 Ω was not efficient because only had energy ratio value 89,58% with E2 = 358,33 joule.

Abstract

The amount of voltage that is used to run Electric Drive Train (Kereta Rel ListrikKRL) system simultaneously resulted on the electromagnetic fi eld radiation (EM). If the level of EM radiation exceeded the threshold of specifi ed standard, it will cause adverse effects to the environment. In this paper, measurements of EM radiation levels emitted by KRL (especially on Serpong-Tanah Abang) have been conducted. System and method of this measurement are based on the standard BS-EN 50121-2:2006. The results showed that the value of EM radiation levels generated by the KRL is below the threshold set by standard. The highest radiation levels occurred at frequency 936 MHz with fi eld strengths of 48.59 dB dB?V/m at horizontal antenna polarization.

Abstract

The analysis of determination of defi brillation energy effect on Electrocardiograph (ECG) according to IEC 60601-2-27: 2005 has been conducted in order to measure the energy reduction during defi brillation process on EKG. The result showed the energy differences before and after being connected to ECG was 4,408%.
