Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi pembelajaran interaktif berbentuk e-learning berbasis web yang valid dan praktis pada mata kuliah Taksonomi Invertebrata di Jurusan Biologi FMIPA UNP. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, digunakan model 4D, meliputi tahap define, design, develop dan disseminate, tetapi tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Tahap define terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, analisis mahasiswa, analisis tugas dan analisis konsep. Tahap design dilakukan perancangan strategi pembelajaran berbentuk e-learning berbasis web. Tahap develop dilakukan melalui uji validitas oleh 3 orang validator dan uji praktikalitas kepada 24 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Biologi FMIPA UNP. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui angket uji validitas dan uji praktikalitas strategi pembelajaran yang dihasilkan dan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat e-learning interaktif untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah Taksonomi Invertebrata. Hasil uji validitas yang dilakukan validator dalam aspek isi, motivasi dan tampilan, menunjukkan bahwa e-learning yang dihasilkan valid, dengan nilai validasi 3,62. Hasil uji praktikalitas pada mahasiswa, menyangkut aktivitas pembelajaran, kemudahan dan manfaat yang didapat menunjukkan strategi ini praktis dengan nilai praktikalitas 3,36. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-learning interaktif yang dihasilkan pada mata kuliah Taksonomi Invertebrata yang dikembangkan, valid dan praktis digunakan untuk perkuliahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perilaku petani kedelai, Untuk mengetahui tingkatbudidaya kedelai, dan untuk menganalisis hubungan perilaku petani dengan budidaya kedelai.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tebo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo. Metode penelitian dalampenelitian ini untuk mempelajari perilaku petani dan budidaya kedelai dilakukan dengan analisisdeskriptif melalui scoring persentase dan tabel kontingensi. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubunganantara perilaku petani dengan budidaya kedelai dilakukan analisis Chi Square dengan kontingen2x2. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa petani budidaya kedelai di Kecamatan Tebo Ilirmemiliki perilaku negatif baik itu dari pengetahuan petani, sikap petani maupun keterampilanpetani dalam budidaya kedelai dan budidaya kedelai di Kecamatan Tebo Ilir tergolong rendah daripenyiapan bahan tanam (benih), penyiapan lahan, penanaman, pemeliharaan dan hanya panen yangtergolong tinggi. Sedangkan hubungan perilaku petani dengan budidaya kedelai terdapat hubunganyang signifikan antara perilaku petani terhadap budidaya kedelai di Kecamatan Tebo Ilir.Kata Kunci : Perilaku Petani, Budidaya Kedelai

Abstract

ABSTRACTImages in learning biology is one medium that can explain abstract concepts into concrete in the material structure and function of plant tissue, and organ parts plant roots, stems, leaves, fruits and seeds. This was development research, which develop student worksheet based of image the structure and function of plant tissue  that develop by 4-D models that have been modified, comprising the steps of define, design and develop.  Worksheet produced very valid with a value of 90.8% validity LKS. LKS is also categorized the resulting practical, with a value of 85.30% practicalities of teachers and of students with practicalities value 92% categorized as very practical.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Worksheet students is learning materials that are commonly used in the learning process. On Plantae material, discussed various characteristics of plants and it required students  worksheet  based  on  the  image.  This  study  aims  to  determine  the  validity and practicality of students worksheet based on image that had been developed . This study used3 of 4-D developing model (define, design, develop). Results of this study indicated that students worksheet based on the image have validity value 94.25% (categories: very valid) and the teachers practicalities value is 97.80% (categories: very practical) as well as the students practicalities value is 93.6% (categories: very practical).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Interest and concern in the studying have a close relationship. Someone who is interested in a particular subject, usually tend to pay attention to these subjects. This research aimed to determine of relationship of interest and learning results  in the students of class VIII MTsN Tarung Padang Durian with total population 186 people. Sampling was used proportional random sampling, with a sample of 49 people. The instrument were used, a questionnaire to obtain the data of learning interest and a document learning results that obtained from teachers IPA. The data obtained were analyzed using product moment correlation of Pearson  . This study aims was to determine of a significant relationship between interest in learning  with learning result students  in class VIII MTsN Tarung Padang Durian. Results of this study show that : there is a significant positive relationship between interest in learning with learning results IPA- Biology eighth grade students MTsN.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to know the effect of applying active learning type learning start with a question (LSWQ). Kind of this research was experimental research. The design of the research was randomized control group only design with the population of the grade VII students of SMPN 1 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok that consisted of six classes. The technique of taking sample done with purposive sampling so it got the result VIIC  as experimental class and VIID as control class. The instrument used was post test with objective test form. The data analysis was done with ttest. Based on the test score of the learning result student biology got the mean score of experimental class (76,44), hinger than control class (68,99). From the data analysis  got ttest was (1,850) than ttable (1,680). Because ttest > ttable  so the hypotesis was accepted. It can be concluded that, active learning type learning start from question got significance students learning biology result at the grade VII student of SMPN 1 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposes of this research was to know the effect of completing concept map that followed by spotlight games on biological study achievement at class 2 of SMPN 2 Kecamatan Bayang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This research was an experimental research which is used randomize design. The population was all of the student’s at class VII of SMPN 2 Bayang which are registered for academic year in 2012/2013 at second semester. They are divided into 7 classes. The sample is gotten from randomize way. The sample was class VII6 as experimental class and VII5 as the control class. The data analysis is used the t-table at 0,05 as the passing grade. Based on the hypothesis testing, the value of t-calculation (4,68) was bigger than t-table (1,64). It’s mean that hypothesis is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that completing concept map that followed by spotlight games can increase student’s biology achievement at at class 2 of SMPN 2 Kecamatan Bayang in academic year 2012/2013.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAppropriate use of instructional materials in the learning process can improve the understanding, interest, and motivation of students to learn. Many things can teachers do to help students achieve better learning outcomes, one of them by developing teaching materials of interest. Handout that based image is one of the teaching materials to enable students to understand the biology material. This research aims is to produce valid Handout that based image on the material and practical human respiratory system for SMP. This research is a development by using the 4-D model of the development comprising the steps of define, design, develop and disseminate. Phase disseminate not done due to limited funds and time that the author had. The results of this development is to produce a handout with a picture-based criteria are very valid and very practical.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTeaching materials that are less attractive and it is not yet appropriate with the student’s need will disturb the teaching of biology. The purposes of this study was to produce a valid and practical handout, based on image with a concept map on the motion system in humans for junior high school student. The another purpose was to determine the feasibility stage of development of handout based on image with a concept map in accordance with the level of education curriculum unit. This research was the development research of procedural models comprising the steps of defines, designs, and develops. This studied conducted at SMPN 1 Kubung class VIII for second semester of academic years 2012/2013. The data was collected by questionnaire instrument. Analytical techniques used were qualitative and quantitative analysis for the feasibility study handout based on image with a concept map on human motion system.Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the media handout based on image with a map concept on material of human motion system for SMP had valid and practical criteria.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Education can’t be separated with studying because studying is mainly basic of education. Students’ learning results are shown from testing such as quizzes and examination. This research aimed to determine the correlation between students’ learning habit and students’ learning result in Biology lesson class VIII MTsN Durian Tarung Padang year 2012/2013. This was descriptive research. The result showed that tcount was 2.44 and ttable was 1.68. It meant to count > table. So, there was positive a significant correlation between students’ learning habit and students’ learning result in Biology lesson class VIII MTsN Durian Tarung Padang year 2012/2013. Therefore it can be concluded, the better learning habits can make the higher biological value of eighth grade students MTsN Tarung Padang Durian Academic Year 2012/2013.
