Abstract

ABSTRACT--A software for the cow shed security system has been made with Borland Delphi 7.0.This program can observe a cow shed security optimally.The cow shed security monitoring system is done byusing LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) censor. Borland Delphi 7.0 program will display the cow shed securitymonitoring result from a data which sent by a censor. Beside that, this software programming uses BorlandDelphi 7.0 which connecting to Microsoft Access 2007 as a data saving. From this software making which hasbeen done, we had the result that this system can monitoring the cow of shed by LDR (Light Dependent Resistor)censor. Testing result shows that if someone try to enter the cow shed area, automatically LDR (Light DependentResistor) censor will detects and showed software on PC or laptop. Beside that, we will hear the sound of alarmas early warning system.KeyWords: Cow shed, Borland Delphi7.0, database.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang layak digunakan, mudah dipelajari mahasiswa dan dapat dipakai untuk pembelajaran individual, mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model Borg & Gall yang dipadu dengan model Dick & Carey. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa uji ahli dan uji coba yang dilakukan kualifikasi sangat baik dengan melalui tahapan revisi produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan tanpa media interaktif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data dan disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif lebih tinggi dari yang dibelajarkan dengan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif. Kata Kunci: pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis komputer, menggambar teknik Abstract: This study aims to: produce a viable interactive learning media use, easy to learn students and can be used for individual learning, knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media were developed in English. This type of research is the development of research that uses models Borg & Gall combined with Dick & Carey model. Pengebangan results show that the expert test and qualification testing performed very well with through the stages of a product revision. The method used in the study was a quasi-experimental. Hypothesis testing results prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who learned with using the media of interactive not using learning with media of interactive. This is shown by the results of data processing and concluded that the results of the study group of students that learned by using interactive learning media is higher than that learned by not using learning media of interactive. Keywords: development of a computer -based interactive learning media , english

Abstract

Bakteri Vibrio harveyi merupakan salah satu agensia penyebab vibriosis yang dapat menyebabkan kematian pada udang, sehingga menimbulkan kerugian secara ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi perendaman ekstrak daun sirih (Piper betle) berbeda terhadap gejala klinis, kelulushidupan, histologi dan pertumbuhan udang Vaname (L. vannamei) yang diinfeksi V. harveyidan mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik dari perendaman ekstrak daun sirih (Piper betle).Udang uji yang digunakan berjumlah 120 ekor dengan ukuran ±7 cm. Penginfeksian V. harveyi sebanyak 0,1 mL dengan konsentrasi 106 CFU/ml pada bagian intramuskular.Pada penelitian ini digunakan konsentrasi ekstrak daun sirih dengan konsentrasi perlakuan 0 ppm, 500 ppm, 800 ppm dan 1100 ppm. Gejala klinis yang muncul adanya warna memerah pada bagian ekor dan telson serta seluruh tubuh, perubahan warna kehitaman pada hepatopankreas serta udang terlihat pasif.  Perendaman (dipping) dilakukan selama 10 menit. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perendaman ekstrak daun sirih memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kelulushidupan dan histopatologi hepatopankreas udang vaname akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan udang vaname. Hasil ini juga diperoleh bahwa penggunaan konsentrasi1100 ppmmerupakan konsentrasiekstrak daun sirih terbaik untuk mengobati udang vaname yang terinfeksi V. harveyi. Vibrio harveyi isone of vibriosis agents that couldmass mortality in farmed shrimp, therefore result in significant losses in shrimp farming. The purpose of this researchis to find out the effect of various immersion concentration of betel leaves extract (Piper betle) toward clinical symptoms, survival rate, histology and growth of vannamei (L. vannamei) thatinfectedby V. harveyi and to determine the best concentration of immersion betel leaves extract (Piper betle).Infection was carried out by intramuscular infection of 0,1 ml of 106 CFU/ml V. harveyi. When clinical sign was shown redness on the tail and telson up the whole body flushed, discoloration and shrimp hepatopancreas blackened shrimp ponds passive then soaked with betel extract for 10 minutesThe result of the betel leavesextract immersion that give a significant effect on survival and histopathological hepatopancreas vaname but, it did not significantly affect the growth of shrimp vannamei. The result of this research which are the using concentration 1100 ppm is the best concentration to treat infected white shrimp V. harveyi.

Abstract

Pati dan turunnya memiliki ruang lingkup pemanfaatan yang sangat luas dalam berbagai bidang, keterbatasan aplikasinya terutama akibat kekurangan sifat fisikokimianya. Ada sejumlah metode modifikasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghasilkan pati dengan karakteristik yang diinginkan, diantaranya modifikasi dengan hidrolisis asam dan esterifikasi. Pati Canna indica L dihidrolisis menggunakan asam klorida dan untuk penambahan gugus ester digunakan asam asetat. Kedua proses konversi mempengaruhi karakteristik pati dengan mengubah kelarutan, sifat alir, daya pengembangan, rasio amilosa dan kestabilan termal dengan nilai yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jus jambu biji merah per 100 gram memiliki komposisi yang terdiri dari vitamin C 228 mg, vitamin E 0,73 mg, folat 49 µg, zat besi 0,26 mg ; seng 0,23 mg dan likopen 5204 µg. Selain itu juga mengandung senyawa antioksidan seperti kuersetin, guajaverin, asam galat, leukosianidin dan asam elagat. Kandungan jus jambu biji merah berpotensi meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin manusia.  Vitamin C menambah keasaman sehingga membantu penyerapan zat besi dalam lambung dengan mereduksi ferri (Fe 3+) menjadi ferro (2+). Selain itu senyawa flavonoid merupakan antioksidan yang berperan dalam meningkatkan membran eritrosit menjadi tidak mudah lisis yang disebabkan oleh radikal bebas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimental dengan desain penelitian One Group Pre test Post Test Design dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Setiap responden diberikan perlakuan konsumsi jus jambu biji merah 100 % dengan volume 3 ml/ kgBB/hari selama 7 hari.  Pengukuran kadar hemoglobin dilakukan 2 kali yaitu sebelum mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji merah dan hari ke 8 konsumsi jus jambu biji merah. Rerata kadar hemoglobin sebelum mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji merah adalah 12,97 g/dl sedangkan rerata kadar hemoglobin setelah mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji merah adalah 14,20 g/dl. Data selanjutnya dianilisa dengan Paired T Test  dan menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan  kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah konsumsi jus jambu biji merah. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa konsumsi jus jambu merah memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin . Kata Kunci : Hemoglobin, Jambu biji merah, Eritrosit, Antioksidan, Vitamin C

Abstract

Abstract: The number of students who do not achieve the minimum standard score on the learning outcomes is an obstacle for the Economics teachers of XI class at SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. The student’s low achievement are influenced by several factors like the teaching styles and discipline by the teacher in intructional process. Teachers are required to choose attractive teaching style, high discipline attitude and have an enthusiasm to study in order to get a better learning achievement. The purpose of this study determine the effect of teachers teaching style and teachers disciplin in teaching on the student’s learning achievement with the subject of Economics students of XI class SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. This research used quantitative descriptive method and population research is all economic students of XI class wich consist of 41 students. Saturated sampling is conducted in the sampling technique wich all the members of the population are used the samples. Morever, questionnaires are used for data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS 16.0 version. The results of study indicate the teaching style and teachers discipline in teaching influenced the student learning achievement on the determination R2 of 64.6%. after this research, the teacher expected create a pleasing atmosphere in teaching learning process and improvement of discipline and enthusiasm in teaching as an support for the students success in learning.Keywords: Teacher teaching style, disciplin of teachers teaching, student learning achievement

Abstract

This study aims to describe the existing papaya processing in Nagari Batu Kalang and know the financial feasibility of papaya processing in Nagari Batu Kalang. This research was conducted due to Nagari Batu Kalang District Padang Sago Subdistrict Padang Pariaman Regency is one of the areas whose irrigation channel is severely damaged cause the impact of the earthquake of West Sumatera in 2009. The rice farmers in this area switched to cultivate papaya plants and there is a processing papaya into various products. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and financial feasibility analysis by calculating R / C Ratio and B / C Ratio. The results showed Nagari Batu Kalang has 3 types of papaya processing into an agroindustry which produces sauce, dodol, and stick snack. The processing of the three types of products are almost same, and from 3 types of papaya product, the most feasible financially to be developed is processed sauce papaya with R / C Ratio of 2.760 and B / C Ratio of 1.760. Because the value of R / C Ratio and B / C Ratio owned is greater than 1.

Abstract

Organizational culture is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because it causes the appearance of organizational citizenship behavior in the employee. Positive organizational culture cause the employees felt like to do more work than what was required in the job description. This research aims to figure out the organizational culture, citizenship behavior, and how much influence from organizational culture into citizenship behavior employees in PT X. The method research is using quantitative research method. The data analysis method was used that classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research of 120 respondents with the total population of 239 employees. Collecting data use questionnaire with the Likert scale and interview. The results showed the organization's culture is in the category both in terms of innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, results-orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Then the organizational citizenship behavior was used in this study is the dimension of organizational citizenship behavior of employees also are in good category seen from the behavior altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The conclusion from this research that there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 79.3%.
