Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the empirical evidence of the influence of factors that are the paying of agency, the number of potential consumer, volume of selling agency, sending time frequency, the number/ordering measurement, services which given by company, services which given by agency. Samples in this research are 19 selling agency of 19 selling agency in all of Indonesia areas. The examination of this research result in the founding that the gaining selling target of Rumput Patimah company is simultaneously influenced by some factors which already mentioned above.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to study the relationship between Banjarese culture, Islamic entrepreneurship and strategy, performance, and competitive advantage on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which produce gem and jewelry stones. The design of this research is mixed methods, where the primary approach is quantitative one and supported by qualitative approach to improve the study. Target population of this research is SME’s Gem and Jewelry Stone products in Martapura. Sample was taken during the quantitative phase using stratified random sampling. Meanwhile, the data were collected by distributing questionnaires which involving 112 respondents. Qualitative approach from Miles-Huberman Model was applied by involving 5 key informants. Whereas quantitative data were processed using structural equation modeling. The research findings show that Banjarese cultures have not yet significantly influenced to the both performance and competitive advantage of the SMEs. On the other hand, the Banjarese culture has improved the SEMs’ performance and competitive advantage through Islamic entrepreneurship and strategy. It means that the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship in business activities which have done by owner and manager in SME’s Gem and Jewelry Stone product can improve the performance and competitive advantage.Keywords: Banjarese culture, Islamic Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Performance, Competitive advantage, SME’s.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) as independent variable either simultaneously or individually to Turnover Intention (Y) as the dependent variable at Employee at PT. BPR Mitratama Arthabuana Kertak Hanyar. This was an explanatory research. Multiple linear regression statistical technique were used to analysze the effect Job Satisfaction variable (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) on Turnover Intention (Y). Furthermore, to test the level of significance, the F test and t test is with SPSS. The study concluded that two independent variables simultaneously, namely job satisfacation variables (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have significant relationship to Turnover Intention (Y) variable. Meanwhile, individually, Job Satisfaction variable (X1) have significant  negative relationship to Turnover Intention (Y), as well as the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) on a Turnover Intention (Y). Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menumbuh kembangkan perilaku berwirausaha yang hijau, yakni perilaku bisnis mandiri yang praktiknya memperhatikan keseimbangan antara aspek ekonomi, aspek keorganisasian, dan aspek masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan perbedaan persepsi dasar perilaku berwirausaha secara hijau antara mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi dan Manajemen yang mengambil Mata kuliah Kewirausahaan pada TA 2014/2015 untuk dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai Green Entrepreneurial Behavior (GEB). Dengan jenis data primer adalah data ordinal, maka pendekatan non-parametrik digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney untuk menguji perbedaan respon pada 2 kelompok sampel mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Kewirausahaan pada masa penelitian berlaku, yakni Semester Gasal TA 2014/2015 di Jurusan Manajemen dan Jurusan Akuntansi. Perbedaan perlakuan pada responden terletak pada materi perkuliahan bahwa tidak setiap kelompok sampel menerima materi yang mendasarkan pada materi dari Rumah Perubahan sebagai literatur dasar perkuliahan. Adapun asumsi terhadap literatur dasar adalah pada menyampaikan secara implisit mengenai green entrepreneurship yang membekali GEB mahasiswa. Adapun teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan terhadap dasar perilaku berwirausaha secara hijau antara mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi dan Manajemen yang mengambil Mata kuliah Kewirausahaan pada TA 2014/2015 untuk dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai Green Entrepreneurial Behavior.

Abstract

This study has the purpose to analyze the infl uence of leadership styles and motivation on employee performance that exists in PT Asuransi Astra Buana, especially on Two Wheelers and Health division. The result has shown that leadership style and motivation are a positive signifi cant effect the employee performance.  Leadership  style  is  the  most  infl uential  factor  on  employee performance than motivation, whereas the most dominant leadership style is transformational leadership style.Keywords: Leadership, motivation, performance, multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  effect  of  partial  and  simultaneous  organizational commitment  and  spirituality  in  the  workplace  on  employee  performance  in  Public Corporation BULOG Regional Division South Kalimantan in Banjarmasin City. The  research  method  uses  a  quantitative  approach  to  the  study  sample  size  of  34 employees  of  Public  Corporation  BULOG  Regional  Division  South  Kalimantan  in Banjarmasin  City  tested  using  multiple  regression  analysis  with  software  Statistics Programme for Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.0. The  study,  of  34  permanent  employees  who  work  in  Public  Corporation  BULOG Division  South  Kalimantan  Banjarmasin,  found  that  organizational  commitment  and significant  positive  effect  on  employee  performance.  The  findings  further,  that spirituality in the workplace positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously,  organizational  commitment  and  spirituality  in  the  workplace  positive and  significant  impact  on  employee  performance.  Based  on  the  results  of  this  study concluded  that organizational commitment and spirituality in  the  workplace  is able  to address  concerns  about  the  performance  of  employees  in  Public  Corporation  Bulog Regional Division South Kalimantan Banjarmasin. Implications of the study is expected to be a positive contribution to improving employee performance and the performance of  Public  Corporation  BULOG  Regional  Division  South  Kalimantan  in  Banjarmasin City and future research.  Keywords:  organizational  commitment,  spirituality  in  the  workplace,  employee               performance.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  know  and  analyze  the  simultaneous  and  partial  effect  of financial compensation and organizational commitment towards the employee’s performance in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin.This study was conducted to 126 employees of Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin. The employees were sampled by using probability random sampling amounted to 91 employees. This study used quantitative research method that was explanatory. This  study  used  with  the  object  site  126  employees  in  Poltekkes  Kemenkes Banjarmasin which were appointed by using probability random sampling from population. This studies using quantitative research methods that are explanatory research, by sampling of 91 employees. Data collection was conducted to the members  of  the  samples  by  using  questionnaires  as  research  instruments. The  collected  data  were,  then,  described  and  analyzed  using  Multiple  Liner Regression technique by using SPSS software ver.19.0The  result  of  this  study  concluded  that  the  financial  compensation  and organizational  commitment  variables,  simultaneously  and  partially,  effected significantly positive towards the employee’s performance in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin.  The  positive  relationships  from  this  research  show  that  the financial compensation and organization commitment can improve employee’s performance in Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin.Key words: Financial  compensation,  Organizational  Commitment  and  Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to identif and analyze the influence of Works Stress (X1) as independen  variable and  Job  satisfaction  (Z)  as  intervening  variable  either  employee performance  (Y)  as  the  dependent  variable  on  the  employee  off  PT  Panin  Bank Banjarmasin TBK.This was explanatory research with unit analysis of PT Panin Bank Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used in study was   stratified sampling with 102 employee. Measurement of variables is done by using likert scale technique with weight scale from 1 to 5. Path Analysis were used to analyze the effect of work stress among variables (X1) and Job Satisfaction (Z) on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, to test the level of significance with SPSS version 22 used. The    study    concluded    that    two independent variables simultaneously, namely work stress (X1) with job Satisfaction variables (Z) have significant relationship to employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, individually, job satisfaction variable (Z) has significant positive relationship on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an attitude that is essential for the medical personnel so that the quality of care for patients is always awake, and loyalty to the organization can be improved. This study aims to investigate the influence of demographic variables and job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in medical and paramedical personnel in RSIA Mother of Pearl, which was tested using multiple regression analysis.The results of the study at 43 medical personnel revealed that demographic variables partially positive and significant effect on OCB, whereas job satisfaction is partially positive and significant effect on OCB. Demographic variables and job  satisfaction  have  positive  and  significant  effect  on  OCB.  Based  on  these results, implications for the management of the hospital is that the demographics and job satisfaction should be considered in order to encourage OCB behaviors among medical and paramedical personnel, so that the satisfaction and comfort of the patient as well as the smooth operation of the hospital can be improved.Keywords : Demographic variables, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), medical and paramedical personnel, multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to fi nd out and analyze the infl uence among communication (X1), leadership (X2), and work motivation (X3) as indefendent variables either partially or simultaneously toward employee’s performance (Y) as dependent variable at Kantor Wilayah XII DJKN Banjarmasin.The method of this research used questionnaire with 32 employees of Kantor Wilayah  XII  DJKN  Banjarmasin  as  a  sample  and  it  has  been  selected  from population  as  45  emplyees.  The  variables  measurement  uses  Likert’s  Scale technique with weighting scale from 1 to 5. To fi nd out the correlation among variables X1 X2 X3 towards Y uses statistical technique of correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and to test the signifi cance rate uses F test and t test processed with SPSS Program.The  result  of  research  concludes  that  there  is  a  positive  signifi cant  infl uence from each indefendent variable’s toward the dependent variable. From the three indefendent  variables,  the  highest  percentage  (25.9%)  is  the  communication (X1)  as  compared  with  the  two  other  independent  variables.  And  there  is  a signifi cant  simultaneously  infl uence  from  the  three  independent  variables toward the variable of employee’s performance.Keyword :Communication, leadership, work motivation, performance.
