Abstract

This research entitled “Influence of Training Upon Productivity of Government Teachers in SMPN 15 Kota Jambi”. Objectives of this research are to know the training activity, and productivity of the teachers. Survei was used as method of this research. The data was collected by using questioner which given to every government teachers. For analizing data, verificative method was used to proof that training influence upon productivity of the teachers. Influence of training upon the teachers productivity were analized by means of simple  regression. The result of this research shows that according to the teachers training activity and productivity of the government teachers in SMPN 15 were good. Moreover, training have influence significantly upon the teacher productivity.Keywords : Training, productivity and teacher

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the factors that affect the Quality of Work Life at Port PT Indonesia II (persero), and this research is quantitative research is an investigation about the social issues based on testing a theory consists of a variable-variables, measured by numbers, and analyzed with the statistics procedures to determine whether predictive generalizations of these theories is correct. the data used in this research is qualitative data by spreading the questionnaire covered alternative answer had been provided to the respondent, hereinafter the qualitative data in the quantitative method using Likert Summated Rating with a given score. After the data is collected then analyzed using factor analysis. From all this research analysis to see that there are six variables that influence positively and significantly to Quality of Work Life and the rest have not been significant then it can be said that the influence factors towards the Quality of Work Life at Port PT Indonesia II (Persero)Keywords : Quality of Work Life

Abstract

Goals to be achieved from this research was to determine the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance, the effect of budgetary participation in improving managerial performance through organizational commitment, the effect of budgetary participation in improving managerial performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment influence on managerial performance, job satisfaction influences on managerial performance partially, as well as to determine the effect of budgetary participation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect managerial performance in PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia in Simultaneous .This method of the research using a survey method by distributing questionnaires, whereas analysis methods of data analysis using multiple regression and statistical approaches to test validity and reliability, the classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire in instrumental research via e-mail by taking samples in accordance with the provisions or criteria established by the researcher or purposive sampling technique.The results of testing the hypothesis of this study concluded that budgetary participation and organizational commitment as a variable intervening, budget participation and job satisfaction as a variable intervening, organizational commitment and job satisfaction is a significant positive effect on managerial performance at Manulife Financial. In Simultaneous, budget participation, organizational commitment and satisfaction ja ker positive and significant effect on managerial performance at Manulife Financial uji_ as evidenced by the significant value of F is 0.000 <0.05. Keywords:  Participation budget, organizational commitment,  job satisfaction and managerial performance
