Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate treasurer training program for Ministry of Financestaff in Pekanbaru Finance Education and Training Office based on 4 stages introduced byDonald Kirkpatrick and to know factors that affect the treasurer training program. This reasearchuses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data gathered from: primary data resources,by observe to the location of the training program and interview by key informan consist of thealumni of the treasurer training program, organizing committee, instructors, training evaluationstaff. Secondary data resources gathered from documents, such as Performance Report ofTreasurer Training and Performance Accountability Report of Government Institution of FinanceEducation and Training Office. The result of this research shows there is no standardizationrelated to this training so it is necessary to set the standardization of this training. Meanwhile thedeterminants factor of the success in training comes from input factor, process factor, outputfactor, and outcome factor. However, input factor is the most important thing and the mostdecisive in the training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigateand analyze the factors that affect the management of the market district in Lower RegencyKuantan Kuantan District Singingi. This research was conducted in the District of KuantanKuantan District Downstream Singingi. Where the population and the sample is Head, Departmentof Market, district officials, village and market traders. Data was collected through questionnairedissemination techniques, interviews and observations, once the data is collected and thenanalyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that the management fees thedistrict market in Kuantan District Downstream unfavorable conclusion. The dominant factoraffecting the management of the market district levies are men or human factors.

Abstract

Education and training program (training) is one of the activities concerning humanresources which is very important to face company challenges, now also in future time.Before we implement education and training programs, firstly we need to analyze what thecompany needs. Analysis and assessment of education and training program needs areconducted in order to diagnose existing problems as well as future challenges that areexpected to be addressed through training and development. Research was conducted at PTTelkom Tbk Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, andobservation. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study wefound that there were positive significant influence of education and training onperformance, positive significant influence of education and training program on jobsatisfaction, and positive significant influence of performance on job satisfaction.Keywords: Education and training program, performance, job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to look at howmuch influence on leadership training, leadership influence on job motivation, and then the influenceof training and motivation of the personnel working leadership apparatus in the Secretariat Bengkalis.In this study the authors take the population are employees who have a structural position amountedto 331 people. Sampling krejcie table then obtained a sample of 56 and the response back is 50people. Based on the survey results revealed that the R value of 0524 showed a positive linearrelationship between the Training and Work Motivation jointly influence the officials in the SecretariatLeadership Bengkalis of 0.40%. While the remaining 0.60% faktorlain influenced by factors that arenot addressed in this study. Calculation of regression testing diproleh known F value of 6.558 witha significant level of 0.000 with (รก) 5% and F worth 3.51. This shows the value of F count> F table(6.558> 2.50). Means collectively, training and motivation variables significantly influence theleadership apparatus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee recruitment and employee selection and its effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Employee recruitment as a variable (X1), employee selection as a variable (X2), and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is 87 employees conducted by simple random sampling and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the analysis use the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So that it can be concluded that employee recruitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru, employee selection has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru, and employee recruitment and employee selection have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The sample in this study was taken as many as 52 respondents and the technique used was census technique. The data in this study used the survey method through questionnaires filled out by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. And simultaneously compensation and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover intention

Abstract

The objectivesof this research include: knowing the implementation of the promotion in the Civil Service in Kamparregency, analyze the influence of seniority on promotion in the Civil Service in Kampar regency,analyzes the influence factors on the ability to communicate to the promotion of civil servants inKampar regency and analyze the influence of working experience in the promotion of civil servantsin Kampar regency. This type of research is to quantitative explanation survey research that aims tomake a systematic picture or painting. The research was conducted in Kampar regency, especially inthe Regional Secretariat. The population in this study was a civil servant who was promoted in 2012which amounted to 65 people and set the entire population sampled using census method. Theresult showed that the implementation of the promotion period relatively well in 2012. Influence ofseniority on promotion, that seniority factors significantly influence promotion. The higher theworking period, the smaller the chances Secretariat employees to be promoted. Factors influencethe ability to communicate to the promotion of civil servants, that the ability to communicatesignificant effect on promotion. Influence of working experience in the promotion, that work experiencesignificantly influence promotion.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untukmengetahui kontribusi dan tingkat efektivitas pajak parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah (PAD)oleh Dinas Pendapatan Kota Pekanbaru. Sehubungan dengan masalah tersebut, penelitian inidilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasilanalisa diperoleh kesimpulan kontribusi pajak parkir cukup memberikan kontribusi yang besarterhadap PAD. Kontribusi pajak parkir terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah untuk Tahun 2012 sebesar6,06%. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa Pendapatan Pajak Parkir cukup memberikan kontribusi yangbegitu berarti terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah, karena Pendapatan Asli Daerah masih didominasioleh lain-lain PAD yang sah.Kata Kunci: kontribusi, potensi pajak dan efektivitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis dan meneliti sejauh mana pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan insentif secara simultan danparsial terhadap kualitas pelayanan di ruang rawat inap kelas III RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan inferensial, pengumpulan data primermelalui kuesioner terhadap 51 orang, analisa didukung data primer dan sekunder melalui kuesioner,wawancara dan data instansi yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan,bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja dan insentif secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada perawat PNS dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (34,558 > 3,20)dengan sumbangan koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) 59,0% dengan sisa 41,0%, terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara kemampuan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Perawat PNS dengan t hitung >ttabel (5,882 > 2,00) dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara insentif terhadap kualitas pelayananpada Perawat PNS dengan t hitung >t tabel (2,327 > 2,00).Kata Kunci: kemampuan kerja, insentif, kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline employee performance level in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. Supervision as an independent variable (X1), The discipline as an intervening variable (X2), and the employee performance level as the dependent variable (Y). This study took of respondents as many as 70 people.The data obtained through questionnaires and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression analysis, testing instruments and testing hypotheses of regression coefficient by using SPSS version 17.The results showed that the influence of supervision and discipline of the performance level that is known to control t (1,639)<t table (1,996)and sig (1,106)>0,05. It means that the variable has no significant effect for the employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. Meanwhile, the discipline is known that t (5,735)>t table (1,996) and sig (0,000)<0,05. It means that the discipline variables significantly influence of employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru Company. The conclusion is that the discipline variable has a effect of employee performance in Putra Jaya Sentosa Pekanbaru company.Keyword : supervision, discipline, performance, influence.
