Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the financial feasibility of the Karisa Broiler Farm based on Net PresentValue (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The research was conducted on May to June2010 at Karisa Broiler Farm located in Simpang Baru, Tampan, Pekanbaru, Riau. The data consisted of primary data andsecondary data. The primary data consisted of the respondent identity, the general condition of broiler farm, the reveniew, theneed of employee, the sallary of employee, the structure of reveniew, the production factors, the fixed cost and the variablecost. The secondary data was the data from the village office and the sector office. The method was case study. The location ofstudy was choosed directly where the Karisa Broiler Farm was a potentially broiler farm in Pekanbaru. The data was collectedas indept interview using questioner. The respondents were the owner and the employee of Karisa. The data was analyzedusing quantitative descriptive analysis and then showed using financial analysis model throught out project analysisapproach. The result showed that if the Karisa farm use the own capital, where the interest rates was 6,25%, then the NPVwas Rp 274.192.038,8,- and the BCR was 1,12 and if the Karisa farm use the loan capital, where the interest rate was14,5%, then the NPV was Rp 100.583.235,4 and the BCR was 1,06. The IRR of Karisa farm was 22,25%. Based on theeligibility criteria, where the NPV was possitive, the BCR more than one, and the IRR higher than the prevailing interestrate, then the Karisa farm financially feasible to be runed and to be continued.

Abstract

Tarbiyah Syar’iyah is oriented education in accordance with the objective syar’i (maqasid syari’ah). Referring to the theory of maqashid syari’ah, the Islamic education should be oriented to: 1) The development of religion and religious sciences/religius (hifz al-din) and, 2) concept of humanitarian/humanis (hifz al-nafs), 3) rational and development of human intelligence (hifz al-‘aql), 4) maintenance of the interests of families, communities and national or social perpective (hifz al-nasl and hifz al-ummah), 5)insightful economic and welfare development (hifz al-mal), 6) insightful achievements in improving self-esteem people ( hifz al-‘aradh), 7) concept pragmatic (jalb al-mashalih), and 8) solutif-anticipatory (dar al-mafasid)

Abstract

Pesantren is an educational institution in Indonesia. His contribution is felt real to the people of Indonesia began from the beginning of growth until now in the birth of religious scholars or ulema. Actually, goals and curriculum of pesantren that ukhrowi oriented tend considered un-Islamic because it is not in accordance with the values and principles of Islam itself, and is currently rated as a weaknesses of the pesantren word, it will not be able to bring the Indonesian people to survive in the arena life among nations and an increasingly competitive world. Then the reorientation of the objectives and curriculum of pesantren is an inevitable necessity. Goals and curriculum of pesantren that only ukhrowi oriented must be replaced with the goals and curriculum of the integrated ukhrowi-dunyawiyah oriented. That is, goals and curriculum of pesantren should be able to touch all aspects of students as human beings, bot Ruhiyah, jasmaniyah, or aqliyah. Thus he will be able to actual his function as abdullah and khalifatullah well as well.

Abstract

Sekolah-Pesantren is an ideal educational institution for Indonesia that was carried into the new maintream Indonesian national education system. Integrating and choices of both institutions is done because it has a fundamental difference conflicting; sekolah has an advantage in the development of science and technology but failed in the moral and character development, while pesantren, on the contrary, is known to have experience and success in coaching morale and akhlak of the it’s student but not capable in developing science and technology. Praxis sekolahpesantren rests on the basic concept of human. The formulation of the vision, mission, and goals sekolah-pesantren is so likewise with the technique and metode used in the learning process, all remain within the framework of development and empowerment of students potentials as human beings. Thus, sekolah-pesantren are expected to become an ideal educational institution nondikotomik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of service quality, ticket price, and customer satisfaction to the customer loyalty. It is a quantitative research using the data analysis method of Path Analysis. The results indicate that both variables of Service Quality (X1) and Ticket Price (X2) have a significant direct influence to the variable of Customer Satisfaction (Y1), whereas the variable of customer satisfaction has a significant indirect influence to the variable of Customer Loyalty (Y2) [through intervening the variable of customer satisfaction]. It is found in a sequence that the variables most influential to the increase of Customer Loyalty are: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and the Ticket Price in the last rank. The results of path analysis indicate that service quality can directly influence the customer loyalty. It can be optimistically improved as maximal as possible through 5 factors having positive influences in enhancing customer loyalty. Meanwhile, Ticket Price still indirectly influences the customer loyalty and it can pesimistically still be enhanced through the policy on tariff and it is difficult to implement, only can be driven if the ticket price provided by the transport service provider is more competitive and more various as well as affordable for the consumer purchase power of that transport sevice. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan struktur serta keterkaitan antarunsur dalam Novel O karya Eka Kurniawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktural. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa teks yang berkaitan dengan unsur pembangun novel. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel O karya Eka Kurniawan. Gramedia Pustaka Utama, cetakan pertama pada tahun 2016 di kota Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pustaka. Teknik analisis data, yaitu membuat sinopsis, mendeskripsikan unsur-unsur struktur pembangun yang terdapat dalam novel O karya Eka Kurniawan, menganalisis keterkaitan antar unsur pembangun yang terdapat dalam novel O karya Eka Kurniawan, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa (1) Unsur-unsur struktur pembangun novel O karya Eka Kurniawan. Tema yang terdapat dalam novel ini adalah kehidupan seperti lingkaran. Alur yang digunakan dalam novel O adalah alur regresif. Tokoh utamanya adalah O, Entang Kosasih. Sobar, Joni Simbolon, Betalumur, Kirik, Toni Bagong, Dara. Latar tempat dalam novel O adalah Rawa Kalong, bangku, gang-gang kecil permukiman. Latar waktu dalam novel O adalah sore, pagi hari, subuh. Latar sosial dalam novel O adalah latar sosial kelas rendah. Sudut pandang yang digunakan dalam  novel O adalah sudut pandang diaan maha tahu. Amanat dalam novel O  adalah kehidupan yang terus berputar seperti lingkaran atau seperti huruf O. (2) Keterkaitan antar unsur yang terdapat dalam novel O berangkat dari tokoh O. Tokoh O mengaitkan semua unsur novel menjadi suatu makna yang utuh. Tokoh utama O adalah seekor monyet betina yang ingin menjadi manusia, namanya dijadikan judul novel dan dicantumkan dalam cover atau sampul novel.Kata kunci: Novel O, struktural

Abstract

This research aimed to know: (1) suitability  of plan of  learning was made by biology teacher with plan of  learning based of curicullum 2013; (2) suitability of the implementing of  biology learning based on scientific approach with the implementation plan of  learning; (3) implementing of learning experience of scientific approach in biology learning; (4) experience learning of scientific approach that is relatively difficult on the implementing of  scientific approach in biology learning; (5) Solution in solving obstacles of implementing learning experience of scientific approach in biology learning .Type of this research was  quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research was the biology teacher of class X and XI which amounted to 2 people and 111 students of class X and XI. Total sample were 2 teachers and 98 students. The research data was taken by observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation.The results showed that: (1) the suitability  of plan of  learning was made by biology teacher with plan of  learning of curicullum 2013 belonging to the category was good (87,63%); (2) the  suitability of the implementing of  biology learning biology learning based on scientific approach with the implementation plan of  learning belonging to the category was quite (74.51%); (3) the implementing of learning experience of scientific approach in biology learning by student overall  was less (48%) With the dominant learning experience was observed (81%) with forms of learning experience in the form of reading, listening, listening and seeing; (4) The learning experience of scientific approach not dominant was associate belonging to the category was less (7%); (5)  Solution to overcome obstacles are provides practice to students to solve problems and states the argument, use media in learning gives reward and provide the learning references to students; doing peer discussionsKeywords:  learning, learning experience, scientific approach.
