Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi vitamin terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji anggrek Dendrobium laxiflorum secara in vitro. Penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap 2 Faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah jenis vitamin yang terdiri dari thiamin, niasin dan piridoksin sedangkan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi vitamin yang digunakan adalah 0 ppm; 0,1 ppm; 0,3 ppm; 0,5 ppm. Pengamatan dilakukan setelah 3 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total persentase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji D. laxiflorum berkisar antara 2,48%-75,66%. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa jenis vitamin dan konsentrasi vitamin berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji D. laxiflorum (P≤0,05). Berdasarkan hasil uji ANOVA tidak ada interaksi antara jenis dan konsentrasi vitamin

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia make the level of competition becomes tight, especially in the automobile industry. The car manufacturers continue to push the product. It is evident from the diverse array of brands and types of cars in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions in the purchase of cars Honda HR-V in Semarang. The primary data used by giving questionnaires to consumers Honda HR-V with a total of 97 respondents are determined using a formula table Slovin. Respondents were taken by using purposive sampling method.The research findings indicate the factor analysis test, which qualifies Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) to be above 0.5, the Product Quality variable (0.693), Variable Brand Awarness (0.766), Variable Brand Image (0,687), and Variable Lifestyle (0.611). From the analysis that the four variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.The conclusion and recommendation of product quality, brand awareness, brand image and lifestyle significantly influence purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Suggested to the producers that assemble cars Honda can provide better products. It also might influence the purchase decisions of consumers.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to find out whether or not there was a significant improvement before and after the treatment on the eighth grade students’ reading comprehension scores of SMP Azzawiyah Tanjung Batu by using Character Map Strategy and to find out whether or not there is a significant difference on the eighth grade students who were taught by using Character Map Strategy and those who were not. In this study, the researcher used Quasi Experimental Design using pretest-posttest nonequivalent groups design. There were 72 students taken as sample. Each class consisted of 36 students from VIIIa as experimental group and class VIIIb as control group. In collecting the data, test was used. The test was given twice to both experimental and control groups, as a pretest and posttest. To verify the hypotheses, the data of pretest and posttest were analyzed by using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test on SPSS program. The findings showed that the p-output from paired sample t-test (Sig2-tailed) was 0.000 which was lower than 0.05 and t-value 11.931 was higher than t-table with df35= (2.0301). The result of p-output from independent sample t-test was 0.003 which was lower than 0.05 and the t-value 3.062 was higher than t-table with df=70 (1.9944). It means that teaching reading comprehension in narrative text by using Character Map Strategy had significant effect on the students’ reading comprehension scores.

Abstract

The large amount of competition in the business world today makes every company must have a specific strategy to deal with it. Companies must be able to survive and even continue to grow. One way is to maintain existing customers. Companies must be able to maintain customer loyalty. Trust in the brand is part of the consumer perception that the goods or services purchased or used can be relied upon and provide guarantees that they are not detrimental. The design of this study was designed in the form of field research, where the research data and information were obtained from research field activities. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of causality. The sampling technique uses the judgment sampling method, namely sampling with certain considerations. The sample of this study was 69 respondents. The data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression (t Test and F Test) with the help of SPSS for Windows 15.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that brand characteristics variables, company characteristics and consumer-brand characteristics have a significant influence on brand loyalty both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research discussed about children enthusiasm which aimed to describe children enthusiasm and to find out the levels of enthusiasm in storytelling that has the most frequent occurrence made by Children in Rumah Baca Harapan Bulukumba. This research applied Collin?s theory about his idea about the eight dimensions of enthusiasm awareness. This research was descriptive qualitative method. The research used observation sheet as the instrument in order to get valid data. the findings showed that the children expressed three levels of enthusiasm, there were: low, medium and high enthusiasm. The researcher concluded that the children have high enthusiasm toward storytelling activities in Rumah Baca Harapan Bulukumba.

Abstract

Tingkat produktivitas nasional suatu Negara menjadi faktor penting dalam kegiatan ekspor karet, hal itu dikarenakan jika suatu negara memiliki produktivitas yang baik maka membuktikan bahwa keadaan ekonomi Negara tersebut baik sehingga akan menguntungkan jika melakukan kegiatan ekspor. Dalam menentukan Negara yang paling efisien untuk dilakukan kegiatan ekspor kami menggunakan metode DEA dan BWM untuk mengambil keputusan. Metode ini merupakan metode yang paling sesuai karena dengan metode ini kita dapat menentukan kriteria penilaian sesuai dengan standar ekspor oleh pemerintah sehingga hasil yang diperoleh sangat nyata. Data yang digunakan yaitu volume ekspor karet selama tahun 2011-2015 dan GDP dari sepuluh Negara dari tahun yang sama, berdasarkan metode DEA dengan CCR dan BCC, dan berdasarkan BWM maka hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Negara E1 yang paling efisien untuk dilakukan kegiatan ekspor karet oleh pemerintah. Dan hal itu juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor kebutuhan dari Negara tersebut.
