Abstract

Learning media is one of the most factor in supporting succesfully in the learning process. This paper discuss about the development of learning media based interactive multimedia in Electromagnetic Fields course subject. This media is designed to assist students in learning independently using computer assistance. Development of media using the software development through the five stages. The first stage is need assesment, followed by making the design both hardware and software. The third step is the development of media and further testing is done against the media to be developed. The last step is implementation of the media is in the process of learning. Tests conducted with the media black box testing techniques and test feasibility intrumen be done through review of media experts and experts on learning products produced. The result from the validation of media by media and learning experts found that the overall results of this media have a very good rating with the average score of 3.74 with a maximum score of 4 on a likert scale. Student responses on the use of both learning media for this independent study with an average score of 3.24. This shows that the media is entering the category is very good and feasible to be implemented in the learning process.

Abstract

This paper seeks to examine some of the perceptions and attitudes developed by Muslims in relation to the social conflict of Maluku. This paper argues that there were no single views among Muslims with regard to the conflict. Some Muslim hard-liners in general have demonstrated hostile perceptions and confrontational attitudes toward their perceived enemy. They constructed the conflict as a “religious war,” and demanded that the Indonesian Council of Religious Scholars (MUI) issue a fatwa that would allow Muslims outside Maluku to fight against the enemy in Maluku. The Muslim moderates, on the other hand, tended to avoid religious vocabularies, while attempting to work out peaceful solutions. The semi-official MUI, Nahdlatul Ulama, and Muhammadiyyah perceived the conflict as not religiously driven; they viewed the conflict in a more sophisticated way. They saw no need to wage a religious war and no need to issue a fatwa for a national jihad.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information and clarity on improving speaking skills through the game of kotak raba and bisik berantai in children aged 5-6 years. Increased conversation skills in children, among others, can be seen from the childs ability to reveal the Indonesian vocabulary and the ability to convey a message. The method used is descriptive method. The shape of this research study is there a class action research. This study was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of three meetings with the State took place in TK Negeri Pembina Kapuas Hulu. Research subject is class B1, amounting 30 children and the average age of 5-6 years. Data collection techniques used are direct observation during the learning activities are being carried out. These results indicate that learning to improve speaking skills through the game of kotak raba and bisik berantai in children aged 5-6 years state trustees  class B1 TK Negeri Pembina Kapuas Hulu has been successful. It is proved that: 1) Learning Planning using the game of kotak raba and bisik berantai in accordance with the steps that have been determined to improve the ability of children reveal Indonesian vocabulary with category average value of 3.85% in the first cycle and second cycle with category average value of 4.94%; 2) The game of kotak raba and bisik berantai can improve the ability of children reveal Indonesian vocabulary in the first cycle 36.7%, while 76.7% in the second cycle;  3) The game of kotak raba and bisik berantai can improve the child grammar in conveying the message that consists of 4 to 5 with a right in the first cycle of 40%, while 76.7% in the second cycle.  Kata kunci : Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Keterampilan berbicara

Abstract

Peningkatan Keterampilan Gerak Manipulatif Melalui Permainan Bola Beranting Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan gerak manipulatif melalui permainan bola beranting pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa keterampilan gerak manipulatif anak mengalami peningkatan yang berarti, kemampuan dalam memantulkan bola ke lantai yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 85%, kemampuan melempar bola dengan tepat  yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 80% dan kemampuan menangkap bola dengan baik yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 85%. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran melalui permainan bola beranting memberikan pengaruh besar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak manipulatif anak terutama dalam kemampuan memantukan bola ke lantai, melempar bola dengan tepat dan menangkap bola dengan baik.   Kata Kunci: peningkatan, keterampilan gerak manipulatif, permainan bola    beranting   Abstract: Increased movement of manipulative skills through the game ball relay in children aged 5-6 years. This study aimed to describe the motion of manipultive skills enhancement through the game ball relay in children aged 5-6 years. Research method used is descriptive method to shape the action research. Based on research conducted manipulative movement skills that children experience significant improvement, the ability to bounce the ball to the floor that gets very good growing category by 85%,  the ability to throw the ball exactly the category is growing very well received by 80%, and the ability to catch the ball well the category is growing very well received by 85%. This means learning through play ball relay had a major impact in improving the motion movement of manipulative children, especially the ability of bouncing the ball on the floor, throw the ball to the right, and catch the ball well.   Key Word:  Increased , movement of manipulative skills, game ball relay

Abstract

Abstract: The title of the study is "Know Your Capacity Numbers Concepts Through Flash Card Numbers in Kkindergarten Idhata 1 Ketapang". This study aims to describe the concept of upgrading flash card numbers with numbers picture in children aged 5-6 years in Kindergarten Idhata 1 Ketapang. The research method used is descriptive Classroom Action Research. Subjects in this study amounted to 20 children. The results of the data analysis that: 1) Planning teaching and learning materials such as determining the set goals, develop and organize media materials (teaching aids), and other learning, scenario planning learning activities, classroom management plan, design procedures, types, and prepare assessment tools , document view lesson plans. 2) Step-by-step lessons include: do the learning, managing classroom interactions, demonstrating special skills in teaching a particular subject, execute processes and learning outcomes assessment, the general impression of the process and learning outcomes. 3) Increasing the ability to name a number of indicators 1-20 1-20 shows the number and sequence numbers 1-20 in the concept of number in children aged 5-6 years using a media card in Kindergarten Idhata 1 Ketapang among other child put the figure 1-20 by 80%, kids make up the numbers from the smallest to the 75%, children circle the number corresponding to the number of images by 70%. Keywords: Concept of Numbers, Numbers Flash Card Abstrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah “Peningkatan Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Melalui Kartu Angka Bergambar di TK Idhata 1 Ketapang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang peningkatan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan dengan media kartu angka bergambar pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Idhata 1 Ketapang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 anak. Hasil analisi data bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran seperti menentukan bahan pelajaran dan merumuskan tujuan, mengembangkan dan mengorganisasikan materi  media (alat bantu pembelajaran), dan sumber belajar, merencanakan skenario kegiatan pembelajaran, merencanakan pengelolaan kelas, merancang prosedur, jenis, dan menyiapkan alat penilaian, tampilan dokumen rencana pembelajaran. 2) Langkah-langkah pembelajaran antara lain: melakukan pembelajaran, mengelola interaksi kelas,  mendemonstrasikan kemampuan khusus dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran tertentu,  melaksanakan penilaian proses dan hasil belajar, kesan umum proses dan hasil pembelajaran. 3) Peningkatan kemampuan dengan indikator menyebutkan angka 1-20 menunjukkan angka 1-20 dan mengurutkan angka 1-20 dalam mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan media kartu di TK Idhata 1 Ketapang antara lain anak menyebutkan angka 1-20 sebesar 80%, anak menyusun angka dari yang terkecil ke besar sebesar 75%, anak melingkari angka sesuai dengan jumlah gambar sebesar 70%.

Abstract

The title of the study is "Analysis of the Implementation Method Read Enter Improve Reading Literacy Starters Children Age 5-6 Years". This study aims to analyze the application of methods to improve their reading enter to learn to read the beginning of children aged 5-6 years. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive, qualitative form. The subjects were teachers and children aged 5-6 years in Group B3 Preparation TK Sentra Islam Al-Kautsar Pontianak. From the research it can be concluded in general, that the application of the method has been applied to enter read well. One of them can be seen from the success rate when the teacher is 100% dipersentasikan children already know the alphabet, 73.3% of children are familiar with letters and symbols of the alphabet, and 26, 7% of children do not know the symbol alphabet. The constraints of the application of this method of reading enter, other educational media to support the implementation of this lack of adherence to standard materials play in the center, and there are still parents who force their children seem to be good at reading immediately. Thus recommended to teachers and schools should multiply again educative media and increasing cooperation with the parents to help the learning process. Abstrak : Judul penelitian ini adalah “Analisis Penerapan Metode Baca Enter dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis penerapan metode baca enter dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar membaca permulaan anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah deskriptif, berbentuk kualitatif. Subjek penelitian  ini adalah guru dan anak usia 5-6 tahun di Kelompok B3 Sentra Persiapan TK Islam Al-Kautsar Pontianak. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan secara umum, bahwa penerapan metode baca enter ini telah diterapkan dengan baik. Salah satunya dapat dilihat dari tingkat keberhasilan guru bila dipersentasikan adalah 100% anak sudah mengenal huruf abjad, 73,3% anak sudah mengenal huruf dan lambang huruf abjad, dan 26, 7% anak belum mengenal lambang huruf abjad. Adapun hambatan dari penerapan metode baca enter ini, media edukatif lain yang dapat menunjang penerapan ini dinilai belum memenuhi standar bahan main di sentra, serta masih ada orangtua yang terkesan memaksakan anaknya agar segera pandai membaca. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada guru dan sekolah hendaknya memperbanyak lagi media edukatif serta meningkatkan kerjasama dengan orangtua dalam membantu proses pembelajaran.   Kata Kunci : Metode Baca Enter,  Membaca Permulaan

Abstract

Kehidupan berkeluarga atau menempuh kehidupan dalam pernikahan harapan dan niat yang wajar serta sehat dari stiap anak manusia dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya Pernikahan dalam pandangan Islam adalah sesuatu yang luhur dan sakral, bermakna Ibadah kepada Allah SWT, mengikuti Sunnah Rasulullah dan dilaksanakan atas dasar keikhlasan, Tanggungjawab, dan mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan hukum yang harus diindahkan. Keluarga sejahtera (keluarga sakinah) merupakan dambaan stiap orang yang berumah tangga. Stiap saat upaya-upaya mewujudkan keluarga sskinah ini terus dilakukan, karena, keluarga sakinah tidak terbentuk dengan sendirinya, tetapi, haruslah diusahakan dan melalui proses yang panjang dengan waktu yang lama jangankan untuk pernikahan dengan waktu terbatas (mut’ah), keluarga yang dibangun atas akad yang tidak dibatasi dengan waktu (daim) pun sangat sulit mewujudkan keluarga sakinah.

Abstract

Globalization causes high mobility of human and livestock, hence increase the transmission of infectious diseases, including avian influenza, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and swine influenza. Therefore, prevention of those diseases is required. Vaccines are effective to prevent infectious diseases; however, their development takes a long time and they cannot provide immediate protection in pandemic cases. This paper describes several gene silencing technologies including antisense oligonucleotide (ASO), RNA interference (RNAi) and single strand-small interfering RNA (ss-siRNA) for controlling diseases. The primary mechanism of these technologies is inhibition of gene expression, typically by causing the destruction of specific RNA molecule of the pathogen. The use of gene silencing technologies is expected to give new alternative that is more effective in eradication of infectious diseases in animals before threaten human being. Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information and clarity regarding the use of audio-visual media to increase vocabulary acquisition Indonesian children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Earth II Pontianak. This research is a classroom action research conducted by 2 cycles in 2 meetings. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded as follows 1) lesson plan using audio-visual media in children aged 5-6 years in IPKG gained 2.87 1 cycle 1 and cycle 2 IPKG 2 3.1 is obtained. 2) The response shown by the children very well, with their interest in the pictures showing that the child is able to repeat / mention of the words on the average cartoon slide very well developed as many as 14 children or 66.7% of the 21 children while telling re-watched animated cartoon that as many as 13 children or 61.9% of the 21 children.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan kejelasan mengenai penggunaan media audio visual untuk meningkatkan perolehan kosakata bahasa Indonesia anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi II Pontianak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dalam 2 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan analisa data maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut 1) Rencana pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam IPKG 1 siklus 1 diperoleh 2,87 dan IPKG 2 Siklus 2 diperoleh 3,1. 2) Respon yang ditunjukkan oleh anak sangat baik, dengan ketertarikan mereka pada gambar yang ditayangkan sehingga anak mampu mengulang/menyebutkan kata-kata pada slide kartun rata-rata berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 14 orang anak atau 66,7 % dari 21 orang anak sedangkan menceritakan kembali film animasi kartun yang ditonton sebanyak  13 orang anak atau 61,9 % dari 21 orang anak   Kata kunci:Media audio visual, Perolehan kosakata, Bahasa Indonesia
