Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research is aimed at analyzing the difference of learning points by using the cooperative learning models between Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) types of the XI-grade students of IPS SMAN 11 Padang.            It is an experimental research. The population of this research is all XI-grade students of IPS SMAN 11 Padang, who were registered in the year 2013-2014. Two samples were selected by using the technique of Puposive Sampling method. The data of this research is primary data, and the data analyses are descriptive and inductive, conducted through t-test by first making tests of normality and homogeneity of both sample variants.            Based on the data analyses, it is obtained that the learning points for the experimental class 1 is 76.80 and the experimental class 2 is 65.64 on the average, meaning that Sig 0.018 is smaller than α = 0.05. From the hypothesis tests, tcalc.is 2.444 and ttable is 1.67, so that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is the difference between Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD).From the results of research it is hoped that this could provide a solution for the problem of lowering learning points especially in economics subject. Finally, for improving the learning points of economical students, it is suggested for teachers to consider the learning models from Think Pair Share (TPS) and Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Keywords: Think Pair Share (TPS), Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Economical Learning Points

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal the effect : students perceptions of teachers teaching styles on learning outcomes at the program Accounting Accounting skills class x students at SMK 1 Sawahlunto academic year 2012/2013 , the influence of students interest towards learning outcomes at the program Accounting Accounting skills in grade x SMK 1 Sawahlunto academic year 2012/2013 , the influence of students perceptions of teachers teaching styles and student interest in the learning outcomes of the program Accounting Accounting skills class x students at SMK 1 Sawahlunto academic year 2012/2013 .Type of research conducted in this research is descriptive quantitative approach Associative . The population is the total number of students in vocational classes x 1 Sawahlunto totaling 63 people . Sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling technique which totaled 39 people.Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested validity and reliability . The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis . To test the hypothesis used t test and f . Based on the results of t-test of hypothesis testing students perceptions of teachers teaching styles meaningful and positive impact on learning outcomes of Accounting , t test students interest in learning meaningful and positive impact on learning outcomes of Accounting . While the means test and a positive influence f between students perceptions of teachers teaching styles and student interest towards learning outcomes of Accounting . The amount of influence on students perceptions of teachers teaching styles and student interest in the learning outcomes of Accounting is 38.90 % and the remaining 61.10 % is influenced by other variables not included in the model in this study. Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this study is (1) Determine the influence of students perceptions about the variety of teaching styles to students learning motivation of economic subjects majoring in social studies class XI SMA 6 Sijunjung. (2) Determine the influence of instructional media on the students motivation of economic subjects majoring in social studies class XI SMA 6 Sijunjung. (3) Determine the influence of discipline on students motivation to learn social studies department of economic subjects in class XI SMA 6 Sijunjung.  (4) Determine the influence of students perceptions about the variety of teaching styles, instructional media and learn the discipline of the students motivation majoring in social studies class XI economics subjects SMAN 6 Sijunjung.This research is descriptive and associative, population in this study were all students majoring in social studies classes XI SMA 6 Sijunjung as many as 79 people. The samples are 66 people with the proportional random sampling method. Primary data and secondary data that has been collected is then statistically analyzed with descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0.Results of the analysis of data obtained that (4) There is a significant influence on students perceptions of variety of teaching styles, instructional media and learn discipline together on motivation to learn the sig of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05. (1) There is a significant influence on students perceptions of variety of teaching styles on motivation to learn with sig for 0.030 < 0.05 0.366 level influences. (2) There is no significant impact on students perceptions of instructional media on motivation to learn the sig of 0.406 > 0.05 with a 0.127 degree of influence. (3) there is a significant influence on motivation to learn the discipline of learning to sig 0.00 <0.05 with a 0.571 degree of influence.Based on the above results it can be concluded that a variety of teaching styles and learning discipline are two factors that can impact the motivation to learn . While learning media does not affect students motivation . It is thus suggested to students majoring in social studies class XI economics subjects SMA N 6 Sijunjung to increase again to learn discipline and to teachers in order to increase the variety of teaching styles to the learning process. Keywords : Variations in style of teaching , learning media , learning discipline        and motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze : 1 ) The effect of students learning attitudes towards learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang , 2 ) The influence of study habits on learning outcomes of students of Economics class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang , 3 ) Effect of attitudes and habits learning students learning outcomes in Economics class XI IPS high school I Adabiah. This research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach . The study population was all students in class XI IPS high school I Adabiah Padang , amounting to 184 people . Sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 65 people. Data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, multikoleniaritas, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence students learning attitudes towards learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang obtained by using the t test was 11.0338 with      (Sig= 0.000). 2) there is a significant and positive influence study habits of students on learning outcomes Economy class XI IPS in high school I Adabiah Padang obtained by using the t test was 7.369 with     (Sig = 0.000). 3) there is a significant and positive influence attitudes and study habits of students together to learn the results of IPS XI Economy class in high school I Adabiah Padang (Sig = 0.000) with a contribution rate of 71.80 %. Based on the research results, it is expected that teachers should be more attention to students in classroom management during lessons, so that when the teacher explains all students to listen and concentrate for students are also expected to be able to change the attitudes and study habits for learning success depends on how attitudes and one study habits

Abstract

 ABSTRAKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning behavior and emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of students majoring in accounting economics class XI Social SMAN 13 in Champaign This research is descriptive and associative . The study was conducted at SMAN 13 Padang as many as 77 students . The samples are 65 people with the accidental method samples . Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample or study respondents . Secondary  in the form of student learning outcomes on economic subjects accounting value of daily tests , mid- semester and student attendance are obtained by asking directly to the teacher who teaches Economics and Accounting in class XI as sample . The data collected were analyzed with descriptive and inductive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17 . The results of data analysis that ( 1 ) There is a significant influence on the learning behavior of economic accounting student learning outcomes obtained sig of 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05 and ( thitung6 , 003 > ttabel2 , 000 ) with a degree of influence 0569 . ( 2 ) There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on economic accounting student learning outcomes obtained sig of 0.043 which is smaller than α = 0.05 and ( thitung2 , 196 > ttabel2 , 000 ) to influence the level of 0.214 . ( 3 ) and There is a significant influence on learning behavior and emotional intelligence together have an influence on the economics of accounting student learning outcomes obtained sig of 0.024 which is smaller than α = 0.05 and ( Fhitung21 , 659 > Ftabel1 , 35 ) with the level of donations together X1 and X2 to Y 41.1% with the remaining 58.9 % were contributed by other variables not examined . Based on the above results concluded that the learning behavior , and emotional intelligence can influence the results of the economic study of accounting students majoring in social studies class XI in SMAN 13 Padang .Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa jurusan IPS kelas XI di SMAN 13 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 13 Padang sebanyak 77 orang siswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 orang dengan metode accidental samples. Data primer penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada sampel atau responden penelitian. Data skunder berupa hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi akuntansi pada nilai ulangan harian, mid semester dan kehadiran siswa yang didapatkan dengan cara meminta langsung kepada guru yang mengajar Ekonomi Akuntansi di kelas XI yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan induktif yang terdiri atas analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.Hasil dari analisis data diperoleh bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perilaku belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa diperoleh nilai sig sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α=0,05 dan (thitung6,003>ttabel2,000) dengan tingkat pengaruh 0569. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa diperoleh nilai sig sebesar 0,043 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α=0,05 dan (thitung2,196>ttabel2,000) dengan tingkat pengaruh 0,214.  (3) dan Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku belajar dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa diperoleh nilai sig sebesar 0,024 yang berarti lebih kecil dari α=0,05 dan (Fhitung21,659>Ftabel1,35) dengan tingkat sumbangan secara bersama-sama X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 41,1% dengan sisa 58,9% yang disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
