Abstract

The apple from Batu that be famous by apple batu is the special plantation from Batu City in Malang. Recently, the crop tend to decrease due to the increasing of land using movement to hausing business. The aim of the research were the to analyze the apple batu by competitive dan comparative advantages compared by import apple from overseas, to analyze the sensitivity of aplle batu caused by the changing of  the increasing of input price and decreasing of output price. Furthermore, the analyze method that used are competitive and comparative analyze that calculated by BSD, KBSD and PCR value.  The result shows that the apple batu has competitive and comparative advantages by BSD value less than the exchange rate and the KBSD and PCR value less than 1. Abstract

Food is an essential commodities and strategic. Rice is one commodity food that has an important role, both in terms of producers, consumers, government, the community and the environment in general. With increasing population, increasing levels of education and income per capita then the need for rice in particular food consumption also increased. The enthusiasm of the public to consume organic rice is also expected continues to increase along with the awareness of people to live healthy. Research in Consumer Behavior Analysis of Organic Rice in Jember conducted in order to determine: (1). Factors that influence the behavior of consumers in the purchase of organic rice in Jember, (2). Is there a relationship between level of education and income levels of consumers with consumer response to quality attributes of rice in the purchase of organic rice in Jember. This study was conducted in Jember with sampling and identification method in the field. The results showed: (1). the factors that influence consumer behaviour in purchasing organic rice in Jember is the quality factor (texture, grain, color, taste), promotion factor (friend information, leaflets, sellers, packaging), health factors (nutrition and nourishment), factor of safety of consuming (where to buy, certification, pesticide residues) and factor of prices (2). There is no real relationship between the levels of education of consumers with consumer response to quality attributes of rice in the purchase of organic rice in Jember (3). There is no real relationship between the levels of income the consumer response to the quality attributes of rice in the purchase of organic rice in Jember. Abstract

Poultry commodity has good market prospect because supported by the characteristics of poultry product that can be gotten by Indonesian that mostly moslem, the cost is cheap with easy access because it’s a public goods. The poultry industry faces various problems continually, they are; broiler price fluctuation, day old chick price fluctuation, the increase of weft price and Avian Influenza issue. Many constraints force breeder to be wise in taking decisions on broiler industry. One of them is decision of working system that will be held in order to maximalize breeder income. This research held in Gumukmas, Jember where broiler industry is done through two system they are partnership and non partnership system. This research held with sampling method and the results show non partnership system give more profit but give lower income contribution to family than partnership system. Abstract

Food is the principle commodity of human being which has played a part inimproving of human’s health directly so that they are capable to do their daily activitieswell. For that reasons, the hygiene of food is very important in order to prevent thehealth’s problems.Ironically, there is much food circulated in the society which is unsecured to beconsumed lately. Especially it is because of the metal contamination such as lead(Pb), mercury (Hg), arsenic (As) and cadmium (Cd). If those metals come into thehuman’s body through food which is consumed by human, it can make the nervesystem troubles, brain damage, paralysis, growth resistance, kidney damage, bonefragility and DNA damage or cancer.Keywords: contamination, metal, health impactMakanan adalah kebutuhan pokok manusia yang secara langsung berperanmeningkatkan kesehatan sehingga mampu melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari secarabaik. Untuk itulah keamanan makanan menjadi sangat penting agar tidakmenimbulkan gangguan kesehatan.Tetapi ironisnya, belakangan ini banyak makanan yang beredar di masyarakat tidakterjamin lagi keamanannya. Khususnya karena terkontaminasi logam-logam beratseperti timbel (Pb), merkuri Hg), arsen (As) dan kadmium (Cd). Padahal bila logamlogamtersebut masuk ke dalam tubuh lewat makanan, selain akan menganggusystem saraf, kerusakan otak, kelumpuhan, pertumbuhan terhambat, kerusakanginjal, kerapuhan tulang dan kerusakan DNA atau kanker.Kata Kunci: kontaminasi, logam berat, dampak kesehatan.

Abstract

Soybean is one of the important food commodity’s after rice which has a strategic position in the overall national food policy because its role is critical in Indonesia food menu resident. Needs of the community and soybean processing industry tend to increased from year to year has not been matched by theavailability of sufficient soy because soy production in the domestic remains low. The constraints of national soybean production increased many faces, one of which is the low productivity of soybean. The low productivity because most farmers do not use quality seed varieties and crop management techniques arestill not optimal. One of the main program the Ministry of Agriculture relating to technological innovation as an effort to increase production of food cropsincluding soybeans is PTT (Integrated Crop Management) approach and is done through SLPTT (Integrated Crop Management Field School). However, theimplementation is still faced many obstacles, mainly in terms of farming techniques that lead to the production and productivity of soybean at the farm level is relatively low so the income of farmers is also low. The objective of this study was to analyze how far the Integrated Crop Management Field School (SLPTT) Program can increase farmers income. The farmer population under study is divided into two, namely the participant farmers of SLPTT Program and farmers are not participants of SLPTT Program. By using the Unit Output Price Cobb-Douglas’s profit function obtained conclusion that SLPTT Program can increase farmers income. The factors that affect negatively and significantly to the income are the price of seed,the price of fertilizer, the prices of pesticides and the wage of labor, while the factor that affect positively and significantly to the income is land size. Soybean farm of SLPTT farmers are more efficient economically than non SLPTT soybean farmers.

Abstract

Di antara berbagai jenis makanan ringan, kerupuk merupakan makanan ringan yang sangat populer bagi segala lapisan masyarakat. Mengingat peluangbisnis kerupuki, munculah banyak pelaku usaha yang menekuninya. Dalam kegiatan ini dipilih mitra usaha kecil yang menghadapi permasalahan terkait aspek produksi, yaitu produk masih mengandung minyak goreng terlalu banyak karena belum ada proses penirisan minyak. Hal ini dapat berakibat daya tahan kerupuk kulit ikan menjadi berkurang karena menjadi mudah rusak/berbau tengik. Alamat mitra di Kelurahan Bulu Lor, Kecamatan Semarang Utara. Untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan, tim pelaksana kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen, teknisi, dan mahasiswa dengan bidang keahlian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lapangan. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan diterapkan beberapa metode yang saling mendukung, antara lain dengan ceramah/penyuluhan untuk materi yang bersifat teori dan motivasi, demonstrasi untuk menyampaikan materi praktik/keterampilan, praktik langsung oleh mitra dan pendampingan kegiatan. Dalam kegiatan ini dihasilkan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin peniris minyak goreng (spinner) yang mampumeningkatkan produktivitas usaha dan kualitas produk.

Abstract

This research aims to know the: income disparity between the palm sugar craftsmen using the sap-sharing system and sugar-sharing system, factors that affect the income of palm sugar craftsmen, and palm sugar craftsmen income contribution on family income. The location of the research is determined by purposive method in the Lojejer Village Wuluhan Subdistrict Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive method, comparative and analytical. Sampling method used is Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The Data used are the primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this study are:income analysis (π = TR – TC), multiple linear regression analysis (Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b5X5 + b6 D + e), and proportions analysis (p = Pw/Pd x 100%). The results of this research indicate: (1) there are differences in palm sugar craftsmen income using the sap-sharing and sugar-sharing system. (2) factors that significantly influence to the income of palm sugar craftsmen using the sharing system the Lojejer Village Wuluhan Subdistrict Jember Regency, are: fuel costs (Rp), additional material costs (Rp), the selling price (Rp), the amount of production (Kg), labor (Rp), and the sharing system being used, (3) palm sugar craftsmens income contributions on family income in the Lojejer Village Wuluhan Subdistrict Jember Regency is medium, with a value of contribution revenue 69,53%.   Keywords: palm sugar, craftsmens, sharing system, income

Abstract

Pengungkapan  laporan  keuangan  merupakan  hal  yang  penting  bagi  pengguna informasi.  Tujuan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  menganalisis  faktor –faktor fundamental  yang  mempengaruhi kelengkapan  pengungkapan  laporan  keuangan  pada perusahaan  manufaktur  yang  terdaftar  di  bursa  efek  indonesia  (BEI).  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun  2015.  Sampel  di  ambil  dengan  menggunakan  judgement  purposive sampling  dan  di  peroleh  143  perusahaan  selama  1 tahun.  Teknik  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linier  berganda.  Sehingga  mendapatkan  hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa laverage (DER),  likuiditas (CR),  profitabilitas (ROA),  Ukuran Perusahaan dan Saham Publik tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kelengkapan pengungkapan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui 1.) perbedaan kualitas inderawi stik bawang hasil eksperimen presentase 30%, 20%, 10% dan 0% ditinjau dari indikator warna, aroma, tekstur, rasa dan bentuk, 2.) hasil eksperimen stik bawang yang terbaik presentase 30%, 20%, 10% dan 0% ditinjau dari indikator warna, aroma, tekstur, rasa dan bentuk, 3.) tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap stik bawang hasil eksperimen presentase 30%, 20%, 10% dan 0% ditinjau dari indikator warna, aroma, tekstur, rasa dan bentuk 4.) kandungan zat gizi kalsium dan protein pada stik bawang hasil eksperimen. Jenis penelitian pre-experimental designs yaitu one-shot case study. Analisis datanya adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, anava, uji tukey. Objek penelitian stik bawang substitusi tepung tulang ikan bandeng dengan presentase yang berbeda yaitu 30%, 20%, 10% dan 0 %. variabel bebasnya adalah substitusi tepung tulang ikan bandeng dengan presentase yang berbeda 30%, 20%, 10%. variabel terikatnya adalah kualitas inderawi, tingkat kesukaan masyarakat, kandungan gizi kalsium, protein. Hasil penelitian menunjukan stik kontrol menunjukan kualitas yang paling baik mencakup semua indikator, sedangkan stik substitusi tepung tulang ikan bandeng presentase 10% menunjukan kualitas paling baik mencakup semua indikator. Hasil uji kesukaan yang paling disukai adalah stik kontrol dan presentase 10%.

Abstract

One of private plantation in Jember is PT. Kaliputih located in Ledokombo that founded since 1966. The Activity conducted by PT. Kaliputih cannot be separated by many problem faced, namely: the weather conditions and uncertain climate, the high fluctuation of the price of coffee, low crop production under normal potency, harvest and post-harvest processing which is less than the maximum. This study aimed (1) to determine the trend of coffee logs production from 2014 to 2024 at PT. Kaliputih Ledokombo Jember, (2) to determine the factors that affect the level of income of ose coffee at PT. Kaliputih Ledokombo Jember, (3) to determine the prospects of development of robusta coffee at PT. Kaliputih Ledokombo Jember. Method of determining the area of research is conducted on purpose (purposive method). The research method used is descriptive, analytic, and correlational. The data collection method in this study using interviews and literature. Data analysis of production trends, multiple linear regression, and SWOT. The results showed that (1) the trend in production period 2014-2024 increased by 5193.28 kg , (2) the factors that significantly affect the earnings of coffee ose at PT. Kaliputih is the amount of production and the selling price, (3) prospects for the development of robusta coffee at PT. Kaliputih is on the position prospective.
