Abstract

Loan words mean words from origin language that become part of another language and used like their own language. Novel 5 cm by Donny Dhirgantoro was used in this research. Reads novel well to know which words were loan words was the technique that used. Loan words were absorbed by three ways, such us loan words that doesnt need to change by EYD because the words was absorp in long time, loan words that havent absorp yet into Indonesian language so the words have to write based real language form, and loan words that phoneme and spells were based of EYD. Based on curiculum of 1994 and 2004, loan word were learned in indonesian language subject. Even on next curiculum it doesn’t there, but we can still write loan words well based the way of EYD.Unsur serapan adalah kata-kata dari bahasa asal yang menjadi bagian bahasa lain dan digunakan seperti bahasa sendiri. Novel 5 cm karya Donny Dhirgantoro dipakai penulis dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan adalah membaca novel dengan baik untuk mengetahui mana unsur serapan. Unsur serapan dalam novel diserap dengan kaidah EYD: unsur yang sudah lama terserap dalam bahasa Indonesia tidak perlu diubah ejaannya, unsur asing yang belum sepenuhnya terserap dalam bahasa Indonesia sehingga pengucapan dan ejaannya mengikuti cara asing, dan unsur yang pengucapan dan penulisannya disesuaikan dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kurikulum 1994 dan 2004, istilah serapan diajarkan dalam pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Meskipun pada kurikulum selanjutnya tidak diajarkan, namun kaidah penulisan unsur serapan masih dirasakan sampai sekarang.Kata kunci: implikasi, novel, unsur serapan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the structure of paragraph in students essay of class XI IPA1 at Senior High School 12 Bandarlampung in the year of 2012/2013. The method applied is descriptive qualitative method. The structure paragraph applied is the first structure paragraph which consists of  topic sentence and supporting details that consist its sentences. The second structure paragraph consists topic sentence, direct supporting details and indirect supporting details which consist of  39 sentences. The third structure paragraph consists  topic sentence, some direct supporting details, and one of supporting details has indirect supporting details which consists seven sentences. The fourth structure paragraph consists topic sentence, some direct supporting details and each of the supporting details has indirect supporting details which consist four sentences.Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan struktur paragraf pada karangan siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 12 Bandarlampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Struktur paragraf  yang digunakan, yaitu struktur paragraf  pertama yang terdiri atas kalimat topik dan kalimat pengembang langsung berjumlah 45 penggunaan. Pada struktur paragraf kedua yang terdiri atas kalimat topik, kalimat pengembang langsung, dan kalimat pengembang tidak langsung berjumlah 39 penggunaan. Struktur paragraf ketiga terdiri atas kalimat topik, beberapa kalimat pengembang langsung, dan salah satu kalimat pengembang langsung itu memiliki kalimat pengembang tidak langsung berjumlah 7 penggunaan. Struktur paragraf keempat terdiri atas kalimat topik, beberapa kalimat pengembang langsung, dan masing-masing kalimat pengembang langsung itu memiliki kalimat pengembang tidak langsung berjumlah 4 penggunaan.Kata kunci: karangan siswa, paragraf, struktur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the learning process in understanding short story text of students class VII SMPN 2 Bandarlampung academic year 2013/2014. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The result of the research showed that teacher had done three steps in learning, they were planning, implementing, and assessing. All the indicators in the learning plan had been completed by the teacher in lesson planning. Implementation of learning that included teacher and students activity consisted of pre-activity, main activity, and post activity had been done by the teacher. Learning activity was done by observing, asking, collecting information, associating, and communicating activities. The teacher assessed by using written test and practice test by giving a task to the students to present the conclusion from the content of short story text.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran memahami teks cerita pendek siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Bandarlampung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru sudah melakukan tiga tahap dalam pembelajaran, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Semua indikator dalam perencanaan pembelajaran telah dipenuhi guru dalam RPP. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi aktivitas guru dan siswa terdiri atas kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup telah dilaksanakan guru. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui kegiatan mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengomunikasikan. guru menilai dua aspek, yaitu sikap dan pengetahuan. Guru melakukan penilaian dengan tes tertulis dan tes unjuk kerja dengan menugasi siswa menyampaikan simpulan dari isi teks cerpen.Kata kunci: memahami, pembelajaran, teks cerita pendek.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the learning of writing short story at the first grade of SMP Negeri 1 Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat. The research used descriptive qualitative design. The result of the research showed that the teacher had done three steps in learning. They were: lesson planning, implementating, and assessing. In lesson planning, the teacher made the lesson plan without including the model of learning but other components had been included completely based on the lesson plan’s components in 2013 curriculum. In the implementation of learning, there were two activities: teacher’s activities and students’ activities. The activities that were done by teacher including three activities: pre activities, while activity and post activity. The assessment that was done by teacher including affective assessment through observation technique, cognitive assessment through oral and written test, and psychomotor assessment through practice test.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melakukan tiga tahapan dalam pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada perencanaan pembelajaran, guru membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) tanpa mencantumkan model pembelajaran sedangkan komponen yang lain sudah dicantumkan berdasarkan komponen-komponen RPP pada Kurikulum 2013. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdapat dua aktivitas, yaitu aktivitas guru dan siswa. Aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh guru meliputi tiga kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup. Penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru mencakup penilaian kompetensi sikap dengan teknik observasi, penilaian kompetensi pengetahuan dengan teknik tes tulis dan tes lisan, dan penilaian kompetensi keterampilan dengan teknik tes praktik.Kata kunci: cerita pendek, menulis, pembelajaran.

Abstract

This reseach was aimed at describing the learning process of poetry creative writing of seven grade student at SMP N 19 Bandarlampung in the year of 2012/2013. The method was used qualitative descriptive. Data collecting technique used observation, interview, and documentation study. The result of the reseach showed that the lesson plan by the teacher was formal lesson plan that consists of pre-activity, while activity, and post activity. Teaching-learning process of poetry creative writing in form of teachers activity and students activity in the class. In teaching-learning process, the teacher used explanatory method, task giving method, and recitation. Learning evaluation used by the teacher were process evaluation and task giving evaluation in from of project.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran menulis kreatif puisi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Bandarlampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa RPP yang dibuatguru merupakan RPP formal yang terdiri atas kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis kreatif puisi berupa aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa di dalam kelas. Pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru mengunakan metode ceramah, metode pemberian tugas, dan resitasi. Penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah menggunakan penilaian proses dan penilaian penugasan dalam bentuk projek.Kata kunci: menulis kreatif, proses pembelajaran, puisi.

Abstract

The question in this research is how conversational implicature happens in Indonesian language teaching and learning process in SMAN 9 Bandarlampung. This research aims to describe conversational implicature in Indonesia language teaching learning process and its implication on Indonesian Language learning of senior high school students. The research design which was used is qualitative descriptive and the researcher used conversation between teacher and students in the teaching and learning process as the source of data. The result shows that conversational implicature tends to occur in the core stage of learning. The verbal forms which were used in conversational implicature are not literal direct speech act, literal indirect speech act, and not literal indirect speech act using mode of stating the fact, asking, suggesting, threatening, greeting and complaining. Study of conversational implicature implicates to learning material in speaking skill aspect.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah implikatur percakapan dalam proses belajar-mengajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas X SMA N 9 Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implikatur percakapan dalam proses belajar-mengajar Bahasa Indonesia dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah percakapan antara guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implikatur percakapan lebih cenderung terjadi pada tahap inti pembelajaran. Bentuk verbal yang digunakan dalam berimplikatur ialah tindak tutur langsung tidak literal, tindak tutur tidak langsung literal, dan tindak tutur tidak langsung tidak literal dengan menggunakan modus menyatakan fakta, modus bertanya, modus menyarankan, modus ancaman, modus menyapa, dan modus menyatakan keluhan. Kajian implikatur percakapan berimplikasi terhadap materi pembelajaran dalam aspek keterampilan berbicara.Kata kunci: implikasi, implikatur, proses belajar-mengajar bahasa indonesia.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the ability to find the main idea of the paragraph at grade X SMA Negeri 2 Pringsewu academic years 2013/2014. This research aimed to describe the ability to find the main idea of the paragraph at grade X SMA Negeri 2 Pringsewu academic years 2013/2014. The method of this research used descriptive. The population consists of 287 students spread into 9 classes. The sample are 45 students. Data collected is done through objective tests. The results showed that the ability to find the main idea of the paragraph is in category enough, with an average score of 56,2. Weakness of the students in finding the main idea of the paragraph is on aspect of finding the main idea at the end of paragraph which is in poor category, with an average of 41,8, while the highest average score is on the ability to find the main idea in the beginning paragraph with an average score of 69,2 category as good.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Pringsewu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Pringsewu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini dengan jumlah 287 siswa yang tersebar dalam 9 kelas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui Tes Objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan menemukan ide pokok paragraf dalam kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 56.2. Kelemahan siswa dalam menemukan ide pokok paragraf terletak pada aspek menemukan ide pokok di akhir dan di akhir paragraf yang tergolong kurang dengan rata-rata 41,8, sedangkan skor rata-rata tertinggi terletak pada aspek kemampuan menemukan ide pokok di awal paragraf dengan rata-rata 69,2 tergolong baik.Kata kunci: ide pokok, kemampuan, menemukan.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the efectiveness of sentences in the trip report at the second grade students of MTs Hidayatul Muslihin Way Kanan on academic year 2011/2012. This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of sentences including integrity, alignment, explicity, and frugality in trip report of second grade students of MTs Hidayatul Muslihin Way Kanan on academic year 2011/2012.The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source for this research is trip report of second grade students of MTs Hidayatul Muslihin Way Kanan on academic year 2011/2012 which consist of 30. From the data source, it has been settled that there are 515 sentences. Based on the result analysis, it was known that effective sentences are 345 sentences with percentage 66,99 , meanwhile ineffective sentences are 170 sentences with percentage 33,01. Ineffective sentences itself consist of unfrugality, unintegrity, unalignment.Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah keefektifan kalimat dalam laporan perjalanan siswa kelas VIII MTs Hidayatul Muslihin Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan kalimat yang meliputi keutuhan, kesejajaran, ketegasan, dan kehematan dalam laporan perjalanan siswa kelas VIII MTs Hidayatul Muslihin Kabupaten Way Kanan tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah laporan perjalanan siswa kelas VIII MTs Hidayatul Muslihin kabupaten Way Kanan tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 berjumlah 30 laporan. Dari sumber data yang telah ditetapkan terdapat 515 kalimat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui keefektifan kalimat 345 kalimat dengan persentase 66,99, sedangkan ketidakefektifan kalimat 170 kalimat dengan persentase 33,01. Ketidakefektifan kalimat tersebut meliputi ketidakutuhan, ketidaksejajaran, ketidakhematan.Kata kunci: kalimat, keefektifan, laporan perjalanan.

Abstract

The problems in this research are the consideration of speech partner aspect of children’s speech berhavior in kindergarten Kartika II-27 Bandarlampung in school year 2012/2013 and its implications for learning Indonesian in kindergarten. The purpose of this research are to describe the consideration of speech partner aspects of children’s speech berhavior in kindergarten Kartika II-27 Bandarlampung in school year 2012/2013 and its implications for learning Indonesian in kindergarten. The research design was descriptive qualitative. The data of this research were students speech of class A in kindergarten Kartika II-27 Bandarlampung.The results of this study showed that the children’s speech behavior based on the consideration the aspects can be evaluated in terms of social distance and social status hearer. The child’s behavior based on social distance tells the hearer and the social status of the hearer consists told the hearer behavior very close to the high status, very close to equal status, very close to the low status, quite close to the high status, quite close to equal status, quite close to the low status, quite far to the high status, quite far to equal status, quite far to the low status, considerable far with high status, considerable far with equal status, considerable far with low status. The data was the speech of direct and indirect acts. Direct acts consist of data obtained on (1) speech acts in the target, and (2) direct speech acts arguing. Indirect acts of the data obtained consists of (1) indirect speech acts in question mode, (2) indirect speech acts mode of engagement with other people, (3) indirect speech is not the mode of stating the facts, (4) indirect speech acts to complain mode, (5) indirect speech acts with praise mode, (6) indirect speech acts with reigning mode.The results are expected to be an information that can be used as an alternative for the teachers to evaluate the students ability to communicate. When associated with kindergarten learning varied instructional strategies are used to full fill the indicator “Telling a simple event experience to the teachers and friends in the class” as defined in the syllabus. Key words : speech acts, partner aspect,  social distance, social status

Abstract

The problem which are discussed in the research is how the process of learning to write slogans and posters grade VIII junior high school 22 in Bandarlampung. This research aimed to describe the process of learning to write slogans and posters focused on the planning, implementation, and valuation. The methods use in this research descriptive qualitatif. The technique of collecting data is conducted by observing teachers activities, student activities, documentation, recording, video, and interview. The findings of this research are lesson plan which made by teacher, and students, as well as valuation of learning which do by teacher on the implementation of learning, teacher use lecture method, discussion, question and answer, and assigment. The valuation used in writing slogan and poster lesson in the assigment techniques in the from of project.Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimanakah proses pembelajaran menulis slogan dan poster siswa kelas VIII SMPN 22 Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran menulis slogan dan poster yang difokuskan pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dokumentasi, rekaman, video dan wawancara. Temuan-temuan dalam penelitian ini ialah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Pada pelakasanaan pembelajaran, guru menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan penugasan. Penilaian yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis slogan dan poster yakni teknik penugasan dalam bentuk projek.Kata kunci: instrumen, pembelajaran, poster, slogan.
