Abstract

Darmajaya Career and Training Center (DJCTC) is one of agencies that is under the auspices of Informatics & Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya which has a main duty  and function as training and education providing center for development of academic community (students) skills of IBI Darmajaya. In handling of managerial and operational activities, DJCTC is handled profesionally and independently as a sub-sistem which is supported by the experts who are experienced and competent in their fields. The managerial and operational activities means of registration process, scheduling, training process, scoring and monitoring. But in implementation of managerial and operational activities in the field are still found some technical problems which influence the administration activity performance, transaction and training data process. By this writing will be developed  or made a computerized administration service information system by using structured system analysis and design and using the tools of documet flowcart, context diagram, diagram flow data, data dictionary, normalization technique and flowcart. And using programming language of Macromedia Dreamweaver and php. The purpose will be achieved is providing software and data resources for the need of administration, transaction and training data process in order to reach the qualified information goal. Abstract

Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has the main task that covers the planning, procurement, management, maintenance and security infrastructure in the IBI Darmajaya. This bureau has been utilize the information technology, especially in the Logistics Section already has an application that is designed specifically to facilitate the work that is associated with procurement. It is not quite ideal, given the complexity of the existing work in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics. Integration and sharing of data between relevant section in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics can not be done well. The method in this study used 5 stages of ADM TOGAF in the process of planning the development of this information system. Based on the results of the implementation of the TOGAF ADM framework, information systems architecture consisting of 19 proposals generated application that will be used to support the work of the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics IBI Darmajaya. The results of this research is a blueprint for asset management information system and the integrated logistics so we expect that the resulting of information system to facilitate the implementation of existing business processes and meet the different needs in that area.Keywords: Asset Management , Integration , Data Sharing , TOGAF ADM

Abstract

 Crops or second crop after rice, usually planted by residents when the water is not sufficient to grow rice, in addition to requiring a long time rice requires a lot of water, while crops are not, crops can be grown only by water every day, or not at all depending on soil moisture itself. Dryland farmers in Lampung are always faced with crop failure due to land resources have not been exploited to the maximum such as climate, soil type, rainfall, humidity, and others.Suitability determination system of crop land is intended to facilitate the farmers to get information about the suitability of land crops. Method development in these applications using the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model which has several stages, namely, planning, analysis, design, implementation and sistem.Penelitian produces a detection system of crop land suitability for web-based so that farmers can get information anywhere and anytime effectively and efficiently. KEY WORDS: Land Suitability, Forward Chaining, Plant Crops

Abstract

CV. Aneka Mandiri Lestari constitutes resulting company earth. Current stock management processes that are running in the CV. Aneka Mandiri Lestari is still done in a simple to use computer tool. However, systems that use has not been specifically designed for the purposes. Some data related to the management of the stocks on CV. Aneka Mandiri Lestari still organised and recorded using book so difficult in the process serving and reporting information associated. Information systems Design of goods stock It is a system that can handle the problem of inventory items, including the recording of incoming goods, against goods that come out, the purchase of raw materials, goods that are in the warehouse, and also reporting. This information system architecture using the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique) method. Based on the results of the functional testing, obtained that 100% of the system is valid. While the results from testing the usability, for the ease of use factor of 65% and activities of the experiment system based on scenario 85.5% of respondents strongly agree to ease of use this system. So from the test results it can be concluded that by using this stock information system can make CV Aneka Mandiri Lestari in the running of its business processes and systems that have been built can be received by users. To assist in processing stock items and sales generated a new system design, i/o design, database design and systems built using Visual Basic.Net The results of the data processing system of the manufacture and distribution of stock this stuff makes it easy for employees to entry, fix (edit), erase (delete), and search (searching) data reception and spending on goods, so as to facilitate in reporting revenue and expenditure itemsKeywords: goods stock, FAST

Abstract

Dalam penyelenggaraan dan pelaksanaan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi, pemantauan terhadap keikutsertaan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan sangat perlu dilakukan.  Hal tersebut merupakan salah satuhal yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam menyerap materikuliah yang diberikan. Meskipun saat ini telah banyak teknologi yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk memper mudah pelaksanaan hal tersebut, namun implementasinya membutuhkan investasi yang cukup besar.  Oleh karena itu sampai saat ini masih banyak perguruan tinggi yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional (paper based) untuk merekam data kehadiran mahasiswa sebelum kemudian diolah lebih lanjut.  Agar data kehadiran mahasiswa yang masih paper based tersebut dapat diolah secara lebih mudah dan cepat, maka pada penelitian ini akan dipaparkan suatu desain aplikasi pengolahan citra menggunakan proses scanning berkas kemudian prosesnya dimodelkan dengan learning vector quantization (LVG).  Dengan demikian data dari dokumen manual dapat di-capture menjadi data elektronik yang dapat diolah lebih lanjut sesuai dengan kebutuhan pihak penyelenggara perguruan tinggi.  Selain dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat pekerjaan, desain aplikasi pengolahan citra ini  juga tidak membutuhkan investasi yang terlalu besar dalam pengaplikasiannya sehingga desain aplikasi ini sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan pada perguruan tinggi yang belum mampu beralih kesistem presensi mahasiswa yang menggunakan teknologi fingerprint, radio frequent identification (RFID), facial recoqnition system, presensi berbasis android atau teknologi canggih lainnya. Kata kunci: Pengolahan Citra, Data Kehadiran, Learning Vector Quantization.

Abstract

The financial services system is one that is important in the provision of education in college or also in school. Although education managers understanding and awareness of the importance of an IT-based financial services system is increasing, there are still many educational institutions that do not yet have the capability to develop and implement IT-based financial services systems due to limited resources and funds. The development of cloud computing-based systems is a new paradigm in the IT world in delivering IT services that enable schools to implement IT-based service systems without having to invest in too large IT equipment. This study discusses the design of system architecture and the development of prototype software supporting school financial services. Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab, salah satunya yaitumenyediakan kebutuhan data bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Data ini didapatkan dari sensus atau survey yang dilakukan sendiri dan juga dari departemen atau lembaga pemerintahan lainnya sebagai data sekunder, membantu kegiatan statistik di departemen, lembaga pemerintah atau institusi lainnya, dalam membangun sistem perstatistikan nasional, mengembangkan dan mempromosikan standar teknik dan metodologi statistik, Dalam memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawab tersebutsaat ini Pembuatan laporan hasil data survey dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel memiliki beberapa kendala, antara lain: Proses rekapitulasi data yang dilakukan dengan cara menggabungkan data dari file-file yang berbeda berdasarkan petugas memakan waktu yang lama, sering terjadinya kehilangan/kerusakan lembaran kertas yang bersumber dari petugas serta belum tersedianya database khusus yang mampu menyimpan data terpusat. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi smartphoneAndroid, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan Analisis DanPerancangan Prototipe Aplikasi Pelaporan Survey Harga Badan Statistik Lampung Pada Platform Android. Perancangan prototipe aplikasi ini menggunakan RUP (Rational Unified Process) antara lain use case diagram, class diagram, dan activity diagram untuk menggambarkan aplikasi yang akan dibuat. Aplikasi yang dibuat dirancang guna memudahkan pihak Badan Pusat Statistik dalam memberikan informasi terupdate dalam pelaporan hasil survey harga.Kata kunci: Statistik, Survey, RUP

Abstract

Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan salah satu kota yang memiliki banyak restoran lokal yang menjadi salah satu daya tarik bagi para wisatawan di luar kota bandar lampung maupun bagi masyarakat lampung sendiri. Restoran-restoran lokal dibandar lampung memiliki menu-menu andalan yang tidak kalah nikmat dari restoran-restoran luar lampung ataupun luar negeri maupun restoran pewaraba (franchise). Dalam perkembangan teknologi yang terus maju,diharapkan mampu membantu perusahaan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi pelanggannya. Salah satunya pelayanan bagi pelanggang. Saat ini beberapa rumah makan di bandar lampung masih menggunakan cara manual untuk pemesanan makanan dan minuman dimana pelayan menggunakan kertas dan pena/pensil sebagai media untuk mencatat dan memesan makanan dan minuman yang  dipesan pelanggan. Prosedur pemesanan nya adalah konsumen memesan dengan dating secara langsung maupun via telepon memesan meja makan atau menu yang tersedia lalu membayar di tempat. pengunjung yang ramai kurang terlayani dengan lambat menunggu pelayanan untuk memesan makanan.Pelayanan yang mengalami uncontrolled untuk mengatur jumlah pesanan yang banyak, pembayaran secara konversional juga mengatur stok makanan dan minuman yang ada pada menu rumah makan. Dalam perangan system informasi Berbasis Mobile Pada Restoran Lokal Di Bandar Lampung menggunakan bahasa pemograman php, html, Database MySQL.Metode sistem yang digunakan adalah Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSAD). Sistem informasi rumah makan telah dibuat sehingga proses pembokingan menjadi lebih mudah untuk mengakses segala bentuk informasi mengenai rumah makanmelalui mobile yang telah tersedia. Selain itu pengunjung lebih mudah melakukan pemesanan makanan dan minuman serta pengiriman menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat.

DESIGNING MOBILE-BASED DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING POLICE OFFICE LOCATIONS USING FORWARD CHAINING METHOD

Abstract

A number of people are recently increasing so that some places are needed to be built and used for them. One of the needed places is the police headquarter. The police headquarter is the social facility used to improve the security in the social life. The police headquarter is recently accessible so that the crime rates in the certain region are reduced. The other factors determining the feasibility of the locations to build the police headquarter are a number of people, a level of high vulnerability, a number of schools, the ethnic groups, the new regions, and the inter-provincial passing area. The problem statement of this research was that the police headquarter locations were not well-distributed. To solve this problem, the mobile-based decision support system was built by using the forward chaining method for determining the police headquarter location. This system consisted of 16 criteria that helped provide feasibility to establish the police headquarter. The criteria were safe and rarely-conflict, highly potential for conflicts, highly public order insecurity, highly public order security, inter-provincial passing area, non-interprovincial passing area, recent established regions, non-recent established regions, the number of people around 3000, the number of people under 3000, the number of schools over 10 schools, the number of schools under 10 schools, the number of social community over 50 people, the rarely number of social organizations, the number of ethnic groups reaching 20-40, and the number of ethnic groups under 20-40. The result of this research showed that this system was able to facilitate the police to determine the police headquarter locations using the rule so that the decision was created whether the police headquarter was able to be established in certain districts and beneficial for the people.Keywords: Decision Support System, Forward Chaining, Mobile

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and now, the greater the effort to increase the renewal of learning media in the use of results to support the learning process. Educators are required to be able to use media that can help the teaching and learning process. One of the uses of technology in developing learning media is the use of virtual laboratories. Virtual Laboratories are laboratories in the form of interactive multimedia-based software, which are computer-operated and can be used in laboratories. This Virtual Laboratory can be used in the course of Financial Application Software, Marketing Application Software and HR Application Software. By utilizing learning media using virtual laboratories can improve effective learning skills, can improve the reach of the teaching and learning process. There is no time and space. By utilizing this virtual laboratory, it can also eliminate obstacles in the learning process in the classroom. The system development methodology in this study is Prototyping-Based Methodology.
