Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang,dalam mata pelajaranIPS Terpadu (Ekonomi). Hal ini terlihat dari rendahnya nilai rata-rata ujian mid semester genapsiswa kelas VII yaitu56.47. Rendahnya hasil belajar ekonomi disebabkan oleh siswa kurang aktif dan kurang berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa kurang berani bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan guru. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi adalah dengan menerapkanmodel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teasm-Assisted Individualization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team-Assisted Individualizationdengan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa MTsN Model Padang, dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi yang diajarkan dengan model kooperatif tipe team-assisted individualization dengan model konvensional.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa/i kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang, yang berjumlah 427 orang, dari 12 kelas yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purpoosive sampling, dan terpilihkelas VIII4  sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII11  sebagai kelas kontrol.Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji kesamaan dua rata-rata  dua arah  melalui uji-t. Uji t dilakukan karena data terdistribusi normal dan kelompok data mempunyai varians yang homogen.Rata- rata hasil belajar aspek kognitif pada kelas eksperimen adalah 86.33 dan pada kelas kontrol adalah 71.71. Hasil analisis data melalui uji t diperoleh, thitung = 5,103 dan ttabel = 1,67. Nilai  thitung >ttabel, yaitu 5,103>1,67 dengan  = 0.05. Keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeteam-assisted individualization dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomidi kelas VIII MTsN Model Padang pada taraf kepercayaan 95 %. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team-assisted individualization dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the low results obtained studying accounting class XI IPS SMAN 9 Padang school year 2012/2013 . This study aims to look at differences in student learning outcomes using learning model Student Teams Achievement  Division  (  STAD  )  with  conventional  learning  in  class  XI  IPS SMAN 9 Padang .This type of research is experimental research . The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 9 Padang listed in the school year2012/2013  which  consists  of  4  classes  .  Sampling  was  done  by  purposive sampling technique and was chosen as the experimental class is class XI IPS 1 and IPS 2 control class XI .Instrument used is the final test form a valid objective and reliabelnya =0.80 at 95 % confidence interval . Instrument used in this study is the achievement test . Form of test used is an objective form . Data analysis techniques used with the help of software SPSS version 16.0 .Based on the analysis of the data found that the two classes are normally distributed and homogeneous samples . Results of experimental class learning with an average of 82.7 is higher than the control class average of 73 . While the results obtained from testing the hypothesis sig ( 000 ) < of alpha ( 0:05 ) . Because the sig < of alpha then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . Abstract

Abstrak : RAHMI YATI (10090276), Pengaruh Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja dan Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri Terhadap Kompetensi  Kerja Peserta Didik Kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah I Padang Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, STKIP–PGRI Sumatera Barat, Padang,  2013.             Pokok persoalan yang diteliti pada skripsi ini adalah apakah motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman praktek kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa SMK Muhammadiyah I Padang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji signifikan menggunakan uji t dan uji F sedangkan uji asumsiklasik menggunakan uji Normalitas, uji Heterokedastisitas dan uji Multikolonieritas.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama: Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 0,325. Berarti setiap kenaikan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa sebesar 1 satuan maka kompetensi kerja akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,325 satuan. Kedua: Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien pengalaman praktik kerja industri sebesar 0,435. Berarti setiap kenaikan pengalaman praktik kerja industri sebesar 1 satuan maka kompetensi kerja akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,435 satuan. Ketiga: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi kerja siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 109,3 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai f tabel sebesar 5,24 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dorongan dari pihak sekolah dan orang tua memotivasi siswa perlu lebih ditingkatkan agar  motivasi  siswa memasuki dunia usaha lebih tinggi. Pihak sekolah agar mengoptimalkan pengelolaan waktu dan biaya praktik kerja industri siswa supaya tercapainya salah satu tujuan dari praktik kerja industri adalh efisiensi proses pendidikan .

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research was conducted at the Padang 1-5 Kartika High School Study Habits Influence And Attention Parents Against Student Results X Class Economy In high school Kartika 1-5 Padang . The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the Influence of Study Habits And Attention Parents Against Student Results X Class Economy In high school Kartika 1-5 Padang . The method used in this research is descriptive and associative . This research is a symptom , events and to determine the relationship between two variables or more , where the population sampled were used as much as 174 students out of a population of 308 students . Data habit learning ( X1 ) and parental concern ( X2 ) is obtained from the results of the questionnaire or questionnaires while economics student learning outcomes data ( Y ) is obtained from the documentation of the value of mid semester. Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of a normality test, multikolinielitas , heterosidasitas test , autocorrelation test , multiple regression analysis , determination ( R2 ) and test the hypothesis . The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Habit learning positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes economy class X SMA kartika 1-5 field , 2 . Attention parents and significant positive effect on learning outcomes of students high school economics class X kartika 1-5 padang , 3 . habit learning and parental concern and a significant positive effect jointly to the results of the economic study of high school students kartika 1-5 padang . Based on these results , it is suggested that students , parents , teachers and school authorities to pay more attention to another study habits and attention of parents in the learning process in an effort to further optimize student learning outcomes economy class X SMA kartika 1-5 padang.

Abstract

                                                                    ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study is an analysis of the effect of employment opportunities, region expenditure and investment on the economic growth of West Sumatra between 2000 and 2011. Methodology used in this study is the method of OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The data used are time series data in the form data annual employment opportunities, region expenditure and investment of West Sumatra. Collected through the documentation on the relevant agencies. The results showed that, first : Employment Opportunities positive and significant impact on economic growth indicated by the coefficient value of 1,047 to 3,484 tcount > ttable of 1.860 and a probability of 0.008 < α = 0.05 level. Second : region expenditure is positive and significant impact on economic growth is indicated by a coefficient of 0.050 with 2.107 tcount > ttable probability of 1.860 and 0.068. Third : Investment positive and significant impact on economic growth indicated by a coefficient of 0.266 with a value of 4,175 tcount > ttable at 1.860 and probability of 0.0031. Fourth : Employment Opportunities, Region Expenditure and Investment jointly positive and significant impact on economic growth indicated by the value of F at 328.6095 while the Ftable at level α = 5% error obtained is 3.84 with a value of R-square of 0.9930, which means at 99.30% economic growth is influenced by variables employment opportunities, and investment region expenditure while the rest clarified by other variables. From this research, the variables that most influence the economic growth of West Sumatra is a job opportunity with a coefficient value of 1,047 and 3,484 tcount > ttable of 1.860 and a probability of 0.008 < α = 0.05 level. So for further research is recommended to include other variables that affect economic growth in West Sumatra.

Abstract

                                                                     ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the distribution of household income Kenagarian rubber farmers in the River District of Tiumang Langkok Dharmasraya . The method used in this research is descriptive method . The study population was all farm households in the river kenegarian langkok tiumang Dharmasraya districts totaling 548 households. The sampling technique mengguanakan purposive sampling technique . Data were collected through a questionnaire which has been valid and reliable test . The analysis technique used is deskriktif , Correlation Coefficient , and the Gini ratio . Correlation coefficient to see there is a relationship between the land revenue , with revenue production , pengethuan with income , and capital with the relationship . Testing done with SPSS version 16.0 . Gini ratio to look high and low income individuals and functional disrtibusi in villages Langkok River districts Tiumang Dharmasraya district .The results of this study indicate that : 1 . Existence of a weak relationship between the area of Land with income . 2 . Existence of a strong relationship between the production of income . 3 . Meanwhile, knowledge and capital to have only a very weak relationship to income . 4 . Results of this study show the condition of the household income distribution of rubber farmers with the results of Gini ratio of 0.3902 or 0.39 , which means the distribution of personal income in the category of rubber farmers inequality being . The author suggested to the national and local governments are expected to organize well in providing credit counseling and assistance in the maintenance and purchase of seeds and tools that can help increase the production of rubber so that the right target and to the people who really need .

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze : 1 ) the influence of student interest on learning outcomes of students in class XI in the subjects of Economics in SMAN 15 Padang, 2 ) students perceptions about classroom management by teachers on student learning outcomes in class XI in the subjects of Economics in SMA 15 Padang 3 ) the influence of student interest and student perceptions of classroom management by the teacher to the student learning outcomes in class XI in the subjects of Economics at SMA Negeri 15 Padang.When the study was conducted in January 2014. Research used in this study is a descriptive study associative. The study population was all students of class X SMA Negeri 15 Padang numbered 142 people. Sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 104 people. Data analysis techniques : descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, heteroscedasticit, multikoleniaritas test, autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that : there is a significant and positive influence students interest on learning outcomes of students in class XI in the subjects of Economics (sig = 0.000) with the degree of influence (0.170), there is a significant and positive impact on students perceptions of classroom management by the teacher to class XI student learning outcomes in the subjects of Economics (sig = 0.001) with the degree of influence (0.068), which means that there are significant and positive influence student interest and students perceptions about classroom management by teachers together on learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS in the subjects of Economics in SMAN 15 Champaign school year 2013/2014 (sig = 0.000) with a contribution rate of 60.8%.Based on the research results, it is expected that students and teachers can interact in a balanced way so as not to stiff and tense during the learning process is expected to take place as well as teachers can manage the class well and always pay attention to the teacher, keep the attitude at the time of the learning process takes place so as to create the circumstances conducive to the learning process can proceed smoothly and peacefully, and students are expected to not give up and do not easily get bored to learn the teachers economy.
