Abstract

Ising model or the Spin Glass is a model used to solve the magnetic properties of materials and the occurrence of phase transitions from paramagnetic to ferromagnetic properties. Magnetization of the material comes from the vortex that has two kinds of electron spin, ie {-1 / 2, +1 / 2}. Both spin gives the direction of magnetization (North-South) that opposite. Two-dimensional Ising model (2D), often called a Markov Random Field (MRF). This model is a stochastic model that can represent the image texture. Result binary image generation MRF much affected by changes in temperature, the spin direction will be random if the environment inside a high enough temperature, ie above the critical tempertaur (or Currie temperature) Tc, at this kedaan paramagnetic material. Conversely, if the environmental temperature below Tc, then the material would be ferromagnetic. As for binary image restoration MRF is affected by noise levels and the number of iterations, the best results the image restoration process at the level of noise from 0 to 0.5.   Keywords:  image restoration, markov random field, stochastic

Abstract

From research result used filterbank gabor algorithms, can give 96 (24 x 4) featurres from 24 sector with 4 filter. Gabor filter use 23 x 23 with orientation change 00, 450, 900, dan 1350. Each orientation angle change will be rotation gabor filter on to its. Make feature vector or FingerCode with Avarage Absolute Deviation (AAD) are average value from difference pixels number for each sector and centre value on sector. Error system on disjoint between FAR dan FRR with value 3,6% and threshold value 39. Then slope from GAR graphic value 400, this is proving that this system is running a good, cause slope recommendation value 450.

Abstract

Abstract DRLSE (Distance Regularized Level Set Evolution) Segmentation has been tested in this research under salt & pepper noise, gaussian and speckle influence. DRLSE uses curve fluctuations to carried segmentation. First process, image was be activated by using each noise (gaussian, speckle, and salt & pepper). Afterwards, it was be carried to segmentation under DRLSE. Image activating by distinct noise will shows us DRLSE performances under noise influences. The result show us maximal variants value of following noise as follow: in the image gourd is salt & pepper 0.002, gaussian 0.002 and speckle 0.007. image dua objek is salt & pepper 0.004, gaussian 0.0001 and speckle 0.008. Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In this research, Ziehl-Neelsen sputum image is used to identify TB bacteria. Image segmentation process is done by using Otsu auto-thresholding to split object from its background in the ZN-stain sputum sample image. Morphology operation is done toward the splitting result to obtain the value of compactness, metric, and eccentricity of each object in the image which later will be used as input for the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to be classified. Result of the research show that segmentation using Otsu method is capable to properly split the object expected as bacteria from its background. The network testing show that ANFIS architecture with gbellmf as membership function type will work properly if it has 2 MFs on each input with epoch of 40. Abstract

Malaria disease still a public health issue in Indonesia. The incidence of malaria in Indonesia is increasing every year. The cause of malaria is a parasite of the genus plasmodium that infected red blood cells through the bite of Anopheles mosquitoes. One of plasmodium type that often the cause of malaria in Indonesia is the plasmodium falciparum. This type of plasmodium causes malignant tertian malaria which threatening for the sufferer’s life. This study’s function is to design a program that capable automatically to calculate the total number of red blood cells, the number of parasites, and identified the plasmodium falciparum phase. The image processing of red blood cells in digital using morphological operations. The results of the testing program has been designed showed the correlation coefficient for counting the total number of red blood cells is 0.997, the validation value for parasit counting is 87.5%, and validation value for phase identification of plasmodium falciparum is 87.5%. Abstract

The development of security systems led to the development of face recognition system using image processing techniques.Research was conducted to identify a face image automatically with theeigenface method. The method used is a normalization, eigenface, neural network training and testing.Eigenface is used to reduce the dimension vector face becomes much simpler (eigen vector). Eigen vectorsobtained are used by back propagation neural network training process and recognition. Then do thetesting process using the image of a face that has not been used in the training process.The results showed the use of neural networks and eigenface to face recognition can give a goodaccuracy. The system is able to produce an acuracy of 84.6% with a FAR (False Acceptance Rate) =16.2%, FRR (False Rejection Rate) = 20% and EER (Equal Error Rate) = 0.3.Keywords : face recognition, eigenface, eigen vector, neural network

Abstract

Impacts of climate change marked by the increasing emissions of CO2 in the air and increased precipitation make various parties began to feel the need to measure the gas content on a regular basis.These gases gradually accumulating in Earth´s atmospheric layers. However, the desire was constrainedby a number of issues which then affect the accuracy of the continuous mapping circulating gas in theatmosphere. Researchers speculate that the amount of CO2 and other gases is growing each day due tothe many additional human-produced carbon emissions from burning fossil fuels. The results obtained bythe pattern of variability in Semarang rising CO2 and rising precipitation trends show an indication ofclimate change has occurred. Abstract

Program of contour  Reconstruction of 3D imaging at organ has been done. To determine the tumor volume by creating a 3D contour Planning Target Volume (PTV) and organs at risk in head for each image slice. Determination of 3D PTV contour begins with contouring, featuring contour, contour editing and showing PTV and organs at risk in 3D. So that a more accurate determination of radiotherapy dose and the organ at risk dose does not exceed a given tolerance. 3D contour reconstruction algorithm can be displayed on each slice so organ at risk boundary and Planning Target Volume (PTV) that used to radiotherapy treatment can be seen.Keywords: radiotherapy, treatment planning system (TPS), Planning Target Volume (PTV).

Abstract

Primary colour detection system made by using colour censor for aquisition and controlled by microcontroller AVR ATMega16 to grouping into various colour. This system consists of hardware likely IC ISD 2590, LCD M1632, Mini microphone, Mini speaker, and Microcontroler AVR ATMega16. Softwere in microcontroler use language C with softwere C Avr and detection result display displayeds in lcd M1632.Primary colour detection system uses colour censor TCS3200 the tension product result linear and calibrated with ingredient colour frequency. primary colour detection system uses colour censor TCS3200 the tension product result linear and calibrated with ingredient colour frequency. Abstract

Research has been done utilizing the infrared data communication, as data retrieval by officers PLN kwh meter, kwh meter analog works by utilizing a rotating magnetic field aluminum plate, the rotation speed is influenced by the size of the electric current, the data set will be taken manually every month by officers PLN. Analog kwh meters of electricity in this regard has been modified into a digital Kwh meter, with infrared transmitter facility as a data transmission media. In this research will be limited only in the manufacture of data communications equipment, utilizing the media wave infrared wireless transmission of data with a certain distance.            This Equipment will have an LCD and several buttons to facilitate the operation. Data  of  Kwh meter saved in the Equipment can be viewed again on the LCD. With the assistance of proper software, data can further be processed into a computer using comport feature on the Equipment.
