Abstract

AbstractThe use of learning models in classroom civic education becomes substantive. Improving student learning outcomes and motivation in the classroom is the main goal of the project citizen model. The learning steps in this model invite students to be active, think critically, be able to work together, be creative, and get an effective learning experience. The control class and the experimental class are subject to quasi experiment. The results show that there is a significant increase in students' intellectual and participatory skills in students who use project citizen models. The creativity and ability of the teacher to use the learning model project citizen has implications for student motivation and open classroom climate. The implication of this research is that building a democratic society requires education so that its citizens can criticize and understand existing problems. Thus the civic education will produce a democratic education by giving birth to a smart, open, independent and democratic future generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of learners perceptions about the importance of character education with the motivation to learn civics education in high schools 10 Bandar Lampung. This study uses descriptive method with a sample of 88 respondents consisting of students from class X, XI IPA, IPS XI, XII Science, and XII IPS totaling 26 classes. By using a questionnaire, and analysis techniques in this study using a percentage formula. Based on the results of the study indicate that a significant relationship between the importance of character education with the motivation to learn civics education students in SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung in the Academic Year 2012/2013. This means that the better the education, the more positive character also motivate learners to learn the lessons of citizenship education.Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi peserta didik tentang urgensi pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 88 orang responden  peserta didik terdiri dari kelas X, XI IPA, XI IPS, XII IPA,  dan XII IPS yang berjumlah 26 kelas. Dengan menggunakan angket, dan teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus persentase.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang  signifikan antara urgensi pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Ini berarti semakin baik  pendidikan karakter maka semakin positif pula peserta didik memotivasi belajar dalam pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan.Kata kunci : urgensi pendidikan karakter, motivasi belajar,pendidikan kewarganegaraan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of democracy on cultural understanding of self-controlin. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational. Sample was 47 persons. Data collection techniques test, questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis using Chi Quadrate. The results showed that: (1) understanding the culture of democracy (X) dominant quite understand the category (2) control of the student (Y) the dominant good enough category (3) the results of the study showed a significant difference, and category tinngi closeness between the influence understanding the culture of democracy.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemahaman budaya demokrasi terhadap pengendalian diri siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik tes, angket, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pemahaman budaya demokrasi  (X) dominan pada kategori cukup paham (2) pengendalian diri siswa (Y) dominan pada kategori cukup baik (3) hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, dan kategori keeratan tinngi antara pengaruh  pemahaman budaya demokrasi.Kata kunci : budaya demokrasi, pemahaman, pengendalian diri

Abstract

Research is intended to explain the influence of intercultural communication with the attitudes of social solidarity students in state senior high school 1 punduh pedada pesawaran. Methods used in this research is a method of descriptive correlational. Population in this research is a senior high school student 1 punduh pedada pesawaran academic year 2012 / 2013 with a sample of 49 of respondents. Data in this research are collected through poll, and engineering data analysis using formulas correlation product moment. The result showed that there are the influence of intercultural communication with the attitudes of social solidarity students in state senior high school 1 punduh pedada pesawaran academic year 2012 / 2013. The influence of intercultural communication with the attitudes of social solidarity of students in the school is located in the prologue and strong. This would mean more effective intercultural communication attitudes social solidarity will produce students who high. On the contrary, less and less effective intercultural communication happens to be produce an attitudes of social solidarity students who low.Keywords: Intercultural Communication, attitude, social solidarity

Abstract

The goals of this research tell about the influences of extracurricular intence activity Youth Red Cross toward the social attitude to students in SMA Negeri 1 Kotaagung Tanggamus regency academic years 2012/2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this research is the students that have been joining in extracurricular Youth Red Cross at the grades X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Kotaagung academic years 2012/2013 with 35 despondences. The data in this research collected from questionnaire and documentation. Moreover, the technique data analysis using coefficient contingence formula or Chi quadrates. The results of this research shown that: the influences of extracuricular intence activity Youth Red Cross the dominant of good enough category with percentage 48,6% and the influences of extracuricular intence activity youth red cross toward the changing of social attitude to students dominant of high category with percentage 60%. And then known that there are significance influences of extracuricular intence activity youth red cross toward the changing of social attitude to students.Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh intensitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler palang merah remaja (PMR) terhadap perubahan sikap sosial siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang berjumlah 35 orang responden. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi, adapun teknik analisa data menggunakan rumus koefisien Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pengaruh intensitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler palang merah remaja (PMR) dominan pada kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 48,6%, dan pengaruh intensitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler palang merah remaja (PMR) terhadap perubahan sikap sosial siswa dominan pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 60%. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan pada intensitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler palang merah remaja (PMR) terhadap perubahan sikap sosial siswa.Kata kunci : intensitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, palang merah remaja, sikap sosial siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study to explain attitude of multicultural society through catchword on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika was arranged in Srikaya Sukadana Tengah village Lampung Timur in year 2013. This study uses a single variable descriptive method, the subject under study is Sukadana communities in rural hamlets Srikaya Sukadana Tengah Lampung Timur. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentage formula. The results showed that, attitude of multicultural society through catchword on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika was arranged in Srikaya Sukadana Tengah village Lampung Timur is positive, in the sense that all aspects of the attitude indicator includes cognitive, affective and konasi of a multicultural society through catchword on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika has a strong tendency. Catchword on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika treated as a statement acknowledging the reality of Indonesias diverse, but always aspire to the realization of unity.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sikap masyarakat multikultur terhadap semboyan bhinneka tunggal ika di dusun Srikaya Desa Sukadana Tengah Lampung Barat tahun 2013. Penelitian satu variable ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, subjek yang diteliti adalah masyarakat Sukadana di desa Sukadana Tengah dusun Srikaya Lampung Timur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. data dianalisis menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sikap masyarakat multikultur terhadap semboyan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika di dusun Srikaya desa Sukadana Tengah Lampung Timur adalah positif, dalam artian semua aspek yang menjadi indikator sikap meliputi kognisi, afeksi dan konasi dari masyarakat multikultur terhadap semboyan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika memiliki kecenderungan yang kuat.Semboyan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika disikapi sebagai pernyataan yang mengakui realitas bangsa Indonesia yang majemuk, namun selalu mencita-citakan terwujudnya kesatuan. Kata kunci: bhinneka tunggal ika, multikultur, sikap

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of legal compliance level against orderly traffic of student. Formulation of problem of this research is how the influence of legal compliance level against orderly traffic of student. This research population are 142 students and the sample are 36 students with a percentage of 25%. Based on research that has been done, it can be seen that there is a degree of closeness, the contingency coefficient C = 0.97, Cmaks = 0,81 obtained a value of 0,84. It means there is very strong influence of legal compliance level against orderly traffic of student. It can be concluded that if student have a good legal compliance would have an impact with orderly traffic behavior.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tingkat kepatuhan hukum terhadap tertib berlalu lintas siswa. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh tingkat kepatuhan hukum terhadap tertib berlalu lintas siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang akan diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 142 siswa, sehingga sampel yang diambil sebanyak 25% yaitu sebanyak 36 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat derajat keeratan, yaitu dengan koefisien kontingensi C = 0,97 dan koefisien kontingensi maksimum Cmaks = 0,816 sehingga diperoleh nilai 0,84. Artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat pada tingkat kepatuhan hukum terhadap tertib berlalu lintas siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila siswa memiliki tingkat kepatuhan yang tinggi maka akan berdampak besar pada prilaku tertib berlalu lintas.Kata kunci: siswa, tertib berlalu lintas, tingkat kepatuhan hukum.

Abstract

This research used descriptive qualitative method with 21 respondents. It used questionnaire as the main technique and the documentation and interwiew as supporting techniques. The result of the research of the society’s perception about the economic aspect in the Orde Baru authority is in positive category (57.14%), the economic aspect in the Reformasi authority is in moderate category (61.90%), defense and security aspect in Orde Baru authority is in positive category (71.43%), and security aspect in Reformasi authority is in moderate category (52.38%). Based on the result of the research, the patriarches in Dusun IV Tias Bangun Pubian subdistrict Central Lampung in year 2013 have positive perception towards the economic and defense and security happened in Orde Baru authority.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel 21 responden. Dan menggunakan teknik pokok angket dan teknik penunjang dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian bahwa persepsi masyarakat tentang aspek ekonomi pada pemerintahan Orde Baru berada pada kategori positif (57,14%), aspek ekonomi pada pemerintahan Reformasi berada pada kategori sedang (61,90%), aspek hankam pada pemerintahan Orde Baru berada pada kategori positif (71,43%), dan aspek hankam pada pemerintahan Reformasi berada pada kategori sedang (52,38%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepala keluarga di Dusun IV Desa Tias Bangun Kecamatan Pubian Lampung Tengah tahun 2013, kesimpulannya memiliki pandangan positif terhadap kehidupan dibidang ekonomi dan hankam yang terjadi pada masa pemerintahan Orde Baru.Kata kunci: aspek ekonomi, hankam, orde baru, reformasi

Abstract

The implementation of this research was meant to explain the influence of self control and family environment against moral degradation at the age of schools in MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Kaliawi Tanjungkarang Pusat Bandar Lampung academic years 2012-2013. Methods used in this research is a method of descriptive correlational. Population in this research is students mts nahdlatul ulama tanjungkarang lampung academic year 2012 / 2013 with the number of 66 people of respondents as sample of the population with the number of 30 people. Data in this research are collected through questionnaire, and documentation. the engineering data analysis using formulas a coefficient contingency or chi quadrat. The result showed that: (1) there are the influence of self-control against moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Tanjungkarang academic year 2012-2013. The influence of self-control against moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII was in the category of strong. (2) there are environmental influences families to moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Tanjungkarang academic year 2012-2013. Environmental influences families to moral degradation at the age of school in the class VIII was in the category of strong.Keywords: self-control, family environment, moral degradation
