Abstract

This paper represents the GSA that can be used to determine the optimal location and rating of FACTS devices. They are devices used to regulate and improve the power flow in the power system. The method used in this study was GSA. FACTS types used were TCSC implemented on 500kV Java-Bali Power System. Load flow results before optimization showed that the active power loss was 297.607MW. While the load flow results after optimization using GSA with 5-TCSC obtained were 287.926MW of active power loss, with 10-TCSC, it was obtained 281.143MW of active power loss. In addition, using 15-TCSC, the active power loss obtained was 279.405MW. GSA methods can be used to minimize power losses and transmission lines as well as to improve the value of the voltage in the range of 0.95+ 1.05pu compared with load flow results before optimization.

Abstract

Abstract

Power systems in all over the world have increased in size and complexity due to rapid growth of widespread interconnection. This situation will make power system operated closer to steady-state stability limit (SSSL) resulting in higher probability voltage instability or voltage collapse. This paper presents SSSL assessment in power system using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model based on REI-Dimo method. The equivalent REI-Dimo is used to determine SSSL index of the power systems. Then, the result of REI-Dimo will be taught on ANN method via online. Studies were carried out on a Java-Bali 500kV system. The simulation showed that the proposed method could accurately predict the proximity to SSSL in power system. The method was computationally efficient and suitable for online monitoring of steady-state stability condition in the power systems.

Abstract

This paper proposes a method to optimize the parameter of the linear quadratic regulator (LQR) using artificial immune system (AIS) via clonal selection. The parameters of LQR utilized in this paper are the weighting matrices Q and R. The optimal LQR control for load frequency control (LFC) is installed on each area as a decentralized control scheme. The aim of this control design is to improve the dynamic performance of LFC automatically when unexpected load change occurred on power system network. The change of load demands 0.01 p.u used as a disturbance is applied to LFC in Area 1. The proposed method guarantees the stability of the overall closed-loop system. The simulation result shows that the proposed method can reduce the overshoot of the system and compress the time response to steady-state which is better compared to trial error method (TEM) and without optimal LQR control.

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 20 orang masyarakat khususnya pasien pada poli mata di RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, terhadap 7 macam penyakit mata yang menyebabkan gangguan visus pada mata, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 75 % reponden tidak dapat menyebutkan secara tepat. Kemudian hasil yang dilakukan oleh Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan di Banjarmasin pada tahun 2016 alasan utama terlambatnya penanganan penyakit mata dengan gangguan visus adalah masyarakat tidak tahu jika mengidap penyakit mata sebesar 51,6%, tidak mampu membiayai biaya pengobatan sebesar 14,1%. Berdasarkan fakta di atas, penelitian ini diajukan dengan judul ?Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Mata Gangguan Visus Dengan Metode Certainty Factor berbasis web, dengan tujuan tersedianya aplikasi sistem pakar (expert system) yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk mendignosa secara dini penyakit mata yang menimbulkan gangguan visus pada mata. Hasil pengujian ketepatan diagnosa (pretests-posttest) terhadap aplikasi yang dibangun ini memiliki tingkat akurasi yang sangat tinggi yaitu 100%, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Mata Gangguan Visus dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk membantu dalam mendiagnosa penyakit penyakit mata dan cara penanggulangannya secara dini. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Gangguan Visus Mata, Certainty Factor. Abstract Expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge to computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Based on the results of a questionnaire distributed to 20 people, especially patients in the eye polyclinic at Dr. RSUD. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, for 7 types of eye diseases that caused visual impairment of the eye, the results showed that 75% of respondents could not mention correctly. Then the results of the Health Research and Development Agency in Banjarmasin in 2016, the main reason for late treatment of eye diseases with visual impairments is that people do not know if they suffer from eye disease by 51.6%, unable to finance medical expenses of 14.1%. Based on the facts above, this research was proposed with the title "Application of Diagnosis of Visus Disorders Eye Disease Application System with a web-based Certainty Factor Method, with the aim of providing expert system applications that can be utilized by the community to early diagnose eye diseases that cause interference eye vision. The results of testing the accuracy of the diagnosis (pretests-posttest) on the application built has a very high level of accuracy of 100%, thus it can be said that the Application of Visual Disorders Eye Disease Diagnosis System can be used by the community to assist in diagnosing eye disease and how to overcome it. early on. Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the Effects of Promoion mix to Guest Buyer Decision in HW Hotel Padang. This type of research is a comparative study causal. Population in the research amounted to 1400 people. Sampling technique is non probability sampling, using insidental sampling. Number of sample in this research amounted to 94 people. Data collection using a questionnaire based with the Likert scale that tested for validity and reliability.  Based on these results by using the t test showed that the five indicators of the promotion mix (Advertising, Personal selling, Sales promotion, Public relations, and Direct marketing) buyer decisions as the dependent variable significantly with the value of R square of 0.813.
