Data were collected from 50 respnden = data valid 41, co-operatives in Klaten rendom samples by the method of sampling, analytical testing techniques, with a percentage (%), the results of questionnaires that have been answered created score, Very good percentage (76-100), Self percentage (56-75) Less percentage (40-55) Not a good percentage (less than 40. The results of this study show from questions 1-4: recognition or knowledge of the respondent / cooperative against the computer: yes = 41 = 100% no = 0 = 0%. Abstract

Development of soft skills is not new in the field of education , as a foundation for the development has been very clear , the Law No. 20 Year 2003 on National Education System , Chapter I , Article 1, Paragraph 1 . Necessity development of soft skills in the international class courses related to problems that arise in pilot programs that have an international class held at Department of Physics, State Education UNY . Of the stub class can be observed on the lecture often seen doubts of students to be actively involved in the lecture . In addition to constraints that arise due to the limitations of the student in mastering English conversation , so they take more time to listen to the contents of the lecture , but also that stood out was the effect of the lack of soft skills development mahasiswa.Rancangan experiments used in this study is the Non-Random Pre - test Post -test Control Group . In this design , making Rambang subyektidak done . This design was chosen because during eksperimentidak allows to modify existing classes . Pre- tests are used untukmenyetarakan prior knowledge while the second group used post- test learning outcomes and take into observation sheet to determine the development of soft skillsselama and after the learning process . Learning activities undertaken by the context -based , causing active students to formulate questions , seek resources and collect information from sources , process the information they have, reconstructing data / fact / value , presenting the results of the reconstruction / development process value . This growing soft skills in students through a variety of self- learning activities that occur in the classroom learning , campus environment , and tasks outside the campus . The development of soft skills significantly influence the improvement of student learning outcomes both process and product are taken through the test data

Abstract

Introduction: Balai Besar Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BBKPM) Surakarta is a place providing health service including tuberculosis (TB) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The application of recording and reporting running well will support providing, analysis and good of health service. Thus, the system analysis including input, process, and output are needed to provide it. Method: this study is descriptive with qualitative approach undertaken from Mei-July 2015 in BBKPM and distric health office, Sukoharjo. Data were obtained from in-depth interview and observation. The information were collected from 5 informans who choosed with purposive sampling technique. The validation of result was undertaken with triangulation method. Result and discussion: recording system of tuberculosis and human immunodeficiency virus in BBKPM had been using 3 kinds of software: SIM-RS, SITT and SIHA. In addition, the reporting data had been using the software from ministry of health, Indonesia. From them, there was no data spatial among BBKPM and distric health office in input and output. Disparity of software influence the work load, inefficiency in the data input and the redundancy occurs. Beside, the officers recorded manually to check the data input. Conclussion: there was no spatial data and work load in officer to record and report the data (input and process). In partiarcular of output, the officers were difficult to summary and present the data. The integration system in BBKPM and distric health office, Sukoharjo including spatial data were needed to support the surveillance process of TB/HIVKeyword : Tuberculosis, HIV, Recording, Reporting

Abstract

General understanding of the law indicates that the product areas that are made bythe local government, in no way can be separated from the system perundamginvitationnationally. Local regulations made by independent government units(autonomous) and Environment Authority an independent anyway. Therefore, doneagainst higher level legislation should not be solely based on pertingkatan, but ratheron the environment authority. in Indonesia is beside as further the elaboration oflegislation on it which produces district regulation delegasian, as well as the specialconditions in passenger areas that generate self-contained district regulation.
