Abstract

In the marketing world, especially through internetmarketing or what is known as e-commerce, an e-marketercannot ignore the role of the online shop as a medium fortheir marketing communications, where marketingactivities via e-commerce is currently being favorable bythe people in Indonesia. However transaction through ecommercehas the fairly high riskpotential. Therefore thefactor of security and service quality become a benchmarkon purchasing decisions through e-commerce. Abstract

Modification has been done to the gas chromatograph by adding a de-ethanizer preparation tool that serves as the evaporation of liquid samples de-ethanizer gas from the LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) plant PT. Badak NGL Bontang, East Kalimantan. With the aim to obtain stable analysis results as required. From the results obtained for the repeatability value 0.104% methane component, 0.036% ethane component and 0.154% propane components and reproducibility values obtained for the methane component of 0.025%, 0.036% component ethane, and propane components 0.014%. Data analysis of the samples obtained test results are still below thelimit allowed by the method of GPA 2261-64 which found samples with good homogeneity so that the analysis becomes stable and the true value can be resposibility and laboratory as a Quality Control can keep reliability for LNG Plant. Abstract

Oyster mushroom (Pleuorutus ostreatus) is one of healthy vegetables and  widely consumed. Oyster mushroom is very perishable. When stored at cool temperatur, oyster mushroom only stands for 3-5 days, although it has been packed in  polyethylene plastic bags. To extend its shelf life , oyster mushroom can be processed ​​into flour. This study  was aimed  to find  the best treatment to produceoyster mushroom flour that has the best chemical and organoleptic properties. The  experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Block Design with single factor and 4 replications. The single factor was consisted of six levels pretreatment : control, blanching, soaking in 0.5% citric acid for 10 minutes, blanching + soaking in 0.5% citric acid for 10 minutes, soaking in 2500 ppm sodium bisulphite for 10 minutes, and blanching + soaking in 2500 ppm sodium bisulphite for 10 minutes. The parameters observed : chemical characteristics (water,  ash,  protein, fat, carbohydrate contents) and organleptic property of color.  ANOVA was used to analyse the data, and then continued using Honestly Significant Difference test (HSD) at 5% level of significance. The results showed that pretreatment significantly affected the moisture, fat, protein, ash, carbohydrate contents and color  of oyster mushroom flour. The best  oyster mushroom flour was found in the  control  flour (with no pre-treatment) with chemical characteristics: water content 7.29%, ash content 8.01%,  protein content 17.50%, fat content 1,93% and carbohydrate content of 73.68%., and organoleptic characteristic of color was scored as white (4.3). Abstract

Latar Belakang. Penyakit ginjal kronik merupakan suatu keadaan patologis dengan berbagai penyebab yang mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi ginjal secara progresif dan kemudian berakhir pada gagal ginjal. Jumlah penyakit ginjal kronik sudah bertambah banyak dari tahun ke tahun. Jumlah kejadiannya di dunia tahun 2009 menurut USRDS terutama di Amerika rata-rata prevalensinya 10-13% atau sekitar 25 juta orang yang terkena penyakit ginjal kronik. Sedangkan di Indonesia tahun 2009 prevalensinya 12,5% atau 18 juta orang dewasa yang terkena penyakit ginjal kronik. Kasus. Tn. K umur 59 puluh tahun mengeluh kedua kakinya membengkak serta merasa buang air kecil hanya satu kali sehari dan jumlahnya sedikit berwarna kuning jernih sejak 5 bulan yang lalu. Kedua kelopak mata bengkak jika bangun tidur. Didapatkan TD 180/100 mmHg, kedua mata anemis kanan dan kiri serta kedua tungkai edema. Hemogloinbin 6,4 mg/dl, albumin 3,0 gr/dl, ureum 236 mg/dl, creatinin 15,2 mg/dl. Terapi diet rendah protein, kebutuhan jumlah kalori, transfusi darah paked red cell, alkali (sodium bicarbonat), alpha agonist, antagonis reseptor H2 dan diuretic. Simpulan. Hipertensi kronis yang tidak terkontrol dapat mengakibatkan berbagai komplikasi kerusakan organ target seperti penyakit ginjal kronis. Abstract

Rumput laut merupakan salah satu komoditas sumber daya pesisir dan laut yang memilki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Kabupaten Sumbawa memiliki potensi kawasan yang sangat menunjang untuk budidaya rumput laut dengan luas perairan pesisir ± 3.831,72 Km². Masyarakat pesisir di sekitar Teluk Saleh melakukan usaha budidaya rumput laut jenis Eucheuma Cottonii. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kesesuaian kawasan untuk budidaya rumput laut menggunakan SIG. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis spasial (keruangan) dan analisa tabular terhadap kesesuaian kawasan dalam SIG. Hasil analisis spasial dan tabular terhadap kesesuaian kawasan untuk budidaya rumput laut berhasil ditentukan kawasan yang sesuai untuk budidaya rumput laut, menunjukkan bahwa lokasi yang sesuai adalah di perairan Kecamatan Plampang dengan luas sekitar 36.061,17 hektar atau 60,34 % dari luas total wilayah kawasan pengembangan.
